The reason my intuition mentioned an anime instead of a song is how Light, the main character, became the person he hated. This is what you have become. For every tarot reader on here or people who sell services in general. @ recoveringinternetaddict is a scammer.

She has ordered a lot of my tarot readings over the last couple of months and has been charging back everything the last few days; over 180 200 euro's so far and will most likely continue to charge back even more. This has brought me in a lot of trouble financially as one might guess.

She keeps coming with many excuses but isn't really doing anything to solve this even though she claims it 'was an accident'. Yet it isn't an accident > she even told PayPal it wasn't an accident (PayPal said so / hinted this through customer service mails). She has been doing the same with @tarotwithavi as well, who has also been charged back a significant amount of money so far. Edit: we found a 3rd person she did this too; @starryfree.

We both have been fighting these chargebacks with all the proof we have, but because she has done the chargebacks through her card holder PayPal isn't able to do anything, and that company will need to look at everything. This will take at least 180 calenderdays full of stress and uncertainty.

She is even claiming that her bank is taking more of our money because we provide proof that the chargebacks are false.

General QnA - Me, the elements, and more

Hello friends! I recognize this post is a bit different from my normal content flow, however some people have asked some great questions about me, my practice, and some more pressing ones I feel are worth answering! These have been compiled from over my years on discord, tumblr, etc, so I hope you guys are ok with a different type of content!

This is structured so there is a little about me to start, and the rest is burning elemental questions I’ve collected, and I can’t wait for you guys to check it out! I’m hoping it dispels a couple myths, furthers peoples knowledge, etc!

This is a REALLY dense post, but I am not willing to post this in multiple sections because I want this to be all in one place for you guys, I want you to be able to read the bolds for your questions, and have the answer right there! Sorry if that’s a bit annoying, but I think it’s worth it.

Questions for Iris specifically

How did you become an elemental practitioner? I became an elemental practitioner about 8 years ago, became a devotee to water 6 years ago, and became a priestess 7 years ago! I ran my own elemental coven from 2019 to 2021-'22 where we had many members from all walks of life joined by an appreciation of the elements! We focused mainly on community service, hosting clean ups, and sponsoring building projects before we were sadly shut down due to a legal dispute. However, even without the formal coven, we all moved forward into our practices and became stronger as individuals! What has it been like being a devotee? It is hard work, but its good work! I wouldn't have it any other way. I am in a life long, contractual obligation to upkeep the domain of the west, and educate others on the elemental systems as part of my religious duty to water herself! Why don't you teach anymore? For those who don't know me, I used to teach on discord and would be someone that had a boatload of resources and time to talk at any given moment. I have stopped extending myself as a 'teacher' for a couple of years now mainly due to time constraints, and wanting to focus more on school, work, and my private religious life, so because of that I have stopped teaching over all and instead make bite sized posts I can be passionate about! Will you ever put out a grimoire (either for free or for purchase) The short answer is; No. But the long answer is no*. I have no intention of putting out a grimoire of either my elemental work or my full time information for a couple of reasons. When it comes to my elemental work, I will only ever put out what I am freely able to put out, a lot of my practice is really private and filled with coven SVG, and for their privacy and respect of our practices, we have declined sharing our grimoire to the public. However, this doesn't mean I am not going to post more UPG based content like our coven legends, or possible spells in the future, it just means that a book is a no go. I also prefer living documents anyway so I can go back and edit things as I collect new resources or correct old information.

What are your plans to post about in the future? Im hoping to do more elemental content, and then over the summer possibly crafting up more tarot spreads, infographics, and other parts of my archive that interest my readers and viewers! I really would love to start sharing some of my own SVG, or more educational content looking at practices from around the world!

Why dont you post about deity work? The simple answer is: I am not a deity worker, and it isnt really my forte or something I enjoy posting about. In the past I used to practice revivalist deity work, however I have left that space because I found it wasn't for me and my religious beliefs, and found more solace in elemental work! Also due to the oversaturated market filled with content, I really don't see an active need for my own 2 cents to be thrown into the hat here on tumblr when there are people who have specialized in it for years and years.

What is your elemental hot take? For this one I thought it would be fun to interview real members of my coven, while they asked to remain anonymous, here is some interesting UPG from all 4 of my collogues. (conversations have been transcribed to the best of my abilities from a phone call) Priestess of Water (me) - My elemental hot take is probably that the elements don’t “love” us, they don’t have the innate “love” that we do for our kin or our friends. Keep in mind, they are eternal beings that have watched over this space for billions of years, they don’t see us as any different than the smallest forms of life. But what they do see is when destruction and chaos ensue that threatens the lives of all living beings. Love is subjective, emotions are subjective, sure sometimes you get loving aspects to an element but in essence; they don’t “love” us, its a fallacy to say they do.

Priest of Air - Within my elemental experiences, I believe my hottest take would be that elemental work and deity work are not the same and should not be approached as such. It would be foolish to try and apply the same prayer formats to every single entity, the elements are not gods, they are not spirits, they are a class on their own and need to be treated as such. When people approach the elements, it isn’t like approaching a god, you can use all 5 senses to perceive an elemental figure. Use that fact to your advantage.

Priestex of Fire - Literally the thing I have to say time and time again is please stop being unsafe just because you’re an elemental practitioner. Like honestly it is incredibly disrespectful when I see people damage property or their homes and sometimes other people because they choose not to use fire safety. It’s inappropriate, sets a bad example, and disrespectful. Our ancestors did not honor the flame and all its power by being careless, why would you do the same?? Have respect for your belongings, you don’t know how the spirits of those objects or even your home feel about it. Also I don’t ever want to see anyone hurt over something completely preventable.

Priestess of Earth - My hot take is if you are trying to serve earth and nature, your actions need to speak louder than your words. Now I am not saying you need to do things a certain way, that can alienate people, however it is so important that you are doing what you can to remain educated on the problems of earth. Your practice is political, whether you like it or not. We need to do more for both our neighbors and the earth we walk on and I’m tired of pretending like it’s ok to engage with performative earth spirituality.

Questions regarding the elements

Where exactly *are* all the elemental practitioners? How many of us are there? I get asked this question a lot, because if you try looking up 'air magic' online you get met with almost exclusively wiccan sources talking about elemental witchcraft, but if you have checked my page you may have noticed thoses who work with the elements like divine, who use them in full life style and philosophical processions. The truth is elemental workers are quite a minority in online spaces. For most cultures, the elements are extensions of gods, mythology, or a natural concept so we don't see a lot of people who choose to work with the divine energies themselves as their own entity's (the "middle man"), usually they are interacting with them as a religious extension, however as a secular practitioner, slowly presence is growing online as people talk to each other! More people are gaining interest in the concept, especially those who may not feel connected to deity work. Finding an online space solely filled with elemental practitioners divorced from wicca is extremely difficult right now because most of us have no idea each other exist, feel free to use my comments to meet people btw lol. But in essence, we have yet to establish ourselves in most mainstream social platforms, which is why it can be tough to find us, but if you enter a space like a discord server just reach out and ask! you may find people to bounce ideas off of, or create a new friend! Further more, feel free to boost voices of practitioners online who are speaking about the elements in a more secular way, it can really help us find more amazing content creators sharing what they can! How can I research the elements so i'm not getting only wiccan sources? The problem with elemental research is that a majority of the sources online come from a wiccan background, this is because the system is a really common form of wiccan magic as well. Finding secular or variating sources can be difficult but not impossible. First, its great to check out some of the sources on my page because it offers various backgrounds, but as you are trying to format your searches be specific. Use terms like historical, anthropological, ancient, use terms that help your search engine understand your not exactly looking for the "spiritual" side of things, but rather the multi-cultural perspective. Geolocate your searches by asking "what do [ancient culture] believe about the elements." Another way to avoid wiccan bias is by learning their system so you can weed out those sources, when you already establish what they believe in it makes combing through resources a bit easier. Finally there is no shame in some good old introspection. Creating personal associations based off a system that revolves around you and your perspective is a wonderful way to get involved and get connected with the world around you, exactly what the elements encourage!

What is the difference between elemental MAGIC and elemental WORK Elemental magic is the concept of using an elemental system to help influence your workings, it is observing the elements as an extension of the natural world, and using them in magical concepts. Things like pairing elements via herbs and crystals in a spell, observing astrology and seeing elemental aspects, and using the elements to help boost your magic like a tool. Many elemental magicians treat the elements as a symbol and a spirit, this means they can treat the elements similar to the spirit of their tools, some magicians also consider the elements to be extensions of themselves being part of the world. Elemental work is the concept of seeing the elements as divine in some way, and exploring their roots on earth, and understanding how they operate. In essence, an elemental worker communes, researches, and understand the elements on a global and community scale, and often interacts with them similar to divine energies and high spirits rather than extensions of tools or themselves. Often times these practices go hand in hand, you can build off both, its just one is more revolved around divinity than the other, and both methods are a valid and valuable way to approach the elemental systems.

How do I figure out “my” element This question is great, because a lot of people ask me how to find the element that best suits them. Some people use astrology and are drawn to elements that represent something in their chart, whether it’s a really strong connecting element or one they need to work on. However not all people use astrology, not all people have access to their charts, so what are some other aspects? My best piece of advice would be to evaluate nature and experience the elements. The elements aren’t going to “reach out” to you, they rule over trillions of individual organisms, they work with millions of species, it is unfair to expect them to change their nature to draw you in. Not to mention the elements are not omnipotent or omnipresent, if you are in a place devoid of an element the area reflects that, its no different spiritually. When you get out there and experience the elements your own spirit will begin to guide you to the right direction, you will sense a belonging and slowly you will start to realize one or multiple are speaking to you. There is this idea called “Radar theory” when you have a very large spirit or entity, that is NOT omnipotent, chances are they are not aware of you until you make yourself known. We interact with the elements on a spiritual level constantly, so to find the one that connects to you look at their domains, look at what they represent and the common lessons you observe in nature. Get involved, and you will find your way. The last thing I want to bring up is that you don’t HAVE to be going out to find them, they exist in our homes, in our spirits, and in our ancestry, if you can’t get out in nature there are means to connect to the nature within you.

How does the relationship between elemental divines (secular) relate to elemental spirits? What happens if I upset one or the other? We discussed how the elements have separate aspects similar to epithets in gods, they go by nicknames, but sometimes we see separate entities that spawn directly from a source. For example river spirits, sylphs, elemental cryptids, and more. A common question I get asked is what exactly are elemental spirits and how the relationship between them work with the larger element. The first thing I can say is that elemental spirits are entities that spawned from an elemental source, whether they exist only in a spiritual plane born from energy, or if they exist physically in the form of a cryptid, in essence they were birthed from a specific element. This makes it similar to the element but have distinct personality’s, just like us! They are individuals who happen to be born from them directly and have their own evolution and morphology. I get asked a lot “well what if I’m interacting with one, and not the other? What happens if I upset one?” And what I can say is it’s just like a relationship. Certain entities are closer to their source than others so they may not tolerate disrespect like elemental guards for example, so if you disrespect one you disrespect the other by proxy. In other cases certain spirits exist all on their own and don’t care too much for their source so really disrespecting one won’t disrespect the other. It also depends on how involved that entity is with their source! For example, a river spirit is very close to water and wouldn’t take to kindly if you pollute trying to give an offering, but an ember spirit probably won’t be that upset if you stamp out hot ash that escaped from a fire pit because it’s a risk to your home. The best way to see is to simply ask, they are individuals with their own beliefs, ask them how they feel about certain things! Create a connection!

How do I place elements on the altar? What about setting up their own altars? What about specific spirits? The truth is there is no one “correct” way to place elements on the altar, if anything I encourage you to be fluid and use your intuition. The whole idea that elements “hate” each other or “can’t stand each other” is complicated, sure water extinguishes flame if you want to honor this then feel free to put them across from each other, but water can also help the flame like in steam reactions, or underwater volcanos. The truth is the elements are fluid, feel free to change positions based off seasons, intuition, and more. The piece of advice I can give has to do with the second question about individual altars. The elements like certain things, you can set up an altar that reflects them yes, but how you position them can have something to do with their domains! Picking rooms in the house that reflect their energy like a sun room for fire, picking a direction to orient the altar based off your cardinal system or astrology can be a way to connect, you have means to get creative. Specific spirits are a bit different; they might have specific requirements or needs they want you to meet like regular spirit work, that gets individual and personal.

Where do the cardinal directions come from? What are cardinal witches? Cardinal witchcraft is a label and practice where a witch has to do with a specific domain. In many cultures the directions correspond with aspects, usually determined by where they are in the world. An example: in the western cardinal system the west represents water, the past, the psyche, and divination. So that direction represents an element, a time, a part of the spiritual practice, and a practice! It’s a way to classify domains that we work in and specialize in.

Something that needs to be mentioned is that the cardinal directions are NOT only western! Because the directions come from polarity and the rotation of then earth the directions don’t change, but culture to culture what they represent will be different because it’s greatly dependent on where that culture developed! In the western system that originated in Europe, the reason why west is water is because the Atlantic ocean is in the west! For other cultures sometimes they use the setting sun like on the Lakota medicine wheel, some use animal migration patterns to determine where an element is, some use astrology and where they are in the sky, the list is endless.

When we are discussing where the most common placements come from we need to look at the western system because that’s what most elemental sources are using for spiritual information. In this system the concept of cardinal directions actually stems from multiple different evolutions! In the very beginning, the pre-curser information we have actually has nothing to do with the cardinal directions, or even the elements at all, but alchemy, emerging sciences, and how scientists + occultists of the time viewed the world. So, an example, we can see some basic calculations that were done for astrology in the west, which lead to more eyes being led to aristotles work where he was the main person who identified directions to traits. Aristotle preposed each direction on a compass is associated with a quality, so the 4 qualities were hot, cold, wet, and dry, each direction had its own association to each. As people began to build on this idea, germanic peoples began adding in their own qualities (arguably long before the system which was stolen later down the line), and because they live in the northern hemisphere, it started to sterotype the directions to eventually elements BUT it was not solidified as 'one movement' until crowley and other occult movements like ceremonial Wicca. The last defining movement for the cardinal directions stems from both wicca and cermonial magic, where they took each cardinal direction and associated it to an element through something called a 'watch tower' which is a type of elemental spirit that certain wiccans invoke while casting a circle. Because of the popularity, this is how we ended up with the western cardinal system, and then as new-age spiritual movements became more popular they eventually lost the watch tower meaning, and began taking on associations relating more towards astrology, and bioregionalism!

How does becoming a devotee or priestex actually work? This is a beautifully complex question, mainly because this religion does not have its own mythology, heavy rules, or much structure at all. It isn’t the same like in aspects of deity work where you have guide rails to use. In essence; becoming a devotee is generally defined as a life long devotion to an entity, and a priestex is generally defined as someone who preforms religious duties and acts as a leader for the religion. (I am using textbook definitions, I’m not going to argue semantics, sorry. We need a clear generalized definition to work on here). When it comes to being a devotee, one must understand it is a life long commitment, your duties must be fully straightened out, and then usually you will be given a devotional task to be fully inducted to “prove” your willingness. What’s extremely important is you are very clear; consider sick days, consider the days you are busy, because this may not be a practice you can leave when you want it to be over. This decision can take years to make, so make sure you are clear! “Divorce” isn’t always an option, and that’s because you are making a very extreme declaration of commitment some spirits are not ok with people walking back on that, be considerate of this. Be aware of the promises you are willing to make.

Additionally, I get asked constantly how I became a priestex. I also get asked about how retirement works from the role. A priests role tends to also be life long, but you do have an ability to relinquish your duties after serving. The path of becoming a priest means you have devoted serious time, effort, and energy into the understanding, conservation, and activism behind the elements. Usually the process has to do with a declaration of service, and a sacrifice or display of service, and from there continuation of service. You may be tasked with a goal, but usually you are encouraged to formulate your own acts of service. It is important that the work is being done to upkeep the domain and that can mean putting together community service work, funds and collecting donations, and getting active in your community. The whole goal means you have devoted your energy to protecting the space you live in and the domain you are called to protect. When it comes to relinquishing your duties, you will be called to a certain time frame, dont get me wrong some will continue until death, but sometimes people need to fully retire. What is important is that a clear discussion of expectations is had so you know how long your journey will actually be. Retirement means you pass the torch to someone else who can upkeep the practice or the elements, if that cant happen then something more Permanente needs to be established like a conservation effort, or something people can use.

How does gendered language work? I get asked a lot “why do you call water she” or “do the elements prefer certain pronouns” and the truth is that it’s subjective! Every culture has their own views, certain people believe the elements are completely agender or gender fluid, all of that is valid. In some cases you may be asked to use certain pronouns like I was! It doesn’t mean I think water is “a girl” or “feminine” specifically, it just means I was asked to refer to her in that way. Other people are not, and that’s completely ok. What actually matters is that you are avoiding stereotypes or harmful rhetoric. For example online you might see people say “FIRE IS A HE BECAUSE HE IS MASCULINE.” But that’s not true for all people and systems. It can contribute to stereotypes like imposing a belief that “oh fire can’t be a she because it’s too destructive” when you break that down, doesn’t that sound weird? That we equate destruction to a group? Truly, use whatever you are called too, but remember that the elements are concepts, not confined by human views of gender expression.

How do I know if I upset an element? This question is a follow up to elemental interactions, usually people ask me this because they feel they already made a mistake and are worried about upsetting them. The truth is, it can be difficult to upset an element, they have an understanding of the world around us, and don't hold us to such heavy expectations. Do you need to be perfectly "carbon-zero"? No, because the earth understands it's companies contributing to a majority of the harm and not regular people. However what I can say is that one must be intentional and aware of what they are doing when interacting with the elements. Disrespect can happen like using disrespectful terms when addressing them, overly trying to humanize them, making false promises, or wrongfully speaking over them. Now that can potentially upset them, and usually you will know if you really upset them. Symptoms usually include not being able to connect to that element, being tested in some way, divination no longer being precise, usually you will be guided to learn from your mistake through research, introspection, and watching how the elements interact with the world. Now; chances are that crazy storm was not because of you, your house setting on fire is not your fault, you wont be punished to the point of ruin as a beginner or casual elementalist. That stuff only comes into play at a later time, and by then you will have your own views on what is actually going on. The elements still have a job to do, react to the ever changing world, that tornado probably was laid out in the atmosphere months ago.

You said the elements “work with species” what does that mean? This may come as a shock, but yes animals, plants, and things that we don't deem 'conscious' work with the elements. We can see animals that display a complex show of religion like elephants, we can see a level of respect coming from all living beings (we need all the elements to survive). This is why the elementals aren't focusing only on us humans, its why they don't "reach out" in a traditional sense, they are working on a scale of trillions and are not omnipresent. They can't see and hear every single living thing at all times, its why there are terraformed structures like mountains, rivers, that can house specific species with specific needs! Its why the aspects are so interesting and important because its regional. It reflects the needs of all organisms. So yes, the elements work with even the smallest bacteria, to the largest elephants, influencing their lives and actions, as we honor it back by going through the cycle of life.

JK (belated) bday reading - 9/2

I'm doing this on September 2nd. I think I did read for him on his actual birthday but I wasn't going to post anything. However I was thinking of him this morning because I was working on scheduling a tattoo appointment.

btw - sorry for typos in these; I voice to text my readings and since they're so long... I really don't go back and edit them. I'm more like a tarot therapist, I like to talk my way through a reading.

Going back to the readings I did in June for a sec (feel free to skip the next few paragraphs if you didnt read those):

Two things that stood out for predictions that were interesting to me because they so specifically came out as something: The first was Jin, and I didn't think it made sense at all for right after he got out of the military service, he would go camping and be doing these activities and stuff and then they announced that he had that show where the first one he was camping and hiking lol. Take that with a grain of salt but that was kind of you know a little specific. The second is about Tae. When I did his reading, I specifically mentioned that I wasn't picking up the word lonely, I was picking up the word alone. And then on are you sure, he literally plays Jimins song “alone” and says that this is the song that he relates to the most and anybody who likes it best on the album would get him.

I really really like to do predictions so when I can validate something actually happened without somebody really reaching hard to try and say oh yeah that came true. But I thought those were two very specific examples of something I talked about and then much later it kind of comes up. Come on, Tae's is... interesting.

Jungkook's birthday reading:

For reference, I looked at the photo of JK that Jhope had uploaded to his IG (which is interesting as Jhope will come up a lot in this).

I'm sitting down to look at his spread but I thought it was kind of remarkable that he got so many court cards, all of them cup cards. And then when I did the clarifications using another deck again I got court cards but with the pentacles. Usually when there's a lot of court cards, people say that can mean multiple people are around or involved or whatever and that could be the case. I find court cards strange so I like to clarify them. And then when I see the seven of swords I always like to clarify it. I get that card a lot for him and sometimes Jimin. You know besides being a card about lie or gossip, it's a card about secrets or I also sometimes see it as a card where somebody's carrying a lot of painful things on their own or trying to do too much on their own. It can also be if you want to read it in a positive light being resourceful I guess but it still has that sneaky undertone. 

Also the back of the deck for the clarification card was the hierophant and that came out in the first deck. Point being when that happens it's creepy and it means there's some consistency. 

So let's look at the original deck and then we'll look at the oracles. We have page of cups, seven of swords, King of cups, hierophant. Back of deck is the night of cups plus the fool. Oracle cards are listen, dream, and communication at the back of the deck with an invitation behind it. 

You know what's funny is on the service this is the perfect combination for somebody who just eloped lol. We do have a theme set by the oracles, we have listen, communication, and dream. So there is already some sense of listening and talking and those conversations being about some type of wish or goal or dream. It's also giving a lot of water vibes in the sense of Pisces. The cups are a creative, sensitive, artistic energy. It could be that he is talking about music or working on music or thinking about music or having conversations with certain people about music and what he wants to do in the future. The fact that he has seven of swords could also be symbolic of BTS. The members tend to get a lot of sevens when I read for them. 

Honestly the first thing that comes to my mind when I look at the hierophant and the clarifiers even on kind of jumping ahead, is you know hierophant can also stand in for certain institutions whether it's a college or government. And the fact that it's being clarified by nine of cups which is that wish fulfillment or dream card or gold, and 10 of sores is an end to a cycle or something that's even a little bit difficult or painful. It would make me think that maybe this is conversations and thoughts about what's going to happen with the music after service. Maybe because it was his birthday, depending on if they stayed where they serve or if they got together with friends and family somewhere else or even if somebody like J-Hope was actually able to visit, they had these types of conversations briefly so that could be on his mind 

Another way to interpret that hierophant stuff could be you know I also see this card as a set of organized beliefs. It doesn't have to be religious or spiritual specifically, it can be just like a creed or you know principles or whatever beliefs you have as an individual. So it could be maybe like an end to a self-defeating belief or almost like if you had the tower card or the devil card I guess. And like some of those thoughts were getting in the way of a goal. It does make me wonder if it feels more like literally as in a real roadblock. Not necessarily a mental roadblock. But as in like yeah if you couldn't do something right now based on legality or procedure or a government body standing in the way. It could also be about conformity I suppose. But this card at least as I'm interpreting it now gives a sense of rigidity. Like a wall. And it's just in the way of some type of dream. It does feel temporary. It's kind of annoying. It feels like an obligation. But let's keep looking 

So page of cups, usually about communication or some type of offer, it could be a romantic offer. You could certainly interpret that from the amount of cups cards here. I don't really see it when I look into the clarification but that doesn't mean that there aren't conversations here happening about emotional commitment to something or someone. 

But I mean another interpretation because of the seven of swords could definitely feel like this person is keeping something hidden from somebody in their life or has a secret or is keeping a secret from someone that they're committed to. But I mean again because BTS is so attached to the number seven this could also simply be okay we know this is about communication, there are seven swords involved, so this could be carrying communication related to seven people. It is interesting that the person is carrying five and then there are two on the ground. So it could be about two people of the seven. It doesn't really matter. My overall impression is like literally people got together and started talking about the future and what BTS was going to do in terms of music lol. That would just be a guess. And if he was just hanging out with other members or hearing from them at this moment then that would make perfect sense right 

I also wonder if literally there was a conversation that happened recently where somebody was talking about a literal dream. Like it wouldn't surprise me if they could do a live, that JK would be like you know I had this dream and I was telling so-and-so the other day or this other member was telling me about a dream they had. Kind of like those conception dreams. It feels like you know even if it wasn't a dream, this person is visualizing something in the future so clearly that it feels like it could have been a dream, because it's being imagined so clearly like a movie. Or I guess like a painting I don't know what you want to say. So it's almost like an omen or prophecy. That's how they might have talked about it. I mean if J-Hope is getting out of the military soon, maybe they talked about his plans and some music ideas, I don't know if they can actually work on things while they are in service. Even in private to release later, so maybe JK might be collabing with J-Hope or was helping him write something. I did use the photo J-Hope put on his Instagram so it wouldn't surprise me if some connection comes through like that 

Having the king of cups too is definitely somebody who is very level-headed in their emotions and very sensitive very calm and cool and collected and could be extremely creative and emotionally mature. I think that some advice was given as well. Either somebody seeking advice about a music project or being given advice. Yeah definitely some type of conversation was had and then that was taken away somewhere like look at the seven of swords and it's almost like okay somebody gave advice and then maybe a person with secretly listening in or is just quietly taking in that advice or that conversation to use in the future or taking note. It just depends because seven of swords typically has a negative connotation but with BTS it's just so hard to tell what these damn seven cards. None of the other cards are negative except a 10 of swords later on. 

and plus you never know what they're doing that needs to be hidden or in secret because spoilers or other things. But some type of conversation was had and something was taken away from it. I guess maybe there's even a little bit of bitterness that happened because he can't work on something right away. Maybe there is some impatience. Which doesn't really match with the cups cards but seven of swords can be bitterness and carrying guilt even. 

And then the back of the deck was knight of cups which is you know slow action or progress being made toward a creative project or something related to love feelings relationships. Maybe there are a lot of new relationships happening, people he's meeting in the military, because it does seem like there are a lot of people around or more interactions and conversations happening. The fool behind it, can be like fun, innocent, adventurous, and pulsive, risk-taking. So there could be a sense of newness to whatever this conversation is. It doesn't feel like an old conversation like hey we're reminiscing about the past and what we used to do. It feels like reinventing. It would be like totally new projects and new music and thinking about new concepts. Really looking forward instead of backward 

Right so clarifications let's tie them and maybe that will help out too. Page of cups is clarified by the king of pentacles. This could be his energy because he has a fair amount of water and pentacles in his chart. It would make me think of a person who literally creates creative communication or somebody who's offering words as a form of commitment or sincerity, there's something very reliable and what is being said or done or produced. 

It does kind of feel a little bit too like an offering of a gift. Like a material gift, something that cost money. It could be a gift that he received. It could be I mean sure it could be like a material gift but it honestly feels like somebody gave him a song. Or somebody giving a song to somebody else as a gift. Because in the king of pentacles I feel like you know this is somebody who can literally create something physical but the thing that was given is a little bit of communication, a little bit of feelings, a little bit of creativity. So a combination would definitely seem like giving somebody your feelings but you happen to make it yourself so yes it feels like giving somebody a song or a really sincere piece of advice as an offering or gift 

To have the knight of pentacles come out to clarify the seven of swords. So the knight of pentacles is that earnest, slow, methodical progress toward something tangible usually. The fact that it's seven of swords could be a couple of different things. Such as slow progress on working on something by yourself, something that's been a bit difficult, or working on it in secret, the fact that it's seven could be that it's tied to a secret or hidden projects being worked on related to BTS. But more it's just a sense of doing some type of work or project but it's being hidden or it's not being revealed yet. I think. I might think something different once I read the other two cards because another negative option would be some type of communication about the work that they do being talked about but related to gossip or secrets. I'm not really getting anything negative from it so let's just keep it in the back of our minds 

The king of cups is clarified by 10 of pentacles. It's almost like the first king with the page of cups feeling. But somebody who is very stable emotionally or it's talking about emotional health because 10 of pentacles can be about physical health. So it's like somebody gave advice to somebody that's very coming from a place of being extremely emotionally mature or is trying to advise somebody on how to get to that place of feeling more solid emotionally 

Again it could also be related to making money off of creativity. Being not productive but someone who definitely makes money off of creative ventures, and not just that you can tell it's a creative field that involves communication and feelings which just brings it back to music for me 

The final card the hierophant, this is 10 of swords and nine of cups. I talked about this and I just think there's a cycle that will come to an end, it could be a belief, or it could even be that okay again I'm getting that somebody gave him advice or I mean he could be the one giving advice but I just get the sense somebody received advice right and it helped to end worries about something related to a future goal 

I'm still kind of confused about the seven of swords so I'm going to clarify again. You know this is the Taurus card it can also be related to financial things or domestic things. But I think they're all tied into one The idea of people who work in a creative industry that is also run by like money and business methods. And the people who are involved in that industry. I don't think this is something that usually comes up when you are serving or even with his cards since he's been serving so it definitely feels triggered by somebody that he was talking to recently. Whether that is J-Hope or another member or anybody else in the industry that he could have spoken with about a project. I'm not getting the sense that it's Jimin.

We know that they're serving together but I'm not really getting that they had this intense conversation about it maybe he was a part of it but I feel like somebody older came in and spoke to him and gave him hope. And the only person that makes sense to me would be j-hope if he was there because he's so close to the end of his service that he would be talking about the goals and things he wants to do and also giving advice to them about what it's going to be like for the next 9 months or whatever you know to get through it. And I think that conversation gave JK and anybody else that would have been there some hope because maybe they had some worries. So it feels like a very hopeful conversation. 

A very intellectual, mature, productive, logical, realistic conversation. Like as if J-Hope let's just say as an example he was able to visit them and hang out then just a voice of grounding and caring and empathizing but still a very mature I've been there and done that and this is how you deal with it. 

I could probably literally flip a card and ask you know who was hanging around and if the star card comes out we can all piss ourselves

Yes you could probably say something like somebody he's really close to oh probably an Aquarius oh somebody he works and collaborates with lol 

The star card is also affiliated with dreams and hopes and communication. So again we know that it's somebody that he has a close connection to and they were talking about something that they want to build a future goal etc 

Well if the cards are going to be super accurate today then I'm going to ask for another clarification card on the seven of swords. Also if this were to be about a romantic relationship which how would he even have time but it definitely about further building an intimate relationship together, and talking about their plans for the future. You could definitely read it that way, I'm interpreting it as work based on the other cards but there's also a lot of room for feelings and romance. But I just see this more as a conversation about people's dreams and what they can build for the future related to creative action and business 

But I guess you could also be talking about other relationships in the life related to that and intertwined into all of that as well and that would account for the secrets. You know stuff that we don't really need to know about because it's related to their personal lives 

I clarified the seven of swords and got 10 of swords and back of deck returned to Knight of cups and the fool

That's interesting because well we saw the ten of swords before so there is something difficult that is taking a while to cycle out and of course this can be military service 

I mean it's just a weird combination of things so it could also be something that somebody has been working on for a long time or working through for a long time, there's a sense of guilt or bitterness, it seems to be connected to the hierophant issues as well since we saw the ten of swords there too. 

I want to say I'm feeling like a four of pentacles vibe like holding on to something but that's not quite right. 

If I had to take a guess it just feels like a sigh of relief because this feels like something somebody was holding on to that was kind of eating them up on the inside or worrying them and it was impeding progress toward something. That or like somebody was making slow progress and it was painful but the reason why it was slow progress feels more like there are exterior things happening. Like those blocks. Like paperwork or legalities. But I guess I just don't know what it is because maybe it's really specific 

It doesn't feel like an emotional hang up like an eight of swords. It feels like a frustration. Like you know if you go to the DMV in the US and they want 80 million different documentation things to get through this. There's a sense of obligation and procedure here. But I think that was a topic of a conversation and somebody with mature experienced advice came in and said well this is how you deal with it or you just have to get through this and then you can focus on this but this is just something you have to do for now. 

It's funny because I keep getting these moments of the feeling and want to describe a situation or example. But I just hear JK sighing and like this keeps coming up and it's getting in the way of this. But it's not something long like the entirety of service it's something specific. Like I keep trying to apply for this thing but then they come back and they say on top of that I need to submit this other thing. So it's like weird but this person is very persistent. He's not giving up on it because it's difficult. It's just annoying 

It could even be something as simple as let's say you're working on a project, and you mostly know what you're doing with it but then you keep getting caught on one part of it. Say you're recording a song. And there's this one part of the song and you just can't get your voice right or you just can't get the right music together at that part. And you keep going back to it like day in and day out to try to fix it. Almost you know what it feels like lol this is exactly what I'm feeling like when you edit a video. It's a very tedious experience where you have to like stop and redo and look at it and then go over this 

I wonder if that's maybe the creative gift that's being given. Like somebody is editing a video. And then somebody gave advice on how to edit that video or they're talking through something like that. I can't think of anything else that would be as frustrating but you just have to like go through the process 

So I guess if I had to take a random guess anything related back to somebody creating a creative gift for somebody. It would be an edited video of something lol whether it's a music video or a travel video but or like GCF style things. So yeah it feels like a video project somebody's working on together. Could it be a song sure? But there's a level of technology involved. That of course could be about recording song but to me I'm really strongly feeling editing a video frustration. I used to edit AMVs when I was really young so I remember what that was like or even trying to put together social media videos. I it's interesting that the star comes out I'm just telling you. There could be something happening now in Aquarius but it makes me wonder if related to the edited video it's J-Hope. Although maybe it's being cheeky and like well you used a photo from jhopes Instagram 

It could even be that that little picture is going to be part of a video or was part of a video that somebody edited. For example hear me out whether it was J-Hope or Jimin because we know at least two of those people were there or were aware of what was going on for JK's birthday. Somebody edited a video and sent it to j Hope and then he kind of took that clip out of it. I'm just saying 

If it is something that's not personal and actually coming out, the only timing here that I see is related to next April or early May during taurus season. That timing came out twice, so did Aquarius. Because it's the star and I relate that back to online communication this could be another travel log or travel situation 

Maybe J-Hope was like I also want something like are you sure. It seems like when the members come out of military service they're going to produce their own show type content 

So maybe they shared advice on how that works. So my prediction would be something like maybe something related to J-Hope in terms of creative content will come out around Aquarius to Taurus season give or take. It would likely be a music video or a vlog. And JK might have given advice on editing or just a conversation that they had. 

I am very positive that this was J-Hope but I could be biased because I know he posted. But the two of cups and this three of pentacles together that came out with the star. There is such affection here that it's just like gross lol 

This is exactly how I would imagine any of the younger members to feel about J-Hope. It's just like complete admiration and trusts and optimism even but like very business-like. I'm not surprised because this is also how I feel about J-Hope 

So overall yeah I mean I think if he talked to or met with any of the members over his birthday, they had a pretty intense or serious or productive conversation about an upcoming project related to music and or editing a video or a travel series or whatever. It feels very focused. Sometimes I get his cards and he's all like play play let's have a good time and live in the moment but this feels very focused on work and producing something that also has a creative element. There was some advice exchanged in the conversation, very level-headed, very experienced in this type of thing. There's also a feeling of newness as in if it's a music video or an album there's a really interesting and modern concept which is something I also associate with J-Hope. Like his last album to me had music I had never even heard of so he's very innovative in the sounds that he comes up with or the looks so I am pretty sure this would be a project that he's working on. I don't think it's possible for him to collab on a song with JK by then but that doesn't mean that JK didn't help. I don't know if he can even provide his voice for songs in the background but he definitely helped with something in relation to that. Like describing how something should be song or helping with lyrics 

You might find that the project could relate to words like dream or something about the future, being innovative, how something new is being tried, like something completely different 

Very serious birthday topics. Maybe they got drunk afterward but mostly it just feels like people talking shop 

And I imagine if they did talk about work in projects like that that JK would have gotten excited and inspired and thought about his own ideas for a while but mostly overall this just seems to describe a conversation and interaction specifically with in my mind it's absolutely jhope lol 

But could it be somebody else? Sure. Could it not be about J-Hope at all and be about a romantic relationship. That's a possibility but when I look at the three of pentacles and all these pentacles I am relating it more to work relationships very close work relationships. I mean sure you can interpret three of pentacles as building a romantic relationship with somebody like you talk about living together or something. That doesn't really feel like a conversation to be had at this moment in time but sure. I'm not saying that. To me it's sensitive emotionally mature advice that probably relates to creative projects and how to accomplish them. 

The only thing that comes to mind in terms of past projects is on. I know the members seem to really gravitate toward that song and so did fans. And I'm not saying on is particularly innovative or something anybody is trying to recreate but I feel like in that conversation somebody could have gone oh you mean like on. 

That could mean that the project particularly relates to dancing. 

I guess it could even be related to the past where I think Jhope's series came out and he was with that other dancer and they talked. I don't remember when that came out. But anyway so I am getting flashes of a creative project that requires a lot of editing and dancing elements and innovation, maybe colors as well especially blues pinks greens yellows. Like graffiti, fashion 

Anyway that's all I got. If I have my cards, I will try to do a Jimin birthday reading but… lol.

Common questions I get with my editing service I will respond to in these bullet points.

I charge by every 300 words and cap at 100,000 words on my listing. If you have a project that is longer than that, negotiations are available.

I communicate at a rate of 2 to 3 times weekly depending on how long your project is and send you updates as I go. Shorter projects may end up getting a once weekly as the short stories I've edited tend not to need as much back and forth. Communication is via email.

I edit based on spelling, grammar, tone, and anything you as the author make preferences towards.

EVERYTHING IS CONFIDENTIAL. I make contracts with those I work with to ensure that their work is only shared between me and the writer. You receive a legal copy of this contract for your records as I work with you. I also keep the contracts in my records.

hey, so, hi. I'm Elsa. I have type-1 diabetes, which requires a lot of very expensive medication and equipment to keep in check. This Christmas Party Was So Fun That Now I’m a Communist, by Brennan Lee Mulligan

Highlights:

[I] thought to myself, “This is the most fun I’ve ever seen anyone have. ... This is… so great. This is… completely fucked.”

This party cannot be allowed to happen again. It was too much fun! No human being can justify having that much fun. There is an indirect but tangible connection between my family’s inability to purchase health insurance, and the quality of the hors d’oeuvres at this party. The world that makes my childhood friends go on large, unnecessary detours to get a shot at their dreams is the same world that heaps largely unappreciated splendors on these party-goers. It’s not an intuitive conclusion to draw, but when you think about it, the reason this chocolate truffle tastes so good is that my brother and I went to a state school. The reason this champagne is on the house is that the house is largely on Africa, South America and rural India.

This party is so much goddamned fun and it has to be stopped.

I wondered if I had been too harsh. Perhaps there was some kind of justice to all of this that I, as the malnourished, hayseed-child of the working poor, could not fully comprehend.

In that moment, I knew that I would never again experience a party this fun. Because the next time I was at a party this fun, I’d be burning it to the ground, holding high the banner of the revolution.

If you had guessed there would be a fortuneteller at this party, you would have been dead wrong. Because there were two fortunetellers at this party.

This party was so insane, extravagant and incredible that the hosts hired not one, but two separate soothsayers. The services of two women capable of piercing space and time with their minds were required for this shindig. Next to one of the three fully-stocked open bars, there was a woman wearing a bird on her head who was reading palms. And downstairs, in a hallway filled with ancient Buddhist art recovered during the Chinese invasion of Tibet, there was a Romani woman giving Tarot card readings. I mean, take your pick, really. Do you prefer the occult prognostications of cartomancy, or the intimate and personal revelations of the mysteries of your own goddamned hand? Because this party had both.

This party was so far off the fucking chain that you could have one of two magic women tell you what was going to happen to you in your future. And if you didn’t like what she said, you could get a second opinion, and never be more than thirty feet away from a fondue pot.

There was also a magician in a tuxedo walking around doing sleight of hand tricks. So to reiterate: Three different wizards were working at this party.

This party was the most fun anyone has ever had. And something needs to be done about it.

I arrived at the party as they were still setting up. The penthouse, located a few blocks from the eastern edge of Central Park, was in a word "palatial." It felt like I had stepped out of the gilded, art deco elevator into the distant palace of some Caliph at the height of the Ottoman Empire, were it not, I should add, for the many Christmas decorations being put up by an army of party planners. Pine garlands the length of city buses, with the circumference of an elephant’s leg, wrapped around marble banisters on staircases that ascended to impossible balconies overlooking Park Avenue. Shelves lined with ancient and powerful scotches, first edition books beyond reading, paintings and sculptures by artists so French that, were I to whisper their names, I would first need to buy a Rosetta Stone app. And all of this was being slathered in artisanal glass ornaments, gilded candles, sprigs of holly and every other thing that turns the darkest part of the year into the hap-happiest season of all. Guys, this party made the trailer for The Great Gatsby look like the strip mall parking lot where two divorced parents meet to exchange their children.

In the scraps and shreds of memory that come to me from that wild night of celebration, I remember certain landmarks. As guests exited an elevator that opened directly into the foyer of the apartment, they were greeted by butlers holding glasses of bellinis, champagne and sparkling water. They walked to a floor of waitered tables and a small dance floor, while being serenaded by a rotating cast of singers and pianists. These areas were overlooked by balconies with performers and entertainers of various stripes and shades, and from these balconies led hallways that arrived at various catered dining rooms and seating areas, all cozy, lovely and intimate, all just the right size to see that, yes, other people were having fun, but not too many other people were having too much fun too close by. And throughout it all, guests were bombarded with trays of lobster, caviar and truffle oil brioche canapés.

This party was like if the Dalai Lama and Elrond Half-Elven owned a castle together, and had decided to throw a birthday party for Santa Claus. More money than I have yet made in my life was spent on this party. It was immediately the most fun I’ve ever had, and within minutes, I was deeply unsettled.

As the immaculately dressed and bejeweled guests wended their way to banquet tables of delicious food and various dance floors, they were lit from not a single actual light bulb. I don’t know when I realized it, but aside from candlelight and the glow of the city through the windows, there was not a single visible source of light in the entire party. “Why do the rich find light bulbs so distasteful?” I thought. Every light had been tucked, hidden or sequestered from view, ensconced in little cubbies or stowed underneath cabinets, so that a warm glow filled everything, and you couldn’t tell how or from where. It became almost maddening as soon as I recognized it. Where is all this light coming from? Is this why I’m poor? Too much direct light?

While I was trying to piece this together, the music had once again changed, and I peered from the balcony where I was standing, to see the hired singer and pianist walk from the small raised stage with its rented Steinway through the doors into a literal servants’ quarters, like in Downton-motherfucking-Abbey. AND THERE WAS A PARTY IN THERE! A separate party for people working at the first party! The performers, jugglers, soothsayers and probably sex-workers that had been hired by the hosts had a separate catering group attending solely to their needs. This party was so dope, it was spawning sub-parties to bolster the spirits of workers for what I’m now calling “The Motherparty.”

I ducked into the servants’ party to discover that one of the singers had a day-job at the New York Metropolitan Opera. This Christmas party was so fucking great, that one of the 16 people they hired to sing in one of the rooms is a professional Opera singer at the Met.

I began to notice how many people were working at this party. There were the many performers and entertainers, and a fleet of photographers, separate from the gentlemen running the rented photo booth, which swarmed all night with beautiful young women immortalizing their splendor. One such woman was photographed while instagramming herself in front of the photo booth, which is maybe how wormholes are created. There were business staff, house staff, building staff, the host’s personal and executive assistants, custodians, and caterers, all of whom disappeared into grey hallways, designed to be ugly but also kind of invisible, a place where the help disappeared to. When you’re rich, you can afford to have sections of your home into which you never go.

As I watched the quick, nervous movements of the help, I began to look at who was actually attending the party. I ate my free lobster and furrowed my brow. These people probably didn’t even call their free lobster “free lobster.” They probably just called it “lobster.”

I watched the beautiful children of the rich mingle and converse. Young, gay men so fabulous that I couldn’t even tell you the most basic elemental details of what they were wearing. Possibly a fabric? Maybe not. It could have been a ceramic. I just don’t have the facts. Some young Ivy League dudes, pupating senators and ambassadors. The young women were gorgeously dressed, adorned with jewels, and so beautiful that they seemed photo-shopped in person. It would be easy to write off these airbrushed debutants as vapid, but they weren’t. They all had sharp, predatory eyes and laughed quickly and with fierce intelligence. They were ubermensches, as much the daughters of their bloodthirsty, corporate fathers as their supermodel mothers. These stunning women would spend the rest of their ball-gowned lives handing out their fathers’ likely ill-gotten fortunes to worthy charities, and going to parties just like this one.

From a distance, it was hard to tell the mothers and the daughters apart. Rich women don’t age, they just desiccate. Their jewelry, hair, gowns, even their posture and attitude all stay the same as their elegant, somewhat more humid daughters. A rich young woman and a rich old woman, standing next to each other, kind of look like a snake having perfectly shed its skin.

The old men were by far the most diverse bunch. Old billionaires wear whatever the fuck they want. One man wore a maroon, velvet, three-piece suit and a paisley cravat, and he must have been sweating in it, but I couldn’t tell because he had doused himself in a cologne that I’m going to call “A Million, Billion Different Kinds Of Fruit, by Calvin Klein.” There were two shaven-headed men of Caucasian descent, wearing black hakama robes and some kind of pendants. They had white socks and sandals, and from the way people were bowing to them, I’m guessing they were some kind of religious officials, but I can’t be quite sure. Whatever faith they practiced, it wasn’t Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, Sikhism, Baha’i, Taoism, Shinto, Confucianism, Voodoo, Wicca or the Dreamtime Faith of the Aboriginal Shamans. If I had to guess, I would say they were either members of the Illuminati, or we are living in the Matrix and they are priests from the remaining human city in the real, outer world.

I don’t know what religion they were from. Do we get why that’s scary? Aside from the fact that a vast chunk of my education centered on world religions and mythology, religions really want you to know about them. That’s their whole business model. They tell you why things are the way they are and then you give them money. So the fact that there’s a religion that I’m too poor to know about is deeply troubling.

These rich old billionaires were the kindest, sweetest old gents. In conversations I overheard more than once, a man worth more than my entire extended family (which is Irish and therefore vast and mighty) talked about another man at the party as “just being the sweetest soul,” or referred to a cupcake at a certain café as “sinfully seductive.” And I realized, these men may have been cutthroat sharks before, or they may have inherited their fortunes, but none of that matters now. They won. They won life. They are lions that, having killed enough gladiators, are now left gloriously alive to become old and toothless. The host of the party had an entire wall covered in plaques and trophies. I read most of them, and still couldn’t tell you what he did for a living. Because whatever he had done, he certainly didn’t need to do it anymore. His accomplishments referenced his humanitarianism, his civic heroism and his contributions to culture and civilization. So whether or not this man had worked at Bain Capital gutting companies in the American Heartland didn’t matter, because he had rescued a bunch of Tibetan art and now he was kissing other billionaires on both cheeks and saying, “Tom, I’m in love with you!” because who gives a fuck, I’m rich!

I watched these crazy old holiday wizards and their jeweled scarab wives, their Oxford sons and Cambridge daughters, and thought to myself, “This is the most fun I’ve ever seen anyone have. Louis the XVI would've shit a brick if he'd ever thrown a party this good. This is… so great. This is… completely fucked.”

I began to notice that people were looking at me funny. For a moment I became scared that they realized I was poor. Perhaps I had used the wrong fork, or a moth had flown in lazy spirals out of my wallet, or my toes had popped out of the holes in my shoes. But then I realized it was my expression that was drawing looks. I looked flabbergasted and astounded. And they didn’t.

That’s when I realized it. These motherfuckers weren’t going to the best party of their lives. They weren’t even necessarily going to the best party of their week. Who knows? Maybe one of these plutocrats was sneering at the lack of a third fortuneteller. “No augur divining mysteries from the movement of birds? No oracle breathing poison and screaming prophesies? You call this a Christmas Party!”

Well fuck that!

The last singer finished a tear-jerking rendition of Ave Maria, and the DJ came out. A man who looked like a young, handsome Santa Claus wheeled out his holly-studded turntable and then killed it. Every song he played was fucking perfect. Cecilia. Signed, Sealed, Delivered. Rescue Me. This goddamned DJ could do no wrong. And the patricians began to dance.

And oh how they danced. I used to think that only we poor, starving bohemians could truly dance with the hedonism and reckless abandon of our pagan ancestors. I was WRONG, guys. Starving artists don’t dance with reckless abandon. We dance like we’re trying to forget that the rent is past due. We dance to sweat off that last box of Annie’s Mac & Cheese. We dance to trick the endorphins into healing our tired, unkempt bodies.

The rich, however, dance as if possessed by Pan himself. The young and old alike gyrated, wiggled and bounced like they had not a care in the world. Sorry, let me rephrase that. The young and old alike gyrated, wiggled and bounced BECAUSE they had not a care in the world. And it was magical. Every face beamed with glorious jubilation. I saw five separate people fall in love that night, and I know it’s going to work out, because of just how good that party was. It was the most magical night I have ever witnessed, and so help me God, I will toil unyieldingly to ensure it never happens again.

For a brief moment I surveyed the upper balcony. The host and his wife smiled gaily, singing along and dancing. They looked so serene. So happy. And I saw the host turn, and start handing out tip money to the staff. $50 bills flew from his fingers into the waiting hands of the army of party workers. And they thanked him for his kindness. And he was kind. He was a kind man, this white-suited oligarch. In that moment, I wondered if I had been too harsh. Perhaps there was some kind of justice to all of this that I, as the malnourished, hayseed-child of the working poor, could not fully comprehend.

The caterers left the hall, and the DJ stopped.

That’s when I noticed that while the dance party had been happening, a Pinkberry and a Wafels & Dinges had both opened inside the penthouse.

Let me say that again.

A Pinkberry and a Wafels & Dinges both had their grand openings during and inside this party. Two, miniature, satellite restaurants with mobile service stations, serving free food, staffed by uniformed employees, with their full assortment of products, had sprouted up within the span of ten minutes. For every fortuneteller in this party, there was a restaurant in this party. And the choir sang. And the people ate. And the champagne flowed. And the two fortunetellers ordered extra nutella on their wafels & dinges. And the velvet suit fruit man hugged a young gay boy wearing a scarf with the whole Bhagavad Gita written on it and whispered, “We are never, ever going to die.”

In that moment, I knew that I would never again experience a party this fun. Because the next time I was at a party this fun, I’d be burning it to the ground, holding high the banner of the revolution.

HELLO HELLO congrats on 280 followers :D can I request a matchup? (I'm bi so any and all genders are fine)

personality-wise I'm rather introverted irl and pretty chill but when I'm comfortable with someone I talk a lot and my conversations can be fast paced or go into deep topics depending on the person I'm conversating with. But I get tired when interacting for too long (social battery problems). I have a "if it happens, it happens" mentality. I also am bad at expressing my emotions and weaknesses lol even in romantic relationships I tend to bully my love interest and I'm very awkward with lovey dovey things irl. Ah also I am always tired and I am addicted to caffeine.

For hobbies I guess I write? That's mostly it tbh lol I really like cool rocks (crystal collector hehe), tarot and interesting products (makeup with interesting designs, nice smelling perfume or soaps, etc). As for dislikes I don't like foul smelling things like cigarettes, people in general and tedious work. My love language is mostly acts of service and sometimes gift giving.

My type is someone who is willing to go the extra mile to understand me and listen to me while not forcing me to do things out of my comfort zone. I think I prefer someone who I can banter with at times whether it's like teasing or harmless bullying. Also someone who is open to physical touch but specifically hugging and cuddling.

miko is actually quite chill as well! she likes to tease you most of the time and plays along with your bullying

she tries her best to understand how you feel if you cant explain them, she can read you very well

miko takes care of you when you’re tired. she would bring you some of your favorite food, or you two would stay at the cat island in inazuma to rest

since miko is experienced with editing some books, she can help you improve with writing! one of her favorite things you two would do is stay at the shrine and have snacks on the side as you start writing

she loves to listen to your interests! when you two are doing nothing but talk about what you like, even if you start rambling, she listens and listens until your done. she sneaks in some of her opinions or playful remarks as well

miko is fine with pda, if its not your thing, thats no problem! she can cuddle with you or give you affection in private. if its getting too akward for your liking, she’ll try her best to adjust

again, zhongli absolutely loves hearing you ramble. something about you talking about this crystal you saw the other day, or about how you found this pretty cafe with good smelling coffee

he loves how you show so much loves for your interests. so whenever he sees you smile when he gives you gifts? oh my god he melts
