🤔 You guys sometimes really make me think about things I don't often have to think about LOL. I'm just gonna do the gang this time so off the top of my head:

Izm and .D are often eating sushi in my drawings and since I'm pretty sure Izm is mainly the one buying, sushi is his fave. He'll eat any type but he prefers the raw fish ones.

Whilst .D also likes sushi, it's not his fave dish. His fave dish is pasta in a red sauce (like Sugo or Arrabiata) for some reason. Nostalgia maybe?

Zeke is a meat and potatoes kind of guy, so, a nice juicy sirloin with mushroom sauce and a side of roast potatoes and veggies. (BP!Zeke is similar but he really likes pork/bacon particularly, so a pork roast for him probably).

Wei Ren's comfort foods are chicken congee, and seafood steamboat/hot pot.

Marcus' fave is his mom's chicken casserole.

Hm, that's a good question! I think, for doodling purposes, my fave is Rire mainly because Rire always looks more or less completed in black and white. My other two faves are .D and Izm - .D is a good exercise in subtle expressions whereas Izm is the complete opposite (esp with BP!Izm with that mouth).

The rest of society is pretty standard so yes there are charlatans in the world of BP lol. HOWEVER, no one would pretend to be a BP for three distinct reasons:

You need to be sanctioned to be a BP (ie they have abilities that normal people do not, like being able to perform exorcisms.)

There is no profit to be had as BPs generally don't get paid (all their living expenses are generally covered by their religion's HQ).

It's dangerous work. You'd have better luck being a bank robber.

i can see jill helping out at their little pastry store sometimes n baking with corpse (candy pop would be there too and they'd all yap) (jason secretly HATES it bc jill used to have a crush on candy pop, but he swears they're only friends).

And learns The Mentalist’s from Alabama (bc sure MM put that on the website)

And Schmitty thinks about it and goes “FUCK I HAVE AN AUNT WHO MOVED TO ALABAMA AND HAD A KID AND I NEVER MET THAT KID”

I've always wondered what overstimulation feels like actually. i know the idea is "probably really fucking bad" but I'm just awful with feeling... feelings anyway. sounds like a fun twist

I feel like these two are just Saturday-morning cartoon levels of stupid when with each other in my lore. Like, I feel like that makes sense? Edutainment-type-stuff with this one magician who's always just energetic and upbeat but gets frustrated easily, and another who's just quiet and calm while being a coward. Plus the Quips. Somebody has to be the one doing the in-universe learning if it's not Schmitt and MM's dumbasses. 80% of the time.

But to me, they'd get on. It's basically a bit of a "good to see you're okay, don't die out there" dynamic. They could care MORE for each other, but they're still close when they hang out.

I mean sure, my lore for them is that MM thought Schmitto was dead for the past few years (after hearing rumours of the TMP2 incident), until the guy just waltzed in one day like "ohh shit, you actually made a show!"

And mostly because MM saw him as a huge inspiration for his confidence and love for theatrics back in the day, MM just thought he had gone crazy before being talked down from that spiral

So the two just caught up and agreed to stay in touch from there, thus creating their "energetic + frustrated showman" and "enigmatic + somewhat cowardly" showman. they probably hang out on weekends or something

He gotten use to walking up to this rooftop but decided that moving back to where jun and Hiyori where is quite troublesome, so he move those two on the rooftop.

He did that to the other crazy b and alkaloid too since they would be more be happy if they wake up beside that Ayase and his big brother.

Through there's one problem with that, he can't find that shiina and Oukawa anywhere at all. It was weird that everyone was present, but those two.

"... My hair gotten longer for some reason." He mumbles as he stared at the reflection of his. It's getting in his view now. He hold his bang and played with it as he look around.

His eyes saw the braided hair of that phantom of opera and thought about it. In the end he decide to tie it with a side braid down the side of his face.

Grimm.jow is both less like a cat and more like a cat than you think at the same time. he will not chase a laser pointer (he can clearly see that I'm holding the source, and he's not stupid). but he also may try to fight his reflection at first, not understanding how mirrors work. he will try to get my attention by pressing against me more and more insistently while i'm busy, trying to disrupt my view (like when cats sit on your keyboard or book), or even just. fucking biting me. like when cats latch onto your hand and just start attacking/play-biting. he's a bitey little freak when he gets agitated sometimes

ok actually while we're on the subject of cat behaviors, you know when cats gently bump their head against you to get your attention and/or be affectionate? the two of us do the same thing. it's actually a primary method of communication for me. if I'm tired and want some affection I'll just gently bump my head against his arm/wherever I can reach. it functions as both a nonverbal "I love you" and a way to say "I need some love and affection Immediately or I will perish"

I know what the popular fanon interpretations say about Grimm.jow in the main fandom, and most of them are simply untrue for my self ship. And in this house he loves to cuddle. Yeah, I said that right. It took forever to get to that point because he's not going to trust and let himself be vulnerable with just anyone overnight, but once we got there, there was no going back. The best way to relax before bed is to sit back with some big pillows and squishmallows against the headboard, watching something or playing video games, while Grimm.jow's sort of pressed up along my side, arms around my waist, using me as a pillow, and one of my arms is loosely draped over him and I periodically pet his hair. or he sits behind me with his arms around my waist or over my shoulders and I lean back against him.

Grimm.jow is, by far, the BEST form of stress relief and blowing off steam I've ever encountered. One of my more cathartic headcanons involves us going out and sparring with each other whenever I'm angry, irritated, or otherwise fed up from things in my human life and itching for some kind of release. Obviously in this scenario we're both evenly matched (or, at the very least, I'm strong enough that I won't die instantly or get seriously injured from the first blow), and I'm allowed to fuck shit up and attack with all my strength, putting all my anger and frustration behind each strike. And we keep going until I feel like I've gotten all my rage out, or until I'm too exhausted and worn out to continue (or some combination of the two). it's free stress relief/anger outlet for me, and it's enrichment for Grimm.jow, as he obviously loves any excuse to fight or spar, especially when it's with (or, against, I suppose) me, and it's not like I can do much damage to him anyway.

if it's too hot for jeans or sth worse (fake leather from plastic) i usually wear shorts, often from the women's section because they will have shorter legs (my legs are the best part of me) and often more fun materials like velvet or sth shiny. guys shorts have the too long and too boring/sporty/"casual" for a good look -disease for me most of the time. you know the cargo short type.

cut out shorts from any old trousers you wanna snip will do fine if you've got those available.

sometimes i wear tights underneath for aesthetic reasons but that may not read as masc depending on how traditional we're thinking.

too hot for boots? I'd like to get myself a pair of winklepickers but rn i have cesare gaspari's take on what a dr martens 3 eyelet platform 1461 would look with a bit more heel. A simple black dress shoe can also work rly well, like plain toe oxfords, monk strap version too if buckles are ur thing. for rain I've got rubber chelsea boots. overdressing w shoes a bit is fun because they're a thing you will see of yourself without a mirror. because I'm a bit of an xmas tree i sometimes accessorise w some flavour of leather straps (narrow recycled belts or stray bag straps) around an ankle or sth.

sun hats are fun and if it's not a bajillion degrees a woolen one will be fine too. for when it is i got myself a black wide trimmed sunny from a random grocery shop.

some shirts can be easily layered as a light jacket if you wish to have sleeves and or layers, or if the cut makes for a cool shape.

my generic tip is to avoid materials that don't breathe as much as you can and to focus on the aesthetic you want to achieve regardless of where the clothes came from, as the masculinity or femininity isn't all in the labelling. think of yourself as a character designer when outfit planning if that's a helpful way to conceptualise.

and when secondhand shopping i usually just browse by colour first, then fabric (visually), then i look at the actual piece like is it sth i could wear or customise into a wearable thing, is the condition ok for what I'd get it for, is it a shite material that gets sweaty easily etc. (sometimes i still get crappy materials cuz they work for the aesthetic like dude i can't afford leather trousers even secondhand and most see through stuff is like polyester or some shit.)

I also buy accessories secondhand and attach them into clothing or wear them on my body in some unintended way. like my fav way to wear my velvet shorts is to safety pin a thrifted black feathery chain necklace to the top so the charms and chains dangle a bit below the short leg.

dissecting old clothes that are no longer useful for anything else is also fun. got some fun zippers and studs from old pleather jacket and boots that were rubbish otherwise. and leather bits with eyelets for laces that I'm yet to slap on anything but their time will come.

a hardware store can be your friend for diy accessories, good for chains, o-rings and the like. got myself a shitton of chain from the boat section last year (and am yet to chop it into smaller accessories cuz i didnt remember to get a tool to cut it w... wore it as a harness a couple of times by stitching it together w safety pins tho).

craft shops for keyring materials are also friends, good for attaching aforementioned pieces.

so. I'd say create a silhouette you like then accessorise and keep your eyes open for pieces that could be a part of something bigger with or without some modifications. in terms of masculinity and or femininity I'd look at like traditional formal and smart wear from whatever historical period u wish and looking into the details that speak to you, then boiling them into the why that's appealing - is it the cut, the material, the fit, the shape - and finding or making sth that embraces some of those aspects.

My zodiac is taurus and I'm INFP, I'm chill and sleepy most of the time but I can get really hype and energetic when talking or seeing something related to my interests ! I also enjoy listening to people ranting about what they like. My first ever was Michelangelo from TMNT 2003 :D I was like kindergarden age when I imagined myself w him on rooftops haha. He was in my F/O list for a while but I didn't like my s/i. She was like mutated cat since Mikey is mutated turtle. I still have soft spot for him. If I could find my native dub of 2003 TMNT more easily perhaps he would still be in the list. Mikey is the reason I tend to drift towards guys with humor (like Frank West). The first F/O on my official list was Ushio of course.

Mentioned Mikey above so perhaps I could discuss this. I have a lot of fleeting crushes, usually from random video games I watch on YT that never make it on my f/o list. Some aren't even crushes it's just romantic interest, possibility that never goes anywhere.

Some of these for example are Joel Miller from tlou game & John Bradford from xcom 2 who's below.

Hilariously I'm sorta haunted by Troy Baker & Brian Bloom as characters they voice is someone I often find myself having minicrushes on. Both Blazkowicz & Bradford are voiced by Brian Bloom for example, but only one is on my f/o list.

🧾 What’s your favorite headcanon someone else has made about your F/O?

I usually stay far away from general fandom & for my f/os don't even have big enough fandom for me to see headcanons. However someone had headcanon made into a fic of Ushio being reincarnated over all the YGO series since he makes cameo appearance in quite many of them (GX, Zexal, Arc V to name few) and him being aware of the fact he had lived multiply lifetimes, even vaguely remembering some details. And some details staying the same like him being an ass first and then changing and being aware that it had happened before. It just seemed fascinating to me.

🔒 What does your platonic F/O think about your F/O? Are they overprotective of you?

Hakon and Deacon are definitely overprotective of me! If I had f/o from Days Gone, Deek would be the overprotective grumpy big brother type.

But I have ton of platonic f/os I don't list like entire 5ds group from YGO 5ds or Alan Wake from the same named game. I think Alan would be on guard if I ever showed him a bf - he's keeping an eye on them, maybe talking about it with Alice who gently laughs it off and calls her husband paranoid.

Vergil would "warn" me about Jesse, how closed off and intimidating he is and asking if I'm sure and would be nervous while tinkering with his projects for Rentier Institute. He just wants me to be safe & he has nothing againt Jesse himself, but he can be off putting & appear like a brute.

T-Bone and Clara would be hilarious if I'd ever tell them I date Aiden. T-Bone would just laugh like I made the biggest joke and then say "I hope you know what you're doing" while Clara just cocks an eyebrow silently. Later T-Bone would call Aiden and kinda give him the threat call cause "She's damn civilian Aiden! What the fuck are you thinking?!". He would get fellow hacker as someone to date, but hates civilians getting involved since the incident with Blume & his own hacking in 2003

Jason Kolchek would hilarious. He and Eric aren't that close & Jason doesn't have the highest opinion of his ex-Colonel so he simply doesn't understand just what can I see in him. It's like him with women, do not compute (Jason's def gay ok) so sometimes he says something brutal and Salim will soften it and I'm just baffled.

K - What character has your favorite development arc/the best development arc?

I think people often overlook how much comic Spider-Gwen grows over the course of her series, but it's one of the reasons I love that run so much. Okay, she's still kind of schlubby and chronically late for things, but in the course of... three years? She does something that Peter Parker took decades to do (and keeps waffling) which is to reveal herself publicly and face the music for any crimes she committed as Spider-Woman (specifically the death of Peter Parker). I think a lot of superhero books are able to keep running on the same drama because they keep letting the hero *just barely* outrun the consequences of their actions, or if they do, they keep going back and forth on who knows their identity etc etc. If being a Spider-Person is about responsibility, I think Gwen really did the best job of stepping up to the plate.

N - Name three things you wish you saw more or in your main fandom (or a fandom of choice).

For Daredevil: Oh man, you don't even know (ok, actually, you specifically probably do know haha) how much I'd like to see more DD crossover with mutant characters, specifically Nightcrawler. I JUST THINK THEY COULD HAVE SOME GOOD CHARACTER BUILDING MOMENTS, and while Nightcrawler is like... a guy pretty much everyone likes, I think he's under utilized in fanfic. HE'S A GOOD DUDE. And boy howdy his recent comic events have made him a very... meaty character. I'm hoping his upcoming stint as Spider-Man gives people more ideas for stuff to do with him.

Maybe comic edits? Serious ones or funny ones. There are some very talented people out there doing neat things with all this classic art and I'm always in awe. I dabble, but struggle a lot with creating wholly new things as opposed to just cleaning up images. I love show edits, but the problem with pretty much any live action media fandom is that you end up seeing the same clips over and over because there's only so much to draw from.

This is a silly one, but people should do more mattfoggy animatics to dialogue from episodes of House. I don't know why the algorithm started pushing clips of that show to me but there have been so many times I was like "is this not just lifted from like... the Bendis run or something?" haha

O - Choose a song at random. Which ship or character does it remind you of?

I went to my 2022 recap and picked the 28th song. It's "I'll Still Have Me" by Cyn which I almost feel is a cheat for me because I'm pretty sure I've put this on prompt lists specifically. This song (about losing your loved one either via death or a relationship that naturally came to its end) is so sweet and sad, and it puts me in mind of Foggy from season 3 of Daredevil when he thinks Matt is dead and is still trying to process it and move on with his life.

P - Invent a random AU for any fandom (we always need more ideas).

Isekai where Foggy gets transported to a magical land where everyone is convinced he's doing to save the kingdom but it's very clear that it's all of his companions (the Defenders etc) who have amazing abilities and he's wondering how he got here and how long he can keep this up.

W - A trope which you are virtually certain to hate in any fandom.

HMM. Hate is a strong word... I just y'know, don't click on things or block the tag but... I usually pass on genderswap fics? Not really out of any strong feelings (I think art can be interesting because I like seeing how costumes are reinterpreted a lot of the time). I just... don't have the interest. One that is sometimes harder to avoid is when someone drops a full ass song into the middle of a fic (a few lines of lyrics are fine) and it doesn't have anything to do with the narrative, the author was just really feeling their girly bop feels that day. It takes me right out of the story and I pass over the lyrics 99.9% of the time.

X - A trope which you are almost certain to love in any fandom.

It's probably because I live in a place that's roughly as hot as the surface of the sun but I go WEAK IN THE KNEES for any story where character A has been in the cold for too long and character B has to help them get warm again. Can be an actual danger-of-hypothermia situation or a "you really thought a snowball fight was a good idea" situation, it's all good.
