figuring out i have an oral fixation. this is kind of frustrating but also not surprising.
#i used to suck my thumb for longer than society deemed “acceptable”#and then when that quit i just bit my lips and cheeks all the time or ate popsicles (cant really remember how long this part was)#and then i started vaping. that went on for four years. i am now 5 months nicotine free#but now im drinking water (which is good!) but also a lot of pop and snackies#im gaining weight (which isnt bad!) i just want to loose unnecessary fat and gain muscle weight#and having snack time every 2 hours is not gonna be a habit broken easily#someone pls help. what can i do other than chew gum to satiate my oral fixation
