Southern Fried Queer Pride (SFQP) is a queer and trans Pride festival in Atlanta celebrating the robust and vivid Southern queer community that exist amidst the Bible Belt, the Deep and Dirty South. Deep fried in the activism and radical heart of our forequeers, SFQP aims to provide a weekend of full-flavored community and intersectionality, without all the corporate and capitalist additives that taint modern-day Pride festivals across the nation. This year’s SFQP takes place Friday, June 26th thru Sunday, June 28th in Atlanta, GA, with added events happening every night leading up to the event starting on Monday, June 22nd!
