In my lockwood and co brainrot I had a random thought of it being crossed over with RE (okay just various ways Lucy and Rosemary could be friends) and in amongst the fun I had a thought... Chris wanting to leave Mia in the cells beneath the village... not that far away from the bomb he planted in the mold... how would Mia be safe there? Chris? Really?
#hilariously the two got merged because I thought of the ethan commited ecocide person again#mold grows in more than one place and hound wolf squad says a thing that they haven't seen a colony grow so huge (its on my blog)#as in there is more then one and probably even more than the one in the village#but you know Ethan is the one commiting ecocide#mia winters#don't clown on this post#waiting patiently for the day capcom reveal the reason all the herbs in the RE verse are so potent is because the natural properties#is amped up by mold like it is the only reason that really makes sense#sorry tags for going slightly hay wire with this#i know its going to end up in weird places

Another fix it fic for 15x20
Hey guys! I’ve written another fix it and this time Cas comes to save Dean before he died. As usual read below or on Ao3
Bed of Roses Word Count: 1.8k
Dean could feel it, the rebar, digging deeper into his heart with every breath. He really hadn’t expected today to be the day that he’d bite it, but then again he’d always known he’d go out on a hunt, today was as likely as any other day.
“I need you to tell me…” he gasped out, gripping at Sam’s jacket, “it’s okay.”
It didn’t matter how many times he’d died in the past, he was still scared. He still didn’t know what awaited him in the afterlife, he didn’t know where he’d end up. He hated this, he hated that he hadn’t thought about the placement of the rebar in the heat of the moment, he hated that he was stupid enough to charge that vamp head on like that.
After everything, he didn’t want to go like this, he didn’t want to watch Sam slowly fall apart in front of him, he didn’t want to leave Sam with that grief, but it was his time and he was okay with that.
“Dean…” Sam choked out, tears dripped down his cheeks and Dean wished he could reach up to brush them away, to comfort his little brother in this moment, but he could barely keep his lungs working anymore, and his heartbeat was slowing. He just needed to hang on a little bit longer, just long enough to hear Sam tell him it was okay, he just needed to know it was okay. “It’s-”
Sam didn’t get to finish his sentence because he was interrupted by the unmistakable sound of wings fluttering in the air. Dean couldn’t see anything around Sam, but Sam turned to look and Dean watched surprise flash over his features. Footsteps brushed against the barn floor and Sam stepped aside so Dean could see who it was.
The pain in his chest was momentarily forgotten as shock and hope flooded through him. “Cas?”
Cas smiled, blue eyes shining as he stopped in front of Dean and placed two fingers on his forehead. “Hello, Dean.”
An overwhelming surge of grace poured into his body and he fell forward into Cas’ arms, who then pulled him away from the rebar as he felt the wound heal. He gasped into Cas’ chest and his fingers curled into the soft fabric of his trench coat, never wanting to let go.
“Is this real?” he asked as he held Cas tighter.
“Yes,” Cas replied.
“You’re alive?” he gasped out as what were once tears of pain became tears of joy.
“I am.”
Dean finally pulled away, just enough to look into Cas’ eyes. “How?”
“Jack,” Cas answered, a twinkle in his eyes.
“Of course,” Dean breathed through a small chuckle. He let his hands loosen just a little on Cas’ coat, enough for him to step back slightly. “Cas… when you… left… I didn’t… I’m sorry I didn’t say anything.”
“You didn’t need to,” Cas replied softly.
Dean shook his head. “No, but that’s just it Cas, I did need to, because I love you too.”
Cas smiled, it was just as bright and beautiful as it had been when he’d let the empty swallow him. “I never thought I’d hear you say it.”
“I’m sorry I never said it before.”
“You don’t need to apologize,” Cas replied.
“Yeah well, still, let me make it up to you.”
Dean let his hands make their way up to Cas’ face where they rested for a moment before he pulled the angel into a kiss. It was sloppy and desperate, but perfect and incredible at the same time, and when they pulled apart Dean couldn’t help but laugh, Cas joined in and then Dean was hugging him again, holding onto him like if he ever let go Cas would vanish in a shadow of black goo again.
“Um,” Sam cleared his throat and Dean suddenly snapped back into the reality where he realized his brother had been watching this whole thing unfold.
Dean turned away from Cas, but he made sure to slip his hand into the angel’s, still keeping that contact between them. “Sorry, Sammy.”
Sam only smiled. “Don’t be, I’m glad you both finally sorted your shit out and I’m happy you’re back, Cas.” Dean grinned and let go of Cas’ hand so he could pull Sam into a hug. “It’s all going to be okay now, Dean,” Sam said, a smile in his voice.
Dean nodded as he clapped Sam on the back and pulled away. “Let’s go get those boys out of here, huh?”
“Yeah,” Sam replied as he looked from Dean to Cas, “let’s.”
****
Dean shifted his feet on the hay strewn ground, his nerves were firing on all cylinders and he swallowed hard to dislodge the lump rising in his throat.
Today was the day he thought he’d never get to have, the day he was going to marry the love of his life. They’d thought it fitting to do it in the barn they’d first met in, and even though Dean had spent months trying to prepare himself for this moment, he was still shaking.
He could smell the white rose that was pinned to his lapels, the rose that Cas had insisted he wear. Cas had also insisted on Dean in a dark red suit while he himself wore a white one, with a red rose.
Dean looked over at Sam, who was standing proud beside him, with Miracle at his feet, a black bow tie around his neck, and gave him a nod, which Sam returned. “You’ve got this,” Sam whispered.
“I hope so,” Dean replied.
When the music started and Dean turned to look at the barn doors as the split open once again, as Castiel emerged, clad in his suit, a bright smile on his face, and walked towards him, Dean knew that this was going to be the beginning of the best years of his life.
Jody had graciously agreed to officiate their wedding, and when Dean took Cas’ hands in his, and let their eyes meet, he felt every bubble of nervousness pop within him. He was about to commit to spending the rest of his life with Cas, and he had never been more sure about doing anything in his life.
Their vows were simple, merely a few promises uttered to open air, solidifying the most profound bond to ever exist on Earth. Their kiss was magical, and applause ran out through the barn. When they turned around, hand in hand, and looked at their found family, the family they’d worked so hard to expand and grow, he was sure he’d never felt happier.
Music started up from speakers around the barn and everyone stood to move their chairs out of the way while Dean and Castiel faced each other for their first dance.
Bed of Roses, but Bon Jovi began to filter through the air and Dean let his head fall to Cas’ shoulder while Cas wrapped one hand around his waist and held Dean’s hand with his other.
The first verse passed with them just rocking to the music, Dean drinking in the feeling of Cas’ hands around him and the press of his new ring on his finger. But when the second verse began, Dean moved to look at Cas, letting themselves separate just slightly, so they could lock eyes.
With an ironclad fist, I wake up and French kiss the morning.
While some marching band keeps its own beat in my head.
While we’re talking, about all of the things that I long to believe.
About love and truth and what you mean to me.
And the truth is, baby you’re all that I need.
“You’re all that I need,” Cas said and Dean smiled.
As the chorus played and they swayed together, Dean began to hum to the music, and he let their foreheads come together, he let the air between them become the same, and he pressed a kiss to Cas’ soft lips.
He could smell the roses between them and the scent of his own cologne and Cas’, he could feel the eyes of their friends on their backs, but they soon melted away, and it suddenly felt like it was just the two of them, alone in this barn, the place they’d first met, the place where both their lives changed for the better, the place where it all began.
The next verse spun around them as they swayed.
Well I’m so far away, that each step that I take is on my way home.
A king’s ransom in dimes I’d given each night, just to see through this payphone.
Still I run out of time, or it’s hard to get through.
Till the bird on the wire flies me back to you, I’ll just close my eyes and whisper… Baby blind love is true.
“Baby, blind love is true,” Dean murmured, only loud enough for Cas to hear. Cas grinned and Dean grinned back.
“Yes, it is,” Cas agreed.
Once the song ended and they separated, the music shifted and everyone came onto the dance floor. Sam and Eileen came first, followed by Claire and Kaia, and Charlie and Stevie came after and Jody even got Bobby to dance. Donna had dragged Doug to the wedding and they were swaying beside Jody and Bobby. Pretty soon everyone was dancing to the music and Dean looked around the room in awe at just how many people had turned up.
Eventually, the dance partners switched up and Dean let Cas be pulled away by Claire, who demanded that she have a chance to dance with him. Dean swung Donna in for a loop and Sam pulled Jody in close as she let out a whoop of laughter.
“I’m real happy for ya, Dean,” Donna said.
“Thanks,” Dean grinned as he snuck a glance at Cas spinning Claire in close.
They danced the night away and tables were set up with food and drinks. It was nothing special, just pizza and cheap beer, but it was perfect and Dean wouldn’t want it any other way.
As the night wore itself out and people began to bid the newly weds goodnight, Dean and Cas lingered, locked in each other’s arms and when it was finally just the two of them, left to their own devices, Dean slipped his hand into Cas’ and led him from the barn towards where Baby was parked.
“Come on, let’s go for a drive.”
Dean drove them to an empty field, where they intended to watch the stars but ended up making out in the backseat where Dean fell asleep on top of Cas and Cas spent the night smoothing back Dean’s hair and kissing him softly as he watched over him.
****
It was a long life they led, spent with family and laughter, and when Dean finally breathed his last and entered Heaven, Cas flew up to join him. Sam and Eileen followed in their wake not long after and they spent the rest of eternity sipping beers in the Roadhouse, surrounded by all the friends and family they’d lost along the way.

The girl with the bow part 3
Daryl Dixon x reader
Summary: Never trust an inmate
Warnings: Gore, some swearing.
Everything seemed to be going smoothly well sort of, you were a mess but ignored the feelings inside you bottling up. The prison was clear now at least a place to sleep even though they were cells it was safe. Clearing out the other blocks though didn’t go to plan when Hershel got bit your nerves running hay wire as Rick cut his leg off and the inmates staring like he was a mad man. You made them follow you out into the court yard the Spanish man you didn’t know his name didn’t care looking you up and down like you were meat.
“Stop” You said he raised an eyebrow but continued.
“The girl said stop, you better stop before I rip your eye out” You stared at Daryl standing in front of you protectively pointing his crossbow. You placed a hand on his shoulder as he lowered it huffing. You felt your heart flutter slightly but quickly pushed those feelings away. Rick made a deal they get B block, half the food and help them clear it out. Didn’t go to plan seeming as everyone had run into walkers the leader supposedly was pushing walkers onto Rick you saw what was happening, everyone stopped your bow and Daryl’s crossbow pointing to him.
“Hey man shit happens” He said putting his hands up you clenched your fist.
“Yeah shit happens” Rick shot him shooting another before bashing one on the head and left the other two. They were trapped in B block you didn’t blame Rick the guy was out of his mind. They were peaceful for now keeping to themselves when Axel approached you awkwardly.
“Hey Miss, I uh don’t wanna trouble you but could we borrow some matches, so we can burn the body’s” You nodded going to grab them coming back as he smiled walking away quickly he wasn’t harmful you could see it. You were on watch just outside of the block before the walkers came you began shooting calling everyone. Someone opened the damn gate.
“LORRI MAGGIE OVER HERE” You yelled at them as they ran to you going inside the cages. Everyone went inside as you ran down the halls shooting every walker you saw. You all hid in some generator room when Lorri cried in pain.
“Lorri! What’s wrong?” Maggie asked concerned.
“The baby” You both froze.
“No no not now” you whispered as she griped the chain.
“Alright come on let’s get your pants off we gonna have to do it here” Maggie said you nodded helping. Laying her on the ground she was sweating and crying. Maggie was sweating also gulping when blood coated her fingers.
“Maggie?” You questioned as Lorri looked up.
“Your gonna have to cut me open”
“MUM NO” You turned to Carl hugging him tightly.
“We don’t have a choice Carl” Lorri said groaning.
“Come here” Carl sat down by his mother tears in your eyes.
“I love you my strong little man ok, I’m sorry I haven’t been the worlds best mother but I’m so proud of you” She said crying you covered your mouth feeling the power of her words.
“I love you too mum” He whispered.
“Carl knife” Maggie said as he handed it over reluctantly.
“Carl come here” You beckoned he shook his head holding his mums’ hand as Maggie cut her open, you covered your ears hating the noise. The baby was out as Lorri laid lifeless Maggie was in shock as you took the baby not knowing what to do. You were filled with dread and shock your muscles stiff as Carl shot her, so she wouldn’t turn. You gave Maggie the baby saying you needed a minute as she nodded walking out with Carl. You looked down at Lorri moving her, so she was out of reach from the walkers.
“I’m sorry” You whispered you walked out only to be bombarded with walkers. You ran into a closet the walkers all slamming it closed as you backed up against the wall.
Maggie walked out crying when she saw Rick going to Glenn as he broke. Carl stood frozen emotionless to much pain going through him as Rick cried Maggie gave the baby to Beth as she frowned.
“Where’s Y/n?” She asked as Maggie turned around you were gone she shook her head feeling more dread as Glenn hugged her. Daryl didn’t say anything staring at the door begging you would come out, but you didn’t not for hours and he gave up. Days past and you were overheating, heat stroke, thirsty you didn’t hear the footsteps coming in only the growls when walkers died, you huffed your voice was gone. You moved the door slightly but there was a walker in the way whoever was out there huffed slamming it shut making you whimper as it snapped open.
“Y/n?” You heard a familiar gruff voice you looked up seeing the red neck covered in blood as you tried to get up only to fall again. He picked you up bridal style as your vision went blurry.
“hey, stay with me” He said but you were out.
Waking up you rolled onto your side you were much cooler now you opened your eyes you were in your cell. Getting up slowly you held your head at the slightly throb as you frowned looking at your arms covered in bandages Hershel must have found them you sighed shrugging a jumper on covering them up before walking down stairs slowly.
“Y/n” Maggie said giving you a hug.
“I’m sorry” She whispered as you shook your head.
“I’m sorry I should’ve gone with you” You said as she sighed walking away. You saw Daryl holding the little baby girl as you smiled lightly holding onto the wall for support your legs were shaky and weak. He walked over to you as you looked at her smiling patting her head.
“Is she ok?” You whispered he nodded grunting as he let you have a hold. You never thought you’d hold a baby again never you saw her big eyes opened and you melted you needed to protect her no matter what. Daryl watched you a true smile on your face as you moved your hand, so she could hold your finger you looked around for Rick frowning when you didn’t see him.
“Rick?” You questioned.
“He’s here just needs some time” Daryl mumbled you nodded handing back the baby to Beth when she started crying.
“Do we need formula?” You asked as she nodded.
“Ill head out at lunch” you said.
“You aint going anywhere” Daryl said you frowned.
“Not in your condition” He added you sighed.
“I’m fine” You mumbled walking back up the stars as he huffed walking away. You weren’t fine mentally seeing Lorri after your brother you couldn’t take it and T-dog. You went out going into a car when Dixon came out.
“Come on” He grumbled as you frowned following him onto his bike as he rode off. You sighed feeling the wind through your hair was nice in the heat. Getting to what ever the place was child care? You looked around finding the jackpot when something growled quietly. You turned around seeing a little boy your brother. You froze he was younger maybe 7 or 8 you fell to your knees.
“I’m sorry” You whispered his hands going out to reach for you. Daryl shot him when you snapped out of your trance seeing it wasn’t him you stared at the boy what the hell was wrong with you?
“Y/n ya with me?” You nodded as he grunted grabbing the supplies walking off. You were interrupted though a gun on your head Daryl turned instantly pointing his crossbow.
“Woah there” You froze, Merle.

Erejean Week 2k17-Apocalypse
so usually I don’t join in for these ship weeks but the erejean tag is so dead nowadays and I haven’t written nearly enough for these two a03 link should be up later when the site is working again :(( nevertheless I actually???? met???? a deadline???? wild
Out of the many things Eren missed one of them was the birds. Growing up in the countryside had meant that every morning he would wake to their screeching as they prattled about the trees right next to Eren's window. Even in the evening they would carry on shrieking as if they weren't already being annoying enough. Once, a bird had miraculously flow into his room (to this day he still had no clue how since all the windows were sealed shut) and he had yell at it and direct it towards the open window with pool noodles before it took the hint. At least there aren't any pigeons Jean had said and added besides aren't birds chirping supposed to be sweet? before moving on to complain about how he didn't appreciate Shiganshina for the great place it was and why city life was objectively The Worst. Although he still didn't quite see the charm in those flappy fucks, whilst lying in bed with only the static air to keep him company he had to admit that maybe there was a novelty in the twittering and tweeting of sparrows in the morning.
Eren shifted his head when he heard the door open to reveal Jean walking over towards the bed with a plate of scrambled eggs and a crooked grin.
“Get back in bed,” Eren groaned through a slow yawn, holding open the duvet in invitation and really, how was Jean to resist? He placed the plate on the bedside table and pulled Eren by the waist closer to place a kiss on his forehead. Eren mourned the loss of Jean's stubble from last night but appreciated the scent of lemon soap lingering on his throat and chin. He ran a hand through Jean's thick hair and hummed.
“You need to cut your hair,” Eren mumbled, voice still thick with sleep.
“Hm, only if you do it for me,” Jean replied. “Come on, Eren, you need to get up,” he coaxed as he played with the straps of Eren's tank-top that needed washing. Later. Everything could wait until later.
“No,” Eren whined as if he were a petulant child, burying his head into Jean's shoulder.
“I milked the cows for you but the stables aren't gonna clean themselves.”
“You're not selling this very well.”
“Eren. Get up.”
Eren burrowed himself under the sheets, encasing himself in a protective cocoon. That was until Jean cruelling ripped the covers away, exposing him to the comparatively frigid temperature of the room.
“Ugh, fine! By the way, I'm breaking up with you,” Eren scowled, ripping off his pajamas to change into his usual flannel shirt and jeans.
“Love you too,” Jean beamed and god, Eren hated how cheesy it felt to say it, but it felt like stepping into the sun for the first time after a long winter.
Staggering into their shared bathroom, Eren frowned at the flecks of shaving foam that Jean hadn't cleaned off the mirror and the toothpaste growing crusty in the sink. He never was particularly fussy about cleanliness but then he had met Levi and ever since even seeing a speck of dust made him recoil. Unfortunately, Levi's wrath hadn't had the same effect on Jean, meaning their bedroom floor was normally scattered with yesterday's clothes before Eren could pick them up, leading to a lot of raised eyebrows and muffled laughter from their friends.
Although Eren missed commercial toothpaste their own-brand baking soda concoction did the job well enough. It wouldn't be uncommon for them to just forego a typical cleanliness regime but basic hygiene was one of the few things keeping Eren on the borderline of sanity. Plus, morning breath was something no one wanted to deal with.
Eren finished his plate that Jean had prepared and made a mental note to thank him once his fury at that morning's betrayal had simmered down. He trudged down the aching stairs and cursed the sun that blinded him the moment he stepped outside. It was an irritatingly bright, cheerful day and Eren just wanted to crawl back to bed.
“Afternoon, Eren,” Armin greeted with a wide smile.
“I've just woken up, therefore, it's morning,” Eren grumbled, feeling far too much like an old man for someone who was only twenty-five. “Do you need any help?” Eren nudged his head towards the weeds Armin was pulling up.
“Don't worry, I've got this for now. Some of the carrots are already prepared for harvest though so if you could get around to that later that'd be great.”
“Okay, I'll do it soon.”
They departed with mutual waves and continued to their respective jobs. When Eren wandered into the stables he spotted Jean brushing off the amounting dust on Julius' flank, face sour but his shoulders relaxed. Eren picked up a stray comb and began picking out straw from his mane.
“This little shit, honestly, I swear he was rolling in his hay for the fun of it. And he knocked over his water on purpose too,” Jean grumbled, brows creasing in a way that never ceased to make Eren snigger.
“I understand where he's coming from. Pissing you off is incredibly fun,” Eren laughed as he tugged at a particularly intricate knot.
“I hate you both,” Jean scowled like a wet cat. Eren blew a kiss that was not received kindly.
Even so, they worked comfortably in silence for the rest of the afternoon, tending to the stables, checking the water supply, harvesting early food, and salting the meat for storage. When the sundial indicated that it was nearing seven, Eren and Jean walked down together towards the perimeter to greet a tired looking Mikasa and Annie. Eren's nose twitched at the scent of decay and ash.
“One zombie in the morning neared the fence and we burned the body as protocol,” Annie explained as Mikasa swung off her crossbow to hand it to Eren. “Other than that, no activity like normal. There's six arrows and two rounds left for the rifle.”
“Anything else to report?” Jean prompted whilst positioning himself on his usual branch of the thick oak tree that was probably older than earth itself.
“No. As always, be careful,” Mikasa said before turning to join the others for dinner. Eren would be bitter he was missing roast night but he had already made Mikasa take his shift the night before so it was only fair.
Staying on watch was a painfully dreary job that included a whole lot of doing nothing but they had learned to appreciate the quiet after months of running from shack to shack with danger waiting to pounce around every corner. Making it to Armin's grandfather's farmhouse had been a massive risk and yes, they complained and about the back-breaking upkeep but everyday Eren was grateful for their safe haven in what would otherwise be hell on earth.
“Eren, look!” Jean stage-whispered, jerking his head over the fence. Eren searched the green but empty terrain beyond and located what Jean was staring at. What looked to be a small ball of fluff that could easily fit within one's hand was sniffing around, padding around to twitch its nose at the strands of overgrown grass.
“Wow, when was the last time we saw an animal outside the gates?” Eren mused aloud. Even without the buzzing of the electric wired fence and the scavenged barricade of rusted materials and pikes to ward off predators, most animals had been infected or eaten at this point.
“It must have been a year ago with the dear Connie spotted,” Jean answered. Eren had felt guilty for having to shoot it but it had provided a week's worth of food for the entire group. Besides, even if they had let it go, eventually it would have been bitten but this, a small, harmless rabbit, this they could appreciate.
“Mikasa and I used to have a rabbit when we were younger,” Eren reminisced, the sudden memory of begging his mother to allow him to get a pet gracing a smile to his lips.
“What was its name?” Jean asked, beaming at Eren in a way he never would've imagined anyone to look at him. The sun caught the flecks of gold in his eyes and Eren was momentarily stunned.
“She was called Flopsy,” Eren replied, turning his head slightly to hide his blush. Jean snorted, causing Eren to chuck a pebble at him.
“I'm sorry, I just didn't expect you to be so predictable. What else, did you have a black and white dog called Oreo?” Jean snickered.
“God, I want Oreos again,” Eren groaned. They shared a moment of silence for all the junk food that was no longer a ten-minute walk away. At least they would never have to relive that month on canned runner beans again. Now even looking at peas made him flinch.
“I think Sasha was mentioning that she was working on a doughnut recipe,” Jean offered in reassurance.
“If this ever blows over the first thing I'm doing is going to McDonalds and ordering six Big Macs, five Oreo McFlurry's, and three chocolate milkshakes to go with it.”
“Eren, don't; we haven't eaten yet.”
“What would you go for?”
“I'd go to Krispy Kreme and eat an entire Premium Dozen for myself and no one could stop me.”
“Same. Sometimes it's just the pointless shit I miss, you know? Family and security in knowing I have the next day in front of me aside sometimes I just miss ordering Dominos at 11 p.m. for my hangover the next day.”
“Yeah.”
The sun was beginning to sink and the rabbit had gone. Eren glanced at Jean and smiled softly with a gentle sigh, taking his offered palm in his, stroking his fingers along the callouses and scrapes.
“When society gets its shit back together again we're gonna go on one of those food tours around America and eat twice our weight in greasy food,” Jean promised with a grin that made Eren's heartbeat stutter.
Eren squeezed his palm and leaned against his bony yet comforting shoulder.
“I'd like that.”
