85 Hz - Gamma Waves – Binaural Beats
150 Hz - Base Frequency
In humans, Gamma (Γ) wave is a pattern of neural oscillation with a frequency range between 25 and 140 Hz. It has been associated with higher states of consciousness due to their quality to lead to simultaneous information processing from different areas of the large-scale brain network.

432 Hz – Pure Tone
432 Hz tuning can be achieved by lowering the pitch by 8 HZ on the global standard modern-day tuning of 440 Hz. 432 Hz resonates with 8 Hz (the Schumann Resonance), the documented fundamental electromagnetic "beat" of Earth. Music tuned to 432 Hz creates a sense of relaxation and peace as it is identified as the harmonic intonation of nature.
Studies suggest listening to 432 Hz tuned music releases serotonin and endorphins, which are feel-good hormones, thus helping one to keep the blood pressure in control and heart rate in a safe zone. It helps cut anxiety, improves intuition and emotional healing.
Going back in time, the opera singers preferred 432 Hz tuning, many ancient musical instruments were built and tuned for 432 Hz, it was considered as a standard tuning then, in the mid-20th century the 440 Hz tuning took over. To come to a concrete conclusion on the comparison of both the tuning, more studies must be conducted in the future till then follow your heart and tune in to what comforts you the most.

Green Noise
Green noise is similar to Pink noise but it has more energy concentrated in the middle of the sound spectrum, within a limited frequency range around 500 Hz, it is the noise that simulates the spectra of ambient noise of nature without human-made noises.
It is also termed Vocal spectrum noise and is used for testing audio circuits. Most people find it relaxing and pleasing as it sounds like road noise in a car ride with window glass rolled up. This version of Green noise covers a wider range of the sound spectrum, while the second version is much tight around the mid-range frequencies and eliminates all the other bands.

RE - 417 Hz (G#) – Pure Tone
It helps eliminate the negative energy influence of past events and puts you in sync with the cosmos to enhance your life. 417 Hz is linked with the Sacral Chakra located at the lower abdomen which symbolizes the center of Pleasure, Passion, Creative, and Sexual Energy.
Orange color facilitates a visual connection to this center. A well-functioning of Swadhistana or Sacral Chakra facilitates the free flow of creative ideas and allows us to be at ease.
417 Hz acts as a portal between the physical and spiritual world, helps releases negativity of any past trauma. It facilitates change in you and others, by guiding you to undo situations with a negative outcome.
