Yo! I'm V Saintsin. Or V or Vin or Saintsin or whatever you want to call me that sounds right on your tongue. I'm a self-proclaimed Social Media fumbler who got a late start to the party and has never quite figured it out. I hate how hipster and edgy it sounds to say "I'm bad at social media" but like I used to work with some people who actually managed the social media accounts for the business we worked for and there were rules and whatnot and damn, I think online media is just not my medium. That being said, here I am! Hah

I'm an author and general mess who's hoping to be the miracle man (somebody who makes a living writing silly little stories). I do use a pseudonym but please hear me out when I say I didn't realize how edgy it sounds, it just has some sentimental value to my personal life. I'm so sorry that I sound like I'm in my emo phase HAHA

About me -

He/Him Transguy from the American Midwest (arguably the south, depending on who you talk to, but the older people still say "Sodi-pop" and "ope").

I'm dysautonomic, bendy, permanently sleepy, and a survivor of Crappy Doctors Who Suck At Doctoring.

I like DnD, Pathfinder, Baldur's Gate 3, Cyberpunk, Dragon Age, and other things in that vein.

I do make art of my stories and characters (Tablet is currently not working so I'm in a dry spell).

My writing background is predominantly ancient, dusty RPs from as far back as the foopets days and fanfic writing on Quizilla - I am an old and wizened elder of the net.

My formal education was music performance and behavioral neuroscience, I don't really know how I got where I am.

This is not my first rodeo with tumblr but it is the first time I have anything to SAY instead of just lurking.

A bit tentative with fanfiction but that's just because if it's not a fandom I'm familiar with I am rather clueless about what the hell is going on and if it's a fandom I am familiar with I HUNT DOWN THE DEEP LORE.

I like art a whole lot, including fanart. Also art advice, love seeing things from different perspectives and learning something new.

Mutuals, really, for any reason. Building better connections on here, getting to know people. I am hideously bad at this but I try.

What I write -

Science Fiction with heavy subjects that matter to me - trigger warnings on a story-by-story basis.

High Fantasy (eventually books I think?) characters and their backgrounds for DnD and Pathfinder - I have been tempted to share these to help people get ideas or just for free use?

Things that I delete because I have crippling imposter syndrome and publishing makes me nauseous (doin' it tho).

Stories that I hope will make people feel less alone or that people could relate to, stories that I wish I had when life was worse and I was reaching out for anything I could find to keep me afloat, stories that try to be critical of things that SUCK in a way that's any helpful.

Lots of curse words and cussing (that's just how people talk 'round here), dubious science, things that I hope might make you cry but in a good way though.

Character-Driven stories that revolve more around the development of the person and less around the plot itself if that makes sense.

I've put blurb things below for my primary project/series which features a grumpy, queer, 37-year old chain smoking Frenchman and his misadventures with life and love and unbridled rage. THE SECRET OF LIFE (Published) - Sci-Fi/Psychological Thriller, Bi M Lead, Lovers to Enemies, AI but the oldschool cool kind not the real world thing that's stealing our future

Carlisle-Trystan Antoinette is a mercenary on a hard road, navigating life and death itself in an infinite cycle started by powers above his understanding. He has one mission - warn The Dianican Space Station of the coming threat and put a stop to a war that would encapsulate the whole of the Sol System before it can ever begin. Unfortunately for Carlisle, reality is a tenuous thing, made up only by our understanding of it. ranking the QLDs of various vanities!

looking at the hunter of zee-beasts QLDs inspired me. there are a bunch of these, so this post is going to be pretty long. sorry!

i could go into the criteria in detail but instead i won't.

A Hunter of Zee-Beasts the one that inspired this list! it's not good. it scales way too fast, and also implies you become "synonymous with death" when the quality can be gained exclusively through pacifistic means. the QLDs in isolation are pretty cool, but they're marred by this inauthenticity. 1/10

Prophet of the Gutter - the quality name is pretty cool but the actual QLDs are dull. even the 10+ one, "an unmatched circulation," isn't that impressive. 2/10

Palaeontologist very generic. only one of them is really "vain" (and that one is rad) but the rest are just "a number," "a large number," "an astonishing number" which is pretty boring. 2/10

Barrister of the Evenlode i came into this project expecting to rank this HIGH. like 9 or 10 high. but then i realised my fond memories were actually of the manifest text quality influences. the actual QLDs are not as cool. they're very... plaque-focused. 3/10

A Worker in the Common Cause similarly to barrister, this has related description (the level change descriptions in this case) which go super hard, but the actual QLDs themselves are egh. 3/10

Defender of Truth - the last one "the only source of truth" is kinda fun, but the rest aren't anthing special. 3/10

Defender of the Public Safety eh. some of these are pretty cool (especially "a shield of the people" and "the armour of the city") but the rest are kinda generic. and i don't remember rescuing any widows in this grind. 3/10

A Poet-Laureate a little better than DotPS but not by that much. the scaling works well at least, but none of the QLDs hit particularly hard. 3/10

Renown: Rubbery Men i like the bit! it's a funny bit. but it isn't a satisfying reward in the same way as the other renowns. 3/10

Renown: Tomb-Colonies kinda lame? it doesn't really tell us anything that interesting about the colonists or your relationship with them. just kinda generic. 4/10

A Synthetic Philosopher i like "you have acquired a rather fruity smell, and some adherents all of your very own." the rest are kinda weak. 4/10

Renown: The Church the 50 is pretty good, but not great for renowns. the rest of the entries are pretty generic. 4/10

Meals Served at Station VIII a little underwhelming, but the last one ("a handful of visitors have come all the way from the Surface to dine at your table") is underwhelming in a cool way. no i won't explain myself. 5/10

A Shaper of Starved Culture pretty neat! scales nicely (maybe a litle slowly) but the "members of the starved delegation effect some quirk of your anatomy or dress" snippet is very cute. 5/10

Renown: The Docks it's okay. "veins running thick with gold and salt" is cool, and the namedrop of the impossible east is fun. apart from that, a bit nothing. 5/10

Cardinal of Conspiracy - the last two are quite cute – "but that means... oh no!" and "how high does this go?" the others are alright. 5/10

Lurer of Cities pretty neat titles. "paragon of geological indecision" is cool, as well as "topographical tinkerer". the highest one ("lacerator of landscapes") falls a little flat for me though. 5/10

Teaching Reputation of Your Laboratory fun but not that varied. the last few, "your former students could fill [an auditorium/their own university/their own corner of London" are very cool, if formulaic. 5/10

Renown: Bohemians solid within the renown formula. the 50 is a banger. "for better or for worse" does imply that maybe the PC just sucks at art though, which is funny. 5/10

Infiltrator of the Tracklayer City most of the descriptions are Fine. the highest one (we've found) goes super hard though ("scourge of the Revolution") and it feels very warranted given how much effort this grind is. 5/10

Dream-Trophies of Parabola pretty neat. mentioning some bonus parabola lore (the red-handed queen and the hanging mountains) does give extra cool points. 5/10

Scintillack Dreaming weird name for this one but still cool. most of the QLDs are kinda boring, but the last one is good: "in the fading scintillack shimmer, the game is the same; only the pieces have changed. you are a Grandmaster, playing a long game towards dissolution." 6/10

Renown: Constables "they say you are the spirit of the Law" goes SO hard (including the capitalisation of law) but the rest are a little dull. 6/10

Renown: Revolutionaries ironically i have the same thoughts here as the constables. the 50 (the Thirteenth Month in the Calendar) gets the edge on the spirit of the law though. 6/10

A Scholar of the Correspondence this is a weird one. the actual QLDs are pretty understated, but the coolness comes from that understatedness i think. listener being above speaker kicks ass too. and "courier's footprint" goes hard of course. 6/10

Renown: Hell all of the renowns are kinda clustering because of their shared formula. hell is good! it's kinda just another one of those. "book of everlasting chimes" is cool though. 6/10

Respected by the Corsairs not technically being a renown quality lets this abandon the formula of renown QLDs. unfortunately they don't really do anything cool with this freedom. "known to all as the Left Hand of Prophecy" is rad, and "recipient of a dedicated dock-cradle" is also quite cute, but the rest are pretty standard. 6/10

Renown: Urchins the lower ones have some fun urchin bits and bobs, but the standout is the 50. "they say you are a stalwart champion of all urchins. they also continue to refer to you as 'Oi!'" it's a classic. 7/10

Oneiropomp people half-recognising you while awake is very cool. and "you have become one of the Powers of Parabola" goes incredibly hard. 7/10

Renown: Criminals this one goes pretty hard! all the renowns have great 50s but even the lower ones on criminal are pretty great. 7/10

Renown: Society a lot of these are really cool actually. "unimportant titles but titles nonetheless" "those envied since birth" "all whose names are appended by numerous letters" all go hard. and the 50 is so cool too. 7/10

A Historian of the Neath solid! scales well. "you sometimes find yourself refuting your own earlier work without noticing" is pretty great. 7/10

Dedicated Brawler there's only three properly vain ones here, but they all kick ass in fun and distinct ways (and scale well). 7/10

An Interloper in the Library given the ludicrous scale of the stacks, 777 books seems like nothing at all. in terms of the effort the player puts in though, "the books shivering at your passage" does feel very appropriate. 7/10.

Volatile Consignments Delivered to the Remote Magazine there are a lot of funny ones in this. "your crew might just forget to send you Christmas cards this year", "your insurance broker has been spotted sporting a new diamond necklace". bangers to the last. 7/10

Renown: The Great Game really cool actually. namedropping the mithridate office and the white-and-golds is really fun, plus mention of the old man in vienna? rad as hell!! the 50 is amazing too, "you are the pawn who reached D8". augh it goes so hard. 8/10

Bone Market Exhaustion kind of a weird one but i think it should count. especially because the little vain bits they add are so cute. "depleted for two to three weeks, but you certainly impressed them," "while every buyer wrestles with the magnificence of that which you wrought," "a breathtaking feat of paleontological construction." 8/10

Fabricator of Past Lives "your alternate identities constitute a significant percentage of the entries in Slowcake's" is so good... AND "no biographical encyclopedia ever written suffices to catalog all the alternate identities you've foisted on the world." 8/10

Familiarity with the Carpenter's Granddaughter REALLY good. i mean, i don't know why this quality needs to exist. but i'm glad it does! "you can recite along with the presentation: every word is familiar as a nursery rhyme learned in childhood" is really cool. 8/10

Painter of Fine Art very cool! scales well, imitators and fakes are cool, the great canvas shortage of 1899 is very funny. i kinda wish there was more ways to get this than painting balmoral over and over again (or the fate way) but that's besides the point. 8/10

A Prolific Pirate see, sinking 200 ships is the sort of thing that WARRANTS your name being seen as a curse. 25 zee-beasts... anyway this one kicks ass. 8/10

Notability a CLASSIC. each level having its own description is nice, and the progression is slow but earnest. maybe i'm ranking it so high because its one of the ones you see so often, but i'm ranking it high nonetheless. 8/10

Record of Successful Forgery briar has none of this because he's a good and honest lad. and the lower numbers are pretty understated but the later ones are really good. "it is possible that you have created more false things than true ones," "genuine evidence is difficult to find in London, and entire encyclopaedia articles are based upon the fruits of your imagination." they go so hard!! 9/10

The Prestige of your Laboratory (capitalisation isn't consistent with teaching reputation. i will destroy fallen london with my fists.) apart from that it's GREAT! fuckin... "your laboratory's reputation is known even in the High Wilderness." that's SICK!!!! the others are good too. 9/10

Prolific Advertiser i had actually never read this one before now (because i never do advertising) but this one is so good. "they say you could sell zee-water to a Drownie" "products clamour for your golden touch" "yours are the hands at the tiller of public conciousness" this is GREAT. 10/10

Neighbourhood Noctivigant augh this one kicks ass. "your very soles are attuned to Treachery. should the lights go out and all laws flee, you will get where you are going". what else needs be said? 10/10

hiii!!! im a little transmasc who met you in new york not noticing it was you until halfway through the show and didnt have enough time to come back to the merch line to get a photo...!!! :( i had abyss angel makeup with an entire wing for my whole eye; blue eyebrow too!! i am an aspiring marine biologist and just have 2 quick question; 1) do you have any information on why the abyss angel in the album art is faceless? it looks older than stage 4 but younger than 5... 2) and was it eating from the whalefall? it swims through the ribcage in the art and swims away from it in an ARG clip... i can't tell if it was just on a stroll.. sorry if this was a very big post, thank you so much!! had a great time in new york!! <3

It was nice meeting you! I’m afraid I don’t do a good job of announcing myself. Your makeup was very cool, thank you for coming to the show.

The abyss angel on the cover of Plastic Death is faceless because nothing felt right. I had tried a few different options while working on it, but each time it projected an unwanted emotion. Ultimately, I wanted to leave it ambiguous and let the viewer/listener have the space to feel whatever they need to feel while experiencing the album.

In my concept art, the angels don’t actually have facial features, it’s more like fluid suspended inside their body that changes shape and opacity the way a cephalopod might change the pigment of its skin depending on their mood or environment. I think people engage in this kind of behavior in their own way, code-switching or masking depending on where they are, or who they’re speaking with. I like to think it ties into themes of the album’s lyrical content.

To answer your other question, it’s definitely part of the ecosystem. It might not feed in the corpse of the whale itself, but it finds what it seeks amongst the other denizens of the deep who have gathered themselves around it.

2024 writing retrospective (shamelessly copying dex, sorry. ur an icon)

i posted something every month of this year ! which is not something i set out to do but once i realized i was halfway through i had to see it through (<- guy whose biggest motivator is committing to the bit)

one takeaway from this was the value of just sitting on a fic for a few weeks… i always want to post as soon as a thing’s done, while i’m still riding the high of completing a project, but giving myself time and distance to edit is good, actually. whoda thot

also confirmed the value of setting arbitrary deadlines - birthday fics were also great for this lol - these days i've set sunday as a soft, rolling deadline (if it's not ready by this sunday i'll wait a week (so i'd better finish it))

bit of a grab bag year in terms of fandoms and pairings, and that was really fun for me !! there are some i’d like to return to if i can think of a new angle (yaoqing trio) others i might leave behind (i think covid erased argenthill from my brain)

also a year where i challenged myself a little and - probably because i posted so regularly - feel i’ve improved a bit

singularity was tough to string together but through the sort of episodic format i got better at writing little chunks. linger a little longer was like puuure character study, very scary. i feel like i have a middling understanding of action but gunfights - instead of swordfights or hand-to-hand - were a challenge in hard feelings

all the king’s horses was a sort of surreal experience. the basic idea and structure came together quite suddenly but it was difficult to write in the limited time i gave myself. also funnily a return to form for me (used to only write angst lol) while at the same time felt very different from my usual

more and more i enjoy writing longer, sillier fics, which are much harder to write than pwp and simply do not do numbers in the same way lol. this is fine - i write for myself first, & i've been writing porn longer so ofc it's easier and probably better - but it has meant that i appreciate comments more and more all the time :~)

ideas i’m starting the year off with: ryudate 5+1, singularity sequel, kaeluc outsider pov, chiscara!!!

i’m very excited to finally take part in a ship week (nsfw akishinji week) which is something i’ve wanted to do for literally years. yippee!!

as always, a goal for this year is to write more comments on fic + art, it's just a muscle i'm always working on

i’d still like to write more for/with others - requests are fun but i get very few... is it weird to request requests ?

my other goal for the year is really to uhh write less. sad. gotta make the diss work a priority

these liner notes are excruciating to write but i think after 2 years i'll stick w them a little longer. they're good practice in organizing and expressing my thoughts

Okay so fun fact, I meant to send this ask like 2-3 months ago and then I psyched myself out of it because I was spending too much time overthinking so, uh, yeah. I regained the courage the do this after deciding to a) stop overthinking and b) the other few times I’ve done this it’s been received well (again, overthinking. Also I’m probably over explaining sorry-)

I've only (well, kinda but not really, it’s complicated) read a few of your series so far (the Delirious villain x hero caretaker, the Benign Mischief one and also a few other things I can’t remember (read the JoD one, if that’s what it’s called. It was great). I do plan on reading your other series and writings and works of literature but unfortunately, life getting in the way and a horribly forgetful mind with a short and easily overwhelmed attention span and ADHD does NOT bode well for binge reading or heck even just getting started. Seriously, teach me your ways, I hope that, if I ever decide to actually get the courage and dopamine to get started trying to practice the art of conveying intricate stories through words, that I’ll be half as good as you are with the structure and plot line and dialogue and portraying each character in a way that you can distinguish them between the writings (I’m very bad at that one so it’s very amazing to me seeing how other writers do it. Also, I’m joking of course, about teaching me your ways, you don’t have to. But if you did, highly appreciated! No pressure, I seriously hope I’m not somehow pressuring you-)

I am very intrigued to see where (if you are at all planning on continuing it; no pressure or anything. I really hope I'm not being seen as pushy or anything; just want to know if you ever plan on continuing that story) both of the stories go next and what the resolution will be because the most recent one with the hero x villain one (I think t currently on part 5? I could be wrong) is amazing but I also very much want justice for what Villain is going through and has gone through at the “care” of their older sibling. Very violent justice…

And for the benign mischief one, also very intrigued to see where it goes and what happens to Cosimo since, I forget what part I left off on (think it was 5. Only just realized my brain was being dumb and I am very happy to see what the next 3 parts are going to be), but it’s great!

Just in case I somehow made it a bit hard to decipher (I ramble a lot, sorry), long ask short, alongside a lot of (hopefully not incoherent and unstructured and hopefully not somehow accidentally insulting. I am not good at tone and tend to overthink this stuff a lot) word vomit compliments and my appreciations and amazements at how amazing you write, I’m tentatively asking if you plan on continuing the storylines for those two specific, uh, storylines.

Just, overall, your writing is actually fucking epically (?) well done and also, from your other posts, you seem like a very passionate (and also motivational? In the sense that you encourage others by leaving commentary in the tags and all that) person and I think that’s pretty cool.

ABOUT WRITING -

I am gathering that you have tried writing before, from how you were talking about trying to make characters distinguishable from each other, which is 9/10ths of the secret to writing and getting better at it.

You will be shocked with how much you learn from just trying to write, and in the act of writing, so you said that it's hard for you to make each character distinct, and the fact that you have noticed that in your writing IS A WRITER'S BRAIN analysing your own writing and seeing the flaws. Even looking for how other writers do it to try and improve yourself is a very writer thing to do, so you already know what makes writing good *objectively*, which is half the battle.

I suck at writing settings, using the senses and painting a picture with words, which is why all my settings are janky and so I FOCUS on trying to distract readers with character interactions because that comes more naturally to me ahahhaahah. So we all have our natural strengths and weaknesses in writing.

And as some famous writer said: WRITERS WRITE, which is my advice to you.

TEACHING YOU WRITING -

I don't know if this was a joke or not, but I do like to encourage people to write and continue writing, and get them hooked on the disease that is writing, entrap them into the shackles of their creative minds.

But I think you are your best teacher, like reading what you like and trying to emulate that in your own writing - All good writing is re-writing as well, so if you hate something at first glance, just put it aside for a few days and then edit it, no matter how cringe. It gets easier and less cringe ahahahahah, and remember that comparison is the death of creativity so try and focus on your own writing. You have something of value to add, your own voice and style so remember that when writing.

But in regards to teaching you, I could write some prompts, or send you some of my favourite whump/hero and villain prompts, but you can even look them up on Tumblr and you'll get soooo many good ones that will spark your imagination and write from there!!!

Sorry for another secret boss based question, promise this will be the last for a while, but if YOU could make any predictions for what one of the future chapter 3-5 secret bosses would be like, what would you think of? Are there any ideas you’d want to see played around with, or any particular light world items you could see them based on?

Hmmm...well, I guess that would depend on what sort of dark worlds are in those chapters! We know the TV world will be for chapter three, so a lot of people have ideas for that that could fall under an object or idea being discarded. I'm open to a boss being based on the remote (since it was lost in the couch) but I also like the idea of it being Yoshi (back for revenge after being dropped into a pit by Kris), or even an MST3K reference.

For future dark worlds...my best guesses would be Asgore's flower shop, the hospital, and the church. It's hard to guess what discarded objects might be in the church since we haven't been inside yet, but it would be cool if we could do something based on the Angel, like a discarded art project from a kid. I know some people have the discarded flowers for Toriel as a secret boss, and it feels like those would make more sense in Asgore's flower shop than in the chapter three TV world. Otherwise, for the flower shop, hmm...maybe other flower clippings?

I guess part of the issue is that the last two secret bosses we've seen were based on discarded things that we haven't seen yet, so it's hard to know what we don't know, you know?

It's time for me to tell y'all more about my headcannons about the Cog Bosses >: )

Craig Edgar Oilcan - Trans, closeted bisexual. He will buy you legit anything you want if you're in his partner (can be platonic if you want) Like I said in a previous post, you'll hear a LOUD engine inside him if you press your ear against his chest/stomach. But why is that? He got himself an upgrade to have a bigger and more powerful engine so he'd have more energy for golfing, BUT he didn't bother getting extra coolant so he get's overheated quite easily, especially when flustered or angry. Which... is his entire existence, he's kinda always angry. And if you were curious, he's undergone full gender reassignment, both top and bottom surgery. Also, I must say, he's cool with wearing dresses if it'll make him look good. Anything that flatters him, or makes him look better, he's okay with. But calling him she/her? BIG No no!

Allan Bravecog - Pansexual, Intersex, He/Him or She/Her, loves baking (especially for Chris and Cathal). Oh, and he's married to Chris' as well. Changed him to be a bit more soft actually, it's very cute! Met Chris during high school, and they both got together after college when Chris got a stable job (one he's already quit to become the CFO we all know and love) Allan has a dislike for Craig, but then again, everyone does. Allan is slightly blind in his right eye, and needed to wear contacts since he was 14. Gossips with his employees and occasionally Chris about drama happening in the 5 departments. And two words... Family man!!! Big fun :3

Chris P. Dolair - Bisexual and polyamorous, He/Him, married to Allan! Allan turned him into the softest guy he knows, y'know, he used to wilt the flowers. Yes, Ambessa has truly manipulated Jayce. She hides her true agenda under the pretense of helping the faltering leadership of the Council (whereas all she wants are hextech weapons for herself/family)

Her mom offers her to let her come back home if she lets the war happen (so she gets her Hextech weapons). Mel longed for her mom's love and approval her whole life but she'd rather stick to her values (mercy) and her city, so she votes in favor of Zaun's independence. (Conditional love is terrible)

Mel's cold fury is incredible, she's definitely in love with Jayce. Even her own mom knows that she has fallen hard for him, it implies that Mel has never dared to act like that for anyone before. Heck, even Heimerdinger noticed their crush since day one. 😂

Conclusion :

Yes, Mel is a manipulator but, pfff, she's such a lame one.

Great manipulators manipulate several timelines to doom save their friend so they can save them back from their "dreamless solitude". (Rendering their beautiful and meaningful encounter less authentic. Mage Viktor, if I catch you !)

Master manipulators manipulate and bend the canon storyline of their favorite show so it fits their headcanon and fantasy.

Anyway, with my deepest respect and appreciation, it appears that some people have been tricked and completely missed the point.

In episode 2 : Mel manipulated Hoskel, but who cares about Zaun number one hater ? Besides, it saved Jayce from banishment.

In episode 3 : Jayce and Viktor "manipulated" Mel so they can play with hextech

In episode 4 : Mel "manipulated" the Council to protect the safety of people because they had no qualms endangering the city for their profit

In episode 5 : Mel taught Jayce corruption to save himself and his dreams

In episode 6 : Mel was "manipulated" by Jayce to ditch Heimerdinger. (As a result, Viktor can continue his research with hextech/hexcore, a project partly saved and sponsored by Mel, so he can hope to cure himself and help the world)

In episode 7 : Mel tried to "manipulate" Jayce to protect the safety of people from threatening foreign regions (especially Noxus, a region where beheading kids is ok)

In episode 7 : Viktor tried to "manipulate" Jayce by threatening his life with a bomb (open to interpretation though)

In episode 8 : with Caitlyn, Mel tried to "manipulate" Jayce and the whole council to defend the undercity and avoid war

Introduction

Okay, it's a new year, and since I've decided to stick around for a while, I may as well officially introduce myself. The name is Alex, he/him, adult. I'm a proud American, and a proud Murder Drones fan. This is mostly where I'll post the occasional bit of fan art I make, and just vibe with the rest of the fandom about all things Murder Drones. Things will be pretty chill and easy going around here, and things may get a little cringe at times. But like Uzi said “I think dumb things are fricking cool”. I make no apologies for being who I am, and you shouldn't have to either.

I work a regular 9-5 job, so I don't have a lot of free time to draw, make content, and be as active here as I would like, but I will check in on things regularly. I'm still learning how to draw and experimenting with different styles and methods so things may look a bit inconsistent. I'm still struggling with foreshortening, and making poses look more dynamic. For the sake of getting ideas from my head onto paper before I forget, a lot will be messy unfinished sketches.

I do have a “dronesona”, though he's still a work in progress. He'll be mostly based off of my original fursona (yes, I was a bit of furry as well) of which you can find a ref-sheet on my Deviant Art profile https://www.deviantart.com/moggycoons93 . It's essentially just a matter of swapping out the anthro body for a drone body.

I would also like to start my own Murder Drones fan project and I'm cooking up some ideas, but I'm just one person with very limited resources and time. The most I could do would be a messy storyboard or comic at some point. But for now I won't be talking about what I have planed until I feel I can actually deliver on the content.

I like all the characters in Murder Drones, but V is my personal favorite and best girl along with J coming in at a very close second. And just to get it out of the way for anyone who may call me a simp, YOU BET! I won't deny it, and there's nothing wrong with that so BITE ME! (Though I really don't like to use the word simp.) But really, if you have a crush on any of these weirdly hot robots, that's perfectly fine and don't let those prudes out there shame you for it!

Now to get serious for a moment-

Regarding NSFW content. PLEASE NOTE THAT I'M AN ADULT, and as such, there may on rare occasions be some mild NSFW Murder Drones content here. My stance on NSFW is that if you don't like it, that's perfectly fine, I'll respect that. You don't have to look at it, but don't attack the artist over it. Just move on to something else, and live and let live. There's been too much hate towards NSFW content creators in this fandom lately, and that needs to stop.

The same thing holds true for all the stupid shipping wars. As long as you're not hurting anyone or depicting anything illegal, then ship whoever you want and have fun. Life is too short to be getting into these childish arguments, and its that kind of infighting that makes the Murder Drones Fandom look bad. You do you, but also be respectful of others.

And please, ABSOLUTELY NO POLITICS AT ALL OF ANY KIND WHAT SO EVER! That kind of thing won't be tolerated here. The Murder Drones fandom should be a place for people to come together and have fun, make friends, show off their fan art and OC's, discuss theories and imagine new AU's, chill and vibe and just obsess over all things Murder Drones. Something as petty and divisive as politics shouldn't and never will have a home in the Murder Drones fandom.

Sorry if I came across as a bit stern there, I just feel these were issues that needed to be addressed.

Fred Weasley… there were many words one could use to describe him. Loud and outgoing were almost always the first ones to come to mind. Not really the person you tended to hang around.

He was always the Center of attention and was a big flirt. He was almost always with a girl (whether they were dating or not)

The two of you never talked a lot, you didn’t really have the same friend groups either. It wasn’t that either of you didn’t like the other, it’s just you were in many ways, opposites. 

But it was the beginning of 5th year. And once again you had another defence against the dark arts teacher. Mr. Lupin. You had gotten into class and sat down waiting for class to begin. 

“Alright class, I want you all to put your books away, you won’t be needing those.”

In almost complete unison the class sighed with relief. Mr. Lupin smiled a bit. “We will be having a class discussion on what you all already know so I know what to start whi-“  he was cut off by Fred rushing in the classroom laughing uncontrollably. “S-sorry I’m late.. professor” he said in between laughs. Mr. Lupin looked at him looking a bit amused. “ I suppose it’s alright, now if you would, please take a seat so we can continue.” The Bly available seat was right next to you, so that’s where he sat. “ now, before we begin the discussion, I want you to pair up with who sits next to you, and take a few moments to get to know them a bit, because when we do group projects that’s who you’ll be working with.”  You look over at Fred to see him already looking at you.  “Well, I guess we better get to know each other then.” He said with a smile. You return a soft smile “I suppose so.” “So… “ he trails off a bit. “What’s your name? Mine’s Fred,  Fred Weasley.” You smile a bit “ wow Fred, it’s not like we’ve had classes together not 5 years now or anything. My name is Y/n L/n.” He lets out a somewhat embarrassed laugh. “ sorry, I guess we’ve never really talked, that’s a nice name..” “Thanks“ you say with a small smile "so what kind of stuff are you into?“ he asked. "Uh.. reading I guess, I like to draw some.. and I like quidditch pretty well I suppose.“ he smiles a bit at your response. "that’s cool" he says. The two of you continue to talk for a while, finding out you have a few things in common here and there. "Do you like music?" He asked. You looked at him as if it was the dumbest question "How does someone not like music?" You ask. "Fair enough" he responds "Do you play any instruments?" He asked. You laugh a bit "I wish… do you?" He looks away. "Yeah.. im not really great or anything though.." "oh? What instrument do you play?" You look at him full of curiosity. "The electric guitar." He looks back up at you to see your widening. "The electric guitar? Woah…" you look at him in wonder. He really didn’t seem that bad the more you talked to him. The two of you continued talking until Mr. Lupin spoke up. "I believe that’s enough for now. Now, let’s begin the class discussion."

After about an hour the bell rang. "Alright class have a good rest of your day." He said as the class began to pack up.

"Hey." You look over at Fred. “Yeah?” He looked like he was about to say something but then he seemed to back out of it. “Have a good day, ok?” You smiled a bit. “Ok, you too Fred.”

During the next few week the two of you got a bit closer. You started to wonder why you hadn’t ever really talked to him sooner.

(Fred’s pov)

“I can’t believe it George.." he mumbled. George was sitting on the edge of Fred’s bed while Fred kind of flopped down on it. "Can’t believe what?" He asked questioningly. "It’s just…i Wonder why I Never tried to talk to her sooner… I mean, she’s so pretty and sweet, and she laughs at almost all of my jokes and she’s just so…. Interesting. And yet is like opposite than me in a lot of ways…." George laughed a bit. “Seems like someone has a crush~” Fred’s eyes widened. "What?! No! That’s just ridiculous.“ George rolled his eyes. "Well that’s what it sounds like." Fred sighed and looked at his left leg. George smacked his shoulder. "Fred that happened 7 years ago, don’t get all freaked out about it now because you like a girl." He sighed again. "I-it’s just that-.. what if she’s freaked out by that? I mean how many people do you know are missing most of their leg?" "Not many, but if she won’t like you because your missing a leg then she’s not worth it. Why don’t you take your mind off of it and play your guitar some?"

(Back to your pov)

A few days later you were on your way to d.a.d.a and you saw Fred on a bench messing with his leg a bit. You walked over to him and looked at him curiously. “what are you doing?” You asked. Without looking up at you he responds, “Trying to adjust the prosthetic, it’s been bothering me all day.” Your eyes widen a bit and right away he looks a bit freaked out and looks up at you. “You have a prosthetic?” You ask. “Y-yeah.. I do.” “Oh.” His heart sank when he heard you say that. “It’s not a bad thing” you quickly say. He looked up at you and you quickly added “It’s not like it makes you any less human or anything, you’re still Fred.” He smiled a bit a your words. “Thanks y/n” you nod a bit “ we could hurry off to class before we’re late.” He sighs a bit. "I suppose your right." He says and you offer to help him up offering your hand. He smiled a bit and takes it and the two of you walk off to class.

After class as you two are packing up he looks up at you and asks. "Hey, could you want to go with me to hogsmeade this weekend?" You look at him, your cheeks turning a bit pink. “Like a Date?” He turns a bit red. “ only if you want” you smile “sure” he smiled back. “Wonderful, I’ll see you then”

So I just wanted to ask and say some things.

First of all:

Ur Ink u did for Inktober was really pretty. Look forward to any more Inktober pictures u can do. Only if u can though.

2nd of all: That Halloween Special AU art of Paps and Sans was so cute! Small baby-ish (demon; I think) Paps and teethwear (demon; I think) and/or braces Sans are so cute. I like their aesthetic too.

3rd of all: I was wondering how u been doing on any of ur projects

(like, Dead Ringer, which, I am very excited for the next episode of, and to see some of Sans, Paps, and Frisk's story of Dead Ringer. Will hopefully say something about Ep3 like I have done about the other previous episodes in some form. Or also like Bonnytale; which I read ur update(s) about on it's blog. And I am also very excited about. Or Inkuabtor. Ok, I probably spelled that wrong. Which, I am curious about. And the TikToks of it have been fun. I do hope u share it's story besides TikTok though. I will use TikTok sometimes. Like to see stuff and/or creators' stuff I like; like you. But I do admit; I don't use TikTok that much).

I know u have been jumping around them (and/or maybe even others), and/or probably are just busy and stuff. And I can wait for stuff. I know things can take awhile, and people have lives.

I am just curious.

4th of all: It looks like Hazbin Hotel is coming out in January, and if u are still doing Underhell, that means u will be getting more for that AU/series soon. Which is super cool. I love that AU, and the art and character stuff and stuff have done with it so far.

Also, since Hazbin Hotel is premiering soon, Cartoon Universe did a cool video called: "EVERYTHING You Need To Know Before Hazbin Hotel's Premiere!" , that has some cool info about Hazbin Hotel; that could be useful for ur AU/Underhell

Will say more about Underhell in another Ask, I feel like I have too much to say about it to have it in this ask, and I feel like it's better as it's own other Ask. Plus, this Ask is getting there in length. I don't know when I will send in that other Ask for Underhell though. Also, should I send that Underhell Ask on the Underhell Blog, or this blog?

1. I have been doing some inktober works however I’m currently in a headspace where im overally critical with my work so i haven’t been posting them (here’s one i did but i redid it i will post the new one later today)

2. i love my little vamp au even tho i have not build on it and aren’t planning to its still fun to me and im glad u enjoyed it ^-^

3.deadringer process is still slow as i’m focused on college but i have been getting a lot of progress done in which i honestly didn’t think i would, turns out hang drawing/animating as a stress reliever helps me grandly lmao. Also i’m proud of the improvements from the first episode to this one.

As for inkubator I do plan on posting it on Tumblr. So it will only be available on Tumblr and Tiktok! I might have to make another blog for it ooo

4. I have been doing redesigns and story updates on underhell but i haven’t been able to work on it as much as im hyperfixiated on my purple babies (deadringer) and inkubator :’D I will take a look at that though!

5. Any blog is fine! ^-^ im sorry for the slow updates on underhell i promise ill get there 😭
