🤩 how did you get into persona?

i had an online friend who was into it in high school and would rt stuff about p5 and share stuff about it every so often, and i REALLY REALLY REALLY WANTED TO PLAY IT because i was SO sure i would like it, but i didn’t have a playstation. anyway i got a ps4 eventually and it was in large part so i could play p5 LMAO

🤔 favorite headcanon(s)?

here’s just some random ones i can think of rn LOL

i absolutely love the idea that futaba starts working part time at leblanc~ i think it would be so cute, she takes on a part time position after school to learn how to be more comfortable with the public in a familiar environment, and she learns how to make coffee and curry from sojiro and ren! i think she’d get really good at it, but when she’s not making it for work, she still insists they cook for her because “it’s better when they do it” 

futaba and akechi being half siblings…i love the drama and also it would be funny.

ryuji and futaba bleach and dye their hair together with ann assisting because holy shit she can’t let them leave their dye untoned anymore

ann and ren have movie nights (other thieves are invited of course, it just rotates who else shows up) and also ren has pierced ears because at one of their hangouts at like 10:30 pm at night ann was like you would look cool with an earring and ren was like YEAH!! I WOULD!! so they pierced his ears in the attic of leblanc and then he passed out and it was all very dramatic. i want 2 make a comic of this but im lazy

YAYYY thank you sen okay now i'm going to give way too long answers to these!!!! Will answer for both P5 & P3!!

⚔️ best boss fight?

For P5: I really like Futaba’s palace’s final boss fight because it’s just such a strong emotional moment in the game. I love Futaba to pieces and that fight really shows her internal strength and ability to overcome. Also surprise! (not) I also love Maruki’s fight, holy shit is it a cool fight, and the culmination where you just fight one on one is so well done. It does have some mild annoyances like the first phase took me forever because I suck, but it’s still top tier.

For P3 I suck and I feel like I don’t remember the boss fights as well as I should LOL. Obviously another instance where the final fight with the Nyx avatar is a great one storywise. I actually didn’t find the gameplay too bad either! It really has a sense of grandeur and stakes, and the protagonist finding the strength to go on fighting alone at the end in order to save their friends is a great moment.

💛 favorite dynamic(s)?

For P5: I absolutely love the familial dynamic of Sojiro/Futaba/Ren. Sojiro’s confidant actually made me cry when I first played through it…It’s so heartwarming. The progression of Sojiro coming to care for Ren as his family and shift from admonishing him to standing up for him and having faith in him, and the progression of Futaba gaining not only a father but also a big brother is so wonderful. Sojiro is such a wonderful character and I’m so glad the two of them have him to look out for them. I just…augh, I love them so much. Also honorable mention to Shujin trio I love those silly guys.

For P3: Any character (but especially Shinjiro and Aigis) with Koromaru send tweet. Actually can we talk about Shinjiro being a mother hen to everyone else in SEES because that’s also a favorite dynamic. Love to see that gruff edgelord cooking for everyone and being worried about their dietary health while pretending he doesn’t actually care at all. 

👀 character that you hated but now love?

Ooh this is difficult because I don’t think I’ve had any where I’ve gone from outright hating them to loving them but I have had some progressions…For P5, The closest would probably be Akechi, since I was basically neutral to slightly negative on him after playing Vanilla, and then after playing Royal he became my favorite P5 character and one of my Characters Of All Time. Definitely the most drastic shift there. 

For P3, probably Ryoji. I am so sorry Ryoji gang I had beef with him while playing P3P, the flirting was too much for me and filled me with primal rage. But then he has his progression to acting more honestly with the protagonist and finding out about his true nature, and I can’t help but sympathize with him. I am not immune to inhuman characters whose very nature harms those around them even while they yearn for human connection…

YAYYY thank you for sending me an ask!!! To answer #6 I THINK. I'm probably subconsciously inspired by retro anime/cartoon/game art!! I get a lot of people saying my palettes and style reminds them of retro styles like those and while it’s not usually intentional I VERY much appreciate it cause I think those styles are so dreamy and pretty!! The first ones to come to mind for #14, favorite motifs, are flowers, stars, and tarot!!! I love love love including motifs like those. But also it is torture cause drawing flowers is so. So painful.
