Number 5 for the SE Ask Board?
(Also, sorry if I already asked you a question, I can't quite recall because my memory sucks.)
(No worries! This is the only ask I've gotten from you 😀)
5 Turn your favorite villain into a blorbo. Who would they get along with now that they aren't evil, and how would they act as one of the good guys?
I think it would be interesting to see all 3 Gorgon sisters exist in Death City outside of the context of villainy because they're sisters and they all have a history of ✨️crime✨️
I'm a big fan of the MedusaMarie ship, but otherwise I don't think Medusa would really get along with anyone. She and Stein still have their thing going on, but otherwise the staff at the DMWA just view her as "yeah, that's Medusa, she hisses at people before she gets her morning coffee." (I also feel like they'd recieve her in a more neutral way because even though she's a bit of a bitch, she's not fake nice for the sake of preventing suspicion anymore.)
As for how she'd collaborate with the good guys, I think she'd work as a resident magic consultant and eventually be dispatched on more dangerous missions with higher-rank meisters. Additionally, I think she'd help students get away with shit lol. Anything from writing sick notes the kids don't need so they can spend the day at the arcade to just straight up enabling kids to go against orders to pick a risky but more rewarding strategy in the field--she's your chaperone. It's how she maintains being an agent of chaos.

Werewolf! Kirishimia Eijiro: A New Meaning to Golden Retriever Boyfriend.
Thank you so dearly for this request, it was so much fun to write. Prompt #16 “Not this again.” For the fictober event. If you have a request, please send me an ask I would love to write it.
No warnings, fluffy and cute.
"You've got to be kidding me, not this again." You looked down at your phone, a long paragraph typed up from your boyfriend Eijiro in the same format as last month. An excuse, an apology, canceling tonight's plans, and about two more apologies. Tonight he's claiming stomach issues, but you know the truth. You sigh and check your bank account. If he would just tell the truth you could tell him that it wouldn't be a problem for you to pay for the movie tickets tonight! He makes good money, he must really spend over his budget. He's so chivalrous and sweet, it might insult him to try and pay for things sometimes. You don't mind, if only he'd just open up.
You decide that enough is enough, you're going over there and you're going to put an end to the lying! He's going to let you pay for the date if you have to drag him out by his ears. You throw on the outfit you had planned for your date, cleaned up your hair and head down the street into the night air. Eijiro's house is just outside of city lines in the suburbs. He has a nice end lot with a large field behind it. You're so jealous of his view. You hop on the bus and ride with head phones on, listening to a playlist he made you. The bus can be a little scary at night, but nobody is on here except for you. It's kind of peaceful just listening to music and staring at the full moon. It's large and round face is staring down at you like a caring grandmother.
 Another text pops up.
"Are you okay? I'm sorry I disappointed you. I have to get some sleep, I love you baby." You rolled your eyes. It's just past 10pm! You're not letting him sit and sulk in the dark alone all night. You resisted the urge to throw your phone into your bag in frustration. He is such a wonderful boyfriend 99% of the time, but he always seems like he's hiding a part of himself. What is it? A bad childhood? A gambling addiction? Is he secretly apart of the mafia??? The bus halted to a stop and left you outside of his neighborhood, you stomped all the way down the sidewalk to the end of the line of houses and stared at your boyfriends place. The porch light is off, but the lights are on inside. You know where he keeps the hidden spare key and jam it into the lock. You almost kick the door down as you shout for your boyfriend.
He was sitting on the couch, tying his shoe laces. He's putting on hiking boots this late? "Hey! You're awake!" You slam the door behind you and scold your red headed sweet heart. "Babe what are you doing here? It's almost midnight!" His voice is shaking. He nervously looks at the clock on the wall and stands up. "You have to go baby, I'm really embarrassed! My stomach is-" "Stop lying! Your stomach is fine!" You want to raise your voice and yell, but his giant puppy dog eyes are so cute. You jam a finger into his chest and scrunch up your mouth, doing your best to look irritated. "I knew I would get here and see you're not hunched over a puke bucket!" He put both hands on your shoulders and gently rubbed up and down on your arms. He's such a large man, he's practically a wall he's so solid. Yet he always has the sweetest touches, making sure to be so gentle with you. His callused finger tips brushed against your skin and gave you goosebumps.
It took every ounce of restraint in you not to fall right into his arms. "I'm sorry honey, but you really can't stay here tonight. I need you to head back home." He said hardly above a whisper. He kissed your forehead and you shoved his chest with all of your might. He didn't budge, but understood you wanted him away from you so he stepped back. "Oh I'm sorry, is your booty call on the way over and I'm interrupting?" You felt like someone had stabbed you right in the heart. It couldn’t be true, he has never showed any signs of being disloyal. You’re just tired and confused.
Eijiro looked panicked. "Oh god of course not! No, no its not like that I swear!"  He swallowed you in his arms pushing your cheek against his pecks and kissing all over the top of your head. "There is nobody other than you, I could never even think of betraying you, you're my soul mate." He said between kisses. You wrapped your arms around him and snuggled in. His warmth overwhelming. "Well then what is it...?" You whined a bit, it's getting later and you want to just fall asleep in his arms. "Are you going to turn into a wolf at midnight?" You chuckled. His hand stopped running through your hair and he stiffened completely. You look up at him puzzled, he's staring down at you with a look of panic. "That's crazy why would you even say that?" He says all too seriously. You nervously laugh. "What's wrong? I was just joking. It's not like I really believe you're about to start howling at the full moon." Eijiro stared off into space, like his brain was loading and he couldn't think of what to say. "Right...?" You cocked an eyebrow at him. "It might be a little bit like that." He scratched his head.
You two sat in the quiet for a little bit. Every time he tried to elaborate he ended up getting caught up in his own words. You two sat awkwardly in his living room until its about 5 minutes til midnight. "I- I'm going to go to the bathroom." He quickly dismissed himself, running to his bedroom and shutting the door. You followed quickly after him. Is he insane? Does he really expect you to just sit out here while he hides pretending to shape shift to get out of movie night? He's obviously  having a difficult time, maybe his money troubles make him feel emasculated? You softly tap on his bedroom door and it slips open. The bathroom door is closed shut with the light peaking out under the crack. You walk past his bed and dressers and hear weird scuttling sounds the closer you get. You knock again. "Hey honey, why don't you come out so we can talk about this? It's okay if you didn't want to go out because of money..." You leaned against the door. "It doesn't make you less of a man to let me pay sometimes." He's so wonderful, you don't think there could be any other reason why he can be so flakey.
The sound of shampoo bottles and shaving cream canisters falling to the ground startle you. "Babe are you okay?" You turn the door nob. The door flings open, a large shape tackles you, knocking you to the ground. You let out a large wheeze, the wind escaping your lungs. "What the fu-" Your face was assaulted with a large flat tongue, licking all over you. Slobber flew across the room as a giant red dog panted and whimpered as it gave you kisses. "You're a dog! Oh my god you're a dog!" You pushed your monstrous boyfriend off of you and took a good look at him. He's huge, and even a little scary looking. His fur is bright crimson and his eyes are a daring shade of yellow. But he sat there, panting like a normal dog. You waved in front of his face. "Are you in there babe?" The dog playfully nipped at your finger, trying to pull your hand into his mouth. "Hey! No bites!" You retracted your hand and held it close to your chest. His fangs are giant.
The wolf man got down low to the ground in the stance you've seen puppies do right before they-
He takes off, zooming across the floor and into the living room at full speed. Pictures that lined the hallway crash to the ground. You rush to your feet and chase after him. "Wait!! Down boy! Down!!" You shout. He's already on the couch, gripping a throw pillow between his powerful jaws and shaking it. Cotton stuffing flies across the room, coating the floor. "No! Bad Eijiro! Bad doggy!" You try to wrestle the pillow away from him and fail. He topples over you, knocking you back down onto the floor and taking off across the room again, this time to the kitchen. You tenderly rub your arm, you landed on it weird and it's a little sore. Another crashing sound prompts you to get up onto your feet and run after him. The trash can is toppled over on its side, trash strewn across the floor. His snout was pushing around the garbage, looking for something to swallow. "Are you kidding me? What is with you?" You grab the wolf by the scruff of his neck, and pull him to the other side of the room away from the trash. "You sit!" Eijiro whines and sits down, looking up at you with the saddest eyes. "Oh don't look at me like that. This is not what I thought a werewolf would be like." Eijiro's large head pushed against you, rubbing his face all over your stomach as you pet his head. "You just need to burn some of this energy off."
You can't help but love the silly thing. He is still your boyfriend, even if he is a little different than usual right now. He followed you down the hall,  staying right by your side. He takes up most of the space, his large frame almost tipping you off balance with small bumps into your hip. You dug through a pile in his hall closet until you found an old baseball and plastic toy bat. Wow, he really needs to clean up his closet, you think to yourself. "Okay babe, let's go-" He looked up at you with all of the love in the world, hanging on your every word. You crack into a smile. "Let's go outside and play you big goof.
"The two of you trampled through the tall grass behind Eijiro's house, he seemed to use little to no effort at all. His massive paws stomping down the weeds like it's nothing. You decided you were far enough away from the neighbors and took a strong stance. You haven't hit a ball in ages, but this plastic bat is wide and should make it a little easier on you. The baseball flew high into the air, you focused and swung the bat, smacking the ball across the field. Your wolf ran, faster than any animal you had ever seen after the small object, passing it and having to loop around with a terrifying pin point turn. He grabbed the ball off of the ground so quick you barely saw the motion, and in a flash he was back at your feet. You could do nothing but shake your head and laugh. "Are you kidding me? You're amazing!" Eijiro looked pleased, so you scratched his neck fluff.
"Alright let's see if I can hit it a little farther."
Again, and again, and again he chased the ball across the field and back happily dropping the ball at your feet. He only made you wrestle for it once, he could probably keep the ball away from you forever with those intense muscles, but that's not as fun for him. Seeing how pleased you looked when he brought it back was filling the beast with all the pride in the world.
Eventually your arm got tired, and he seemed to have about run out of energy too. He laid down in the field and looked up at the moon. You laid your head on his stomach, the rhythm of his breathing so comforting. You just talked to him, venting about life and how weird things are in the city now. You found yourself thinking about how a simple bus ride was starting to feel too far away from him at this point. "I know you don't really understand me right now, but I really love you. I know we've said it before, but I love you. I think you're my forever person." He was laying on his paws, looking up at the starry sky. "I know you felt like you had to hide this from me, but it doesn't scare me, or weird me out." You talk quietly and close your eyes, snuggling deeper into his fur. "If I have to come throw a ball for you once a month, I'll do it. I've got friends that deal with way worse with their boyfriends." You smirked, thinking you're pretty funny. That'll make Eijiro laugh in the morning, you'll save that for later.
The rising sun burned your eyelids, scaring you awake. You hadn't meant to stay out here for the rest of the night, but it was so late and he was so comfortable. He's much more familiar to you now, he slept peacefully as you rested on his chest. He looks worn out, but the two of you can't stay out there forever. You gently tap his face. He popped one eye open and looked around. "Oh man!" He gasped and looked down at his hands and feet. "I'm so stupid! You could get sick staying outside all night!" He put a hand on your face and cupped your chin. "Are you alright my love?" He asked with the soft voice only you get to hear. "Yeah I'm fine. How are you feeling?" "I feel fine. I'll be a little more hungry today, but it's no big deal." He looked down at the ground with a sheepish smile. "Thanks for staying with me all night." "Aw come on, it's no big deal. You're... a good boy." You teased while ruffling his hair.
 "Hey!"

Hey, just wanted to say; big fan of your content!
Also I was just wondering if I could request for Leon taking care of a gender neutral Reader who is possibly coming down from an anxiety attack. (Hes a big comfort character of mine and I've been having a rough time lately cuz of the holidays and whatnot so I'd really enjoy this)
Anyways you don't have to do this if you dont want to/its not your style or you're too busy.
A/n: Hi bby! I'm never too busy for my babies, i just suck at keeping up interaction sjsbsjs Im so sorry that the holidays have been hard on you. They have been hard on me as well, but we are in this together and ilysm! Leon to the rescue. this is written on my phone so im sorry if formatting is weird! I hope this was okay for you, and if not, let me know and i’ll rewrite it for you!
TW: descriptions of Anxiety attack, PTSD
Tumblr media
Being an agent had its ups and downs. While the pay was great, you got to meet and befriend the president, and work alongside your long-time partner, Leon Kennedy, the downside was that you were almost always away from home, you never knew if you would even come out alive, and the sleepless nights in between it all because of the haunting memories.
The holidays never helped either.
Christmas was always the hardest, but the New Years was a strange time for you. While you were happy to get the time off to spend it with your partner, there was a part of you that hated the jolly lights, the hustle and bustle of holiday cheer, and the pressure that came with the days.
The holidays were a time to be spent with family, but for you, you never were able to have that. Your family was, well, trying. Most of your family never spoke to you and you respected it. Your parents were always out; traveling to some new place on the globe you'd probably been to hundreds of times before, and your siblings were typical younger siblings that didn't find joy in hanging out with the eldest who was just never home.
With the inner yearn for a normal family, for someone to introduce your boyfriend to, for simplicity, the pressure of the holidays tended to ruin any joy within you.
Currently, Leon was out to the store to restock on some eggnog and alcohol so you both could have a normal New Year's, but you were hiding in the bathtub as the fireworks in the distance boomed and made your poor body jolt and shake with each distant explosion.
Your vision was blurred from tears, hands covering your head as if you were scared the ceiling would come down, and your breathing was erratic. You were trying to calm down, to get your breathing under control, but every single worry that you had been bottling up since the holidays had approached was crashing down onto you.
Your chest was tight, body aching from sitting in a fetal position too long, but you just couldn’t move. Why now? Why did it have to hit you now at all times? The feeling of hands on your arms made you jump, and your head shot up to see Leon leaning over the edge of the tub, blue eyes worried as he called your name again.
“(Y/n), I need you to breathe.”
You hadn’t realized you were hyperventilating. Leon crawling in the tub with you, gathering you up into his arms as he kept a firm hold around you. Tucking your head into his shoulder, he whispered softly, slipping his hand beneath your shirt to rub the skin of your back soothingly.
“It’s okay. I’m here. I’m right here.”
You sobbed into his shoulder, Leon simply letting you get it out of your system as your anxiety attack hit its peak, and he kissed your temple firmly. Rocking the two of you gently, the motions and kisses and his tight hug slowly began to calm you down, and you sniffled, holding onto him tightly.
“Do you want to talk about it, sweetheart?”
“I just...I fucking hate the holidays...I wish my family wasn’t fucking terrible...i hate this fucking job, but I just can’t see myself ever being able to have a normal life doing anything but fighting the undead. I want to be able to enjoy the holidays with my family, introduce them to my partner, and be fucking normal, but I can’t and I fucking hate it.”
Leon sighed softly, shoulders sagging just the slightest. Leon knew where you were coming from, understanding you perfectly, and he murmured into your ear softly, still rubbing your back.
“I know, and I hate that I can’t give that to you either...for now, this can be our normal: sitting in the bathtub, drinking our weight in eggnog and spiced rum, and waiting until Chris and Claire show up.”
You pulled back, sniffling and asking.
“Chris and Claire are coming over?”
“I might have forgotten to tell you.”
He seemed sheepish, but there was a smile on his lips, and you gently kissed Leon, feeling the tears fill your eyes all over again.
“I don’t deserve you. I don’t. I love you so much, but I feel like I shouldn’t be allowed to.”
“Since when did you ever play by the rules anyway?”
You giggled, and Leon looked proud, kissing your nose.
“There they are. Why don’t we open the eggnog and rum, and we can show those Redfields how real agents drink?”
You smiled as Leon wiped your eyes before he kissed you, whispering softly before he held you in his arms tightly again.
“I love you.”

You'd spent most of the day at the beach. You'd soaked up the sun, felt the water against your skin on the private beach belonging to the beautiful beach house you'd rented for the weekend. The beach house you'd rented with the boys was a part of your annual summer getaway, it was luxurious, more luxurious than the year before. You'd shown up earlier than your two best friends, wanting to get comfortable and know all the good spots before they arrived. The grand beach house had everything you all needed and more, you didn't even know why you all had agreed on such a big place to begin with.
The large beach house towered in front of you as you stepped out of you convertible, pushing the sunglasses into your hair, shutting the car door behind you. You gazed upon the beautiful white house, three stories blocking the sun from your view. You smiled as you grabbed your bag from the backseat, not bothering to close the roof, considering it was 100 degrees, in the middle of the summer. You went through the whole place, throwing your bag on the bed in the room with the view over the private beach, and you sighed, picking up your phone.
                                                       d-bags ♡

when are you guys arriving? 🥺☹️

steev (2:21pm)

buck (2:22pm)
typical you steve!👅
 you (2:24pm)
i miss you guys. it's been forever. 💗
buck (2:28pm)
getting in the car now. be there in an hour. 🏎💨
you (2:30pm)
it's boring here without you 😞
buck (2:30pm)
see you soon 😉
You sighed as you tossed your phone on the bed. You grabbed you bikini out of your bag, stripping down to your Eve costume. You slipped on the bright red set you'd bought for the occasion, seeing as you'd being wearing the same bikini for the past three years. You tip-toed out of the house, walking across the warm tiles beside the swimming pool until you pushed your toes into the sand with a sigh. You'd been looking forward to this vacation for the last month, seeing your two best friends again after months of being apart. They'd both been caught up with work, and with Bucky's newly acquired promotion, the three of you were more than ready to celebrate in each other's company.
The fresh breeze that entered your nostrils as you walked closer to the waves tumbling softly onto the shore reminded you of when you were younger. The three of you would always go to the beach when you needed each other; a simple text from either of you gathered all three of you as quickly as possible. Your two best friends had helped you over many steep mountains, the path rocky and tricky, but somehow you'd always climbed it and succeeded. Likewise for the boys. You were always there for each other.
Your feet were slowly engulfed by a wave, you bit your lip at the coldness of the ocean as you stepped further out into the blue oblivion. There was no one in sight, and the only sound around you was the soft sound of waves crashing and breaking against each other. After a few, long minutes, you decided on walking back to the beach house, but stopped just before the tiles started, throwing yourself on one of the lounging chairs seated snugly in the sand. You dozed off slightly, awakening sometime later by a car horn honking somewhere on the other side of the beach house. You quickly rose to your feet, smiling at the thought of company.
You hurried into the house, looking around for any sign of the car-horn-honking guest. The clock read 3:41pm, so it had to be Bucky. Suddenly, a pair of warm muscular arms snuck around your waist, and you yelped, a soft laugh emitting from the person behind you.
"Hey Y/N" the soft voice belonging to Bucky flowed into your ears. You squealed and turned around, hugging the man before you tightly. "I guess you really did miss me, huh?" you nodded into his chest, smiling widely. "Hey, look... I wanted to say that I'm sorry about what happened. I wish I could've been there. A break up is never fun." He said before you pulled out of his grasp.
"It's okay. I managed. You were busy with your new promotion and all." You smiled and walked into the kitchen, finding the bar after opening a few cabinets. You pulled out a bottle of vodka, found the orange juice in the fridge, grabbing two glasses from one of the upper cabinets. You mixed the two beverages stronger than intended, and Bucky watched you with wide eyes and a smirk. "To congratulate you on your new promotion" You said as you handed him one of the glasses. "Cheers!" He smiled and you clinked glasses, both of you taking a big gulp, maintaining eye contact. You winced as the liquid ran down your throat, and Bucky laughed at your reaction. "Put on your fucking trunks. We're lounging by the pool!" You said as you turned around, walking out onto the patio, drink in hand. You sat on the edge of the pool, slipping your legs into the lukewarm water, heated by the sun.
He joined you a few minutes later, white trunks low on his hips, his muscular chest more prominently trained than last year. You literally fucked him with your eyes behind the dark glass of your sunglasses, praying he wouldn't notice. He sat down at the other side of the corner, his sunglasses resting comfortably on the bridge of his nose, as he sipped his drink slowly. "Anything you wanna do today? Should we go somewhere?" He asked as he sat his drink down on the edge of the pool.
"Sure, sounds lovely. Theres this really beautiful place just a few yards down to the left here." you pointed to the beach and he smiled. "I checked it out earlier. It's just the beach at the bottom of that cliff over there." You turned your body slightly, pointing at the tall formation of rock growing tall a few miles away. "It's amazing and secluded. I haven't seen anyone here yet." You said as you sipped more of your drink, slowly getting used to a prominent taste of vodka that lingered.
He smiled as he stood up, grabbing your hand and pulling you into his chest. You giggled as you sprinted towards the beach, Bucky hot on your tail as he followed you. The soft sand slowly turned to sand mixed with stone the further you got from the beach house, and you slowed down, not wanting to hurt yourself. Bucky smiled as he caught up to you, capturing you with his arms from behind. "Gotcha" he whispered in your ear, sending goosebumps down your spine. You'd always been comfortable around Bucky, you'd always been close, not bothering to be careful when touching each other. It'd always been friendly between the two of you, but many thought you were dating because you were so comfortable around each other.
You leaned your head back into his shoulder, relaxing into his arms, sighing deeply. His arms traced up your arms, his fingers leaving a trail of goosebumps on your skin. You sucked in a breath as his lips gently ghosted over your shoulder, slowly peppering soft kisses, testing the waters. You granted him more space, leaning your head to the side, inviting him closer. His light peppering turned into sloppy kisses up your throat, along your jawline as he slid his hands up your body to turn your head, looking you in the eyes before kissing your lips gently.
You'd be lying to yourself if you told yourself you hadn't thought of this many times over the years, but the time was just never right. Sure you'd kissed before in a drunken haze to get a creep off your tail at some shady bar downtown years ago, but this was happening when you were both (slightly) sober. You turned to face him, his hands running down your body to rest on your ass carefully, still being thoughtful not to cross any of your boundaries. Your lips found his as your hands slid up his body to grasp at the nape of his neck, urging him to keep on going.
He slowly undid the knot that held the bikini securely around your torso, pulling away from you to lift the garment over your head. You smiled as he watched his hand travel up the side of your body, softly caressing the sensitive skin on the underside of your breast. "You're so beautiful. I've wanted this for so many years... You're just so out of my league" he sighed as his hand grasped your breast firmly, biting his lip as you moaned lightly.
"You're not the only one..." You smiled as you backed him up against a huge rock, pushing him down to sit on it. You decided than now was finally the time to fulfill your dream about sucking his cock, the cock you'd longed for, for as long as you can remember. You'd seen him naked many times, once completely erect when you'd walked in on him getting himself off a few years back. He'd taken it with a smile, and there'd been nothing weird between you afterwards. Your hands found the waistband of his trunks, pulling them toward you slightly to help his stiff member loose from the tight restraints. He lifted his hips off the rock as you pulled the trunks down, biting your lip seductively at him, then grabbing his cock in your hand, giving it a few strokes. He bit his lip as he pushed the trunks off his legs, grabbing your neck, pulling you in for a heated kiss. His tongue slid against yours and you moaned, his cock twitched in your hand and he bit onto your lower lip, dragging it slightly. You pulled your lip from his teeth and left open-mouthed kisses down his body.
You fell to your knees and your lips wrapped around the head of his cock, his hands pushed through your hair and held it back as you sucked the thickness of his girth into your mouth. You watched as his eyes fell closed, a deep groan falling past his lips, encouraging you to bop your head at as faster pace. You grabbed what you couldn't fit in your mouth, letting your spit run in between your fingers and down the side of his cock, making it easier for your hand to slip up and down. "Fuck that feels so good," he groaned as his hands fisted your hair tightly, making you moan around him. The muscles in his legs tensed as you kept his cock engulfed in your mouth, taking him deeper, wanting to make him cum. The head of his cock hit the back of your throat and you fought back the tears welling up in your eyes as he let out a strangled moan, releasing his warm cum down your throat. You swallowed everything he had to give, pulling off him with a slight pop, biting your lip sweetly at him.
"Fucking hell Y/N, if I knew you'd treat me that well, I'd chosen to seduce you earlier." He smirked as he pulled the trunks up his legs, tucking himself back in, helping you put on your bikini top. "Let's head back to the beach house and I'll.. treat you real nice as well." He offered as his hands grasped your ass tightly, pulling you into his body, his lips finding yours in a desperate kiss. He groaned into your mouth as he tasted himself on your tongue, your hands running through his hair. You nodded as you stepped back, grabbing his hand, pulling him back towards the beach house.
When you returned, he threw you on one of the lounge sofas, pushing the trunks off himself yet again before stripping you of your bikini as you giggled underneath the soft kisses of his lips. His mouth traveled down your body, kissing the inside of your thighs, goosebumps sneaking their way across your skin. His mouth finally found your clit and you let out a long moan, your arousal finally getting the attention it was so desperately longing for. Bucky's tongue worked wonders against your bundle of nerves, he was exploring every part of your vulva like no one ever had done before. He ate you out for what felt like an eternity, since he would tease you by bringing you close to the edge and then completely stopping before picking back up when you'd come down slightly, completely ignoring your whimpers and complaints.
"Fuck me, Bucky, please, I need you so badly." You moaned as your hands gripped his hair tightly, trying to pull him up your body. He finally gave in to your begs, kissing his way up your stomach, latching his mouth onto your right nipple. You moaned at the sensation, biting your lip harshly and letting out a gasp as the head of his cock pushed into you. He went slow, letting you adjust to his size. He was long and thick, your heat engulfing him snugly and he let out a moan. His lips found yours as he held himself over you, working his cock into you further and further with each thrust, feeling your arousal wetting his cock to grant him easier access to your pleasure.
Your lips moved against each other hotly, your moans mixing as they left your mouths, his thrusts increasing in force and speed, your hands sliding up his sides to grasp the hairs at the back of his neck tightly. Your tongues slid against one another and Bucky pulled back slightly, looking down to where your bodies met so perfectly. He bit his lip as he watched his cock sliding in and out of your tight core and you moaned at the sigh of him. You lifted your legs higher against your chest, the new found angle making his cock hit deeper inside you, your moans increasing in volume as he thrusted into you harder.
Bucky rolled you both over, seating you on top of him, sliding into you deeper and grinding his hips against yours harshly, his cock buried to the hilt. His hands gripped your hips tightly, his pubic bone grinding against your bundle of nerves harshly and you threw your head back and let out a throaty moan. "Fuck, Bucky, I'm so fucking close." You moaned and he sped up his trusts, biting down on his lip, watching you writhe on top him.
"Touch yourself for me, darling." He commanded seductively, biting down on his lip, dragging another moan from you. You slid your hand down his stomach, separating your fingers, sliding them down on both sides of your entrance, feeling Bucky's think cock sliding in and out of you. You moaned as you started rubbing circles on your clit, biting down on your lip as your orgasm approached quickly. His movements beneath you grew sloppier, you could feel his climax approaching as well, the groans emitting from his throat a clear indication of that. You shrieked as your orgasm washed over you, you walls clamping tightly around his cock as you kept grinding your hips against his. Bucky let out whispers of curses, shutting his eyes tightly as the euphoria washed over him, emptying his load into your welcoming heat.
You bit your lip as your eyes found his, his lips curving into a teethy grin. "That was... really something else." Bucky said, you responded with a giggle and let your hands travel down his arms, grabbing his hands in yours. He kissed the back of your hand and then let it fall, sliding his hand to your neck, his thumb caressing your cheek. You slipped off him, letting gravity take its toll on the liquids in and between your bodies. "So what happens now?" he said as you shrugged your shoulders and rose from his lap, wandering off to grab something to clean you both off. You found a few tissues and grabbed your phone before returning to Bucky's side, giggling as you looked at your lockscreen. You unlocked your phone and you showed Bucky the texts. He let out a laugh.

"You know..." Bucky started. "I don't think we should tell Steve. You know he hates third-wheeling..." You bit your lip as his thumb stroked your hip. You gathered the mess on his stomach with the tissues while biting your lip, deep in thought. "... Hey? Love? Earth to Y/N?" you shook your head as Bucky finally broke through to you, he was waving his hand in front of your face and he laughed when you came out of the trance. "Dicked you down too good?" he smirked and you hit his shoulder softly. He smiled and leaned up to kiss your lips. You pulled him with you to the outdoor shower, turning on the water to clean both of your bodies. "So what about Steve? I don't think we should tell him just yet. I want to explore this, with you. Figure out what we could build together. Before we go around telling Steve, or anyone about us." You smiled and nodded.
"Don't tell Steve. Got it."

————————
It was almost one in the morning and you were sitting on the couch watching your favorite movie. You heard the front door click open. You reached over and grabbed the remote to pause it before getting up to meet Aaron at the door.
“Hey y/n, how was he?”
“He was wonderful as always Aaron, how was the case?”
“Better than most.”
“That’s good.”
He walked to Jack's room and disappeared inside.
You neatly placed your stuff in the bag you brought and got ready to go home. As you stood, Aaron came back into the living room.
“I’m going to head home Aaron. I know you probably haven’t eaten much today so there’s leftovers in the fridge on a plate for you.”
“You didn’t have to do that y/n but thank you. Goodnight.”
“You’re welcome. Goodnight.” You replied getting ready to walk out the door.
“Let me know when you get home please, so I know you get home safe.”
“I will.” You smiled as you turned away. He was always the dutiful protector of everyone.
****
Twenty minutes later you were at home. You texted Aaron, “I’m at home.”
His reply came back within seconds, “Thanks for letting me know.”
You plugged your phone in and went to sleep.
****2 days later
You were trying to decide what you wanted for lunch when your phone rang. It was Aaron.
“Hey. Another case already?”
“Fortunately no, and since it’s Saturday I have the day off so Jack and I get to spend the day together.”
“That’s great Aaron. So, what’s up?”
“Well, Jack told me you guys were planning on having a picnic today. I told him we could go together and he asked if you could come. I told him you probably had plans but I would ask. So, if you don’t, we would love for you to join us.”
You smiled, “I don’t have any plans and I was actually just trying to figure out what I was going to do for lunch. As long as you truly don’t mind me crashing your day with your son, I would love to come. Do you want me to bring anything?”
“No, we have everything and of course I don’t mind. Meet us at his favorite park in 30 minutes?”
“Sounds good.”
****
The first thing you did when you got to the park was to start looking for Aaron and Jack. Having to use your hand to keep the sun out of your eyes as you scanned for them. It took you a minute but you spotted the father and son sitting under a tree near the edge of the park. You walked over to the pair. Once you were only a few feet away Jack saw you and immediately ran over.
Jack grabbed your hand, “I helped make the sandwiches.”
You let the little boy lead you by the hand as you smile, “I bet you did a great job. I’m excited to eat them.”
When you got to the edge of the blanket that had been laid out, you were able to see the whole set up. The blanket had a repetitive superhero pattern, showing that Jack picked it out. It was just big enough for the three of you. In place of the typical picnic basket was an insulated bag. It wasn’t over the top but it was perfect. Aaron was already sitting on the blanket. He was wearing casual clothes which you rarely saw him in. The bags that were normally under Aaron’s eyes were almost nonexistent. Relaxed was a good look on him. Jack let go of your hand and you sat down opposite Aaron.
Aaron smiled at you, “I’m glad you could join us.” He reached into the bag and started pulling out the sandwiches.
Jack eagerly took the food from his dad, “We waited till you got here cause its rude to eat without you.” Jack looked up at you as he started eating.
“Such a proper little gentleman.” You smiled back at the two of them, “Thank you both very much.” You gently messed with Jack’s hair.
You got your sandwich next and with that lunch started. The three of you enjoyed eating, taking your time. When you finished eating you took a minute to just enjoy the weather. You leaned back savoring the cool shade and the gentle breeze.
“Can I go play Dad?” Jack asked excitedly.
“Of course you can bud.” Aaron replied with a smile.
You watched him run off to play before turning to face Aaron.
“Thanks for inviting me.”
“Thank you for coming y/n, Jack loves having you around and I enjoy your company.”
You smiled at him. You were about to reply when Jack grabbed both of your attention.
“Dad! Y/n! Come play with me!” He yelled enthusiastically.
“On our way!” Aaron yelled back as you both got up off of the blanket.
You both ran over and you chased Jack across the playground. You almost had him when he went down a slide. His dad grabbed him when Jack reached the bottom.
“Gotcha.” Aaron said, ruffling his hair.
“Hey, no fair,” Jack said with a huge grin on his face. “You guys have two people and I only have one.”
“You’re right Jack,” You replied laughing “It isn’t fair. I think we should do something about it, don’t you?”
“Yeah!”
Aaron looked at you both with confusion written on his face.
“Get him!” You yelled and all three of you took off running.
Once you were back by the blanket, Aaron let Jack catch him and they both fell to the ground laughing.
“Now I got you!” Jack yelled in delight.
“Yeah you do bud.” Aaron told him with a smile.
You just smiled at their antics and said, “Nice job Jack.”
You left the park soon after and went home. You have enjoyed spending time with Jack ever since Aaron hired you. Over time you had gotten closer with Jack and even became friends with Aaron along the way.
****2 days later
You rubbed your eyes as the sound of your phone ringing woke you up. The time on your alarm clock read 2:47 am. There was only one person you would answer the phone for at this hour. You groggily reach over and read the caller ID. It’s Aaron so of course, you answer.
“Aaron?” Is all you say.
“Hey, y/n, I’m really sorry to bother you at this hour but I got called in on a case. Could you come over now?”
“Yeah, of course,” you reply rolling out of bed “Do you want me to leave right now and grab my stuff tomorrow after I take Jack to school, or do I have time to pack some stuff?”
“If you can, now would be better, it’s an emergency.”
You knew he didn’t like to ask this much of you so you tried to sound as cheerful as possible, “I’ll be there in 20 minutes.”
You were there in 15 and as soon as you got there Aaron quickly thanked you and rushed out the door. Just before leaving he said, “I’ll call tomorrow morning before you have to leave to get Jack to school. So that I can talk to him quickly. I don't want to wake him now.”
After he left you walked into the guest room and went back to sleep. Before you drifted off you noticed a folded pair of jeans and t-shirt that you accidentally left here last time. Aaron must have washed them for you. You were glad you had something to wear tomorrow.

Chapter 40: A(nother) Changeling In Trollmarket
Becoming The Mask
I'll be using a script format in addition to my previous -text between hyphens indicates text messages- method, to make it clearer who is typing in the group chat. (Emojis) will be described in parentheses.
Bold italics are trollish.
I’m also trying out a simple new line divider now that Tumblr doesn’t have an automatic one anymore.

The second thing Jim did when he got home, after putting his backpack and duffle bag in his room, was dust the house. It hadn't built up much in a week, since dust was mostly human skin cells and Barbara was rarely home in any case, but Jim usually dusted every day. Then he checked the lightbulbs, swept the floors, and scrubbed the bathroom. He wouldn't need to take out the trash until Monday.
Barbara didn't have work that day, and since she'd slept all morning, she was awake while Jim cleaned, which was a little weird – he usually took care of these things before making her breakfast. She half-followed him, helping dust and sweep.
"You know you don't have to do all this," she told him from the doorway, as he was wiping toothpaste stains out of the sink.
"I like taking care of you," Jim insisted. "And I wasn't sure how much you'd trust my cooking now, but this I can do."
"You understand why what you did was wrong." She hesitated. "… Right?"
"I know why it upset you," which wasn't quite the same thing. Jim knew he'd caused his mother stress when she found out about the sleeping potions, but how much more stress would it have caused her to wake up and find her child missing? "I won't do it again." She knew now, that he might be gone in the middle of the night.
+=+
Toby: -So Jim told me something last night that's really freaking me out.- -He's had a plan *since before we were ten* for how to cover up my death if I got killed by a troll.-
Mary: -… I'm sorry but also curious.-
Darci: -You OK, TP?-
Toby: -Just freaked out that my BEST FRIEND has BACKUP PLANS to HIDE MY DEATH!- -Sorry, Darcy.- -Didn't mean to snap.-
Darci: -Understandable.-
Toby: -Also sorry my phone keeps autocorrecting your name.-
Darci: -It happens.- -You're going through a lot right now. It's good to let it out.-
Claire: -Jim said WHAT?!-
Toby: -Yeah, he said if I died and he couldn't make it look like a bear attack or car crash, he'd hack my phone and tell Nana we ran away to be rockstars. He'd come back without me in a few months and say we 'got separated'.-
Mary: -That's nuts.- -I mean I might believe it but it's still nuts.-
Toby: -Back when we were kids he was gonna send a postcard saying we were looking for my parents and his dad.-
Darci: -(wince emoji) That hurts.-
Toby: -It gets worse, amazingly. He said he thinks the rockstar story could also work for you guys if *any* of us die.- -Because Dr L found out about you. Not specifically, no names- -but she knows we have other friends who know about trolls, and she wants to tell your families but Jim said no and Dr L asked what he's going to tell our families if we get killed.-
Darci: -(three wince emojis)-
Mary: -Not to derail but this means his mom's talking to him again?-
Toby: -Yeah she was at my house when we got back last night.- -She let him move back in. That's where he is now.-
Claire: -She trusts him again already? After he kidnapped and replaced her son?-
Toby: -She had this whole speech about how she adopted him and he's her son too.-
Mary: -Aawww-
Toby: -I think she was a little drunk but she didn't take it back when she sobered up.- -She's still mad about the drugging and the lying and everything, she didn't say she forgave him. Just that he can move back home.-
Claire: -So at least you're not sharing a bedroom with somebody with a plan to cover up your death anymore.-
Mary: -OMG Claire I know you're mad at Jim and I get it and you deserve to be, but will you chillax? Yeah, I just used outdated slang. That's how long it feels like you're dragging this out.-
Claire: -I'll *chillax* when my brother's not stuck in troll-hell.-
Darci: -What if we told our parents ourselves?- -You know, got ahead of Dr L and told them what's up on our terms.-
Mary: -That's a good idea. Let's talk to Jim first so he can tell us from experience what not to say.-
Toby: -Jim might have to use those cover stories because I think Trollmarket would kill us.-

"I don't want it facing where I sleep, but I've no objections to you keeping your trophy here."
"Excellent." Jim positioned Bular's head on one of the basement shelves. "I got called into the Void while I was there. The Ghost Council is really impressed we took him down. Your father wanted me to say that he's proud of you for avenging him."
Draal puffed up at the praise. It made Jim want to pat him on the head or something.
"And I wanted to thank you again for – being here. Keeping an eye on my mom."
"She faced no danger on my watch."
"You know, if you ever wanted to help out around the house, too –"
Draal snorted, making his nose ring flap. "I protect. I do not clean."
"Except for taking care of the recyclables," Jim teased. They'd had this conversation before. Draal rolled his eyes.
Jim's phone chimed. "Toby wants to meet up in Trollmarket for 'strategic brainstorming'," he read. "You want to come along?"
+=+
"What is HE doing here?!"
Jim stared, wide-eyed and jaw twitching, at Enrique, who blew a spit bubble at him from the stroller.
"I told my parents I was meeting friends at the park, and Mom said 'why don't you bring your brother?', and if I said 'no' it would've become this whole thing and they'd think we were really planning to sneak into an R-rated movie or something."
Draal had declined to leave his post, so instead of taking the tunnels and opening the door from the inside, Jim had walked with Toby to the canal. It didn't take long for the girls to join them, accompanied by an undesired extra.
"Okay," said Jim, failing to calm down but trying to at least fake it. "What are you planning to tell your parents if he's discovered and executed?"
"Not everyone spends their time coming up with ways to cover up the deaths of everyone they know!"
"I don't have plans for everyone." That would be absurd and unnecessary. "Just the people I'm close enough to that it would be more suspicious if I didn't at least know they were missing." Jim took a deep breath and let it whoosh out. "Let's get inside. Now I need to brief Enrique before we go downstairs, and that'll be easier if he can ask questions."
Stricklander and Nomura had both been startled into revealing their connection when they first visited. Jim couldn't let Enrique be exposed so easily.
After the portal's arch closed behind them, there was a crackle of green light mixed with the blue glow from the crystal staircase. Enrique unbuckled himself from the stroller and hopped over to Jim.
"Is it supposed to look like a Nyarlagroth's lair in here?"
"Creepy, right?" Jim transformed as well. "It's just the colour of the stairs. You get used to it. Tobes, would you keep watch for us? Just say my name if anybody starts coming up."
Mary snapped a photo of the two Changelings.
"The one you need to watch out for most is Vendel," said Jim. "He's in charge down there. Pale, long curly horns, carries a Heartstone staff; hopefully you won't actually meet him. Blinky, my trainer, you will meet. He's the one who looks like Dictatious. They're brothers. Don't bring that up if you're found out. If he catches you staring, just giggle like the six eyes are funny and –"
"Peek-a-boo routine, I know. I'm more in practise than you are at the baby gig right now."
"AAARRRGGHH is going to be there, too."
Enrique ducked into a crouch, ears up, slit pupils thinning to eyelash width and then dilating.
"But it's okay! He's a pacifist now. He won't attack anybody."
"You're jokin'."
"No, really."
"Why is that a shock?" asked Claire. "AAARRRGGHH's a sweetie. Unlike some trolls I could mention." Jim and Enrique didn't answer her. "Plus, I already told Blinky and AAARRRGGHH about Not Enrique, remember?"
"You what?!"
"Enrique didn't need to know that," the blue Changeling growled, holding the green one suspended in the air. "He can't risk dropping his guard down there."
"Getcher hand off me scruff or I'm taking it off your arm!"
"You guys even keep secrets from each other?" asked Toby, sitting on the top step. Darci was sitting next to him. Both humans were watching their friends over their shoulders rather than peering down below.
Jim set Enrique on the ground rather than dropping him. Enrique growled and reached behind his shoulders, rearranging and grooming his scruff as best he could, but he was glaring at Jim rather than Claire, so Jim counted it as a win.
(If he could keep fights between the Nuñez siblings from turning violent, it would be easier for them to bond, and less likely Enrique would lose his home at Claire's hand.)
+=+
"We want to tell our parents about trolls," Darci said to Blinky and AAARRRGGHH. Since she had come up with the idea, she'd been informally elected the one to tell the trolls about it.
Jim made a shrieky noise. When the group turned to him, he shook his head and waved them off, taking notably deep breaths.
AAARRRGGHH shook his head. "Bad idea. Vendel mad."
"I must concede the point. Vendel would never agree to have more humans made aware of trolls."
"Jim's mom is out to tell them anyway," said Toby. "She already told Nana. Nana thought she was talking about a video game, but still. The only thing holding Dr L back is that she doesn't actually know who to talk to yet."
"But if we tell them ourselves," said Darci, "then we can make it sound a bit less terrifying then she probably would, so they won't try to call in the army or something."
"We're not really asking permission, here," said Mary. "We're asking how to tell them, not if we can."
"… We should discuss this with Vendel," said Blinky. Darci thought his hands might be shaking, before he clenched all four into fists.
They made a tense procession through Trollmarket. Jim practically hovered over Claire and Enrique. AAARRRGGHH, at the rear of the group, made quiet snuffling sounds every few moments.
Trollmarket paid more attention to them than was usual anymore; trolls glancing at them and then muttering or whispering. Darci hoped it was the stroller drawing attention. Though, even if anyone was picking up on the mood, grimness could be passed off as 'some serious Trollhunter matter just came up'.
The stroller's wheel caught in a crack in the ground. Not Enrique made a whiny noise at the jostling, but didn't commit to the part enough to start crying.
"Vendel?" said Blinky cautiously, tapping on the Heartstone to the side of the hollow leading into and under it. "A matter of possible urgency has arisen."
There was a long pause.
"Come in, Blinkous." Vendel sounded tired. "What is it this time?"
He was at a worktable with a number of gems. Darci only recognized a few of the tools; a hammer and chisel, various sizes of tongs, a grindstone. She didn't know any of the crystal names or their properties, even after months of part-time exposure to troll culture, but Toby might.
Darci cleared her throat, and then gulped, and then cleared her throat again. She tried not to let her voice shake.
"We … Claire and Mary and Toby and I, we want to tell our parents the truth. That trolls exist."
Vendel peered at her with his seemingly blank eyes. When she'd first met him, she'd assumed he had cataracts. Now she thought his eyes were opal or moonstone. He could definitely see; she'd seen him reading.
"I suppose I have no way of stopping you. Short of having you executed, or imprisoned here forever … which I daresay our Trollhunter would object to. But know this, young humans. Should you expose the secret of our existence, a secret which you have given your oaths to guard, you will no longer be welcome here in Trollmarket."

Guns & Roses || Taeyong (NCT) x Reader || Mafia AU
Summary: What happens when life goes wrong in all the right ways,  you end up almost screwing yourself over, but someone saving you instead. Said person is set on keeping you safe after this encounter, so you do what you can to bring them from the shadows.
 Chapter: Chapter One
 Words: 919 words
 Author: Admin Elliot
 Status: Ongoing
Notes: I really hope you guys enjoy this! It’s my first time actually posting fanfiction on Tumblr, so I’m sorry if the formatting is a little weird!
Prologue
Tumblr media
"Taeyong where were you?"
"Out."
"Where?"
"The city."
"Where in the city?"
"Near the road."
"Which damn road, Taeyong?"
"It doesn't matter, the only person paying me any mind was some person I saved."
"That's a big deal! Who'd you save? How'd you save them? What happened?"
"Johnny shut up, I'll explain at the meeting later for god's sake, it really doesn't mean anything."
Taeyong then walked away to his office where he discarded his jacket on the chair, but not before pulling out the paper that had your number. Straightening it out, he looked it over, noticing you even left your name. It wasn't the easiest to read, but he had seen a lot worse. He quickly put the number into his phone without bothering to message it. Even if he wanted to see how you would respond, he decided he had more important things to do at the time. Such as figure out the next mission for the rest of NCT. He already knew what it was, but he had to finalize the plan so the other members could put their input on it later.
That's exactly what happened. "Next week there's going to be a gathering for the for those that are somehow related to the King Company. Going into it, we know we have a lot of people against us that will be attending, but yet they cannot identify us unless someone has something to say." He paused, taking a moment to scan everyone's face. No one spoke. "Great, we should be fine then. Some of you are already known to the public as either business owners or heirs to large companies. Due to this some of you will be able to attend said gathering, making it easier for the rest of us to infiltrate through the back doors. Obviously there will be plenty of guards because of all the high profile people, but as proven before, that should not be a problem. If anyone has questions go ahead and ask now or just find me later."
"What happened earlier," Johnny asked.
"Some person was about to get hit by a truck, I saw no reason to let it happen, I tackled them to the ground to save them. Tried walking off but they wouldn't have it, chased me down tried to do something in return for me saving them, and that's all there is to it."
"Then why'd you seem so content when you got back?"
"I wasn't."
"You were, I've known you for years, the smallest of differences in your attitude have become noticeable to me, Taeyong."
"Let's just say, I messed with them, they got flustered and threw their phone number at me before storming off. It was rather amusing of course. So I wasn't content, Johnny, I was amused."
"Whatever makes you happy. What are you going to do with their number?"
"Annoy them again? I enjoy their reactions, so I might just have to take them up on their offer to do something for me."
"Not that it's what we're talking about at the moment, but, uh, why are we crashing the gathering," Mark asked.
"We're not crashing it, we'll stay as calm and normal as possible, but as always with these types of gatherings, there's always something that we can benefit from, especially since the CEO of the company will be there leading the event. You've been with us for years, shouldn't you know this by now?"
"Uhm, I try?" A few people let out a small laugh at Mark.
"At least he's not the most innocent of the bunch, Chenle and Jisung still have a lot to learn," Ten said. More laughs erupted from around the room, all cutting off the moment Taeyong opened his mouth to speak.
"If nobody else has any questions or comments, all of you are free to go on your ways for today. If you need me, you know where to find me. Also, those of you that are attending the get together have probably received invitations, if not we can use someone else's as a means to replicate them. In hoped we'll have one of you checking tickets, so even if it isn't exact, it should not prove to be a problem. Don't forget that some of you will actually be working the event, too."
After waiting for Taeyong to finish, a few members got up and went their own ways for the time being while others waited for their leader to leave. It never bothered Taeyong if everyone else left before him, but some of them cared so he might as well leave, especially since he would be in charge of helping cook dinner later that night.
"To any of you that are still here, is there anything that you want for dinner?"
A few heads snap towards him when his low voice reverberated throughout the room, not having expected him to say anything else until it was time to eat. A few requests rang out, especially from the younger members, causing Taeyong to let out a small smile. It was rare that he let his emotions show, but he felt safe with these men and trusted them with his life, so showing a bit of emotion every now and then couldn't hurt. After the responses had died down he left the meeting room and went back to his office, pulling out his phone to look at your contact once again. Deciding to go for it, he pressed the call button.

Stops Not To Miss in the Emilia Romagna Motorvalley, Italy
From old opera houses and family-run farms to futuristic car and motor factories… you can find it all in the MotorValley in Emilia Romagna!
Have you heard about the “MotorValley” before? I hadn’t, until I was invited to visit this area in the region of Emilia Romagna in Italy recently.
To begin with, the area stretches along the Via Emilia, which is a millennium-old Roman road that gave its name to the whole region. Along the road, you can find cities such as Bologna, Modena, Parma, Piacenza, Reggio Emilia, Forlì, Ferrara, Ravenna, Cesena and Rimini.
Built on the initiative of Roman consul Marcus Aemilius Lepidus in 187 BC, these days the road has become the ultimate travel guide for a slow-paced holiday.
Expect a mix of culture, nature and fine dining – and of course many fast Italian motors and cars, as well as some awesome Italian car factory tours you can take and my favourite museums… so fasten your seat belt and drive along with The Travel Tester!
  HIGHLIGHTS MOTORVALLEY ITALY
    1. Ducati Factory & Ducati Museum
Our first stop in the MotorVally was the Ducati Museum Bologna. Now, I have to be honest and tell you I didn’t know much about Ducati bikes (or am that much of a bike fan in general), but I was super interested in the Ducati factory tour, since I have a weird obsession with production lines (makes me relaxed and feel organized – I suppose).
Preparing for a visit to the Ducati factory in Italy was a little bit stressful (they put stickers on the lenses of your phone and you have to put all your cameras away), because what’s happening inside has to stay a secret… …although I thought: if you want to steal their ideas, you could just book a tour, right? Hmm….
Anyway, it added a bit to the feeling of being a VIP – especially since in the Ducati Museum, we could actually sit on one of the Ducati Scrambler Bikes.
Can recommend a visit if you’re in the area!

Since the 1960s, Ducati brought imagination, sharing with others and adaptability to the streets with the creation of their Scrambler bike. From this spirit, they also launched a new catering format: the Scrambler Ducati Food Factory.
There are two locations of the Food Factory in Bologna, and we visited the one located on Via D’Azeglio.
Besides the modern interior design (of course featuring a few of the iconic bikes), the dishes on the menu represent the culinary excellence of the Emilia-Romagna region, mixed with a bit of USA spirit. Expect lots of fresh pasta and cold cuts and cheeses, but also creative spins on the Italian ‘piadine’ and of course the pizza, but also beef hamburgers and pulled pork with barbecue sauce.
This restaurant is open every day from early morning until evening, ready to welcome you for either breakfast, an aperitif, brunch, dinner or an evening drink.

    3. Autodromo di Modena (Ferrari Test Drive)
This destination will make your heart -literally- go faster: how about driving a Ferrari over a race track?
It’s possible at Autodromo di Modena, and in the blog (click below), you can read all about this thrilling experience.
Highly, Highly recommend this if you’re not afraid of a little (ok, a lot) of speed and being shaken around a bit (ok, also a lot…)

  4. Museo Enzo Ferrari (Ferrari Museum)
While there is no Ferrari factory tour, Museo Enzo Ferrari is a car museum Italy can be proud of. Definitely a must-visit for anyone loving great design and learning about the history of this iconic automobile.
I loved the interesting guided tour we got, as she shared our many fun behind-the-scenes stories about Enzo Ferrari himself and the company he built because he loved racing. You’ll leave the museum knowing a lot more about this epic car brand and also the importance for the local history.

    5. Lamborghini Factory Tour & Museum
At the impressive MUDETEC Lamborghini museum Italy, you can not only see some of the best Lamborghini cars in the collection and learn more about the history of the company, but also take a literal step behind the scenes on a thrilling factory tour.
This Lamborghini museum is a must-visit  for any car lover out there. Make sure to make it to the top floor, where you can find a simulator to try yourself how hard it is to actually drive a Lamborghini race car around the track!

After our Lamborghini test drive (where we all pretty much crashed after 5 seconds), we were glad that they decided the next day we won’t drive ourselves at the Modena tracks. Haha!
  6. Maserati Factory & Maserati Museum
Personally, I didn’t get to experience the Maserati Factory tour, but we did see the Maserati Museum / showroom and learned a thing or two about the history of this successful car company.
The showroom and attached museum-section is quite small, so expect to only spend about an hour max here, but if you’re interested in this gorgeous car and perhaps want to sit in one of them (like we did, but ask first, of course!), this is the place to go.
They offer a guided tour of the showroom, which lasts for about 40 minutes, but if I have to be real honest, the presentation we got was very dry and a bit boring, going into pretty much every little detail and date he could tell us about the company.
I am personally very bad when it comes to guided tours, as I’m more a visual than an auditory learner, so I zoned out after about 10 minutes and woke up right about when we were allowed to walk around on our own.

    * BONUS: One Day in Modena
One of my biggest surprises on my most recent visit to Emilia Romagna was the gorgeous city of Modena. I really wish we had more time here (I was on a press trip, where you usually only see the highlights), because I kept looking around me, putting all my 5 senses to work and taking it all in.
Here I discovered fantastic architecture, Ferrari’s in the middle of the street (see proof below), the best gelato, a brilliant market (where my Italian blogger friend pointed me in the direction of the best cheese stall), stunning porticio (covered arches under the buildings), a visit to the Pavaroti Opera House (where they were just practicing – lucky us!) and even a visit to a balsamico farm, where I tasted my first ever gelato with this liquid gold. Unique, loved it!

Bologna has to be one of my favourite cities in Europe. It’s relaxing, yet always busy, the food is good and you can never get bored walking the beautiful orange streets, both during the day as in the evening.
I’m currently updating my one day in Bologna guide, because I’ve been back here multiple times in the past few years, but you can check my free 2 hour walking guide to Bologna here to start with (sorry if the images are broken, working hard to fix all the old content on the site, but only have two hands, haha!):

        PLAN YOUR TRIP TO ITALY!
Here is more information to help you plan your trip:
Time Zone in Italy? Italy is on Central European Summer Time, GMT+2
Currency in Italy? Euro (EUR). Check the latest exchange rate here.
Electrical Plugs in Italy? In Italy the standard voltage is 230 V and the frequency is 50 Hz. The power plugs and sockets are either of type F (two round pins, thick or thin) and L (three round pins). The thick F-type pins won’t fit in the L-type pin, so always make sure to bring an adaptor that fits the 3-pin sockets as well!
We recommend getting a universal travel adapter to never worry about having the right plug on your travels!
Languages Spoken in Italy? Italian, but English is widely spoken, especially in the more tourist areas, such around Bologna and Modena.
Best time to visit Italy? The best time to visit Italy is either in the spring (April-June) or fall (September and October). In these months, the weather is fair and moderate and there will be fewer tourists around.
Insurance for Italy? Make sure to get travel insurance! We recommend checking out worldnomads.com

No Answer (Jongup x reader)
Requested by: @thevisionandthescarletwitch12 (Thanks!! ❤)
Word count: 4.9 k+
Genre/warnings: fluff ❤
Summary: Receiving a mysterious message from an unknown number seemed rather intriguing, but it became even more interesting when Jongup found no time to respond, and later witnessed how the person typing figured the number had no owner, and turned the chat into a personal diary to lighten the burdens of everyday life. He found himself more and more invested into reading those texts, making it a daily thing, and had a hard time not to respond. Why not? Because that would be weird. He’d been quietly reading messages for weeks already, without leaving any answer. And leaving one now seemed inappropriate. He’d missed his chance, and all he could do now was continue reading, or so he thought at first.
Tumblr media
He looked down at the phone in his hands, staring in mild confusion to whether he should respond or not.
I found your number accidentally. Who are you? [17:28]
Accidentally? Junhong called for him to come and join practice again, so he threw another insignificant look to the phone and shoved it back into his pocket, hoping it wouldn’t fall out mid-song like the few other times it did after his rapid spins and turns all through the choreo. With lazy yet graceful movements, he was back in formation, and took only another moment to consider the possibilities of how his number ended up in a stranger’s hands before starting practice.
And then suddenly it hit him hard.
“Jongup-ah, what are you doing!?” Himchan crashed into him, and only then he realized he’d stopped dead in his tracks in the middle of a dance break.
“I’m thinking.”
“Can’t you move and think at the same time?!” Junhong, perhaps, called out while chuckling, but Jongup wasn’t sure - he didn’t really catch onto the speaker’s identity. He had realized a significant detail from sometime last week that could stick to the puzzle, and needed a minute to consider how stupid his assumptions were.
“I ain’t a multitasker,” he said, and with that, was gone with the wind, wandering out of the room to lean against the wall of the hallway.
“I found your number accidentally. Who are you?”
He was Moon Jongup, if he wasn’t mistaken. And he was also a guy who was close to blackout drunk last week, stumbling along the streets with a few old friends only he knew, making small, insignificant mistakes along the way and laughing tons meanwhile as well.
It was stupid, actually. But he figured he wasn’t the brghtest in the head anyways.
“Let’s see who’ll find it,” his friend giggled, scrapping a few digits on pieces of paper, and happily letting them sail away in the rather strong wind while standing in a place you could see the whole city from. He recalled being beyond happy and giggly about this idea, supporting it fully with his other two friends in their drunken states.
“Might get yourself a date like that.”
Or trouble, he figured. But he figured too late, as it’s been a week, and he had finally gotten a “lucky” message. He also wondered if any of the other guys did.
“Stop being a weirdo and come back in. Thinking time is over,” Youngjae presented himself well in the same old sarcastic fashion, leaning out of the doorway and trying to get Jongup back in so they could finally be finished for the day. And, understanding he’d better obey and put everyone’s tired minds out of their misery, he joined them again, pouring sweat and panting lightly for another half an hour before finally departing from the rest and going his own way.
Not that the text was of no significance, not at all. Jongup simply had a different mindset, and was someone to forget things easily. And half an hour of dancing was enough for him to forget completely about all that had happened, and also forget to answer. Hell, he didn’t even care to respond to his hyung’s messages sometimes, so this was simply something he wasn’t that good at. Texting.
He only recalled it when it was too late and inappropriate to respond.
“Should I?” he contemplated, sneaking around the dorm’s kitchen and making hot chocolate at 2 AM, clearly knowing sleep wasn’t his priority but a nice, warm chocolatey drink was. Sleep was Himchan and Youngjae’s priority though, and “nagging mom” and “sarcasm ball” weren’t the ones he wanted to disturb from sleeping peacefully. This was his chance to get some nice, peaceful alone time.
“I’m Moon Jongup.” Would that be.. Appropriate?
It probably wouldn’t. He figured he still was an idol, and even though he thought there were slim chances the person texting him could possibly know who he was, he still hesitated. If he’d ask anyone from the company, they’d tell him off immediately. And possibly even call him stupid, telling him to be cautious with whom he gives his number to.
So scrapping the thought, he quietly sneaked back to his room to do some 2 AM internet browsing. It’s not like he had to respond anyways, but curiosity killed him to know who was on the other end of the line. He figured he’d think of something, and eventually would respond. But later.
Later turned out to be never.
He wasn’t of fault for being a busy man with a short memory and attention span. He already got dragged from schedule to schedule by Himchan, basically serving him as an accessory or handbag, because otherwise he wouldn’t remember to come and would wander off to be present somewhere else. If he couldn’t remember all of that, how could he remember about a mysterious text?
Does this number even belong to anyone? [22:34]
When he saw the message though, he recalled. It had been about a week already, and he figured he was still curious. Yet his fingers stopped him from typing when he saw the three animated dots, indicating something more was being typed on the other end, and would soon pop up on the screen.
Well.. I guess it doesn’t. [22:56]
He chuckled. He was just as quick to make assumptions as the person typing, and for some reason, that was intriguing. First thing in common, and it had been three lone texts. This could actually evolve to be interesting.
Today was an awful day, by the way. [22:57]
He leaned back, looking at the stream of messages that followed. One every other minute, being a detailed explanation of a rather bad day. Troubles at work and with studies. Misunderstandings with friends and even family. God, he really found himself feeling sorry for whoever it was that managed to have such an unfortunate day.
But once again, as he wanted to type, he realized he was unable to do it. Wouldn’t that be creepy? Now, after all this whole heartfelt and emotional storytelling, all of a sudden he would say something really out of place. “Hey, this number indeed has an owner”, “Cool story, but quite sad tbh. Are you alright?” - all the potential responses seemed rather dumb to him. The worst one by far being “Hey, so, I was just sitting and reading, but figured I wanted to talk to you actually. I’m Jongup.”
This helps, actually. [23:31]
He heard the swooping sound, and glanced back to the device, tracing his fingers ever so lightly over the screen. What helped? Typing out things that bothered? Maybe, and right as he figured he understood, he got the response.
It’s crazy, but it helps a little. I’ll call you my new, non-existent friend, number without owner. And maybe I’ll message you. [23:33]
He was quite existent, actually, and he was more than curious to how this could unfold. He thought it was interesting, maybe even cute. And a little creepy, but.. Did anyone have to know? Not really. So he convinced himself it was fine, and he let it happen.
“See ya, new friend,” he chuckled with a smile, and put his phone down, wandering out of his room too meet with needy hyungs who had been calling him for a while already. He swore, if he’d hear the phrase “Jongup-ah, bring me my phone! I don’t know where it is though, but find it!” one more time, he’d move out.
It was days and days of simple, diary-like texting, and he once found himself looking back on the stream of messages, figuring it had been weeks already. Maybe even a month, actually. But he didn’t mind. In fact, after an insignificant amount of time had passed, he had gotten used to it, and couldn’t picture his life without an occasional message every here and there anymore. It had become part of the daily routine.
Her name was (Y/N), so much he knew, and she was the sweetest yet most problematic person he’d ever met. Well, “met” only technically. He hadn’t met her in real life, but he still felt like he knew a bunch about her in a.. non-creepy way. This really didn’t feel creepy to him. It just felt strange. Or rather unusual.
Aaand I do not know how to manage now. I’ve got a week left, and still 30 pages to write. Too bad I didn’t start writing earlier. [19:44]
But I’m a stupid mess, so I’m allowed to make mistakes. [19:44]
He chuckled at the familiar sentence, knowing he’d used it on himself thousands of times. But he also knew that when it came to her, she was far from being stupid. Her conversations with this non-existent friend in the form of a phone number she thought belonged to no one, but in reality was his, made her seem like a lovely, kind, but over all intelligent person. And he found himself lying in bed and smiling at his phone like an idiot.
“You’ll do great,” he quietly said to himself, surprised at how truly he wanted her to succeed, “Because you’ve been studying hard for ages. More than I’ve ever studied all together, to be honest.”
And the more time passed, the more he understood how much he truly cared.
He cared every evening he lied in bed and watched the message streams coming by. He traced his fingers over the phone screen, and desperately wanted to respond. He weirdly found himself hurting every time she had a hard time, and simply wanted to go and do something about it. He didn’t even know who she truly was, or how she looked or anything. Yet this diary-type conversation she typed out to no one but herself every evening made him believe he knew enough to find a liking in her. She was funny and her personality was overall cute. She had a heart big enough to fit the whole world into it, and sometimes he imagined he could find a place there as well. He wanted to get to know her actually, because he thought she was interesting. Yet every time he was about to type something, he froze dead in his tracks.
After all this time, it would be weird to respond. And he didn’t want to weird her out or scare her away. He simply wanted to actually meet her and get to know her.
“What are you grinning about?” Youngjae asked one morning, catching Jongup completely off-guard and making him realize how he once again was staring at the phone and chuckling about seemingly nothing.
“Yeah. Something’s been off for a while already,” Himchan called from behind the stove, walking around with two plates in hand a second later and handing one to Youngjae, “You’re never really abandoning your cereal for anything.”
“Spit it out,” Youngjae budged, and when Himchan had made his way around the breakfast bar and sat across the latter two, it felt like it was maybe time to say something. But right as Jongup opened his mouth to talk, Youngjae frantically interrupted.
“Not the cereal, by the way - don’t spit that out, keep that in your mouth or in the bowl, will ya? I’m talking about the reason you’d been grinning like a madman at mysterious stuff in your phone for weeks.”
“So.. This might sound weird..”
“Like everything else involving you. Nothing new,” Youngjae cheekily remarked, leaning on his hand and choking on his food just a second later because he was too focused on talking and didn’t care to properly chew his food.
“That’s what you get Youngjae-ah for interrupting your friend and challenging the universe,” Himchan remarked, chuckling lightly and turning to face Jongup, “Continue. I’m curious.”
And he told the whole story. About the on-paper phone numbers thrown from a high point in the city, and how he actually received a message after some time. And the weird further events, where the girl on the other end of the line supposed the number belonged to no one, and never stopped typing, gifting him with a diary of her biggest issues and the brightest moments of her life.
“And so you simply keep sitting around and reading everything she types?”
“Yeah, kind of-”
“What a creep,” Youngjae laughed out, making Jongup feel generally ashamed about the whole situation.
“Yeah, I have to admit, it is a little creepy. But at the same time, it’s so absurd, yet.. I don’t know how to say. Somewhat beautiful?”
“In which way, hyung?” Youngjae laughed at Himchan, yet kind of understood his point.
“I don’t know, think about it. He knows so much about her, and she doesn’t even know he exists. Okay, that indeed sounds bad, but let me turn it around. I can imagine it already.”
“A cold winter night,” he extended his arms to both sides, making the youngers laugh at his theatrical, dramatical stare that was directed into the distance, “Don’t laugh, just picture it. A stormy night, and she’s walking home alone. Left to be completely lonely by everyone but the howling, harsh wind-”
“You should do acting, hyung,” Younjae kept laughing, cracking up even more after the casual response of “I know, right?”
“And he emerges from the shadows - our Jongup-ah. The hero of the night, who approaches and lovingly tells her all. ”(Y/N), come with me, and everything will be alright,“ he will say, and she won’t have time to question, because in her pain and despair, he will be her only light. So she will put her hand in his and they will run off into the sunset-”
“You mean sunrise. It was already nighttime in your setting of the story.”
“Yes. Pardon,” he announced, his pronunciation almost on point, “The sunrise. But you get the idea.”
“Oh stop it, hyung,” both of them turned to face a rather embarrassed and blushing Jongup, “That’s never gonna happen.”
“Don’t try to tell me you’ve never thought about it,” Youngjae kept teasing.
“I feel like we’re gossip girls or something right now, talking about this the way we do,” Himchan chuckled lightly, and hit the back of Youngjae’s head playfully, getting up from his spot, “Okay, as always. I cook, you wash up.”
“But hyuuuuung.”
“You can always eat cereal like Jongup-ah instead, if you’re not satisfied with this distribution of duties,” Himchan called from somewhere far away, making Youngjae pout one more time before he got up to do as told, “Although, then you’d have to wash up as well. So it’s a no-win situation for you.”
Jongup stayed in place, glancing at the phone one more time as he heard the familiar, at this point already exciting swooping sound.
And now I missed breakfast, all because of that other research paper that I managed to wrap up only earlier this morning. But maybe it’s even convenient. I guess I’d need to go on a diet anyways. [08:51]
She didn’t, he was certain. She sounded like someone who would constantly criticize no one but herself, and one day he will come up to her and tell her to cut it. Take her out and eat cupcakes or something, and tell her how lovely she was at heart, and at face as well. He was convinced she was beautiful, because everyone who was this beautiful at heart had to be beautiful on the outside as well.
And beauty wasn’t measurable by the size of the waist anyways, right?
Time kept passing, and he kept sitting around and reading. From time to time either Himchan or Youngjae would budge him about it, and poke at him, telling him he had to do something in return. But he only ever answered that he wasn’t good at holding conversation, and rather wanted to simply stay and read.
“Don’t let it slide,” they’d say, but he was hard to convince to act in any way that would reveal himself and who he was. But that didn't mean he didn’t try to communicate with her in other, different ways.
She’d had flowers delivered to her university, her cheeks turning a light shade of pink as they were handed to her and a dozen of jealous girls threw all types of glances her way. Yet she never found out where those flowers came from, since there was no sender’s name left behind. Only a note with neat handwriting on it, saying “non-existent friend”, and she couldn’t quite tie her mind around it. Little surprises continued to await her at every corner - even at a place like her favorite coffee shop - and she found herself wondering who had been kind and generous enough to gift her with all of it. And who even knew enough about her to get something such ad her favorite flowers or chocolates  or anything else right.
It all silently continued on the same way, until a particular evening when he found himself lying on his bed again, waiting for the message stream, yet nothing came up. And he was left alone, without company in the evening or any clue of what had happened to her.
He told himself it was nothing at first. She was away somewhere. Out with family, perhaps? Or maybe friend? Although he knew she lived rather far from family, and had only few friends. He was laying around, waiting, and eventually he fell asleep like that, just to wake up the next morning and find nothing but Instagram notifications and cat videos sent to him by Himchan.
Nothing from her. Not even a single message. And as this continued every evening from then on, he became convinced she was gone. Probably forever.
It bothered him. Had something happened, or was she simply busy? She was always busy, or so she stated, yet somehow she was always able to find time for typing. But not in the past weeks, as he was met with total and utter silence from her end of the line, ans finally understood how she must’ve been feeling about this whole thing.
Receiving nothing. It indeed was horrible. And maybe if he would’ve revealed himself to her, she would’ve still been a part of his life.
Only now he figured how truly.. alone he was without her company. It all seemed unreal and unusual, yet he had found peace and comfort in her stories. Her life differed from his significantly, and he figured he was quite interested in her daily life and the things she did. He found it to be a little vacation for his mind for when it was tired of running circles, as reading her stories was always like a little treat of the day. That is, until it all disappeared.
And reappeared after what seemed almost a month already. Or rather eternity, judging by his point of view and perception of time.
I can’t do it anymore. [00:01]
The lone message scared him, and as another long-gone and much missed message stream started blowing up his phone, he sat tight and read carefully, not to miss a single detail.
And then he realized she was crying out for help. To no one but an empty space.
It hurts. Everything does, and I wish it would’ve went down another way. [00:02]
She was talking about her family situation, her studies, relationships and everything else. Everything had seemingly crumbled at this one moment, and he was genuinely worried about her. He only barely knew how it was to feel down and be alone at those moments, since he was usually used to having someone around to help. And he figured this would be a long, boring night for him anyways if he decided to let i slide. Even if this was a mistake, he wasn’t the brightest in the head, so he was allowed to make mistakes every now and then.
I swear, this is the only nice place left in Seoul. I seem to hate everything else at this point already. [00:04]
He glanced at the few further words, trying to recall the location she named and eventually being able to do so. The city was beyond big, but this place she was at wasn’t far away, and that was by far the luckiest coincidence of the week, or maybe even the whole month. And since life had been nice to him and he had been gifted with a location, he simply got up, put his shoes and coat on and headed for the door.
“It’s late, Jongup-ah. Where are you leaving to?”
He turned a little to face Himchan who had just stumbled out of the living room at the wrong time, his “I was napping just a second ago” face going strong. Jongup simply threw him a barely-there smile, and stepped out of the apartment, closing the door behind himself lightly and leaving Himchan alone and confused in the dimly lit hallway.
“To meet a friend.”
It was surprisingly easy to find her, as there was only one person around, and he lingered a little longer as he saw an unfamiliar frame in the place she should’ve been at. He simply feared to be called a creep and get into trouble for it all.
“(Y/N)?”
He saw her turning slowly, throwing him a puzzled glance as she tried to process. And he had to admit that he needed a moment to process as well.
He had imagined her to be beautiful, but this view in front of him was better than any of the images his imagination had created on it’s own with only knowing mere facts she’d slipped in conversation. Her hair fell beautifully, lightly covering her face and her soft features that got highlighted by the street lights to make it even more graceful. Her brows slightly furrowed in confusion as she looked at the rather lost, young man in front of her. And the way she tried to remember who he was, but found herself to be clueless.
“Sorry if I sound rude, but.. I can’t quite recall you,” she quietly said, and only now he noticed she’d been crying.
“Who are you?”
Instead of getting a reply, she saw him shyly fiddling around his pockets to pull out his phone. And with a few taps, swipes and no additional conversation or explanations, his hands extended towards hers, offering her to take the phone.
And she did, not questioning and simply looking down on his hands, her fingers sliding lightly over his as she took the device and threw it a glance.
He inspected her face, and wondered what would happen. A feeling of uneasiness had spread all across his gut, and he simply waited for her verdict. For anything really, as he saw a little crease forming between her eyebrows, indicating she had understood what she was looking at.
“These are my messages..” she quietly muttered, observing the screen with extra care as realization suddenly hit like a train and she stared back at him with a puzzled look.
“I thought that number was…”
“Abandoned? Yeah, not really,” he scratched the back of his head looking away in embarrassment.
He watched her from the corners of his eyes though, and saw she was clueless on what to say and what to do next. He didn’t blame her at all - he was quite puzzled himself in theses types of situations, this one being an extremely unusual case. But at least she hadn’t ran away from him yet, which was somewhat comforting.. Right?
“I’m.. I’m sorry for never giving you a response,” he looked back at her with an unsure glance, yet found comfort in the way she simply listened, without interrupting or anything. He was a stranger, but she could see through him with her beautiful, intelligent eyes, and knew he meant no harm and was nervous, having troubles at explaining himself. So she simply listened.
“I wanted to. But I had schedules..” he looked somewhere away, snapping back and clarifying after a moment, “Working schedules, that is.”
“And I kind of forgot. Until the evening you started typing a whole stream of messages.. My phone kept buzzing, and I read it all, wanting to type something in return. But then I felt.. I don’t know.. Quite ashamed, or maybe even awkward to respond? You had poured your whole heart out there, and it would’ve been stupid to just type back something like “Yeah, nice story. I’m Jongup, by the way, and not a non-existent friend-”
“Non-existent friend..” he saw her recognizing the name, and felt rather stupid for having said that. Looks like she had a rather good memory, and it had just been sparked to recall all the little things he had treated her with.
“Are you behind all of the small surprises?” a mix or utter surprise and shock alongside mild happiness was displayed on her face, and he simply wanted to hide away as he felt his cheeks turning a bright shade or red.
“Well, kind of..”
“This is so.. unbelievably absurd,” he heard her chuckling, and suddenly felt the strong desire to wrap this whole explanation up for once and forever, sparing himself the painful mild awkwardness.
“Listen,” his hand unconsciously reached for hers, and she mildly flinched, yet didn’t pull away as she saw he was too far away from this world to react properly anyways, “I know it sounds creepy, but every time you were typing something, I was sitting on the other end of the line and reading. I found out a lot about you that way, and.. Figured you’re such a nice person. I really like you, actually, and all these issues you have to face all the time that constantly keep bringing you down aren’t worth it.”
“You’re so kind and so nice, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise,” he was looking right into her eyes, making her blush as he spoke shamelessly, pouring everything out of his heart, saying the truth when it need to be said, “And since you’d been having a hard time, I figured I could brighten it at least somehow.. I mean, you sounded happy about the flowers and everything, so I just continued doing it..”
“And why did you never tell me you were there, reading it all?” she said, and he suddenly glanced at their intertwined hands, pulling his away shyly and causing her to chuckle lightly.
“I was, I don’t know.. Anxious to come off weird. Or scare you away.”
“Scare me away?” she suddenly giggled, and he felt how she pinched his cheek a littleonly seconds later, “You’re cute and not scary.”
“Well.. Y-you wouldn’t be able to know that if I’m b-behind a phone screen..” he found himself stuttering at her braveness and the way she wasn’t ashamed to do what she desired, “But yeah, I’m not scary. Just a regular guy, making bad decisions and good mistakes.”
“Good mistakes?” she questioned, starting to walk off. He felt a light tug to his sleeve before her fingers disconnected from his coat, and took it as an indicator that she wanted him to come along as well.
“Yeah,” he chuckled, tucking his hands into his jeans pockets and following closely, “We were out with friends that night, feeling quite tipsy. Thought it would be funny to write our numbers on paper and let them sail with the wind to see if someone would find them and contact us afterwards. So, like a "message in a bottle” type of thing, just less well thought-out and exciting.“
"Sounds like fun-”
“I’m not an alcoholic, by the way. That was just an occasional drink,” she laughed out loud at that, seeing how he wanted to come off as truly nice to her and wanted to leave a good first impression desperately, and simply nodded in agreement.
“J-jongup, right?”
“Yes. I’m Moon Jongup.”
“That’s a cute name, actually.”
“Thank you. Your’s better though.”
And they walked the night away, silently chuckling as the moon shone above their heads, highlighting the shadows their frames cast on the pavement in the most beautiful ways. He was glad she didn’t think of him as a complete weirdo, and found himself liking her a lot, actually. The mere sight of her picture perfect features had him mesmerized, and he scolded himself for behaving like an animal when his mouth started slightly watering at the sight of her nicely shaped lips moving and causing beautiful sounds to come out of her mouth that unconsciously crawled right through his ears, but refused to leave his mind completely once they had gotten in.
He’d indeed imagined her to be amazing. But this had topped all expectations.
And by the end of the night, he was sure - this weird and fuzzy feeling he felt at the pit of his stomach was indeed attraction. Attraction towards someone who was far from being a stranger to him, even though he was a stranger to her.
“And how comes you found me today?”
He turned to her, knowing she’d just said she had to get going and would be away in minutes, and smiled his brightest smile, causing her to melt a little at how genuinely mood lifting his smile happened to be.
“You typed where you were. And after I’d read about all of your troubles.. You know, I didn’t want you to feel alone..”
“I most definitely didn’t tonight,” she said, and with that, walked up to give him an embrace that lasted way too little.
“It’s weird, but I like it,” she whispered, face buried in his coat, and was gone within seconds, leaving him to stand alone and process all that had happened.
“Please, respond from now on.. Existent friend,” he heard her voice rather faintly in the distance, and answered too silent for her to hear, rather saying it to himself.
“I sure will.”
And he did now every now and them, smiling as she encouraged him to tell her more about himself, since he knew all he needed to know about her for the start, but she was clueless on many things regarding him. The tiny surprises never stopped, and neither did her gratefulness for them. Late night walks had become a regular thing, and even thought Youngjae and Himchan’s teasing could become close to unbearable at times, he knew his never-ending indefinite suffering was worth it.
He wasn’t just attracted to her. He really, really liked her, and since a thing he didn’t like was waiting around for too long, he decided to let her know just after a month of actually being acquainted, using another bouquet of flowers to send a message instead having to type it out.
She looked at the neat handwriting on the card, and smiled down on it.
“Who keeps sending you all these flowers?” a friend of hers asked, and she simply laughed in return.
“Someone I really like,” she traced her fingers over the location written on the note, and looked at her friend, “Someone who has become the most beautiful coincidence in my life so far.”
And as she came by to meet him that evening, dressed to impress in her prettiest clothes even though her personality alone already made his heart skip a beat, he didn’t greet her with a “hello”, with a wave of his hand or a hug that lasted a little too long to be considered simply friendly appropriate. He greeted her with a question that mattered to him instead.
“Can I kiss you?”
And all she could do was give him a shy nod before she felt his frame pressing against hers lightly, his arms wrapping around her tightly as he leaned in and lingered before her lips for a little, cautiously pecking them once a second later.
But once was far from being enough, and soon she found her hands trailing to rest on his cheeks, tracing circles in a relaxing and calm fashion as she felt herself being lifted up to heaven. Her feet did in fact disconnect from the ground a little as he pulled her up, leaving her to barely reach the ground on her tippy toes as he supported all of her weight on his bare arms. Yet that was of no importance as he was giving her kiss after kiss, going at a soft, slow pace, making sure it was comfortable and pleasurable beyond anything else. But he had to admit that he was faced with a hard time when holding her like that. The mere touch of her lips had already made his knees weak, and he had to use all his strength not to fall apart and collapse right there and then. Who knew she was this damn intoxicating and addicting?
“You look stunning,” he complimented as he pulled away, and she chuckled, hiding her face in the crook of his neck immediately.
“I’m blushing already, Jongup-ah. Don’t. I’m not used to this.”
“I will continue nonetheless, sorry not sorry. From now on even more, since you have to get used to it. That’s how it’s going to be now.”
And as they walked off that night, with the stars once again shining bright above them and lighting the way, she was glad about all that had happened. With his fingers tangled in between hers, and his calming voice throwing out savage or sometimes simply adorable commentary, there was nothing more she could ever wish for. She knew there were still a thousand different things she didn’t know about him, yet that didn’t bother her, as she believed she’d find out along the way. And she knew it was all unusually absurd, but couldn’t help but take his sudden presence in her life as a sing.
She glanced up at him and made him throw her a questioning look.
“Want to say something?” he questioned, and saw her considering, just to nod afterwards, “You’ve got my whole attention. I’m listening.”
“Thank you for never telling me off and reading through all my babbling,” she blurted out, and made him smile, “And thank you for caring for me, and eventually coming to check on me back then. I..”
“..you?” he chuckled after the little pause she’d made, as he wanted to know the continuing from the depths of his heart.
“I like you a lot, Jongup-ah. And I’m so grateful to have met you.”
And that’s all he’d been wanting to hear for a while, so he smiled in return, and, just because he could, leaned down to press another quick, loving peck on her lips, leaving her to let out a soft sound of disapproval as his lips disconnected from hers a little too soon.
“I like you too, (Y/N). You’re the best coincidence that had ever happened to me,” he chuckled, and wrapped his arms around her, figuring she should get all she ever wanted. Which, in this case, was a dose of him. And he was more than ready to offer it all to her, leaning back down to seal the unnecessary gap between himself and her with yet another kiss that displayed it all.
He was beyond grateful. And he truly wanted to try this out and stay with her.

Power Down
Often, when traveling alone, Michael would move through handheld devices to save time and gas money.
After the particular incident regarding entering a computer playing hardcore porn, he preferred to move through phones.
He had left his headphones at Jeremy’s an hour earlier and only noticed now.
It was half past one, but Jeremy had drunk a cup of coffee that morning and even a small amount of caffeine could keep him going for over fifteen hours, so the odds were in Michael’s favor that he would still be awake.
Michael clicked his phone on and the device dropped to the bed as the boy vanished with a fading crackle of electricity.
___
Jeremy’s mouth stretched open in a wide yawn, exposing all his teeth, wondering why he felt so out of it though he had done little more that evening than eat snacks and play monopoly.
He had lost his phone charger in the cluttered wreck of his room and was going to need to use his phone tomorrow, so he made the decision to power it down so it wouldnt use up battery life as he slept.
As he pressed the option to completely cut off, and watched the screen go dark.
He could have sworn the phone jerked in his hand the moment it clicked off.
Jeremy shrugged and let the phone clatter to the bedside table under the lamp, which was quickly turned off.
_____
Michael was so fucked.
The terror of the digital world going dark around him made his hands shake.
He moved to one of the now dark walls, and pressed his body weight against it, hoping to find some give in the darkness.
Now knowing that the shadows were not going to give him up that easily, he began to panic slightly, still holding that small light of hope.
He threw himself  against the wall, yelling for help though he was sure that Jeremy couldn’t hear him.
He continued to attempt his escape until a strange feeling raced through the veins, as if someone had broken into Michael’s hospital room and poured pop rocks into his IV bag as some sort of strange prank.
He looked down, gasping in horror at the sight.
He was disappearing.
Dissolving like kool-aid dust in a bottle of water.
And it was spreading.
Up his arms and legs, nearly reaching his knees and elbows.
He slammed himself back into the wall that seemed to have no give, the panic in his chest toying with him like a rat in a cage, attempting the impossible.
Attempting to survive.
With his dwindling strength and ability to stand, he prayed that the blood pact they had taken in fifth grade would be enough to get Jeremy to figure out where he was and safe him.
He felt the unconsciousness begin to rise up, choking him, and began whispering every prayer he knew under his breath.
“Uh… hail mary full of grace, pray to God my soul to keep? Will that work-”
His mumbles were cut off by a sudden weakness that left him shaking and unable to speak
A sudden flood of light overtook his vision and he wondered whether he was saved or it was the gates of heaven.
_____
Jeremy was at his wits end.
His blood was practically boiling with some sort of weird anxiety that, no matter how hard he tried, couldn’t find the root of.
He had no real reason to feel so tightly strung, but he knew he would never fall asleep.
He sighed, resigned to his fate of a sleepless night and reached for his phone.
He picked it up and held down the power button for a moment, waiting for the screen to light up.
The moment it did lead to complete chaos.
Suddenly the room was filled with screams and the very is distinct smell of wet blood.
Michael  was lying on Jeremy’s carpet, arms and legs seemingly falling apart into 8-bit pixels, dripping blood now that he was back in the physical world.
Jeremy dropped to his knees next to his injured friend.
“Holy shit! Oh my god! Uh- can you talk? Can you hear me?”
Michael  moaned in pain, tears coming to his eyes.
“O-okay you’re conscious so that’s good. Should I staunch the bleeding? Oh jesus.”
Michael grabbed onto Jeremy pajama shirt and attempted to pull himself to a sitting position, but Jeremy gently pushed him back down.
“No, no, no. Stay down until the pixelating stops. Then I’m calling an ambulance.”
Michael  let out a high pitched  whine and allowed himself to be pressed into the ground again.
Jeremy shoved a throw pillow shaped like a bear under Michael’s head so that he wouldn’t come by any damage to the neck, just in case.
He got out a towel and wrapped it around the places where the blood seemed most thick, but found that there was no wound.
I guess the blood was just from the flesh moving in a way that no human should have to experience.
They sat, Jeremy  clutching Michael’s still bloody and uneven hand until the odd and terrifying dissolving had ended.
___
The next morning Jeremy was wandering around the hospital, which, while there were no physical wounds, Jeremy still insisted upon, because honestly, if your best friend crashes into your bedroom a bloody mess, you’re going to make them go to a hospital whether they want to or not.
He bought a phone charger in the hospital gift shop.

Finding Your Other Half
Tumblr media
A/N: YES I AM ALIVE! Ok so I know that I’ve been gone a while, I was sick and then I got really busy and life was just ugh, but I’m here now! Bad news is that this isn’t any of the JDM fics I started. I know, I know, I need to update those. I started one but it got really crazy so I have to restart chapter 2 for it. That should be up soon. In the meantime, this is a fic about being Sam Wilson’s sister and the first chapter is not that good, I apologize, but don’t worry, there will be more to come! Like always, this fic is 100% MINE and WRITTEN BY ME and PROB SUCKS. But, please keep reading because I swear the next chapter will be better. Enjoy! (The format may be weird, bear with me, I’m trying out something)
Pairing: Sam Wilson x Reader-Sibling AU
Warnings: I think one cuss word, death(not major characters)
Word Count: 1,399
Chapter One:
Ring.Ring.Ring. You rolled over and groaned at the sound of your ringtone. You reached your arm out to pick it up and answer it before seeing who had called you.
“Yes?”, you tried your best not to sound annoyed at whoever was calling you so early.
“Y/N! Where are you? You were supposed to be here thirty minutes ago! I’ve tried calling you twice now!”, your boss angrily yelled at you.You sat shocked for a moment before you finally looked up at the clock, which read 8:00am. ‘WHAT? Why didn’t my alarm clock wake me up like it was supposed to at 6:45?’, you thought to yourself.
“I’m so sorry Mrs.Hanks, my alarm clock didn’t go off this morning, I’m truly very sorry. I’ll be there as soon as I can.”, you told her nicely so she wouldn’t be too mad at you.
“Well, it’s ok. Just please try to get here quickly so we can get all the pastries done before the customers get here.”, she said before hanging up.
‘Well at least Mrs.Hanks is usually understanding’. You had never been late to the bakery or missed a day before, so you were sure that Mrs.Hanks wouldn’t be too hostile about letting it slide just this once.
You got out of bed, having no time to make it, before quickly getting ready for work. You tried your best to get ready as fast as you could, since the bakery’s most crowded time was in the morning and you didn’t want to make Mrs.Hanks tackle the crowd alone. Suddenly, while you were getting dressed, you heard a loud crashing noise followed by what seemed like an earthquake. Confused, you looked out of the window, seeing nothing at first until small planes swirled the sky, shooting bullets at something. Since your TV was already on, you flipped to the news to see if it had an explanation for the sudden outburst.
“This just in, New York City has just been placed under citywide evacuation after being attacked by some unknown force. The Governor has claimed that this is a state of emergency, and that if you are in or close to New York City you need to leave as soon as possible. No one is sure of what or who is attacking the city, but they are a dangerous threat. If you-”, before the news lady finished speaking, an even louder crash exploded throughout the apartment, followed by another earthquake.
You quickly put the rest of your clothes on and grabbed your phone before running as fast as you could out of the apartment. You pushed your way through the crowded hallways to the emergency stairwell, running down the stairs and onto the street. Once you were outside, everything seemed to be absolute chaos. The city was engulfed in flames and all you could hear were guns, planes, and screams. You ran to the bakery to see if Mrs.Hanks was okay. Even though she was your boss, you’ve grown to love her deeply. She was the mother you never had and she was the only person you cared about. You were a block away from the bakery when the building next to it exploded from being shot at by something, causing the building to fall and turn the bakery into ash. “No!”, you screamed. You didn’t know if she was in there or not but your brain couldn’t help but think of the worst case scenario, and you fell to the ground in tears. In your mind, the only person you loved and the only person who loved you was dead. But before you could notice, something was coming your way and caused an explosion, and you fell back and slipped into a world of darkness.
“Ma’am? Ma’am are you okay? Ma’am can you hear me?”, a voice called out to you.
“Where am I? What happened? Who are you? What-”, you stopped with your train of questions once you opened your eyes to see someone in scrubs standing over you. You looked down to see that you were laying in a bed with a white blanket, wearing a gown and hooked up to many machines.
“Ma’am are you okay? Your heart rate went up by a lot, are you feeling any pain?”, you weren’t feeling pain at first but once she mentioned it, you noticed that your arm and your head were killing you.
“Um yes actually, my arm and my head”, you said before she quickly gave you some painkillers and some water.
You looked around the room and noticed that instead of the room having white walls like a normal hospital, the walls were dark blue. “Where exactly am I”, you asked the nurse.
“You are at the medical center in one of Stark’s towers.”, the nurse said to you as if it was totally normal. Before you could question her, the door opened and someone that you did not expect to see walked into the room, Sam Wilson. You had never seen him before, well not in person. Only on the TV when he and the Avengers were shown saving the world and fighting big battles.
He saw the confusion on your face and said, “I saw you get hit by one of them and I tried to take you to the hospital. But the closest ones were either destroyed or full, so I took you here. But you shouldn’t worry though, this place is much safer than a hospital.”, he explained to you. You stared at him for a while, processing everything that he just said before something he said stood out. “Who are ‘them’?”, you asked him.
“I don’t exactly know either, most of the time I don’t, I just stand with my team and fight when and who they need me to.”, he said, making the nurse smile. Just then, a doctor walked into the room with a confused look on his face. Sam walked to the door to give you some privacy, since he was mostly going to talk about something private with you, until the doctor held out his arm to stop him from leaving. “I need to talk to the both of you”, the doctor said, making you and Sam confused now. After looking over his chart again, the doctor looked up and asked a strange question.
“Are you two siblings?”, you and Sam both  looked at each other at his question, more confused than ever. You both said “No” at the same time, making the doctor look at his chart and scratch his head. “Well since you lost a lot of blood, we had to test it so that we could give you more. And since we are at one of Stark’s towers, Sam’s blood is already in the system. What I’m trying to say is that, both of your blood came back with maternal and paternal matches.”, he said to you.
“Are you trying to say that she might be my sister?”, Sam asked the doctor, seeming both confused and surprised.
“I’m saying that she is your twin sister. I checked and you both have the same birthdate.”, the doctor said, and you swore you were about to pass out again.
“But this can’t be! I don’t have a sister! I mean I did when I was really young, but after my parents divorced, they-”
“-split you up so that your dad would take care of your sister and your mom would take care of you, and you never saw them again.”, you surprised yourself by finishing Sam’s sentence for him. Sam looked over to you and slowly the pieces fell into place. “Ah, so it is true!”, the doctor yelled triumphantly. Sam laughed at the doctor and walked over to you,
“You know, I never thought that I would ever see my sister again. But, here you are. Wow, I haven’t seen you since we were 5 years old! Damn, this has got to be the weirdest day of my life!”, Sam couldn’t help but be excited. And you were too, you never thought you would see your brother again. In fact, you forgot that you even had a brother until today. “Well, we sure have a lot to catch up on.”, you told him before he laughed and gave you a big hug.
