'Suprise" Sonic, Knuckles and Tails cheer as knuckles uncovers Amys eyes. Amy gasps at the huge building Infront of her. the clean white building with soft blue word 'aurora'. Her jade green eyes widen.

"Oh woah.... this... is amazing" Amy comments before tails walks up to her grabbing her hand and leading her to the entrance.

"I know right? sonic pulled some strings and was able to get us a ride to planet ion!" tails smiles brightly his name sakes wagging behind him.

"Wait..." Amy paused her eyes lighting up, "you mean the planet with the fluzzlings!" Amy squeals.

Fuzzlings. a creature discovered on a planet lightyear away. small peaceful fluffy creature full of innocence and curiosity. As soon as Amy learned about their existence she has been obsessed.

"Yeah! My sister actually is the one that got us a spot. She works here part time. I think Shes the only mobain Tho." sonic chuckles as they walk into the building Sonic showing some kind of badge of his phone to the security desk.

"Wait...Is this the blood sister or the adopted one I'm about to meet?" Amy looks up at her past crush after the events of fronters Amy slow came to accept that they wouldn't get together and slowly started to see him as a brother figure.

"Adopted one" Sonic ruffles her quills which have grown longer since Amy stopped cutting them, wanting to grow them out a bit.

Amy giggles and grins up at him as they walk deeper into the building "How do we find her? this place is huge"

"She usually finds us first" knuckles voice rings out from behind her causing amy to look up at him with her jade green eyes.

"Yeah, normally she- Ah!" Sonics voice broke as a white wolf mobain jumped on his back in a half tackled him in a bear hug.

"SONI!" her voice full of energy and deep blue hair a messy braid.

"lulu!" sonic smiles back at her. "We were just talking about you."

"All good things i hope" lulu smiles and gets off sonic before her emerald eyes lock onto Amy. " Omg you must be the birthday girl! you're so pretty!" lulu walks over and bear hugs Amy causing Amy to squeak. "oh! i love you already!"

Lulu set Amy down and smiles " come come i hope you like the suits i had designed! i only had so much to work with."

"oh! yay i heard about the technology there trying to work into the suits and i can't wait to get my hands on some" tails rants as he follows lulu close.

"All engineering books are already on your bed in the ship tails." lulu smiles down at him as they walk in to volted door to get there new siuts.

Stobotnik Subnautica AU fic snippet

Out of all the Earth luxuries Robotnik was forced to live without, he missed music the most. His CDs, his mixtapes, his curated playlists. He missed the deafening pulse of industrial drum and bass, the intricate rhythms of funk and jazz, the comforting pop classics, and invigorating rock melodies that he could dance to.

Robotnik never fully realized just how miserable a world without music could be. He began humming to himself, even sang songs he only half remembered the lyrics to in an effort to stay sane in the deserted, depressing isolation he was surviving in.

And here he was, humming a Tears for Fears tune while he piloted his submarine vessel 500 meters down under the sea. The submarine that Robotnik constructed and christened "The Eggmarine" was holding up perfectly, just as planned. He never made mistakes when it came to engineering, it was just like breathing to him. Physics, math, science, electronics, all of it was second nature.

Robotnik was able to harness the near endless power supply of the blue quill and recycle parts of his prototype – as only an extraordinary genius like him could do – and he created something incredible after losing nearly everything.

The Eggmarine was an engineering marvel in and of itself, but he had even bigger blueprints in progress. His ultimate mission: to construct a space shuttle capable of interstellar travel. He was going to make it back to Earth no matter what. He'd make it home by Christmas. He declared it boldly to himself out loud after barely surviving the crash landing of his prototype on one of the many islands of the alien planet.

Another great feat that the doctor took pride in was the detailed cataloging and analysis of every single new thing about this alien planet. Countless unknown species of flora, fauna, megafauna, biomes and climates, lifeless ruins of what seemed to be some kind of ancient civilization with astounding technology… It was all exhilarating.

Robotnik was at heart a brilliant scientist, and though the circumstances bringing him to this planet were absolutely horrid, he often found himself feeling like a kid discovering the wonders of science again. He intensively studied the new alien technology he found in the ruins – He was so close to cracking the code to their written language – and vastly advanced his progress  surviving on the planet. With the alien technology he was able to build a much improved habitat and small laboratory with ease.

It had been 63 days now since Sonic sent him crashing through the ring portal in Green Hills. If there was anything he had now, it was down time. Day 63, and he'd already recorded over two hundred new species, determined multiple theories of their evolution, mapped out the string of islands he crashed on, not to mention narrowly escaping being killed and eaten countless times by the local mega predators – which there were plenty of.

Robotnik had faced an assorted deadly lineup of insects, poisonous animals, scavengers, hunters and predators both on land and under the sea, and the kings at the top of the food chain: Leviathan class mega predators – gargantuan creatures similar to the dinosaurs back in earth's ancient history.

Robotnik learned very quickly he had to create a predator of his own if he ever wanted to get off this planet unscathed. 

So he did what he did best, and built a robotic mech suit designed for combat, capable of both land and marine travel, and resource gathering. With it, he was now able to hold his own against most predators, and even fought a few different leviathans in the depths of the ocean and escaped the battles unharmed. But stealth was always the best policy so far – less damage to his precious machine, and less risk of being drowned or eaten.

Robotnik had not found anything that resembled anything close to a sentient life form yet, and the chances of doing so were growing smaller and smaller. He laughed out thinking, was it really that different here from the 8 billion barely sentient monkeys back on earth?

"Passing 750 meters. Pressure stabilized." The robotic voice of the vessel's artificial intelligence spoke, showing the status of all ship systems in green. "Scanners indicate traces of nickel ore below, south west."

Robotnik was currently in search of rare minerals to craft his escape plan. Minerals that he determined could only be found beneath the sea floor in a thermal, volcanic climate. 

The A.I. spoke again, this time with a warning. "Detecting multiple leviathan class life forms in the region. Doctor, are you certain whatever you're doing is worth it?"

Of course the exact biome where he needed to go would be crawling with dangerous monsters. The statistical probability that he calculated before was, again, unfortunately proven correct. Of course he had to be right, every time! He thought with a groan. Sometimes, it was worse to be proved right. Even the warm glow of smug satisfaction wears off quickly when you're chased by savage animals out to make you their next meal.

"Shut your trap and keep scanning. I'm not leaving until I get my hands on that ore." Robotnik continued the descent, passing tall black hydrothermal vents – a good sign that he was heading in the right direction.

There was no sound now but the engine's hum, and the steady ping of the sonar system every 7 seconds.

984 meters. Ping. The sonar mapped out the deep trench he was in, and showed a massive crevice opening further down. He was getting readings of small-scale volcanic eruptions in this region, and hoped that crevice was the entrance to his destination.

A loud, organic screech passed through the dark waters, and Robotnik instinctively rushed to hit silent mode.

The internal and external lights went out, and the engine shifted gears. Robotnik sat in the pilot seat, frozen, waiting for another noise.

It was almost worse that he heard nothing.

The artificial intelligence spoke up quickly, casting information in red in the control screens. "Proximity Alert: Threat Detected. Leviathan class life form."

Robotnik cursed out loud, white knuckling the control wheel. 

"Proximity: 50 meters." The A.I. stated. "25… 10… brace for impact."

The side of the sub was hit by something colossal, and Robotnik was nearly thrown out of the pilot chair.

Then another uncomfortably loud sound – a roar vibrating through the metallic chambers and utterly harrowing.

A leviathan predator. A reaper - he recognized the horrible sound.

He didn't have any weapons mounted on the Eggmarine, and he couldn't launch his mech suit and fight back – he was in completely unknown territory and what looked to be about 400 more meters to the bottom of the trench. His mech suit couldn't make it up 400 meters straight up back to the submarine, and no way could he safely swim back to his Eggmarine without getting snapped up. Nightmare scenario again. He could only sit tight, stay on course, and hope the predator would lose interest and leave, or kick engines in high gear and make a break for it.

The sub was hit again, and the alarms began sounding. "Hull damage imminent."

The leviathan was not going to leave.

Robotnik slammed the switches and revved up the engine to full speed. He had to get the hell out of here. The only way through was down.

He was sure every creature in the region could hear the Eggmarine's engines and the roars of the reaper leviathan.

"New Threat Detected: Another Leviathan class life form. Proximity: 58 meters."

Oh no.

Ping. The sonar sounded, and the red outline of another large shape was dead ahead of the submarine's path of escape.

Ping. The shape grew bigger, and it was coming straight for him.

"Proximity Alert: 25 meters."

Robotnik jumped out of his skin, his heart beating out of his chest. "Fucking hell!" He shoved the control wheel forward to avoid the impact. "Nononono!"

The submarine descended sharply, and the leviathan behind him roared, but it was interrupted halfway from a second massive sound bellowing through the depths. The second leviathan growled – but it was completely different from the first – like a harsh rumbling of thunder ending with rhythmic clicking.

"Danger: Engine overheating." Robotnik heard a blast coming from the engine bay.

Everything was going to hell. He couldn't leave the bridge to attend to the fire he knew had started, not with two giant monsters about to tear his ship apart.

The sonar pinged, and Robotnik could see the two leviathans grappling together. It was hard to make out the image from the red flash that lasted only seconds, but it seemed as if they were fighting – it sounded horrible, with the two huge predators growling, howling, and snapping at each other. Roars pierced through the darkness, and the top of the vessel was hit again, worse this time.

"Hull compromised - storage bay ceiling."

Robotnik was flung forwards from the mighty impact of the leviathans. “Damn it, come on! Go!” He hissed, reorienting himself on the controls and leaning into them as if it would make the sub go faster. He saw a blink of movement in the glass, a blur of 2 long tails and fins swiftly passing the front of the bridge, so fast he could barely make it out in the dark.

Robotnik shoved the wheel as far forward as possible, plummeting the vessel in a rapid descent. "Not today you hungry mongrels! This snack is out of your league!" He taunted through clenched teeth.

If he could only reach the crevice, maybe he could find a place to hide, buy time to repair the hull damage, and stand his ground against the leviathans in the mech suit. The engines had to burn for a little longer, there was no other choice.

But the universe had other plans.

"Engine Damage Critical. Shutting Down."

"AARGH– give me a big, fat break!!" Robotnik yelled in frustration, still pushing the wheel hard.

The Eggmarine's movement slowed to a halt, floating dead in the water.

Ping. The sonar marked the vast, empty space of his location in the ocean, in a trench about 700 kilometers wide with mountainous walls going nearly straight upwards on either side of it.

There was 1 dot left on his display. 1 leviathan.

Threat Proximity: 20 meters. 

There was nothing Robotnik could do. The sub's engine was down, a breach was ripping the hull, and a hungry, territorial leviathan was coming for him.

The creature sounded – a short, clicking rumble. It was the second leviathan, the one Robotnik had never heard before.

It was swimming up from the deep, still chasing him after surviving and presumably winning its deadly fight with the reaper.

The sonar rang out again. Ping.

The creature responded to the sonar with the same short rumble, ending with an ascending trill.

Robotnik leaned forward, brows furrowed at this new behavior. He switched off the sonar and floodlights and watched anxiously for movement.

Something slowly floated up into view of the glass dome of the Eggmarine's bridge.

Robotnik saw scaled and finned limbs coming from the dark, and they gently landed on the glass below him. He counted three, no, four arm-like appendages.

They almost resembled… webbed hands, pressed against the glass. They lifted, and tapped the glass several times, almost experimentally. The bang of the glass nearly gave Robotnik a heart attack.

The creature swam from beneath the glass up until it was directly in front of the pilot's control panel. The leviathan made no noise since the last sonar soundwave, and stayed in its spot facing the front glass of the bridge, its body swishing slowly side to side in the darkness.

Robotnik was almost afraid to turn the exterior flood lights back on, but he had to know what kind of beast was staring him in the face. 

This leviathan was an entirely different species from any other he'd seen. It was slightly smaller in length than the reaper, but its body was much thicker and more mammalian. Its underbelly looked smooth, but its 6 limbs, spine and tail were scaled and armored. Its lower pair of arms were tucked into itself, and the top two arms swayed in front. It had two powerful muscular legs that were treading slowly in the water, and its long, spined tail snaked along with them.

Its head was more frighteningly humanoid than he would ever have expected. In its face were multiple sets of eyes squinting back, blinking rapidly from the bright floodlights. Small clusters of bubbles escaped from gills on either side of its neck, and 2 long, thin rays coming out of either side of its head with bioluminescent bulbs at the end. 

Robotnik turned the sonar back on. A single ping.

The creature rumbled back, and it almost sounded like a whale's call in an attempt to imitate the sonar's frequency. It made no sudden movements, continuing to tread in place with unhurried motions.

Robotnik breathed out a shaken gasp of relief. This creature, whatever it was, didn't seem to see him on its menu right now. However, he had no time to investigate the intentions of the leviathan, he had engine fires to put out and a catastrophic implosion to prevent.

He left the sonar on to keep the creature distracted, switched the internal lights back on and ran full speed into the engine room to extinguish the fires. A thin stream of water was steadily spraying like a fire hydrant from a small breach in the plasteel ceiling that was getting worse every minute from the massive pressure of about 1200 PSI from the outside.

Robotnik yanked the repair tool off the wall, and clipped his harness to the suspension support and hauled himself up into the air to reach the storage bay ceiling.

He focused on welding the breach as best he could through the low visibility of the water flying everywhere and covering his goggles.

"It's just another day!" He shouted above the noise of the welding. "Just another day in the life of Dr. Ivo Robotnik, greatest man on earth AND planet 4546B! Day 63, boldly going! It's Tuesday back home! Stupid blue alien rat and its stupid magic rings!"

A strange, fuzzy sensation suddenly passed through his head. It was like a soft static of a distant radio, organic sounds garbled and unintelligible within. It was growing louder and louder. Robotnik cursed out loud. What the hell was next? Had he developed some new medical or psychological condition from a dangerous stimuli he'd unknowingly interacted with? 

There was a painful pop of pressure in his head, as if the air pressure had climbed steeply in seconds – and the static noise stopped, both his ears started ringing a high pitched drone.

But Robotnik kept welding, he couldn't stop or he'd be dead in minutes, crushed from the impending implosion.

Finally, the water subsided, and the breach was closed.

Robotnik hung suspended in the air in his harness, breathing hard through the adrenaline rush and pain in his ears and head.

He slid down, and landed unsteadily on his feet on the metal floor. Back to the bridge. He was certain that all the noise from the Eggmarine's roaring engines and the leviathan fight would attract other predators.

The leviathan was gone from the view of the glass dome.

The sonar went off, and Robotnik saw the creature was floating in place beside the top of the sub, close to where the hull breach was. And now, it was swimming back into view of the bridge again.

Robotnik swallowed a prickle of fear. What the hell was it doing?

The high pitched ringing was at its loudest now. Robotnik leaned over the console, elbows hitting the metal, and clasped both hands to the side of his head, pushing them hard against his skull in a panicked effort to make the pain stop.

But the agonizing drone faded sharply into nothing, and was replaced with something else – a voice, soft and low pitched, echoing clear inside his head. 

"Who…are…you?"

Subnautica sonic au part 7

Amy's POV

Warnings; injury

I smile as I swim threw the waters. The PDA speaks up, ''"Attention: Detecting increased local radiation levels. Trend is consistent ongoing degradation of the Aurora's dark matter drive core due to damage sustained during collision. Continuing to monitor."

I glance around its probably best to go north away from the aroura then. I need to avoid the radiation zones. I spotted some kelp near by the stalkers that knuckles were ranting about was guarding the entrance. I swam past it keeping an eye on the stalkers just in case they came at me.

I sigh in relief grabbing some peepers and Blatter fish as I swam up for air. My quills getting in my face as I brake surface. I look around mumbling before diving under the water again. I swim back to the bottom pausing at the entrance of a giant coral tube. I swam in wishing I had taken the flashlight instead of the scanner. As I go deeper, I adjust my White breathing mask. My heart beats fast as I spot a cave in the side of the Tube. I Swim out and up grabbing air before going back in it and into the cave system. I swim for a moment the glow of the acid mushrooms soothing me. That is until I heard something move. I pause in the cave looking around in the darkness. My heart beating in my ears.

I look around frantically. Then. I felt it brush against my back with its spines. I start to panic and swim toward the entrance. I hear a gurgled scream come closer and closer until.... BOOM!! I scream as I'm caught in the crossfire of the blast, and I'm slammed against the wall. I sit down disoriented. Until I Heard the same horrid sound again but closer. My eyes widen and I panic scrabbling up to the exit again Only for another explosion to push me against the wall again. I scream as I feel a burn form on my leg. I tear up and quickly try and climb no longer attempting to swim. I Was running out of air and fast.

I wanted to sob as I heard the thing open again wherever these things were coming from wasn't stopping. I crawl desperately sobbing in relief when I see sun light. Only to crack when I hear that horrid scream. I swim fast not looking back. Not caring.

As soon as I was out of the tube, I hear the explosion. I lived. I was out. I sob as I break the surface. Hot tear stream down my face as I sit on a small tube close enough to keep my head above the surface as I rest. The sky grows darker and darker, and I don't want to move.

It felt like hours before I hear a familiar voice, "Amy?" Deep but smooth.

I glance up and was greeted by purple hues. "Knuckles? OOh chaos it's you." My voice breaks and I reach towards my Big brother and cling to him tightly. I cry into his neck exhausted.

"What happened Ams?" I feel him check me over stopping at the burners on my leg. I only remember getting one, when did I get the rest? I look up and knuckles eyes were dark. He looked ready to kill someone. He hugged me tightly and I clung to him.

"i-...I don't know....It was in the caves" my voice wavers. "I Couldn't see it. But there were a bunch. And-and-and" I sob when the word wouldn't come out how I wanted them too.

"....We'll talk about this later lets gets back to the pod." I nod and feel him gentle move me to his back as he starts to swim. I cling tightly to his neck and close my eyes trusting him.

It took a while, but we finally got back to the pod. I look around as knuckles lets go of me when I see we were in a safe zone again. I swollow nervously when I didn't see lulu or sonic. The rope floating in the waves untied.

"Wait....where's Lulu and Sonic?"

"Lulus still probably checking out the caves and Sonics got inside to help sort the supplies with tails." I felt dreed at knuckles words.

"We need to get Lulu out the cave now. Those. Those things are still in there. What if Shes gotten hurt!" I watch as knuckles looks at me as if deciding on what to do.

"Go in the pod and get tails to patch you up. I'll go get Lulu." I nod nervously watching as Knuckles swims off I hesitantly swim back into the pod climbing threw the hatch. I felt relief as I'm greeted with sonic and tails smile. I smile weakly back and pull my body through. I watch sonics smile fall and he rushes over puling me into his lap.

"Amy! what happened to you!" Sonic hugs me tightly as tails look me over mumbling.

I lower my ears and look down "I don't know. I was in a cave. It sounded like something opened and then a horrid scream blasted out before an explosion happened." Sonic purrs soft as tails bandages me listen intently to what I have to say. "I-I couldn't get out. I barely got to the entrance of the cave before my oxygen went out. I was glad knuckles found me."

"Knuckles? where is he then?" Tails looks up nervously his blue eye full of fear.

I look away frowning, "He went to check on Lulu."

Sonics head snapped up, "Does he know Lulu moved?"

I look at him nervously, "What do you mean? She said she was going to stick around the Pod and explore nearby caves."

Sonic's pupils dilate slightly worry clear on his face, "Well after tail and knuckles returned, we all came back here to the pod. When you didn't return knuckles went after you and Lulu said she saw a cool cave she wanted to explore a little after he left."

I felt my heart stop. "Oh chaos"

"Then we just have to hope they find each other." Tails speaks up and I wipe my head around to him.

"What!! they could be hurt!!"

"SO? If we all go then none of us could make it back!"

I pause the reality truly setting in. I start to curl into a ball praying our friends make it back safely.

Subnautica Au part 5

Warnings: implied death

Knuckles POV

I sigh as I watch them sleep. I look up when sonic comes back a grim look on his usually bright face. "What did you see?" I look up at him from my spot on the floor.

"I....the aroura is gone. And were on a planet that is nothing but water for miles." Sonics voice wavers and I frown.

"What of the humans?" I ask standing up.

".... The PDA said that there was no human life signal detected." Sonic told me grimly.

I pause giving a moment of silence for the humans that lost their life today. Before a rush of determination feels me. "Bless the souls that have gone to fine peace, but I refuse to let you or our friend's parish with them on this planet." I huff walking over to the 'fabricator' as Lulu calls it. "where's that repair tool thingy?" I watch as Sonic digs out the repair tool and hands it over and I start fixing the systems on the ship grumbling to myself as I do I plan out the next moves.

We needed to get in the water and look around and get a good idea of what we're up against. I glance back at sonic; I watch carefully his ears were lowered almost looking like a kicked puppy. I can tell he's stressed and worrying. I pause as the PDA sounds off again, "Lifepod secondary systems online. Running full environment diagnostic and outputting results to databank."

I sigh and stand "I'm going out in the water. you watch the gang. Your better at medical care than me."

"Knuckles you can't if you get hurt i- I- can't get to you I mean-"

I walk over putting my hand over sonic shoulder and hum softly. "I'll be fine. I'm aware just in case I'll stick close to the pod, okay?"

I watch as sonic hesitates before nodding. I give him a smile before letting go heading towards the hatch. Sonic walking back over to the gang sitting down and checking their pulse and I jump in. The warm water flowing around me. I open my eyes amazed by the gorgeous scene before me.

I swim around staying close like I promised. Scanning and reading over the creatures' data, slowly getting more and more annoyed with the PDA warning for more oxygen. I slowly branch off. heading into what looked like a kelp forest. I pause for a moment and look up at what seem to be glowing seeds. I scan them but pause shortly after growls and snarls fill the air around me. My eye widens and I dive down my suit helping me blend with the seabed. I look up being careful not to move as I watch the predator basically swim above me, and I take this moment to scan it in peace.

I grumble as it stays above me the PDA warning about my low oxygen. I brace myself and push off the ground tackling the predator before it can see me. I gasp barely missing its teeth and pushing off the beast and toward the surface.

I gasp for air letting my tank fill up before diving down deep again only to gasp in pain as the creature rams into my stomach. I watch as it attempts to bite me, I quickly grab it's Jaws and force them apart. Its head starts thrashing side to side and I hold on for dear life.

It flings me off and charges at me again. I rear back and punch it as hard as I can sending a wave of power threw the water. I pause as it flings across the sea slowly sinking and unmoving.

I stare lost in thought before the annoying voice of the PDA comes through again and I swim to the surfaces and fill my oxygen tank up some more. I look around noticing I moved away too much from the pod. I start heading back diving down and start collecting materials along the way back.

I fill my bag up Fastly before I even get close to the ship. I glance around one more time before heading straight for the pod. I climb inside Sonic coming over to help me. I lay on the ground. "New rule, no one goes near the kelp tell we get a weapon."

Sonic smiles weakly looking me over and taking care of the scraps I got from the beasts' teeth. "I'm glad you're okay I was starting to get worried that you weren't returning."

I grab his hand. "I will not abandon my family. I swear to you. I won't let what happened to those humans happen to y'all. I'm y'all's protector after all." I smile at him and pulling him close.

I feel Sonic snuggling into me and my gaze hardens, if someone or something wanted to hurt my family, they'd have to get threw me first.

Knuckles burst out laughing. The sound racking off the lounge's walls. Amy giggling along and they watch sonic and tails tease at each other. lulu off to the side reading her book glancing up occasionally with a fond smile.

It had been about a week since the ship launched and they had about a week left of travel. New technology making the trip faster.

Suddenly red-light flash and the alarm blares, Lulu stands quickly only for something to hit the side of the ship, sonic and tails slamming into the wall sonic curling around tails protectively. Knuckle hugging Amy close as he stabilizes himself. Lulu tumbles clutching onto the couches.

The ship trembles and lulu stand back up, "To the pods!!!" Her green eyes full of panic "go! go! go!'' She gets up opening a door with a key card.

Sonic follows making sure to fold tail's wrist, Knuckles doing the same with Amy. Following lulu. Tails gasps trying to reagitate His breathing clutching at his brother. Sparks start to fly and the screams as the hall crutches in. Tail's legs give out and knuckles growls and moves taking tails into his arms gasping as the celling starts to catch fire. Lulu looks up in terror. "sonic" Amy's voice rings out shakily.

"I know." Sonics voice hardens, picking up Amy making her squeak and cling to him. Lulu gaps as sonic grabs her suddenly and jerks her into his side.

Everyone looks down the hall towards the pods fire spreading, lights flickering, and sparks fly everywhere as the halls starts to collapse.

"You ready hothead?" Sonic smirks challenge in his voice.

"More than ready ya oversized puddle." knuckles stabilizes himself as the ship gets hit and starts losing altitude. "It's now or never."

"That insult made no sense" Sonic chuckles as he starts going down the hall dodging what he can as he holds the girls close.

Knuckles huffs following behind ramming through the debris as he protects tails from harm the fox no longer in tune with his surroundings.

Amy and Lulu gasp as sonic and knuckles barely missing the floor collapsing behind them. They turn sharply returning launch bay. Knuckles jumping into the pod and setting tails down before quickly coming back out the top of the pod taking Amy from sonic and setting her inside. Sonic gasps as he feels the metal ground bend under his weight. Smoke slowly feeling up launch bay causing Lulu to cough. Sonic growls and quickly passes Lulu up to knuckles who brings her into the pod. Sonic huffs and speeds off dragging back food and medical supplies before letting Knuckles help him in. Lulu standing at the front of the small pod. "Knuckles sit in the right seat and grab Tails and Amy, we don't have an enough seat." Lulu commands as she logs into the life pod gasping as the entire ship shakes hard.

Knuckles calls back obeying and holding the younger one's close acting as their seatbelt. Sonic quickly puts all the supplies and goes to sit in the other chair ready to hold Lulu on to gasp when the entire pod shakes and starts to free fall. Knuckles growls and holds Amy and tails close as they scream and cling to him desperately. Fear fills the cabin as if thick fog as Lulu types fast. She presses enter and emergency systems come online. As systems start up Lulu is jerked to the side banging her head hard against the computer and blood splashing on the screen as she blacks out, Sonic grabs her and pulls her close clutching her limp body only of everyone's body to jerk and black out as the pod hits water.

Amy giggles spinning around in her new body suit, solid white with green circles randomly sown on it, making it look bubbly. She laughs as she twirls around in the mirror, grabbing at her long pink quills.

Tails sitting quietly giggling to himself as he looked throw the computer dialogue on the ship his dark blue suit fitting him nicely with gold detailing.

Sonic was nearby chatting with knuckles, his black suit stretched slightly around his legs and the red pattern helping to stand out in the shadow.

Knuckles leans against the wall, his black suit clinging to him tightly, white patterns that match his crescent on his chest and a few other markings around his arms. His purple eye scanning the area.

Lulu walks in and smiles, her tail wagging, "My! My! you are looking fabulous!" lulu walks over toward a different hall "hurry we need to get into the ship and into our places before it launches."

They follow tails and Amy walking ahead with lulu yapping about who know what. Sonic and Knuckles trail behind slowly.

"Sonic" knuckles deep voice rumbles threw the air "are you sure its okay to leave mobius and earth. i mean what if eggman-"

"I trust rouge, omega and shadow" Sonics soft and understanding voice cuts off knuckles "and besides it's only a week. And we had a major battle yesterday and it usually takes him a good month before he gives us a challenge"

Knuckles chuckles "sometimes I forget how smart you are sonic"

Sonic gasps dramatically "are you say you think I'm stupid half the time?"

Knuckles smirks teasingly his fangs shining in the light of the lamps lining the hall as the get closer to massive doors, the doors open revealing the massive AROURA ship. They step out into the open humans moving about everywhere. The ship was massive, a bleach white with a black underside with soft blue lights.

"Oh my....there's so many humans...but where are the mobians?" Amy asked nervously knowing some humans don't think highly of thier race.

"oh, I'm the only mobian that's going to be on the ship. The few other mobains that work here do ground control mostly." lulu replied smiling softly. "don't worry they won't give you any trouble and if they do you come to me. got it?"

Amy smiled up at lulu weakly "thank you"

Tails watches the interaction closely following behind them only to light up and push threw them, his name sakes wagging as he enters the beast of a ship. "woah this is to cool'' Tails leads the way rambling about the tech and utilities, lulu calling out where to turn smiling motherly as she listens.

Sonic catches up with Amy, "you excited?"

Amy looks up smiling brightly "more than you know"

"I'm glad. i asked lulu if you could stay in her room. i know how you are with humans since the incident with commander towers. so, i figured you'd feel better with her than sleeping alone." Sonic smiles down at her hugging her close as they walk.

"Thank you...so much" Amy looks at sonic and smiles weakly.

"Besides you can always come to our room if you need something just make sure to knock first this time~"

Amy laughs at sonics tease remembering the one time she didn't knock tails was recording in the bedroom as sonic and knuckle tussle around ending in a very sus position when they looked surprised towards the door, knuckles ending up on top.

"hay!" lulu cuts the conversation short and holds up key cards as they stop "okay this is yalls rooms, Amy ours is two doors down, try and stay in or near your suits for emergencies and Cafeteras is down the hall to the left. any questions?"

They shake their heads grabbing there key card and heading as lulu and amy walks off to thiers.
