wednesday: name a fic which you have posted which you think is underrated?

i don’t know if underrated is the right word but i really adored my selkie au fic those words i want to say (baby i love you the most) just because i think if i were a reader that sort of fic is the kind of content i’m a sucker for.

november: do you have any rituals or requirements for getting in the mood for writing?

i have to be listening to music suitable for the fic genre i’m working on. sad ballads for angst and uplifting pop for anything else.  also i prefer writing fic at home at my desk.

tomorrow: favourite ways to write fluff?

when i get fluff ideas they tend to be inspired by things i’ve experienced on dates or heard about. recently i was contemplating doing a moonsun rainy day fic because the other day i went on a date where within seconds of meeting a girl we had to share an umbrella together.

yesterday: favourite way to write angst?

i tend to think of more angsty or fraught ideas while going on my evening walks.  lately i’ve been fleshing out the wheesa medieval au in my head so y’all look forward to that one in the near future!

About actress!yong and actress!byul meeting and falling for each other, not yet complete but the chapters that are out are really adorable (and it doesn’t end on a cliffhanger!!! so it’s ok even if the author abandons it).

Severed by ninecube (https://www.asianfanfics.com/story/view/1013652/severed). About air stewardess!yong and inspector!byul and a case that brings them together again. This was is really well written and the plot is genuinely really interesting (not JUST about the ship, it has its own storyline).

I mean honestly apart from the whole vampire/werewolf thing it’s pretty realistic (not the story just their personalities lmfao)

I Will Stand By You by Purple-HoodedNinja (https://www.asianfanfics.com/story/view/1374455/i-will-stand-by-you). CEO!yong and hot security guard!byul where Byul is literally a man and has to protect Yong. I was sceptical at first coz Byul has said she doesn’t like being referred to as a man, I still am, but it’s well written I guess?? Read it if you want, very fluffy but the byul being a man thing disturbs me. Updated recently so updates should be coming more often.

Byul a street rat that is in a pretty violent kingdom, she pickpockets in order to survive but is caught one day and since she can't pay, she gets thrown into colosseum battles as a slave. because of her slight frame and quick reflexes she somehow climbs up the ranks, but because she's also a merciful opponent, those that she fights and defeats rally behind and support her and eventually she becomes the best fighter, with enough enemies-turned-friends that she's  able to overthrow the brutal king and get rid of the slave fighting rings.

Yong was raised extremely sheltered, when at her coming of age ceremony she discovers that she's meant to be sacrificed. instead of quietly accepting her fate she lashes out and has to be restrained. while struggling she starts becoming something wild, something hot, before she burns through  her bonds. the dragon she's being sacrificed to steps forward, silencing the chaos of the sacrificial place and decides yongsun as her heir.

Hyejin witnesses her father the king hunt for sport one day right before he deals the killing blow on a lion she intercepts and he spears her instead. afterwards she is inconsolable even after she heals, especially since her father hasn't stopped hunting. when she is fully healed she runs away. in the forest on the brink of death because kids rly think they can run away without bringing anything she's found by the lion who's life she saved. after years her father is on another hunt when he spots the figure of a woman. this is cheesy but i'm kinda dead on this topic rn so hyegi can just be fkin feral. 

Wheein is the heir to an empty kingdom. literally raised by ghosts of the past in her kingdom  in the heavens, she grows up incredibly lonely and apathetic towards the people below. though the ghosts tell her that this is just how their world became, she becomes driven to bring her people back from extinction

Heartbeat by tftmtrise is updated pretty frequently and honestly doctor byul and patient yong… perfection. Although I actually don’t know if this one is gonna end happily and it’s lowkey giving me anxiety coz unhappy endings.. not good

Like spring love will by trohoc_0 is... Well i’m gonna be honest I don’t really remember the story coz I read it a while back (still waiting for that update rip it’s been abandoned) BUT! I do remember that I read it after Maybe and it spiritually healed me, and it doesn't end on a cliffhanger and it’s super wholesome
