Just came across this bit of party banter in BG3 and like damn its really interesting in terms of Wyll's character, but just not explored at all beyond this (that I'm aware of). This triggers when you're outside of the (thieves) Guild Hall

Wyll: Odd - I'd expect a Flaming Fist or four to be stationed nearby. Jaheira: They stick to sunnier streets. Heavens forbid they disrupt any of that Guild business they're so well-paid to ignore, hm? Wyll: The Fist aren't what they used to be. Jaheira: I grieve to tell you, Wyll, they never were.

His father, who he holds in such high regard, was the head of a flaming fist. And he's definitely very idealistic about the whole thing, and would have been really interesting to see that explored further...

no but i think i said somewhere how complicated they are haha

goat has mixed feelings for wolf because they're still really angry at wolf for what happened in the past (they need someone to blame since the bishops aren't here anymore) but wolf is also the only person that knows them well enough that they feel kinda safe with him.

on the other hand wolf is really people pleaser... he feels guilty for what happend to goat and ofthen let them do and treat him ovewer they want without complaining (but i think he would react if goat really exagerate with their vendetta)

so yeah is this whole mess... maybe they can get fixed
