Mimi Klein lives and works in her Munich apartment, designed by herself and Stefan Wewerka. As witty as it is practical, a tiled panel, reading like a minimalist mosaic, defines the understated galley kitchen. The counter on the right doubles as a bar. Black and white and red... are the color themes that recur throughout the space.

I forgot my drawing monitor's cord back home when I left to mom's. Luckily, my friend from USA had send me her old Wacom Bamboo tablet to mom's address some years ago so I was able to draw a little and guys.

Guys.

I love drawing tablet so much more than the monitor. I have had the monitor for many years now but somehow it just doesn't capture the right line vibe for me. My settings are the same but Bamboo does lines softer, rounder, heavier where as the monitor is refined, thin and calculated.

I think I'm going to go back to the Bamboo because while I have been happy with my art, I feel a proper, deep satisfied joy when I look at my art done with the humble Bamboo from 2007.

Perhaps you will spot a difference, too, when I get next the DHD update online.

Entering the apartment by @kaviar.collaborative is like walking across a natural extension of the earth made from wood and stone.

It is precisely grey marble, sandstone and dark walls what form the pillars of this interior, extending from the complex marble floor, to decorative sculptures, vases and lamps, or even making up the #furniture and living room counter.

Of course, not only stone is fundamental for the decoration and construction of this home but also wood which provides balance and a sense of stability.

The organic furniture including cabinets, #nightstands, and #dressers establish a soft and welcoming and natural #design concept that is complemented by colors which reflect the earth’s unique hues.

Dark grey from volcanic rocks, a warm brown found in wood and amber, creamy seashell white, fiery red and a light blue bring both warmth and coolness to this #interiordesign.

speaking of my villagers' houses I went back into Francine and O'Hare's houses just to adjust them a teeny tiny bit and I'm so so much happier with them like I might go back into everyone else's houses real quick just to make sure there aren't any other little changes I might wanna make before the dream address gets uploaded
