Soap was so gorgeous during the Cliffhanger mission in MW2009 that I knew I had to draw him sometime, finally got enough confidence to be able to draw him pretty enough for my liking💖

I wanna nerd out a bit about the new operator (3-headed Ghost) because I just bought him and I can't stop looking at him.

While he is a bizarre combination of limbs from the TF141 members, he's listed as a member of KorTac, a private military contractor in the game known for having the bad guys, including Makarov, Graves, and some Konni soldiers. As of now, all the information of the operator appears as [REDACTED].

The masks he wears are arranged in chronological order following the events of the campaign, starting from the one on the right side, worn by Simon during Grave's betrayal. The mask in the middle is from the cinematic where Simon and Johnny meet up with Rodolfo again to rescue Alejandro, and the mask on the left side is from another cinematic, where Ghost's team eventually defeats Shadow Company.

He has five arms, two of which belong to Simon and are located on the right side of his body. On the left side of his body, two of the three arms are mutated together, and one of the arms belongs to Soap -easily recognizable by his SAS tattoo-, grasping Price's arm, while Gaz's arm is on the back.

Some of the accessories he wears include Gaz's cap,

Price's scarf,

and Farah's headband.

While he is listed as a KorTac operator, still attached to it can be seen a United Kingdom Special Forces patch on Ghost's arm.

Another curious fact is that the solitary arms on the back (belonging to Simon and Gaz) and Simon's head do not stop twitching, to the point it looks rather painful, as the head twitches force his entire body to move as well.

When you're in the selection screen, the Alone operator examines his mutated arm for a few seconds before moving on.

Here is the cover for the upcoming SFW Soap zine ( @sunshine-soap-zine ) that I was v graciously asked to do by the mod team! 🥺 You can see the front, and then the full spread.

I'm very honoured by their trust in me to design the cover. It was a lot of fun to work with the mods on this. I wanted to try to design something to do our boy Soap justice, and try to make a cover that really pops that people would enjoy looking at and having on their shelves. I hope you guys all like it! 🫶 And thank you so much for the opportunity! 🥺 I love this fandom LOL 🫶💙🧡💙🧡💙

Soap (who you’ve never met before ever in your life) being your server during an anniversary dinner with your long-time boyfriend except he took one look at you by the host stand and decided he had to have you. 

Calls you “sweet thing” while he unwraps a straw and puts it in your water glass for you. 

Asks if you’re out with your brother (without making eye contact with your boyfriend) and even after you told him no, he still ‘makes the mistake’ a few other times during the meal. 

Stops over way more than is necessary. Probably has the kitchen intentionally screw up your appetizer so that when you bring it up he can make you feed him off of your fork. For quality control, of course. “Cannae have a sweet thing like you wasting the talents of a pretty mouth like that on something below par.”

Your boyfriend is pissed. Sends back his food twice and makes such a scene that the manager comes over. When he throws accusations of an “overly fucking friendly waiter,” you try to smooth the situation over by saying that everything was fine. Your boyfriend gets so riled that he throws a fistful of cash on the table and tells you it should cover his meal and your ride home. 

Soap swoops in while you’re sobbing at the table. Slides in your side of the booth carrying a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with an obscene amount of whipped cream and a cherry. Squashes you up against the wall while he coos kind things in your ear. Like he’s reading off a script meticulously chosen to include all of the right things that make you let down your guard enough to agree to let him drive you home. 

“Wouldnae hear of you driving yourself home in this state, kitty.”

And once he finally gets you back to his, he goes in for the kill. Keeps saying the right things, keeps wrapping his arm around you and pulling you right into his side, keeps pushing his face close to yours. So much so that it almost feels like it’s your idea when you- still hiccuping and sniffling softly- lean forward and close the centimeters wide gap between you.

Soap! Who wasn't really sure what to expect from the medic who was joining the team. However, he was more than happy to introduce himself.

Soap! Who found you quite pleasant to be around. You were sweet, gentle and good at your job. This place needed a little eye candy anyways.

Soap! Who couldn't help but feel even the movements of your fingers. Every graze, every trace of his skin. You were simply doing your job, patching him up but it had his stomach doing flips.

Soap! Who falls into a mini (deep) delusion. Surely he was special, right?. There was no way his teammates received the same treatment, that level of intimacy and softness was for him only. Atleast, that's what he told Simon.

Soap! Who finds himself visiting the medbay for the most irrelevant reasons. He twisted his ankle? Medbay, He got a scratch? Medbay, He's feeling peckish? Medbay. It's really all an excuse to blatantly flirt with you.

Soap! Who only becomes more confident when you put up with it. Making bolder moves, grabbing your wrists when you try to apply an ointment, or leaning way closer than necessary.

Soap! Who thinks about you on missions, the safety of an entire nation is a lot of pressure to carry, so he worries about you're safety instead.

Soap! Who secretly beams when the squad refers to you as "Johnny's little nurse". It was even better when you tried to laugh off your embarrassment, begging him to tell them not to call you that, he wonders what else you'll beg for.

Soap! Who ends up with his hands under your vest and his lips... everywhere after a long mission. The door was probably locked, he's not too sure.

Soap! Who will always come back to you, because you're "Johnny's little nurse". His nurse, his girl.

SoapGhost: Nonsense

Ghost gripped Soap from behind, holding something sharp to his neck. Ghost: "You're mine, Mactavish."

Soap wriggled in Ghost's arms, too fatigued to fight back, he asked nervously:

Soap: "Are you going to kill me?"

Ghost loosened his grip on Soap.

The sharp object pointed at his throat: a rose.

Ghost: "Nonsense."

First time drawing these goobers. Yipee!!

soap teaching you how to drive, and him giving you instructions like "slow down. turn there. stop there. turn on your signal" and then he says "run him over" at some random pedestrian just to test you and you actually follow through without thinking. luckily Johnny has quick reflexes and grabs the steering wheel before you commit manslaughter 😀

- It would definitely be a planned pregnancy in Johnny’s head- he wants to be a dad so much

- “Babe, do we have any pregnancy tests?”

- He’s like a meerkat over the couch- head perking up with wide blue eyes, “I’m coming with you!”

- Johnny is buzzing, he’s heartbroken when it’s negative. Head in your lap, stroking his hair. “It’ll happen, Johnny…”

- He knows, he just can’t wait to have a family with you. He’s got decorations picked out for a nursery on a wish list somewhere.

- Yes. Johnny has a wishlist full of baby clothes and furniture.

- Kills him to leave your side when deployed but places a kiss on your knuckles as he leaves.

- You start feeling tired… take a test you knew he stashed there. Lo and behold, you’re pregnant and unable to tell your gorgeous, baby fevered partner.

- When he finds out he’s missed an ultrasound- he is punching a wall. He has slight anger issues, not directed in a toxic way… he’s just frustrated in himself not being there for you.

- His knuckles are bloodied quite a lot missing scans throughout your pregnancy.

- You bathe them in saltwater, he doesn’t know how he got so lucky with you. Carrying his child and tending his wounds

- Johnny is both a boy dad and a girl dad

- So when he finds out you’re having twins- he’s panicking but also ecstatic

- Always thrives to make you laugh especially in your state

- Is holding your hair back when throwing up

- Lifts your belly up- it’s absolute bliss

- I think he’d be afraid to have sex while you’re pregnant- he goes quite rough and he knows it

- Instead, he’s an absolute cuddle monster; enough said

- His hands never really leave your belly

- Loves feeling them move around

- Your babies wriggle around when he sings the songs he was taught as a child

- Don’t trust him to decorate- the guy has no concept of a colour palette

- Is mess in the delivery room, doesn’t know where to stand and is kissing your hairline.

- “You’re a trooper.”

- “Come on. You’ve got this, sweetheart.”

- His voice is the only thing that gets your through.

- “Mr and Mrs MacTavish, you have a little boy and a little girl…”

- Johnny MacTavish had never cried so much. It was the happiest day of his life… a hole in his heart he never knew needed to be filled.

- The rest of his life all in one room…

- What else could he do but cry while cradling his future in both arms

- Hated to say goodbye when deployed- it’s torture for him

- But he makes it through each and every mission he’s given to see you three again

- Is glad that your children have recordings of his voice- they can’t sleep without him reading to them- just in case he doesn’t manage to get out alive
