I want to apologise to everyone in England looking forward to a nice sunny weekend because it's now raining.

What happened was I bought my daughter a big paddling pool for the holidays, put it up so it'd be ready, and that of course meant the weather is now fucking shite.

Totally went to draw with my sisters new art pen (for tablets) and because I've been sketching with my finger for about 2 years+ my finger has more stability (lineart) then when I use the pen.

Lol. Fml. Pens were supposed to make art easier for me. I guess not. 🤣

On the topic of Tumblr back-up options.....

I am setting up a Wordpress blog to preserve some of my favourite bits of TC meta writing and discussion from my Tumbr blog. If anyone has any objections to me using screenshots of where I have re-blogged your wonderful TC analysis and comments (and pics!), please let me know.

Wordpress is no substitute for Tumblr, it's a bit like stuffing your favourite pet and putting it in a glass case. But it allows for longer work and more structured categorisation, which new readers/re-readers can use to look things up........

my internet is good enough for a vpn again!!! 

i figure it got So cold that it froze the waterlogging that was messing with the underground internet cables?? that was my running theory on why rainfall was fucking my connection anyway. 

but yeah when i woke up this morning the pond had a over a cm of ice over it and it stayed there till i got a chance to smash it in the afternoon (i do this so animals and birds have water access) so standing water is not an issue rn
