#who wouldve thought that doing things my therapist told me to do so that i could feel better before going to sleep actually helps :D#i was really pissed cause they did some pretty big schedule changes in my masters degree and they didnt even take our situation in consider#-tion#so now all my plans for this school year are ruined :D ๐#but luckily i had already made plans for tomorrow with my friends and i kept thinking about how fun its gonna be#so it made me feel better overall and now im focusing on how my masters thing was something completely out of my control and getting mad#isnt gonna change anything#but since today i did a lot of cleaning up in my room (and i was so proud of myself about it) and ive also made cool plans for tomorrow#those 2 things that are within my reach are really nice and they make me happy#so YAY :D#i just needed to be furious for a few hours now im better#this feels so so much better than still being super angry at this shitty situation#thank you maturing thank you therapy#a few years ago im not sure if i wouldve been able to genuinely do this
