Ouuhh, the fear of drowning ask! This is kind of an extension of it, so feel free to ignore this if you think it's too similar, but what if the reader who's scared of drowning fell into the water at some kind of sea or lakeside thing?

oooo, this was interesting to write !! in case ppl don't know, this is a part two for this post here ! I hope you like this !! <3

♡ DROWNING - Tsukasa Tenma and Rui Kamishiro x Reader

Tsukasa:

While you had been incredibly hesitant to go to the lakeside event, Tsukasa convinced you to come

It was a theater fest by the water, and he wanted to attend it with his favorite co-star! He assured you that you wouldn't have to be close to water whatsoever

So, the two of you went to the fest, and everything was going rather smoothly!

...Well, it was, until you ended up slipping by the dock and falling into the lake

You were absolutely panicking, flailing about and trying to swim up. You couldn't tell where up even was anymore

Luckily, you didn't have to look for too long, because a familiar warm hand grabbed yours and pulled you up

Tsukasa held you close to him, the two of you gasping and panting while he swam you to the docks

The moment you both were back on land, he wrapped you in a hug, holding you close despite being absolutely drenched-

"Are you alright?? Oh dear, I'm terribly sorry that I wasn't able to save you sooner-" You simply hugged him back tighter, cutting him off. He really did keep true to his promise to save you <3

Rui:

You were always hesitant to events by a lake, but Rui had managed to convince you to come along

There was a group of people who built robots just like him who were flying drones over the water, and he promised you that you could stay away from the water

You spent most of the fest by his side watching the drones, and everything was going well!

...At least, it was, until you slipped on a rock and fell into the lake

You were panicking, limbs going this way and that as you tried to get out of the water. You couldn't even tell where up was, your fear consumed you

Before you could even start to lose your breath, however, a cold hand wrapped around your arm and tugged you up

Rui held onto you as he swam toward the docks, making sure that you didn't slip down further into the water

The moment you both were back on land, he takes your hands in his, looking at you with wide, nervous eyes

"Dearest, are you okay? I apologize, that was all my fault-" You cut him off by pulling him into a hug, shaking. Despite his own self-deprecation, you were truly thankful to him <3

{4TO} ey do?! Oh my saints now I really want to visit! That gives me an idea.. what if.. but how to choose... Oh I know! I'll take a cutting from Guiding Radiance, Weathered Against Blazes, Utility Amist Darkness for her! That's my lantern tree, one of the oldest plants I have! I'll have to make sure to acclimate it properly before hand, get it used to the light during the rains, of course they can't actually be in the rains, I found them growing underneath my very own can! It'll need to be shielded from the sun, I'll put together a mini sun shield to put around its pot, ouuhh but what if it's too much pressure for em?? I don't want her to feel stressed about keeping it alive or anything, I mean if I wasnt able to kill it back then haha.. but still, I don't know

{4TO} Sorry, got completely sidetracked there.. I want to give em something to put in eir garden, could you not tell her though? I haven't totally decided yet and if I do I want it to be a surprise

{4TO} Oh no thats awful! Are you ok? I hope someone can help fix tjem or something, I really don't know how our eyes work but it seems like there's some pretty smart people in that group haha

Uhm, it's been a few cycles! Just, wanted to check how you were doing. I know, that the conversation we had was, something pfff. I'm not upset with you! I'm more of, embarrassed for how I acted. I should of shut off comms completely if I am being honest.

But, if it makes you feel better, I'm doing a lot better!! Quiet came and got me, and your slugcats came to help too!!

{4TO} Heya Moss, Im alright, well, better now, I got this stupid failsafe, keeps me from working too hard ya know, really kicked my ass this time around, didn't end up damaging my systems too much this time though so that's good! (Saints that really does sound bad)

{4TO} I heard a bit from Quiet yeah! Well, that you were staying with them, I'm glad they got out of there, yeah. My Gatherers got there too! I suppose they weren't quite as needed since they were taking you out of there anyway, Splatter's good though, I'm sure it figured out a way to help. The translator hasn't come back yet yeah, probably still there, I've been hearing bits and pieces from some of the other translators though (really need to work on my scav signing, I found a file with ancient sign in my database that I've been using as a basis but it seems to differ quite a bit). I'd love to hear more about how you're doing, I'm so glad you're finally out of that death trap of a can, heh

Well, I'll start by saying that I don't think any less of you, not in the slightest. I.. I should be the one apologizing really.
