3 Random Facts About SotWK

While spending too much time at home (quarantined) in 2020, I taught myself the dance moves of "Dynamite" by BTS. My goal this year is to finally follow up by learning the steps of "Butter", and possibly also "Permission to Dance". I adore how joyful BTS dances are!

I own 3 pairs of NikeID (customized) trainers with the initials of my favorite athletes on the tongues of each shoe.

I completely stopped wearing makeup a few years ago (not having to go to the office daily helped), and it's the best thing I've ever done for my complexion. Apparently makeup, not hormones, was to blame all along for my adult acne. Why do we do this to ourselves??

3 Random Facts About SotWK

I plan on listening to Christmas music for as long as the weather stays cold, to help me cope with seasonal(weather)-related blahs and gloom. Don't care if it goes into March. Christmas music is the BEST!

Celebrities I have claimed "I want to marry someday" (when I was much younger), include: two of the Backstreet Boys, Orlando Bloom, and Hayden Christensen. (It came in phases; I wasn't planning on a harem or something.)

My favorite pie is lemon meringue; tartness gives my taste buds joy!

Excuse me but are you open for collabs in fanfics, rps and etc? I am in need of help to overcome an artist's block I got from getting inflammed back muscles! (pro tip: dont overdo your back while cleaning up kitchen cabinets) Also, love your writing and blog! You do a great job at portraying the characters as more deep than just the depictions of the movies! The headcanons also are wonderful!

I LOVE the idea of collaborating with fellow writers and/or artists to create fics! That's the reason I've done writing events in the past, even though I struggle so badly with the deadlines; I think it's a wonderful way to engage with fandom peers.

I also did forum-style rp for over 10 years before I came to Tumblr, but that was outside of the Tolkien fandom. I had to stop because my lack of speed definitely became an issue. RPing with a slowpoke is a giant pain... or I imagine it is, because I'm the slowpoke. *laughcry*

But anyway, I am *definitely* open to collabs, but it also depends on the project, particularly the commitment/pressure/etc. involved. Even though my focus needs to remain on my current projects, I'd be glad to help you out however I possibly can (you mentioned an artist block?), if you'd like to propose something!

PS. I hope your back feels better soon, but as an obsessive cleaner myself--kudos on those clean kitchen cabinets! :)

You are such a joyful presence, on Tumblr and otherwise, and I love seeing you on my dash. Thank you for being you and brightening up our lives!! I know I sure appreciate it ✨💞

Tumblr is a nicer place because there are people like you who take the time to drop comments and asks like this! <3 I surely have noticed you trying to spread positivity as well, so I'm handing the kudos right back to you!

Sometimes I wonder if I'm giving people the wrong impression about my life--it is NOT perfect by any means! I share the same struggles as many people on here, including pretty bad anxiety issues, and have gone through some dark hurdles and still carry heavy burdens. BUT I prefer to share more of the positive lights in my life because there's enough darkness in the world; we don't need to drown ourselves further in the negatives. I want to help people's Tumblr experience be a relaxing refuge and a warm, comforting space.
