Normally I actually have him being a beta. But my second choice is making him an omega. I think it's very fitting to make him an omega especially in a universe where omegas are actually the top of the social ladder.

In a nationverse version of this au, omega nations are especially valuable and treated like royalty. Its a good sign when a nation is an omega because its believed to be a mark of a fertile and bountiful nation. But because of this high value, they are often unable to do "dirty work" such as war, or manual labour, so sometimes they end up caged up in a castle or manor like some pretty display thing.

And some are okay with this arrangement. Francis would rather work behind the scenes in politics and war (ex. tactician). And he gets a nice house, the best clothes, waited on hand and foot. He's living his best life.

I also love the idea of Arthur helping Francis with his heat because the best way to ease heat symptoms is to have sex with an alpha. So, for the sake of the war effort during the world wars, the two of them would fuck. And then it just became a thing even after. You can decide if it ever goes beyond just a helping hand until Francis gets a mate or if Arthur ends up being that mate.

Also perhaps even Antonio and Gil help too. I love the idea of them being alphas when Francis is an omega and they're so protective of him in every single rendition of omegaverse. They let no one near Francis before his heat. Perhaps they even fuck him just to ease his symptoms. Again, this could turn into an actual relationship or maybe they just stay friends.

I feel like Francis would be one of those omegas supporting newly realized omegas amongst the nations (ex. Ludwig who I think ends up presenting late as an omega). Giving them tips on how to deal with heat symptoms, telling them what the best snacks are to keep nutrients and so on.

Welcome to my Blog! Here you'll find all my Hetalia related art, as well as occasional ramblings and rb's of other people's lovely art.

A bit about me:

I'm 22

I'm from Florida, USA (unfortunately). EST Timezone.

I'm autistic AND I have ADHD. Understandably, I do struggle with social cues a lot, so please reach out to me if I say or do anything to let me know. Most likely, I won't realize when I've potentially said or done something to upset someone, so please let me know.

I draw quite often

I am always open to new friends! However, I am generally bad at reaching out first, so please do message me if you wanna be friends!! I promise I'll respond.

Language-wise I only speak English, but I am slowly learning French. (Emphasis on slowly)

I own four reptiles!! Two snakes and two bearded dragons (I do post them occasionally on here, pls filter out tw snake if needed). And I technically co-parent my brother's bastard gecko.

My other main fandoms (that you won't see on here) are ATLA/TLOK, Taleblr, FNAF, Spiderverse and The Owl House. I am currently watching Criminal Minds and Percy Jackson and The Olympians, and I do have somewhat of an interest in Jurassic Park, the Monsterverse, PJO and What We Do In The Shadows.

I also really enjoy rock/metal/goth/punk/alt music. I like horror movies, online korean webcomics, goth fashion, cats, horror related media and animation. I'm a fledgling goth (or baby bat) and tend to enjoy drawing characters in goth or alternative fashion, so expect some of that here!

About my Blog:

My favorite characters are America and Canada. Outside of those two, I also like Japan, Ukraine, Romano, France and Prussia, mostly. These are the characters I am most likely to draw

I'm a multishipper with no absolute 'favorite' ship. I like Rusame, Amepan, Romerica, CanUkr, Prumano, Spamano, Spaprumano, Sufin, Prucan and FrUk. I'm pretty neutral on Gerame, Nedport, Asakiku, Giripan, Spafra, Itapan, and a few others. Generally pretty open to most pairings though.

I do not like any -cest pairings whatsoever. I am not going to argue about this. Please do not tag any of my NA bros art as ship; I will block you.

in all seriousness i think it depends on the interpretation of arthur's personality. like i have different versions of him being taffy-pulled by the black hole that is my mind, and some are nicer than others. generally i'd say yeah, arthur is a very possessive man. but unless he's straight up abusive, i think he can learn to temper his expectations.

if he really loves françois - which, how can he not? - he'll understand that his presence, in whatever form it takes, is not a threat to their relationship. boundaries surrounding what's okay and what's not might vary depending on his level of comfort. i'm all for healthy polyamory, or just like, friends fucking each other sometimes?

he could be down for sharing. he could just see it as none of his business (unlikely tho, knowing arthur). on the other hand, if arthur + fran are committed to each other and his being physically intimate with toni really, truly offends/bothers him, françois would respect that and they'd stop fooling around. but their bond isn't going anywhere.

that being said, even if the relationship between fran and toni is not/is no longer sexual, i think there could still be potential for jealousy. in my opinion, that jealousy would be misplaced and arthur will just have to deal with it, bc he has no right to infringe on a queerplatonic friendship that existed long before his relationship with françois.

“What do you do when you like someone?”

Currently, Antonio and Afonso were watching as their respective best friends argued over some nonsensical thing. Antonio had stopped keeping track an hour ago. But Francis looked so cute when he was mad, so he couldn’t help but watch as he and Arthur went at it. He was down bad (or as bad as a fifteen-year-old could be)

“Well…” Afonso began, “There are a few things, I guess.”

“How did you charm that…” Antonio gestured to Arthur, who had just lunged at Francis, knocking him down.

Afonso snorted. “Actually, it was him who made the first move.”

Antonio’s eyes went wide. “Really? How did he–”

“It was simple but really sweet.” Afonso smiled wistfully. “He would bring me flowers and other little crafted gifts.”

Antonio couldn’t believe that feral little island nation could do anything sweet. But that little story did provide him with some ideas. With a plan in mind, Antonio rose from his spot under the tree. “Thank you, Afonso,” he said before darting off towards a nearby meadow.

When Antonio found Francis the next day, he was sitting under the tree, weaving a flower crown out of wildflowers from the nearby meadow. If Antonio had his paints, he wouldn’t hesitate to capture this moment. The way Francis’s silky hair framed his face, the downcast gaze of his blue eyes as he focused on weaving the stems in his hands, the overall relaxed posture as he sat in the cool shade. He looked like a goddess, Antonio thought, despite him being a boy (then again Francis always seemed to lean toward feminine clothes, so ‘goddess’ was still quite fitting).

“Fran?” Antonio called after shaking himself out of his daze.

Francis looked up, eyes lighting up as he met Antonio’s. “Mon cher what are you doing here? I thought you had business back at home.”

Antonio shifted from one foot to another, grip tightening on the gift behind his back. “Yes, but…I uh…I had something to give you before I left.”

“Really?”

Antonio felt his cheeks redden. Now that he was right in front of Francis, everything seemed much more complicated. Did he have to say something witty? Did he just shove the flowers in the other’s face? He really should have asked for clarification from Afonso before running over here.

“Uh…H-Here…” Antonio stammered, shoving the makeshift bouquet of wildflowers into Francis’s face.

Francis blinked slowly, processing what was happening. Then he burst into laughter, cheeks flushing a lovely pink. “How sweet Toni,” he giggled, accepting the bouquet, “Thank you. Do you have time to sit with–”

“Of course,” Antonio said, perhaps a little too quickly. He seated himself next to Francis, shoulders up to his ears, hands gripping his legs, unsure what to do next. Francis let out a small titter, before placing an innocent kiss on Antonio’s cheek.

If Antonio’s face wasn’t red before it sure was now. “I like you,” he blurted out.

Francis gave him a gentle smile. “I like you too.”

And so, the two spent the rest of the morning under the shade, making flower crowns and chatting away, hand in hand.
