I know me and a few other Soulsborne freaks have been saying this dude is out of Sekiro, but the boss legitimately looks and sounds like something directly inspired by FromSoftware, which is a HUGE plus design and boss fight-wise. First Soldier is actually badass and would be an incredible console game.

Masamune being depicted with a Muramasa like curse is so damn weird, though. It basically screams someone's lying...

The overall design for Demon Masamune is nothing new. We just had Clive Rosfield glowing red everywhere. Jecht, in some case, as Final Aeon as well. And looking outside FF, it's a trope all around. But it's a very cool looking one for sure. I especially like that Masamune still got Nameless' blade stuck in him.
