Gyro for character bingo

I went from a Della blog to a Donald blog to a Gyro blog. I have range

I wasn’t sure if I should fill out the rest of the middle row because I do like a lot of aspects of his canon self, but I do also think someone should’ve taken him down a peg in how he used to treat Fenton. I love Gyro as a character but I know if I was a Ducktales character myself and I met him while only having a surface level knowledge of who he is I’d be like “I hate that fucker”

FOREVER DISAPPOINTED at how his development was barely shown after Astro Boyd and I will never stop talking about it! Get this man in therapy ASAP! Gyro is perfect hurt/comfort material because he has not known peace most of his life and I will absolutely be writing more fics exploring his relationships with other characters (I’m best at writing fluff, but I want to delve into him and Akita in particular because there’s definitely more than meets the eye with them)

truly I find it beautiful how much of a mold I am. I absorb so many mannerisms from people around me, even if I’m not friends with them. the way I stick my tongue out when I concentrate because of a stand partner I had for a concert. the way I tilt my head curiously because of the concertmaster. the small words and phrases I see from my mutuals in passing. the way I laugh louder now. the way I smile more. the way I find joy and beauty in things. the way I love myself the way you loved me.
