your friends always wonder, “do you have a sugar daddy?” you always answer with a “yes” jokingly. they do not know who he is, you just let them wonder and guess who your great significant other is.

you and sakusa got together when he was at his peak at msby, nearly there where he just graduated from high school and you were in your 3rd year.

he doesn’t mind spending his money on you, he does not care about one bit as he just shrugged it off as if he is just spending a small amount of money like a hundred thousand yen to dollars? just some pennies for him, that is how rich he is.

when you told him you never got anything you wanted in your childhood, he had the urge to spoil you. not only did he want to love you, but he also wanted to serve you.

what else would you want to spend the money on? of course on food and— sakusa doesn’t have anything against it.

“are you sure you can—” “omi, are you underestimating me?” you gave him your side eye which he just nodded, eating some of the food you discovered on your instagram, of course, you shall take some pictures of it to post on your food gallery in ig.

sakusa also gave you his black card every time he was not home, practicing for a game.

as mentioned, you kept your relationship with him for some... years that your friends wonder if you have a sugar daddy of course, you and kiyoomi decided to publicize your relationship by cheering on him in a live game— as he was being interviewed, he mentioned you as one of his inspiration and what keeps him going.

after that, your friend's jaw dropped, asking you for proof as if kiyoomi didn’t just post you on his my days in instagram after the interview which they eventually believed in.

he always loves to look at you— especially your eyes whenever he gives you something that you wanted for so long, he just falls in love with you deeper every day.

he is also a softie when it comes to you, he is always like that, a person that is uninterested in other people except for you;

“omi, thank you so much!” you squeezed the plushie that he gave you so randomly, when you looked at him, his eyes softened whilst looking at you and suddenly, he spoke something.

“let’s go out on a date, right now.” he stood up from your bed, waiting for you to get ready.

“so sudden?” you wondered as he nodded, taking your hand where he caressed the back of your hand with his fingers.

“but i’m in my pajamas!” you added as he huffed in annoyance, making you chuckle.

“will be fast, alright?” well, he doesn’t have any choice. if you decline his date out offer, he will pout— eventually.

well, let’s just say sakusa took you out once again to a fancy restaurant, letting you choose what the two of you shall eat, he was the one who offered the date then you will be the one deciding what to eat. he is always like that. also telling him where to go next the whole evening.

after all, he just wants you to see you smile, that already makes him melt— always. too bad, he cannot resist you for any reason, and softie kiyoomi will always be whipped for you.

It’s a beautiful day during the fall season, the different pretty colors of the leaves that have been changed after summer was over, fall into the cold ground.

Two individuals, one man, with hair as dark as the midnight sky and a woman, drop-dead gorgeous, rest underneath a Japanese Maple tree. But they are not just any individuals.

The 6'3 tall man named Kiyoomi Sakusa, is secretly a yakuza member of the Jackals, one of the most feared mafia groups in Japan. The woman however, is a mere citizen but also the lover of said man. Sakusa took some time off his job to spend it with you instead, Meian thankfully granting him the request.

Collecting bounties and income, smashing a few heads and breaking some bones here and there, Sakusa is a ruthless, cold-blooded hunter when it comes to his position in the yakuza. To you however, he is the most sweet and softest puppy dog.

Sakusa is just relaxing with his head on your lap with his eyes closed, when he felt a very light weight on his head.

Opening one of his dark orbs, he sees that you placed something upon his dark curls, adjusting it as you focus highly on your task.

"What did you put on my head, my love?" He asks you, opening his other eye now as he looks at you with a breathtaking smile.

You’re quiet for a few seconds, when you gaze back into his dark eyes.

"A gift. Now you look even more handsome." You gush at him, blushing slightly at seeing his one-in-a-million-smile that just you get to see.

Sakusa chuckles lightly at your words, reaching up to find out what you placed on his dark curls only to get his tattooed hand slapped away from you.

"Ow. Why did you slap my hand away?" He pouts as he rubs his hand over the one you slapped, even though it barely hurt him.

"I just spent an eternity making you a magnificent flower crown and placed it on your unruly, complicated black curls, if you even move a single millimeter you will ruin my perfect placement." You scold him while waving a finger in his face.

"I didn’t know an eternity in your language means five minutes."

Sakusa snatches your hand and brings it to his face, pretending to bite it.

You screech in fear while quickly pulling your hand out of his and the ravenette chuckles darkly at your action.

"That’s what you get for trying to bark orders at me, you little germ." His hand finds yours again, intertwining your fingers with his big, slender ones. And you remember, that these fingers carry lots of blood on them, yet you don’t care. If anything, it makes Sakusa even hotter than he already is. And he is yours alone, as much as you are his.

"What? I can’t bark orders at you but Meian can?" You arch in eyebrow in annoyance.

"Yes." He bluntly states as he continues to look up at you.

"And why’s that?" You pry further.

"Because Meian pays my bills and he is my boss." Sakusa explains as if he’s talking to a toddler.

"What if I were your boss? Would you listen to me then?" You make a cute face, batting your eyelashes at him.

"No." Your lover disagrees.

"WHAT?!"

"I wouldn’t be able to take you seriously. And I don’t think any of the guys would. You’re too cute and you have the face of an angry wet kitten whenever you are mad at me." Sakusa explains with a nonchalant shrug of his shoulders.

"Also. I know that Miya and Joffe keep eyeing you whenever they think I am not looking. And I could smash their skulls through the nearest wall whenever I see them do that. You’re already a distraction to me. Imagine the chaos if you have more guys than me thirsting after you." Sakusa adds with a grumble, as he crosses his arms across his chest.

"Awww look at you, Mr.Big-Bad-I-Beat-Up-People-For-A-Living-Kiyoomi Sakusa. What will those poor people think of you when they find out you’re a big fat softie underneath all those tattoos and that mean scowl of yours?" You tease him, laughing at his scowl that’s directed at you.

"Don’t call me a big fat softie in front of the others. They won’t live to tell the tale." Sakusa closes his eyes again, snuggling more into your thighs.

"Not even Miya?" He can almost hear the grin in your voice.

"Especially not Miya." The man mumbles as he starts to drift off.

the way atsumu would be soooo insufferable on valentine’s day like i can just imagine msby being so done with him. he’s swooning everytime omi spikes, putting heart stickers absolutely everywhere, making up the most elaborate pet names for omi when setting to him and kiyoomi is just sitting through it all looking so annoyed but the cute blush on his cheeks every time atsumu compliments him gives him away

Stressed was a simple way to put it. Sakusa had left for an away game a few nights ago and it seemed like everything had gone downhill since then. School was stressful, work was stressful, everything just seemed to make you stressed. And as the days went on the more tired your body became. You would come home and barely make it through the door before your eyes would droop and made it next to impossible to open them again.

You couldn’t remember what day it was or how many days until Sakusa got back from his trip. You just felt. Tired. Today was no different from the last few days, you set your bag down, the keychains jingling and clinking against each other. Your jacket slipped off your shoulders and onto the floor and your hand slowly reached up to rub at your eyes.

Your legs felt heavier with every step and your room seemed like it was miles away. Your tired eyes lock on the couch and it looks like an oasis in a desert. It’s not long before you plop down on it and the minute your skin feels the cushion your eyes close.

You’re not sure how long it is before a gentle hand is shaking your shoulder lightly. Your eyes flutter open slowly and a familiar figure starts to clear in your vision. “Hi,” Sakusa says softly as he helps you sit up. “I ran a bath for you, you look tired.” All you can do is nod your head. It seems like too much effort to talk.

He frowns a little bit as he takes in the bags under your eyes. His hand presses against your cheek as he kisses your forehead. “Thank you.” Your voice sounds so pitiful. So tired. He helped you up from the couch and down the hall into the bathroom.

“I’m gonna make dinner while you take a bath.” He kisses your head again and closes the door behind him. The room is dark, candles and your eyes well with tears when you see the bubble bath. It’s something so simple but it makes you so emotional after the week you’ve had.

After thirty minutes there’s a soft knock on the door and Sakusa peeks his head in. “The food is done my love.” He says it so softly. “I’m gonna set a towel and clothes on the counter. Just come out when you’re ready.” You nod your head slowly and get out of the tub after he closes the door.

You sigh at the warm towel as you dry off and put on the clothes he left (his if the shirt is anything to go by). He’s placing the plates on the table when you sit down. “We don’t have to talk about it now but later when you’re feeling better okay?”

“Okay.”

After dinner he places his hand on your back and the two of you head to the bedroom. He tucks the blankets around you and wraps his arms around you after getting in with you. “I love you.”

“Love you too Kiyo.” Your eyes close again and you cuddle closer to him. “Thank you.”

“There’s no need to thank me. I’m your partner, I’m here to support you and when you’re tired we help each other. If I was tired you would do the same for me.”

“You make a good point.”

“I know. Sometimes we just need a pause from life. It’s important to take breaks. Please tell me if you get tired like this again. I’m here to support you and I can’t do that if you don’t tell me.”

“I promise.” He kisses your forehead again.

“Let’s get some sleep.” You nod and close your eyes as he leans over and turns the light off. Maybe this is all you needed. A little reminder to take care of yourself and take a pause.

okay for you my darling i have compiled a list of things i’ve been incubating about my jurassic park au that i thought you might enjoy!

it’s based off of the events of the book way more than the movie, and will have way more dinosaurs than either of them did- stuff they didn’t even make in the most recent jurassic world movies

i had to create a daichi & atsumu tag! they’re childhood friends who got separated after elementary school in this au

i have a list of character/dinosaur interactions- i’ll give you a few: oikawa and giganotosaurus (it’s from argentina), bokuto and dilophosaurus, and of course sakusa with an archaeopteryx

there’s going to be a part two, something i’m creating myself (but including dinosaurs from the later jurassic park/world movies) after they think everything’s over and they’re safe

in this second part, i’ll be introducing some new characters too! matsukawa, hanamaki, tsukishima, yamaguchi, and kita to name a few 

one thing i’m keen to avoid from the canon jurassic park universe is major character death.. but don’t worry, they’ll get traumatic injuries instead! someone loses a leg :3

i’m considering switching some ships around (daisuga and iwaoi becoming iwasuga and oidai) and creating some real tension between oikawa and suga

this might change, but as of now the only ship pairing i have that isn’t romantic is kuroken- they’re in a QPR (i’m unable to see them as romantic no matter how hard i try)

just like in the book, there’s going to be two tyrannosaurs! one adult and one juvenile- they’re not mother and baby, though, in fact they conflict with each other throughout

another thing with the tyrannosaurs- i plan to have a scene where our characters think they’re safe in the water, but not only are there dinos in the water already, the juvenile tyrannosaur can swim.. and he has his eyes set on his prize. 

i’m including the jurassic world raptor squad (blue, charlie, delta, echo) as the raptors in the first part, because we have atsumu’s character based off of owen grady, the animal behaviorist and raptor trainer

it says slow burn for the romance.. we’ll see. i’m not good at that lol. it's already so obvious

the only ones who are already together (romantically) are osasuna! and trust me, the way motoya gets added is very interesting 

originally kageyama was going to hate hinata just as much or even more… i don’t know what happened. i blanked and all of a sudden i had half a chapter written where kageyama was a huge softie and hopelessly in love, and i kept it because i’m not sure where i’m going with it. that’s what makes it fun!

unlike the franchise, there’s no malicious intent in why the park goes down- it’s completely an accident! did i do this so i wouldn’t have to pick ‘good’ and ‘evil’ sides for the characters…. maybe. 

okay last one! i have some songs i associate with this au, for some reason, so here are a couple of them: Roman Candles by Death Cab for Cutie, Wake Up by Young the Giant, Beds Are Burning by AWOLNATION, Dark Side of Your Room by All Time Low, The Sound of Letting Go (also by All Time Low), Level of Concern by Twenty One Pilots, and No Chances (Twenty One Pilots… you know the drill)

How did you ended up with a tall beanpole that is absolutely disgusted with human civilization but could almost cried because the bee couldnt get to its flower behind closed doors? It wasnt all sunshine and rainbows, obviously. You had a fair share of being the receiving end of his spite, unintentionally of course due to his habits. Still, it wasnt nice. He forgot how to spell your name, messes up your groceries because he thought certain items were unnecessary, sharp comments about enjoying life with constantly treating yourself. For him, it was pure, genuine mistakes and being truthful out loud, sparing you the sugarcoated lies. He forgot that being in a relationship means that he is cradling a fragile being that can break to the most mundane thing. “why are you making a big deal out of this” “why does it matter” “this is bad for you” “cant you think a bit further” to name a few. not until one day, you chose to have some space, rethinking if continuing this relationship is worth it or not. not until that moment, sakusa realized how fucked up he has been treating you. of course, this was covered with a lot of opening up and tears, and both of you made up but it lingers with sakusa more than you think. he started to finally use his observation skills in his life outside volleyball and god how can he be so stupid. y/n did this flawlessly but this actually hard hard, he thinks to himself. it became more apparent when his most bare minimum touched you until you were a weeping mess. the rocky waves of a relationship crept early, sure, but now you are experiencing the calmest waters. not only he can fill up forms for you and even throw a surprise private birthday party with only the two of you, its when he started to view the world with more empathy, understanding how differences really make the world such a vibrant spectrum of opinions and reality. he knows meaning behind some flowers, for him to see how each beauty come with its own story. he can now remind himself how on every interaction he has with another human being, they are human too that have their own struggles, bad days and also strengths. he sees the world in a light that is not tainted by disgust but a space to roam freely and safely when you are beside him. “y/n thank you for staying with me. i feel like theres an invisible burden that you took off from me but thats a conversation for another day” “omi!” as you throw a pillow to him. yes, you may date a tall beanpole that was disgusted by human civilization but now, it is safe to say he can tolerate with atsumu for 10 minutes now.

sakusa took off his jacket and draped it over your sleeping figure wordlessly.

you stirred slightly at the additional weight of the fabric over your shoulders. opening your eyes groggily, you blinked a few times to adjust to the glaring brightness of the lights in the bus. tugging the jacket closer to your body, you turned to the curly haired boy sitting next to you with a sleepy but perplexed glance.

"you looked cold." sakusa explained, biting back a smile at the way you wrapped his jacket tighter around yourself.

a drowsy grin slowly spread across your features when his familiar and comforting scent engulfed you whole. "thanks." you whispered gratefully.

"don't fall alseep." sakusa said softly when he noticed your eyelids threatening to fall again. you glanced at him with half closed eyes, tilting your head in confusion.

"your stop is next."

"oh..." you trailed off, your tired mind taking a few more seconds to comprehend his statement. "then," you muttered quietly under your breath, removing his warm jacket and exposing yourself to the cool air of the bus. with your best attempt at folding it neatly, you handed it back to him.

"thanks for the jacket, omi." you smiled, expecting him to take it back with a comment about how your germs had contaminated it now.

"keep it."

"huh?" you stared at sakusa in bewilderment.

sakusa froze in silence, his heartbeat raising with every passing second. he mentally cursed at himself for letting his internal thoughts slip through his mouth so carelessly.

"your germs are all over it." he said quickly, hoping you were too tired to notice the slight panic in his voice. tearing his gaze away from yours, he fiddled with the hem of his shirt nervously.

you huffed, scrunching your nose to pretend that you're offended by his statement. "i have far less germs than you," you retorted, "you're all sweaty from practise."

sakusa let out a breath of relief that he didn't even know he was holding in. it was at times like this he was thankful that you were painfully oblivious to his feelings for you.

"but i don't wear it during practise."

"fine." you sighed in defeat. you knew there was no point in arguing with the sakusa kiyoomi about hygiene. when the bus slowly rolled to a stop, you hopped off with the jacket folded in your arms and a promise that you would make sure to wash his jacket before you return it.

much to your surprise, he refused to take back the jacket the next morning. he simply told you that he doesn't want it anymore. because of your germs, he claims, and definitely not because of the way you made his heart flutter with how absolutely adorable you looked in his jacket.

he's aware that he's more honest/blunt than other people. i do think he'd be with somebody who can handle or appreciate that, but if he ever oversteps he apologizes and tries to word his thoughts better
