Hara Bhara Kebab Ingredients: Potato - 4 Nos Green Peas - 1 Cup Palak Leaves Green Chili - 3 Nos Piece Of Ginger Coriander Leaves Salt Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala - 1/2 Tsp Amchur Powder - 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp Besan/gram Flour - 1 Tbsp Corn Flour - 3 Tsp Water Oil for frying #HaraBharaKabab Method 1. To pressure cook the potatoes – pour enough amount of water for 4 medium sized potatoes, cut them to half, add required salt and pressure cook it for about 3 to 4 whistles. 2. Now peel off the skin and mash the potatoes. 3. Cook 1 cup of green peas and some Palak leaf in water. 4. Then strain the excess water and allow it to cool. 5. Grind – 3 nos green chills, a piece of ginger, cooked green peas, cooked Palak, add few fresh coriander leaves and add some salt as required. 6. For the kabab patties mixture – to the mashed potatoes add ½ tsp of garam masala, ½ tsp of chat masala powder, ½ tsp amchur powder, 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt as needed, ground mixture, 1 tbsp of besan/gram flour, finally add the remaining cooked peas, mix it well and form patties. 7. Corn flour mixture – take 3 tsp of corn flour powder to add some water to it and mix it well. 8. Now take the patties, dip it to the cornflour mixture, roll it on to the bread crumbs. 9. And shallow fry the kabab both sides on medium flame till it turns into some golden brown. 10. Garnish the kabab as you desire and serve it hot with some chutney of your own taste. Soya Chunks kebab | Soyabean kebab Ingredients Soya chunks - 50 gms Ginger - 1 inch Garlic - 4 cloves Green Chili - 3 Garam masala powder Chaat masala powder Onions - 1 Coriander leaves Maida - 2 tbsp Oil Salt #SoyaChunksKebab Method 1. Soak the soyachunks in hot water for about 1 hour 2. Grind ginger, garlic, green chili to a smooth paste 3. Strain the soyachunks from the water and grind it coarsely 4. Add the soyachunks and the ground paste to a bowl 5. Add garam masala, chaat masala, salt, onions, and coriander leaves 6. Mix everything well 7. Add the maida to the mixture and mix well 8. Take a kebab skewer and shape the kebabs onto it 9. Heat some oil for deep-frying 10. Slowly place the kebabs into the hot oil and deep fry them till they golden brown in color 11. Serve it hot with some green chutney. Veg Shammi Kebab #VegShammiKebab Ingredients Kabuli Chana - 1 Cup (Soaked Overnight) Water Onion - 1 N0. Soak black chana overnight 2. Drain the water and pressure cook them till they are soft 3. Mash them coarsely and transfer it to a bowl 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chat masala, salt, gram flour, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, and mint leaves 5. Mix everything well 6. Make flat patties out of the mixture and keep them aside 7. Heat some oil for shallow frying 8. Top 7 Vegan Sources of Healthy Fats and Ways to Include Them in Your Diet
Fats have long been loathed. Diet industry has long been obsessed with cutting down on fat. Although that’s still important, recent studies have shown that replacing unhealthy fats with healthy fats can also be beneficial for overall health. Thus, here’s a list of foods to help you get started and make the switch! 1. Peanuts:
20% saturated fat | 50% monounsaturated fat (MUFA) | 30% polyunsaturated fat (PUFA)
Add them to your poha, dals, salads or pop them straight into your mouth! This is because peanuts are incredibly rich in healthy fats alongside other functional compounds like proteins, fibers, polyphenols, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
Just make sure you have them in moderation, a handful of peanuts with skin (for fiber) would be good to go. Avoid salted ones and they can contain excessive amounts of sodium.
2. Chia:
Chia seeds are another great source of healthy fats. Infact, if you study the nutritional composition of chia seeds, they have just the right balance of saturated fats versus PUFA & MUFA, and also a good balance between omega-6 and omega-3. Chia seeds have adequate content of omega 6, around 18% to 20%, and higher omega 3 fatty acids, around 55% to 60%. Adding them to your diet is easy too, just keep a teaspoon of chia soaked for a few hours and have them with one of your routine meals.

Olive oil has been famous for quite a while for its health benefits. It’s because olive oil is rich in oleic acid, a primary MUFA. Studies have shown that using olive oil in place of refined oils can have heart and gut benefits. However, before you drizzle that olive oil you just bought from the market, make sure you've picked-on the labels! Always select extra virgin olive oil since that's the one with health benefits. It’s also higher in polyphenol content i.e antioxidants.
4 .Soybean / Edamame Beans:
Soy is another great source of healthy fats as it is abundant in omega-3 fatty acids. Moreover, soyabean is one of the best vegan sources of protein you can find. Ingredients
50 gm Chana Dal
15 Soya Chunks
4 Parwal or patal roughly cut
2 potato roughly cut
1/2 onion roughly cut
1 inch ginger piece
6 garlic cloves
4 dry red chillies
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
For stuffing
Coriander leaves
Onion finely chopped
Green chillies finely chopped
Method
Soaked chana dal for 30 min .
Soaked soya chunks for 30 min in warm water.
Cut the vegetables roughly .
In a cooker add dal , soya chunks, vegetables, all masala and half cup water and cook for 10 min or 4 whistle.
After the mixture cool grind in a paste.
Make a round patty in your palm fill the stuffing and coat with bread crumbs and shallow fry . Reapeat the process.
Your Famous Lucknow veg kabab is ready to serve.
Serve hot with paratha, Bread or roti.

For sometime, I was keen on trying a very popular and very healthy dish from the middle East -Talbina. With Ramadan month coming to its end, I decided to give it a try and followed the recipe given @cookwithlubna.
Result: a very fulfilling thick consistency porridge made using barley, dates and dry fruits. Yes!!! There is absolutely no use of sugar.
Combined this with two spicy snacks ie boiled egg 65 and soyabean kebabs.
Of the two, I give thumbs up 👍👍👍👍 to the excellent variant to chicken 65 made by @getcurried.
11 eggs 😁😁😁 boiled to prepare this dish was simply worth the taste. One won't miss the chicken 😂😋. The same however cannot be said of the soyabean kebabs made by @bharatzkitchen. Although the recipe turned out to be as described in the video but the taste factor was just not up to the mark 🙄🙄🙄 this is inspite of boiling the soyabean in chicken stock. (My own alterations)
So no, this one is not to be repeated for sure 😄😄😄

Wash 1 cup (250 ml) of long grain basmati rice and soak it in water for about 15 min. 2. After 15 min, drain the water and keep it aside. 3. For masala paste - add 3 Kashmiri red chili,2 green chilis, 3 cloves of garlic, a piece of ginger, 2 spoons of chopped onions, a few mint & coriander leaves & finally add some required water and grind it to a fine paste. 4. Heat the pressure cooker, add 3 spoons of ghee, few spices like 1 cinnamon, 3 cardamom pods, 1-star anise, a piece of mace, few cloves, 1 bay leaf, a small piece of stone flower(optional). 5. Now add 2 finely chopped onions, sort the onions till it turns to nice golden colour and add the ground masala paste. Cook until the raw smell vaporizes. 6. Add 2 spoon of oil, only if the gravy is dry. 7. Add 2 numbers of chopped tomatoes and cook until it mashes. 8. Masalas to be added – ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, salt as required and add ¼ cup of thickening curd. 9. Veggies to be chopped and added – 1 large potato, 1 carrot, 7 beans, 1 bowl of cauliflower and ¼ cup fresh peas. Mix & cook the ingredient for about 5 min. 10. For flavor add some mint and coriander leaves. 11. Finally, add the soaked basmati rice and 2 cups of water for it to cook. (add salt as needed) 12. Now pressure cook the biriyani for 2 whistles in medium heat. 13. Turn off the stove and let the pressure cooker for about 15 min. 14. You can now serve the delicious veg biriyani with your choice of raita or onion salad. HAPPY FOODING!!!! Whisk the curd till it becomes creamy 3. Add the peeled and finely chopped mangoes to the curd 4. Mix it well. Garnish it with a spoonful of chopped mangoes and saffron. 5. Serve the Sweet Raita chilled. You can eat it as a dessert or as a snack. Spicy Raita 1. Take a large bowl and add curd, salt, chat masala, blacl salt, cumin powder, and chili powder 2. Whisk the curd till it becomes creamy 3.Add the peeled and finely chopped mangoes to the curd 4.Mix it well. Add some lemon juice and chaat masala on top of it and serve it hot with a mint chutney.
