I'd like to request some litchi relationship hcs possibly with a reader that gets hurt a lot and ends up at her clinic.
BLAZBLUE ASK LET'S FUCKING GOOOOOOOOO
Holy fuck I ended up making this a long ass post for just one character, Jesus Christ. Blazblue just does that to me I guess lmao, especially since it's my first post for it. Hope you enjoy, this was a ton of fun to do.
Obviously for the sake of this ask, Litchi didn't have any romantic attraction to Roy. She's trying to save a friend from a horrific fate.
Litchi Faye-Ling
-The two of you first met when Litchi joined Sector Seven, you were working under Kokonoe just like her and Roy, but instead of a scientist working in the lab like them you were one of the professor's field agents.
-Just like everyone else you quickly started picking up on Roy going insane. Then the whole ordeal happened when he fell into the Boundary, came out as...whatever the fuck that thing was, and Litchi soon left. She really didn't want to leave you, but she felt as if she needed to go save Roy.
-As much as it hurt, you respected her wishes, and the two of you promised to see each other again someday.
-Fast forward to after the Ikaruga Civil War ended, and you're out doing field work for Kokonoe in Kagutsuchi. You're confronted by some NOL officers that tell you a level D alert has been enacted in the city due to rumors of the criminal known as the Grim Reaper being here and that you're to leave immediately.
-Naturally you stand your ground. You're on a mission for Kokonoe and frankly you don't wanna find out the consequences of failing. A battle inevitably breaks out, you barely manage to get out of that shitshow, though not without a healthy dose of wounds.
-You honestly have no idea where you are at this point, however you see a building nearby that looks like a clinic. Seeing nowhere else to go, you take the liberty of inviting yourself in, holding your side in an attempt to hold back the bleeding.
-Imagine the surprise on both yours and Litchi's faces when you come through the door. Once the shock subsides it quickly turns into confusion and then worry once she sees the state you're in.
-You're probably out of commission for at least a couple weeks, and once Litchi makes sure you're not going to die, the anxiety calms down. It's been quite a while since you two last saw each other, so you have a good time catching up. What has Litchi been doing since she left? How'd she end up here starting a clinic while following Roy? How are Tager and Kokonoe doing?
-Soon you're deemed healed enough to leave, however being a field agent for someone like Kokonoe of all people it's only a matter of time before you find yourself trudging back to the small clinic out in Orient Town.
-With each passing visit Litchi only worries more and more for you. Eventually old feelings start to resurface and she realizes exactly where this worry stems from.
-One day you get a bit too brash and come back with particularly bad injuries, ones that could've potentially been fatal. you barely make through the door of clinic before passing out. Upon finally waking up you receive a pretty good scolding from the doctor about you needing to be more careful. Is it just you or does there seem to be a small hint of color on her face...?
-Once she finally calms down you confront her about it. It was really a simple question of her seeming more worried than usual, yet it's enough to make her freeze up. Eventually she knows she can't hide the truth anymore, and finally reveals what she's been feeling ever since your days at Sector Seven together.
-Being taken aback that such a kind, smart, and drop-dead gorgeous woman felt that way about you, you are more than happy to return her affections.
-Being a doctor, Litchi naturally feels the urge to take care of you. There may or may not be some naughty thoughts going through both your heads about a "thorough examination" lmao.
-This is the kind of woman you should wish to have. Being as stubborn as she is in saving Roy, that kind of loyalty will naturally be extended to her partner. She will risk it all for you if it means keeping you safe. You will not find a more dedicated and loyal partner than her.
-A relationship with her would be...a work in progress. There's a fair bit of emotional baggage on her part especially due to her mission in saving Roy. Though having known Roy yourself you're more than willing to help out in anyway you can. Whether that's through your field expertise, helping her test out some new method you might find of pulling someone out of the Boundary, trying to squeeze whatever info you can from Kokonoe without revealing your intentions, or just in general acting as emotional support You're there for her just as much as she is for you when it matters.
-Overall, a relationship with Litchi is extremely fulfilling in every possible way as long as both of you put in the work, and I mean every possible way. I'll leave that part up to your imagination...

Hi! Your thoughts on Crowley’s relationship with Rowena 🎤👀?
so the thing is.... i mean i don't have a lot of thoughts that i've verbalized on this topic (besides this. lmao) but i DO have thoughts. like the thing about crowley is that i think like. and this is really in the realm of headcanons and vibes. i think that when rowena is not in the room he lives his life to spite her. or, a bit more complex than that: i think many of his conscious choices are a direct result of the thought process "what would my mother most absolutely hate? i'll do that."
but at the same time i think he admires her competence in a detached sort of way. both rowena and crowley are at their hearts cockroaches: their drive is to survive. they have immense wits and skills and they bend all of that towards slipping out of the next bad situation. and i think that it also seems like that's something crowley became like as a demon. (i say this because we know crowley went to hell for a deal, and i don't think the crowley we know would ever sell his soul - at least, not if it weren't for someone he loved very much, and crowley learning to be capable of that kind of vulnerability is something we see happen on the show, i don't think it was happening before for him.) it's not an impulse that he learned under rowena's tutelage (she barely gave him any), but rather one he learned from living under her emotional shadow. he knew her, and once he was in the situation of, you know, being in hell, when his drive to survive was tested, that was the model for survival in fight or flight situations that he learned. so he adopted it. not consciously really but like. that's how he became more similar to her.
so the thing is a lot of their tortures are similar. crucially, i think the "why do you hate me" conversation in devil's in the details is really revealing for rowena, but what she says also applies to crowley and how he relates to the world: "love… love is weakness. and i'll never be weak again." both rowena and crowley fear vulnerability deeply, and this is a barrier between them and other people. it's a barrier between them and meaningful relationships. but of course they both crave meaningful relationships anyway because they're people and people like, want those.
but they're also really different people, and i think a lot of that comes down to the fact that rowena is just much more dysfunctional than crowley. like, they're both fundamentally self-interested, afraid of other people, and incapable of vulnerability, but rowena is so afraid, so impulsively selfish, that she can't function within a system. she's basically incapable of thinking long term, because she's used to nothing she builds or involves herself in being stable, so she might as well cash all her checks now and run. crowley on the other hand is also self-interested, but is more capable of like, thinking long term in a sort of economic, game theoretical way. rowena and crowley are both thinking of the world as a game of prisoner's dilemma without ethics or empathy, but rowena defects once and runs, whereas crowley is perfectly happy to play iterated prisoner's dilemma forever. this is why he comes and yells are the leslie odom jr. demon in season seven, time for a wedding: crowley serves his own interest, but it is in his interest to be trustworthy and stable, so he will happily give up short term gains for long term rewards. crowley would never have pulled the shit that rowena tries on him in s10 where she gets just barely into his good graces and then immediately starts snooping through his shit for her own gain, not because he would feel bad, but because it's a stupid thing to do if you're thinking about the future. but if you have no confidence in the future, if you expect everything to fall apart and blow up all the time and you expect everyone to be out to get you, well, it's a fine idea. because a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. essentially, it's about the marshmallow test. rowena fails, crowley passes. so crowley is much more able to function in a system because he doesn't show up, nakedly attempt to suck everything dry, and dip. he tries to win at the system because he expects the system to still be there and also not randomly hunting him for sport tomorrow.
and then the other difference is really just that crowley is more of a soft touch. like, both rowena and crowley have this barrier to meaningful relationships because they're so scared, but rowena's is a lot more ironclad, and i'm not going to say she suffers less from it, but that suffering is a less controlling force in her life. like, i don't know if crowley could do oskar, is the thing. like i don't know if he could do that to juliet, lol. he is fundamentally... he needs the kinds of relationships he denies himself more than she does, and he's less afraid so he doesn't have the immediate terror to drown it out. like the thing is, when rowena kills oskar, it wounds her deeply, but she doesn't hesitate. love, affection, pure feeling, those will never outweigh her fear. but they will for crowley.
like, essentially, they both slip from the path of perfect long term self-interest, but for rowena that slip comes because she's too impulsive because she's incapable of trusting the ground beneath her feet to be stable, and for crowley it's a simple slip towards the siren call of unselfish affection and companionship.
anyway that was a long compare and contrast but i think it's necessary in exploring their relationship because the thing is, a lot of their relationship is just, shadows on the walls of crowley's mind. we don't know how old he was when she abandoned him but i doubt it was that old. while their relationship deeply impacted him, i think a lot of that impact just has to do with the things she denied him: affection, mostly, and the vulnerability that comes with it, but also he was an unwanted child, and she's a deeply selfish person who also did not really have material resources at that time, she also would have denied him or failed to provide material things. i de-emphasize that because like, in the crowley we know, you can see the impacts of economic deprivation: his longing to securely integrate himself into a powerful system i think especially has to do with that, but also his performance of human class despite being a 300 year old demon. but i think that's something that has to do as much if not more with the garden variety poverty he came up in, with or without rowena's parenting failures. whereas her failure to be like, kind to him is i think one of the reasons his desire for affection can sometimes outweigh his survival instinct, despite his being so guarded.
but i also think he spends his whole life with this picture of her in his head which he alternately spits on and venerates. he takes a vessel with an english accent to spite her and then uses her magic tricks, you know?
and then she shows up and is this tiny, pathetic, flesh and blood human woman, and he doesn't quite have the heart to spit on her, but he can't really venerate her either, she's too much of a fuckup and a failure. so it kind of breaks everything when she shows up and like. is a person.

Agree to disagree with you on forces vs Frontiers, I feel Frontiers was an improvement however I hope your opinion in it is sincere cause sometimes I see a lot of " WOW forces is way better then Frontiers actually "" and it mostly seems to just people hating it more because Flynn is involved, rather then a honest opinion about both games. Also not gonna convince me Infinite's theme is better then Vandalize, that one slams :P
Funny that you mention it, because I was actually accused of this. And, to be fair, I did groan when they revealed that Flynn would have written the game's story, so I understand why the assumption is that I'm unfairly biased 😂
But the thing is that we don't fully know what was his role in the writing: from what I got, he wrote the script for an already established plot. And if that's true, I can blame him for things like the constant references or Sonic's buffy speak, but I can't blame him for much more substantial issues like the general emptiness of the story or Eggman's role. I'm also taking the game's rushed, crunched development into account, which obviously isn't anyone's fault but SEGA. And ofc the flat voice direction kills the writing even more, and that is not the writers' fault. It's a mix of things, and Flynn is not the scapegoat here.
The little minority that is defending Forces mostly comes from a place of backlash against years of the Sonic community treating it like the worst thing that has happened in the franchise, replacing '06 with it as the acceptable punching bag (esp now that '06 is approaching its 20th anniversary and thus getting the "actually it was underrated" treatment), even going so far as insult the few fans of it implying that they're stupid or children (ah, Sonic Stadium is a wonderful place). It is tangentially related to Flynn because IDW came out a little after Forces did, and it was taken as proof that he's a near perfect writer that can do no wrong and oh wow it's so much better than the stupid pontaff games, sega hire this man asap. After six years, almost seven, it's safe to say that Forces, while far from being perfect and surely with a ton of flaws in its plot and execution of it, is not the absolute disaster that it was painted to be... and I personally think that Frontiers, a game that really comes off as wanting to be praised for being "a step in the right direction", and a game whose story was immensely praised and that praise put squarely on Flynn, really isn't in the things that matter.
(story wise, I mean. The gameplay is another matter, and I can't judge it. I have mixed opinions on the "open zone" style.)
And hey, Vandalize is cool! I never said anything of the contrary :P I'm only perplexed as to why it was associated with Sonic in the first place, since it's a song about a crumbling toxic relationship (lmao at the fans who thought it would be about Sonamy). But most songs from Frontiers are complete slappers, and I found myself singing Vandalize and Undefeatable for months :P I like both OSTs, they're different and they both have their highs and downs.

Hi hi! It's me!!
First off, happy happy anniversary to you and your amazing story! I was new to the Obey Me fandom when I discovered it while I was searching for Leviathan x Reader fics, and I'm so happy I did! It's such a detailed and wonderful story <3
Here are some of my questions to you! I'm sure others may have written similar ones lol.
How much time do you dedicate to writing and research for your story in your daily/weekly life?
When you're not writing or doing school work, what else do you do during your free time?
In general, which of the seven deadly sins describes you best? Does it correlate to your favorite brother in OM?
Of the OM characters, which one do you relate to the most?
How did you get into reader inserts? Have you played any other dating sims/otome games before getting into OM?
What other, if any, fandoms are you a part of or just like enjoying content of?
Depending on your answers, I wouldn't mind continuing the conversation for some of these questions (especially #5 hehe).
Take care as always and I look forward to you answering these questions, seeing your anniversary art, and reading more chapters! <3 ~Kkat
Hi Kkat!! I sincerely thank you for all your love of my silly story. I still can't believe it my fic you found when you were new! (I hope the occ never put you off back then HJSJH)
As you have asked a lot of (original!) questions, I have answered them under the cut! and I definitely don't mind you continuing to ask more in-depth ones. as long as I can keep it spoiler-free!
(I'm also very flattered there were questions about me haha!)
How much time do you dedicate to writing and research for your story in your daily/weekly life? It varies wildly per week if I am honest. Sometimes I can't write more than a sentence for three weeks straight and another day I pump out 3 spell-checked chapters. The research took up a LOT of time in the very beginning, especially figuring out how I wanted the cast to work out. Now it’s a whole lot less and I barely have to do it. Only when new characters appeared. Or now more commonly when a fact gets revealed about them I tend to thoroughly research it. Last time I had to study for a new fact I had like 7 tabs open on Ley lines and how they worked/their origins. Only to not use it at all lmao (well it's used but only if you squint) However, despite this the story is on my mind 24/7. Thinking about what I want to happen or cute/interesting character interactions. It is often a lot more difficult to put it down in words
When you're not writing or doing school work, what else do you do during your free time? …Well… I mostly uhm, read. Big AO3 fan here. Beyond that, I am a very creative soul. I draw! I used to have an art blog with like 500 followers, but that is in the long past- I'm also trying to make a Bullet Journal atm but I haven't done a whole lot. If I am not busy being so incredibly creative/lh I am usually playing games. I'm not a huge gamer like Levi, but I have a few games that I have quite a number of hours in! (Slime Rancher) Recently I became a huge fan of The Witcher 3 and Cult of the Lamb. If not any of those, I watch anime/read manga, regular shows or movies, talk or hang out with my friends. And I try to go to the gym! Although that's only like 2 hours per week since my stamina is utter garbage lmao
In general, which of the seven deadly sins describes you best? Does it correlate to your favorite brother in OM? This is not even a biassed thing. But my deadly sin would 100% be Envy I am such an incredibly jealous person, even since I was young. Not to trauma dump but all my life I've been compared to my siblings or other family members and now I get envious super easily. Now that I am older I can manage it a lot better than when I was little. But unfortunately, I have my fits. Also yes it correlates to Levi LMFAO Not asked, but if I had to make a tierlist of the sins that describe me. I’d have to say Envy>Wrath>Sloth>Lust>Pride>Gluttony
Of the OM characters, which one do you relate to the most? Extremely difficult question- I relate to so many of them, all for different reasons. Without naming Levi since I spoke about that in a different question, I'd have to say either Lucifer or Satan. Mostly Lucifer as we struggle with those delicious oldest sibling angst and responsibility. Ironically I really hated Lucifer at first, only to realise I was looking in a mirror. While I do not suffer from my pride in the slightest, and without doing a character analysis- I relate to the way he is perceived by others, many new fans think he treats his brothers so roughly. But if you take even 3 seconds to observe him closer you can see he holds so much fondness and love for his close ones. And I feel that. Satan is a similar case. When people don't see him for who he is they tend to quickly fall for the ‘he’s such a gentleman’ or ‘he’d murder you for a sprinkle’ guy. And I love the way Satan is complex because he IS a sweetheart, but he also is the sin of wrath. And people also tend to dumb me down to just one of my character traits so I relate to that so bad. And we are also both obsessed with books!
How did you get into reader inserts? Have you played any other dating sims/otome games before getting into OM? Have… have you heard of Mystic Messenger- that truly was my first otome/dating game. From there on it all went to hell with me- (Beyond Obey Me I actually haven't played that many other dating sims. Dangerous Fellows, LoveUnholic, HUGE fan of The Arcana. Got addicted to Character.ai for a while) Funnily enough, it wasn't that what truly got me into reader inserts. It was… it was Hetalia… while at first I only read their canon ships. I remember a 2p!Italy x reader that made such a huge impact on me, that I suddenly began reading a lot more fanfics with the trope I at first found cringe. (this fanfic has sadly been deleted) I still read a lot of ship fics, but also a big fan of my lovely reader inserts
What other, if any, fandoms are you a part of or just like enjoying content of? Please don't ask for my fandom list. It'd be worth 82 pages long. I’m a huge multi-fandom enjoyer. But if I had to numb it down to just the ones I am most active in then I’d have to be: (in no particular order) Obey Me(duh), FNAF(all media), Video Blogging RPF/Minecraft, Bungo Stray Dogs, Genshin Impact, Enstars, BNHA, Black Butler, Twisted Wonderland, MDZS/Grandmaster of demonic Cultivation/Founder of Diabolism, Dungeon Meshi, haikyuu, ect
#giab#Giab Q&A#LuffyHush#if anybody cares#or wants to#i am 100% down for a deep character analysis#OG game or my story#Also Kkat i loved all the questions!#i didnt recieve a single double

JOON'S WORDS IN THE LAST CHAPTER HURT OKAY? Damn, I was even shocked at how brutal that man was. I hope he's very guilty about what he said (I laighed at JK saying NJ reeked of guilt). And Tae intervening was chef's kiss. I know the Reader hated that violence was used but I can't help but think how things would have gone if no fight had gone down. I can't wait to hear more about all the hybrids pasts...
AND THE SCENTING WITH JK!!!!!???!!! my guy fr said "you like the pain" and then scented her??? I'm seriously loving how the characters are developing at a realistic pace and not a whole bunch of details thrown at us. I pray Tae doesn't get sent away and Reader gets in trouble/the hybrids are sent away. Their bond is getting better and I love it.
Super excited for the next update! Thank you for delivering as per usual. 🤍
JOON WAS SUCH A MEANIE IN THIS CHAPTER GJDKLSSA Someone had to turn up the angst in this update, and it happened to be his turn! Jimin, as well as his report on the hybrid database, speculated that Namjoon may have grown up in the wilderness-- perhaps this is why he was unable to control his rage, or consider the fact that his words can really cause some damage? 🤔 He definitely felt that instant regret as soon as Jeongguk managed to drag him outside and cool him down, we'll see how MC handles the damage control with him in the next update. MC certainly didn't approve of the violence between Tae and Namjoon, even though Tae was trying to defend her-- thank goodness for the other hybrids in the home who broke up the fight! Tae and Joon are the two strongest of the hybrids, so it would have been impossible for MC to break up that altercation by herself.
I'm so excited to delve into all of the hybrid's pasts!! I'm trying my best to do it little by little so I don't overwhelm you all with details and too much information to process at once. This update, we got a lot of background on Tae, and a bit on Hoseok! They all have complicated backstories, so there's lots to cover in future story arcs that I'm really excited to write and share with you! 🤐
FFHDJKGHDSGH JEONGGUK'S SCENTING SCENE WAS SO HORNY LMAO 💀 Part of the reason I made it so feral was to clock my bestie who beta reads Trouvaille; one of her biases is Jeongguk and I wanted to make her sweat LOL. 🤭 But on a more serious note, Jeongguk is the only hybrid out of the seven that's a prey hybrid, but I didn't want that to necessarily mean that he wouldn't be any less aggressive than the rest of his edgy personality.... with some of the things he said to her in this scene, the way he acted-- his cockiness, for example, definitely shone through! (I was sweating writing it, and I'm not even JK biased LOL)
I'm so so happy that you are enjoying the pace of the story so far and things are unfolding naturally for you. 💖💗 Especially since Trouvaille is a slow burn, that is comforting to hear! Tae's backstory is important to the overarching plot and a later arc, so we'll be returning to it; that's why I've revealed his past sooner in the story than any of the others, for foreshadowing! However, all the hybrids seem to be warming up to MC well... I'm glad you're enjoying their budding relationships!
Thank you so so much for reading this update and sending love my way!! I cannot wait to share more with you, and I'm grateful that you've followed Trouvaille so far and have enjoyed it! 🥰🥰

Find the Word Tag Game
tagged by: ah, a tag-back chain! I didn’t recognize that I was part of something so precious. I’m in the loop now. this is why open tags were invented so @sleepyowlwrites can get me up to speed on my oversights lmao 💜 my words: one, twelve, five, seven, twenty tagging: @sleepyowlwrites, @writinginslowmotion, @drippingmoon, @ashen-crest, @drabbleitout, anyone who wants to, and that guy behind you. yeah, him. your words: table, spend, chair, shallow, carry
one (Eternal)—
As they were paraded through the base, bystanders growled and snapped at them. Warren became more irritated at each one that whipped a bladed tentacle at them; he was developing a headache from not being able to breathe properly.
"Thrive—"
"Don't talk," he warned as they all turned a corner and started down a long corridor. "Conserve your breath."
Warren shook his head and realized he was beginning to slow down. "I'm gonna pass out." The eliyi behind him shoved him, and he stumbled.
Thrive turned to the Foremaster restraining him. "He needs oxygen—I can provide him with it. I'll need my hands free to do so." He frowned at their harsh reply. "My cooperation relies on him. If he asphyxiates, so do you."
twelve (Meridian)—
Calen got the shuttle off the ground and into the atmosphere. "Thoeala's already onboard, and Ataneq is en route via the Node."
This caught Thrive's attention. "Ataneq's joining the evac team?"
"Someone dropped the ball on that one," Corin muttered.
"He's fully capable," Calen sighed. "He's not a child anymore and he wants to help."
Warren's brow furrowed. "Not a child? He's twenty…"
Roel glanced at him. "Physically speaking, that's only twelve years younger than you."
"Literally speaking, shut the fuck up, Roela'lathri."
five (Rebirth)—
Their wordlessness grew until the pressure was too great.
"...What do we do, here?" Warren said, his mouth dry.
"Perhaps not a lot." Thrive's hands clenched and unclenched at his sides, almost itching to do something, to keep busy. "There are things we need to discuss, but I'm not going to expect you to be up for doing that now."
"You waited [just...way too long ok] to talk to me, dude. You don't need to wait another five minutes."
"It's not only about you and me."
"That's something we need to talk about?"
Warren watched Thrive hesitate, but he didn't get a chance to say anything as a gentle knock on the door interrupted their conversation.
seven three + four (Meridian + Rebirth)—
"Very well. If that's the case, you can consider your Consortium status revoked."
Thrive paused. "Why is this the hill on which you choose to die, Delegate? The qrihk are people in need of stability. There is no room for them in Ashva at this time. Tournaltis has two out of three moons being unused—"
"Sir, with all respect due, you need to follow the goddamn orders we give you. Your return to Tournaltis will result in immediate revocation of Consortium status and an inquiry will be launched into the occupation of the planet."
She hung up, leaving a thick silence hanging in the air of the bridge.
Warren came back from however many light years away he’d mentally been and turned a slow, deep frown onto the pilot sitting at the helm.
"...Your Majesty," the pilot said at length. "Your Highness. For what it's worth, if I may, I didn't think—"
"You made that pretty clear. You're fired," Warren interrupted. "Get the fuck off my bridge."
The pilot nodded, hurrying away from the helm and through the door.
—
"Wait a second," Warren blurted. "Are you using your—"
Osillo turned their head to look at him, and his suspicions were confirmed; they were using their clouded eye to peer through the sight. Warren swallowed, realizing how he'd just come off, and he cleared his throat.
"I just mean, uh…"
"Yes," Osillo said. They adjusted the aim of the rifle again, steadying their grip, and they stilled like a stone as they looked into the sight once more. "I do not need to see perfectly...as I have been doing this…" They fired, accommodating for the kickback as the quieted shot zipped through the air. "...For centuries." They cocked the rifle again and aimed slightly to the right. "I was Captain of Their Resplendent OmmilliCulos' personal guard…" Fire. Aim. "...Silver Commander of the Highfleet for the Cyrio Faction…" Fire. Aim. "...Was trained by my predecessor in the Royal Guard…" Fire. Aim. "...And the night I received my facial injury I held this eye open for four straight days watching through this very weapon as I staked out an attempt on my clairvoyant-empath's life." Fire.
Warren raised his eyebrows. "The clairvoyant-empath on Yalis."
Osillo slid the entire top half of their body out of the window, using nothing but core strength to hold upright. They cocked the rifle and aimed again. "...No." They fired, paused for a second, then lowered the gun. "That's all of them."
twenty (Eternal)—
"Where are we?"
"I don't know. I just got here myself. It's...good to see you."
Thrive turned as Warren swiped perspiration from his brow with the sleeve of his jacket. He found himself being scrutinized, and Thrive approached him, his eyes narrow, untrusting.
"How do I know that you're the man I left on the bridge of the Ganymede?"
"The fact that I actually know what the Ganymede is? C'mon." Warren surveyed himself in the mirror on the wall above the dresser. "Do I look twenty-nine to you? Do these crow's feet and the duffel bags under my eyes indicate that I've had just not enough stress lately?" He sighed sadly. "These are never going away, are they? Shit."
#tag game#so.......there's a lot of sevens I can't reveal that's what happened there lmao#for context Osillo is from Yalis and Ommy is a clairvoyant-empath

Me???? Still not over that Apollo Ray AU in 2021?????? It's more likely than you think.
I jumped into the water and now I need to keep swimming
If you're new to the AU, you can check out this post where it's explained where the name comes from and this other post on what Apollo Ray differs from Minerva Norman.
Tonight, I'd like to expand the plotline that Apollo Ray would choose to imprison Emma and Norman to prevent them from getting in his way to demons' eradication. I know y'all might cringe at this but you have to understand, he's REALLY convinced it's for their best.
This is how I can imagine things to go: Ray kinda tricks them and traps them somewhere inside of the Paradise Hideout. Not really a prison, he'd probably just lock them in a room and be like “you just got back from a long, dangerous journey, why don't you take some rest? In the meantime, I've got some stuff to do at, let's say, the Royal Capital :)”
Sounds familiar?
Like mother like son
Very relevant detail is that the room MUST be without locks. Make it an electronic key or a biometric iris recognition lock or whatever. Ray knows Norman well enough and he's not falling to the magical hairpin trick lmao.
Now, I like to think Gilda would take sides with Ray. I've always thought about Ray and Gilda having a lot in common (often seeing the glass half empty, loving Emma unconditionally; furthermore, they were the only ones who agreed that escaping from Grace Field with everyone was unequivocally impossible). At some point, paralleling how Norman asked to talk with Gilda and Don, Ray asks for Gilda only to come into his study. They have a long talk, during which he persuades her to join him. On Ray's end, he needs somebody he trusts to stay in the Hideout while him and his squad go to their fun trip to the Royal Capital, to keep an eye on Emma and Norman and make sure they won't escape or try and go to the Seven Walls. Now, Gilda probably wouldn't look like his first choice, for she is endlessly loyal to Emma; however, Ray plans of making that very factor, her love and dedication for her friend, his trump card. By talking to Gilda and calmly describing their situation, he makes her understand how hopeless is the mission Emma is so desperate to fulfill; that no one ever came back from the Seven Walls, and they're most likely to die there. Moreover, Ray persuades Gilda to believe that his plan of demon eradication is without doubts the most certain route, that will surely lead to the safest future for her friends - even though they can't understand it yet. However, their safeness and happiness is above anything else, even their own temporary freedom- isn't it? They will understand, once everything is over, that him and Gilda were only acting for their best.
Although initially hesitant, as never in her life she had gone against Emma, Gilda ends up firmly accepting, for she's determined to do anything to save Emma's (and Norman's) life- including betraying her.
I don't think it shouldn't be too surprising to have Gilda accept Ray's plottings; already in the manga, she's shown as being maybe the most condescending to Norman's plan, since she believed it was the less dangerous route to secure Emma's safety- and, to her eyes, consequential happiness.
In this AU, Ray's using the very feelings of affection that build Gilda's loyalty to Emma to bring her to his side; he's persuading her that the mission Emma and Norman are trying to carry out is a suicidal one, and that if they let them go they will lose them forever- which is something he knows Gilda would do anything to not let happen.
I know it may seem like he's manipulating her to get what he wants, but I want to underline I don't think that'd be the case: by saying he's worried Emma and Norman are going to lose their lives going after the Seven Walls, he's putting genuine sentiments on the line, and he's as determined to prevent it from happening as Gilda is. In comparison, Norman has been way more dishonest when he spoke to Gilda and Don- as Gilda would have later learnt, he was never intentioned to spare Musica (thus having plainly lied to them).
On the contrary, Ray's intentions of simply wanting to protect Emma and Norman were sincere, and he was way more honest with Gilda with his plan, fully entrusting her with it.
On the other side, Don would obviously take sides Emma, which would eventually lead to a very cool conflict between Gilda and Don?? I'm certain Don would support Emma because he grew up to be very similar to her. Brings back to my mind this old old post I once made, which considers the events of chapters 138 and 139: Don shares Emma's point of view on many matters, so I'm confident he would be ready to support her. When you think about it, he was the fastest to take sides with her in canon too, probably second to Ray only; and when Ray's choice was likely driven by his undying loyalty to Emma, chances are that Don was supporting Emma not only because he believed in her, but also because he was the first one to truly believe in her ideals as well, the first to believe they would have really been able to find a solution that would have brought happiness for everyone.
Now Don openly supporting Emma would inevitably lead to him and Gilda clashing which I find being the absolute COOLEST thing. I mean I love them, and I love how they love each other; still the thought of them being compelled by the circumstances to collide intrigues me so much!!!! I think they'd have this extremely angsty confrontation that will eventually end with Don convincing Gilda that trusting Emma has took them so far, and that the best thing to do is give up and help him to free Emma and Norman (maybe Ray had entrusted her with the keys / password to open the room Emma and Norman were locked in?? Dunnot)
Besides, I think it would make a lot of sense taking the whole tpn plotline?? It would end up paralleling Gilda and Don's chapters in Grace Field in so many different ways. First of all, I have to say it would be very nice to have a new spotlight on Gilda: her role in the first arc was relevant indeed, with her and Don being the key to the success of the escape; however, she didn't really got to have enough space for character development. The moment when the trio revealed them the truth was more about Don, while Gilda had never doubted of their words in the first place; moreover, the space she had as a possible spy was mostly used to deceive the attention from the true spy, and the revelation that she was never intentioned to betray them was more of character development for Emma, who consolidated her will to trust and protect her family, than a growth of Gilda herself.
But now, for Gilda to take sides against her dear Emma, the person she's more loyal and devoted to, what a great potential for character development that has!!!!!!! I can imagine her, once she finally accepts to help Emma, to echo the words Emma once told her at Grace Field: “I'm sorry- to protect you, I was prepared to be hated by you; yet, I wasn't ready to believe in you!”
To sum up: the Apollo Ray AU is still my jam and Gilda and Don deserve way more space than what they were given in the manga. Also stan Gilda.
#tpn#the promised neverland#It's all fun and games to talk about Apollo Ray#But I tremble thinking of the inevitable consequence of Goldy Pond Norman#Boy would have died just after having to speed run after Yuugo#No kidding chances are that Emma would have brought Don with her instead of Norman??#It would have been more logical to leave Norman at the shelter#I mean he can't even fire with a gun???? And I suppose riffles are even harder to handle????#Wait does that mean#GOLDY POND DON LET'S GOOOO#tpn ray#tpn gilda#When talking to Gilda Ray would be like#“Gilda. I need to talk with you. From m/m to w/w.” lmao#tpn don#tpn manga spoilers#apollo ray#mine#This AU makes me happy :')#Feel free to shoot me some questions about it I love talking about it!!!#q.#Queueing posts because I'm too coward to press the post button

Hey guys! I had this crazy idea I can't get out of my head: RFA+V & Saeran in some disney scenario lmao. But! They're the 'princess' and MC is the 'prince' :D Just a random example to illustrate my point: Jumin is a rich and bored prince and only his tigress Elly is bringing him joy, but then this sneaky plebeian girl rolls up singing 'I can show you the world' lol
This is a really creative prompt! Hope you like these~
Zen:
(Cinderella)
Zen thought he was just a lowly boy in a household with his brother and mother
His mother wasn’t the kindest of people
She made him clean a lot and she rarely let him leave the house
She never praised him for his actions, and always put him down for his looks
It grew to the climax when you, royalty, invites him to a ball
His mother locked him up in his room and refused to let him out, attending the party herself
Then one day, a fairy–er–godmother named Seven visited him and freed him from his room
Using magic, Seven dressed him in the finest suit and placed two glass roses in his suit pocket and sent him on his way
His beauty caught your eye, but there was something else about this man that intrigued you
You asked him to dance, and afterwards you both retreated into the nearby garden
You saw his kind heart and knew there was something about him
But then the clock struck midnight, and he rushed away from you in a fluster
A glass rose had fallen, miraculously intact on the stairs
You determined to find this kind heart someway or another
Meanwhile, Zen returned to his life unsatisfied with everything, but managing nonetheless
When he finds out you’re searching for someone with a glass rose, he’s ecstatic
With the help of Seven, he manages to bypass his mother’s schemes and show you the matching rose
You two live happily ever after in a castle
Yoosung:
(Sleeping Beauty)
A prince with brown hair born to a kingdom and his name was Yoosung
His three fairy caretakers gave him gifts at his birth
Zen gave him beauty, which changed his hair to a bright blond
Jumin gave him wealth and wellbeing
Before the last gift could be given, an evil witch named Rika Morgana intruded and put a curse on him
So, as the last gift, the fairy V bestowed on Yoosung a blessing that made him go into a deep slumber instead of death
The king and queen still worried for their son, so they sent him with the three fairies to grow up away from troubles
Years later, Yoosung had a tendency to wander away from the small cottage
It was on one of these outings he met you, a princess from another land
He feels like he’s met you before, and instantly falls you *Cue Once Upon A Dream playing*
When he returns to the cottage and the fairies find out, they instantly separate you two to his chagrin
In his fit of anger, he runs away from the cottage and stumbles upon a castle
Morgana tricks him into pricking his finger and Yoosung falls into a deep sleep
But Morgana also pulled you in, luring you into the castle and becoming a dragon
She tried to kill you off but you persevered and slayed the dragon, suddenly motivated by saving Yoosung from his sleep
You rescue him by giving him true love’s kiss
You two return to the castle, reunite with Yoosung’s parents, and live happily ever after
Jaehee:
(Frozen)
Jaehee was in charge of a kingdom after your parents died
But she had these special powers that she was unsure of and didn’t know what to do with
So she did her best to suppress her power and hide…even from you
But finally the day came where she was coronated, and you two would finally bond…you hoped
You met a man there…he seemed amazing
He was a prince and you two just seemed to click, and his name was Jumin
But Jaehee disagreed when you said you wanted to marry him
The argument caused her powers to slip out and the whole kingdom fell in fear
So she fled, and you couldn’t catch up though you tried
On your way to find her, you met a tall, really handsome man who somehow joined you on your search
This man, Zen, seemed to give you advice about marrying a man you just met and how it was ridiculous and how men were beasts
He also had this quirky reindeer named Sveven
On the way, you also met this happy little ball of snow named Yoosung
With their help, you found Jaehee’s castle of ice and approached her
Things didn’t go well and you got shot in the heart with ice
Zen hurried you out of there to the magical trolls while Jaehee continued to detiorate in her fear
When he hears about the act of true love, he takes you home to Jumin
Only, Jumin betrays you for the sake of a kingdom and takes over for awhile
Finally, Jaehee embraces her power and before she can be annihilated by Jumin, you intervene
This act of love melts your heart of ice
You and Jaehee bond again and everyone lives happily ever after
Jumin:
(Aladdin)
He was a prince who was locked up in an extravagant castle
His father wanted him to marry, but Jumin wasn’t thrilled with the idea
One night, he kissed his tiger Elizabeth the Third before sliding over the wall in disguise to see the city
Not knowing much of commoner ways, he soon got lost, but thankfully a peasant girl intervened and helped him through
He had never felt a connection with anyone before you and he found the night flew by
Unfortunately, you were caught by his palace guards thanks to his father’s evil advisor Sarah Choi
Meanwhile, Sarah convinced his father, by nefarious means, to betroth Jumin to herself
You escaped prison, in the meantime, and followed a Sarah in disguise to find a genie lamp
You entered a cave with your monkey Saeran and passed a few obstacles
You befriended a magic carpet named Yoosung and found the genie lamp
The genie named Seven offered you three wishes, so you started your transformation to be worthy of Prince Jumin
With Seven’s help, you appear as a princess and go to Jumin
Your first meeting is rough, but you take him on a magic carpet ride and somewhere along the way he founds out you’re the peasant girl from the market place
Unfortunately, so does Sarah Choi
She plans your downfall but ultimately fails
You and Jumin end up together after all, despite your varying classes, and live happily ever after
Seven:
(Tangled)
Saeyoung was a prince with magical red hair
As a result, he couldn’t cut it or the hair would turn normal
Because of this, he was kidnapped by a cruel woman and locked in a tower while she claimed to be his mother
He was never allowed to leave and didn’t have any friends but his chameleon Vanderwood
Still he had this longing to see the stars near the castle
One day, while his evil mother was out on “errands”, he made up his mind to finally leave the castle
But his plans were thwarted when a thief broke into his house while on the run from the castle guards and their dedicated royal horse Saeran
“What brought you here? Fate? Destiny?”
“Your brother A horse.”
He makes an agreement with you that he would return your stolen crown if you took him to see the stars
You agree, though you try to get rid of him somehow
He has a bunch of mood swings, feeling happy at his freedom but also guilty for leaving
Unfortunately, you drag him into your own problems as you try to run away from your old partners in crime
Finally, you make it to the city where you reunite with your enemy…Saeran…who happens to be protective of Saeyoung
Still, since it’s his birthday you two get along and spend a day in the city
During this time, you realize you had fallen for him and you want to quit your old life
Your magical boat ride underneath the stars goes awry when Saeyoung’s mother intervenes
You get wounded, you cut his hair, but in the end everything ends up okay
You get free from your life, Saeyoung ends up with his happy family, and you live happily ever after
Saeran:
(Hercules)
You never really fit in anywhere because you had magical powers that made you super strong
After seeing you struggle, your parents revealed that you were actually the daughter of a god
But Hades intervened and drained you of your divinity, but your powers still remained
With this information, you went to training with the best of the best…Zen
With his help, you got even stronger and better
On your very first mission, you came across a damoiseua in distress
Only…the boy could handle himself
You found out the boy’s name was Saeran, and you were completely infatuated with him despite Zen’s warnings
Hades finds out Saeran met you and suddenly traps him into another agreement
Saeran is forced to lure you into a trap where Hades can get rid of you forever
But he finds himself falling in love with you on the way
When you and Hades face off, Saeran sacrifices himself, getting himself sent to the underworld
Desperate to get him back, you venture there and pull out his soul from the pool
In the process, you showed you were truly the daughter of a god and regained your divinity
With your newfound power, you sent Hades back into the underworld and are reunited with your divine parents
But…you wanted to stay with Saeran
So you gave up your immortality to stay with Saeran and live the rest of your lives happily
