black holes are, well, very dark. try finding a dark space in your house—or make one yourself—and make it extra cozy!

black holes make some strange sounds. put on some headphones, lay in the dark, and listen to the sounds black holes make.

being in a black hole would feel like nothing at all! go to a sensory deprivation chamber, or make one yourself to experience the sensation of nothingness.

black holes have an enormous mass, and are capable of sucking up pretty much anything! think of things that make you happy, and try to seek those things out. or find some kind of object that you like, and try to start a collection of that thing.

black holes are located far out in space. when you’re feeling stressed, try going somewhere quiet, dark, and peaceful to relax.
