Propaganda (both): He needs a redemption arc.
Propaganda option #1: This just appears to be the dragon for non-dragon fanatical characters to tame. Spitelout, Mildew… that’s it, really. Oh, there’s also Eret, if you’re colourblind. I just feel like Nadders must be the “redemption arc required” dragon.
Propaganda option #2: Scuttleclaws look like one-headed Zipplebacks. Kind of like Nadders, too, but mostly Zipplebacks. This is symbolism, I swear.
