Indul a harmadik HOTS SongLab

2019 óta rendezi meg ősszel SongLab névre keresztelt workshopját a HOTS – Hungarian Oncoming Tunes könnyűzenei exportiroda. A különleges eseményen nemzetközi sikerekkel rendelkező szakemberek, producerek segítségével dolgozhatnak majd együtt a kiválasztott produkciók új daluk véglegesítésén. Idén négy olyan producert hoz a SuperSize stúdiójába a HOTS, akik dolgoztak már többek között Demon Albarn, a Muse, Amy Winehouse, Sting vagy épp Nick Cave anyagain. A jelentkezéseket szeptember 17-ig várja a program.

A HOTS - Hungarian Oncoming Tunes könnyűzenei exportiroda a SuperSize Recordinggal és az Artisjusszal közösen idén is megrendezi a HOTS SongLab produceri workshop sorozatot. A program először 2019-ben mutatkozott be azzal a céllal, hogy a nemzetközi piacra vágyó magyar produkciók k��lföldi producerektől leshessenek el bevett gyakorlatokat az utómunkában, a személyre szabott workshopok végeredménye pedig nyolc olyan dal, amik végső formájukat egy folyamatos párbeszédben nyerhetik el a SuperSize falai között. A HOTS SongLab sorozat 2021. októberében kerül megrendezésre és a tavalyi évhez hasonlóan most is négy nemzetközileg elismert producer dolgozik majd az általa kiválasztott magyar produkciókkal. Az esemény keretébenoktóber 11-12. között Marc Urselli (Nick Cave, Sting, Lou Reed); október 18-19. között John Foyle (Gorillaz, Blur, Damon Albarn, Years & Years); október 25-26. között Tommaso Colliva (Muse, Franz Ferdinand, Damon Albarn); és november 1-2. között Matt Lawrence (Adele, Amy Winehouse, Ellie Goulding) tartanak egy-egy egész napos workshopot az általuk kiválasztott zenekarok számára.

A jelentkezés határideje: 2021. szeptember 17. Jelentkezni az alábbi űrlap kitöltésével lehet.

A beérkezett demók közül minden producer 2-2 produkciót választ majd, akivel a SuperSize stúdióban egy egész napos session során közösen dolgoznak a dalok befejezésén, szükség esetén rögzítik a változtatásokat, a workshopot követően pedig egyeztetnek az utómunkáról. Minden produkció csak egy dallal, egy producerhez nevezhet. Miután a szereplők választottak a beérkezett anyagok közül, az exportiroda levélben értesíti a meghívott produkciók képviselőit, hogy mielőbb elkezdődhessen az előzetes egyeztetés és a közös munka az már októberi workshopot megelőzően.

Who’s had a chance to take a listen to Prism Sky?! It’s an original song by @stevedukeheart - he asked me to play guitar on it and we recorded it at @piquerecording. I’m really proud of how this song came together, all thanks to the wonderfully talented musicians who were involved; @martinsjessica (bass) and @garrit_tillman (drums). @ethanmentzer rounded out the goodness with great mixing work. • Steve is in the middle of a music video-per-week, year long endeavor.
