hi @ everyone i have been putting off writing this statement as i wanted to know 100% if i was making the right choice & to find the right words (very sorry that i’ve been not communicating properly recently)

after 10 incredible years on youtube, i’ve decided it’s time for me to step back and start something new. this journey has been filled with sooooo much joy, laughter, and connection, and I can’t begin to express how much your support has meant to me over the years.

when i first started, i never imagined how special this community would become… you’ve been with me not just through every video but every huge milestone in my early adulthood. although you didn’t see everything, 17-27 is a transformative time for anyone so it was hard for me to shy away from those changes while having a career online that prioritised honesty. i am deeply grateful for the support in all of these moments, especially the harder times.

i hope you can all respect my decision to hide my channel… at least for now. i’m still processing my feelings & going through personal changes in my life. i’m sorry it’s vague & may even seem sudden but i would appreciate privacy on my reasons “why?”

this decision wasn’t easy, it’s been sneaking up on me for a couple of years now, but i feel ready to explore new paths and new adventures outside of Sqaishey. PLEASE know that everything we’ve built here together will always have a huge place in my heart 💛

i want to say a massive THANK YOU to each and every one of you… your kindness, positivity, and love have made this journey one i will never forget. although i’m moving on, the memories we’ve shared will stay with me forever.

wishing you all so much love and happiness as you continue your own amazing journeys. stay joyful, and keep spreading that wonderful positivity!

Been thinking about the den series recently, more specifically the grass races.

It’s honestly amusing to me how invested everyone (including me) was in what was essentially the Minecraft equivalent of watching paint dry.

Don’t get me wrong I love the grass races, but I just find it impressive how Stampy and Sqaishey could make the most random or simple things seem fun and exciting.

The relic of Creation, as Atlas has parked in their nation it was up to them to watch such a powerful item, with any creativity anything could be created. But in the wrong hands, it could be dangerous.

SWISH, TING, GASH, SLASH

BOOM!

Atlas, failed and now a wanted criminals was trying to get away with the relic, a bandit they been looking for ages ago had his hands wrapped around the item- it only wasn't chopped off due to his gauntlets- Lance luckily intercepted him.

"With this the sky's beyond the limits! The boarder is just the start to wall off weak-minded fools!" He stated, behind his shades.

"..." Lance didn't waste time, he'd charge him, colliding weapon for weapon, as his foe would grab the cane and a portal would open up behind them both; The two would fall in, seeing....a desert with complex machines in it.

"I'll trap you in another world and then take over-" Raising the cane high in his hand during their freefall.

The vacuian-demon emerged, slashing his arm, and taking it clean off, fire dust so it cauterized the wound, but the relic would fly out, without Aura, it was just a cane.

"You bastard! Come my summon!" A sigil will open up in the sky and out would pop a messed up dragon, all mouth and wings, like a nightmare made manifest.

"Falcor, COME!" And alongside that would be a mighty owl, the four would clash as the cane would fall to the ground, right infront of a trader.

An hour later.

"It has to be here..." Lance was now walking the nearby Bizarre, many aliens, people he's never seen looking at him and his giant Owl friend. People would point out his summon or his tail, little did he know however, he'd be attracting some unwanted attention.

Siren au! Instead of meeting in a aquarium like usual, what happens if they meet MC on a stranded boat. Maybe there was a shipwreck and she’s on a life raft, maybe on a piece of wreckage?

ohoOOOOOOO she's trapped in one of those rinky-dink life rafts with nothing but a tarp over the top to protect herself from the sun and rain, and a few day's worth of provisions.

What shall she do...

Sans: He's the first to find her, adrift in the middle of the ocean, with nothing but her raft and rations. Encountering a siren is scary enough on a big boat, let alone in a tiny little raft with nothing to defend herself. She's forced to watch a monster stalking her as she drifts alone in the endless ocean.

... But for some reason... he doesn't eat her. When he finally does approach the boat, he talks to her- despite the frightening look in his eyelights he's strangely approachable. And after that, he starts bringing her supplies. Though she still finds his mannerisms eerie, she's not exactly going to turn down his help... he brings fish, turtles, edible seaweed, birds he snatches off the water's surface, plastic bottles for collecting rainwater. If she can't bring herself to kill something he does it for her. He gives her endless survival tools- and in return, she indulges in his obvious desperation for someone to talk to.

She'd rather the crazy siren wants to help her, after all.

Red: She loves when Red shows up.

Again, at first, she was terrified when a massive shark siren started stalking up to her raft. She very nearly called out for Sans. But then Red popped up, put his arm over the edge of her boat- and he started flirting. She was so shocked that it genuinely made her laugh... something she thought she'd forgotten how to do, considering what she's going through. He regularly appears to just crack jokes, call her cute, and ask her about her life on land- she never would've thought a siren could be so funny. Now, when she hears that familiar "heya, pretty pearl~", she really can't help but light up.

He's clear that he's there to flirt, to play, to have a bit of fun. His easygoing aura keeps her sane... sometimes, it almost feels like he talks to her just to keep her from going mad.

Sans and Red clearly don't like each other. They both want to be her favourite, and they're both territorial. But when they fight, it really frightens her; she retreats into the raft and covers it with the tarp, refusing to come out for hours.

So they behave... just for her.

Skull: He only comes at night, when the darkness is absolute.

She hears the sound of him approaching. His tentacles twisting in the water. She lays flat on her back in the boat, hidden from view under the tarp, terror gripping her entire body. He knows she's there. She hears something brush against the hull, she hears something tapping a repeating rhythm just inches from her face, she feels when he grips the raft and her entire world instantly seems so fragile. She sees light, colourful glows creeping up from the other side of the raft edge... though her curiosity whispers at her to just look once, to see where the light is coming from, her terror keeps her absolutely stone still every night.

She doesn't know why he doesn't just tip the boat, he's clearly capable of it. She doesn't know why he never reaches into the raft, only remaining outside. Maybe he's playing with her. She doesn't know why he seems to like to hum to her, quietly...

... And she doesn't know why he's always gone by sunrise.

Why does nobody talk about space den and how it was fucking goated. Like it was squaishey and stamps chemistry was somehow even better than their other series. Also why do people just never talk about the den series in general anymore not even in the nostalgia way people talk about stamps lovey world. (Also obligatory super happy fun time and twins are great too)

I’d just like to say, I love that you make jelly Neil have it/its pronouns, even if it’s just because it doesn’t really know what gender is. I myself would love to use it/its as an agender person. but people around me definitely wouldn't understand or just wouldn’t because it’s dehumanizing in their eyes, so having a character I love use those pronouns and people respecting it is really nice for me to see. Thank you so much for doing that, you make me happy every time I see a jelly Neil drawing from you!
