just had to ramble somewhere (idve made it a read more but im on mobile lol sorry folks)

dabi shouldn't have talked about hawks murdering best jeanist in the video :/ if he didnt trust hawks then he shouldnt have trusted that he really killed best jeanist and now the public's faith is gonna be restored a lil bit when they see best jeanist is still alive

but!!! does this mean bakugou's hero name will be revealed soon? this arc just keeps on giving 😭😭

i wonder if that was really touya's jaw bone? i wonder what else it couldve been?? i really want to see how touya deteriorated from energetic precious bean to burning in a park, wanna see how bad enji really has been

it's always frustrating when the villains actually have good points :/ as much as theyre bad and the innocent people theyve killed and chaos theyve wrought makes them hard to redeem (if that's what horikoshi's gonna try to achieve?), i cant say i disagree with their motive and hero society definitely needs to Be Better (but murder is 100000% NOT the way to go about it)

that being said, it strikes me as interesting that dabi is clearly aware of this fact and is weaponizing his choice to be irredeemable just for the sole fact of bringing endeavour down, like this guy cant help but revolve everything around his abuser, and was 100p ready to die using prominence burn if it was gonna take out endeavour (and shouto, probably) along with him

i hope we hear more of hawks's story; it's no wonder endeavour was his hero if his father was a villain that got put away by endeavour... i also wonder how exactly it ties in with him being trained from a young age, and if the commission really is as bad as the fandom suspects it is

going back to what im wondering about possible villain redemptions--i cant help but feel like i want them to be redeemed, but id probably also be bummed out about it because twice never got that :( like id love it if touya somehow ended up back with the todorokis and reconciling with shouto and that enji really is Better and they can all heal as a family, but im also not sure i can see it ever going that way and that this whole series wont end with all the villains dying (except possibly spinner and toga, who are still young enough that them deciding to side with the heroes wouldnt be as surprising--if spinner could see that there are heroes with physical mutation quirks that use it for good, if toga sees that izuku and ochako are willing to give her a chance... in contrast, i really dont see how touya, who clearly has such a personal vendetta and literal burning hatred for his father (and probably shouto), could decide it might be okay to turn sides, and at most i see him making a life-sacrificing move to choose to protect his father and/or brother (and/or his other family members, mb esp natsuo) after having some sort of epiphany and realizing maybe he doesn't want then to die)

after all this though, im still the most sad about twice :((( i really wish he couldve lived and healed and been happy and joined society and i know his life is one of the whole points about hero society not being the paragon that it paints itself but still

and i bet hawks is never gonna get over the fact that he had to kill twice too :'(

anyways cant wait for the next chapter but it's gonna be two weeks ahhhhh but im living for the todoroki drama and i really hope bakugou's hero name comes within the next three chapters

OK, I’M NERVOUS AND EXCITED RN AND I’M REALLY SORRY FOR MY POSSIBLE BAD ENGLISH. There’s gonna be a wall of text. I hope it’s readable.

As I said before, Izuku doesn’t meet All Might after saving Kacchan. He returns home, feeling sad, and Inko notices this (especially when there are fewer posters on the walls of her son’s room every day). So after a few days, she finds a martial arts school and tells Izuku about it.  Inko apologizes for not supporting him then, but wants to help her son achieve his dream. (Lots of hugs and happy tears).

One day on his way home from martial arts school Izuku accidentally met Neito. Izuku was sitting in an almost empty train, muttering about his teacher’s Quirk and taking notes. Neito was near to him.

“Are you Quirk analyser or something?” Izuku startled.

“Uh, um, no? I-it’s just a stupid hobby…”

“’Stupid’?! That’s amazing if you’re good at it!”They have a talk, and Neito ask Izuku to meet again, because Neito needs a second look at his Quirk. They exchange numbers and go home.

Sometimes they meet each other at cafe and Neito insists on buying Izuku something for help. Some weeks/months after they become friends.

Some more time later Neito sees Kacchan for the first time and finds out about Izuku’s Quirklessness. Friends are still friends! Neito strongly hates Izuku’s ‘friend’. He offers Izuku to protect him from Katsuki, but Izuku refuses (he is not weak or fragile, and Katsuki is not… THAT bad as he seems). 

—Time Skipping—

During the Entering Exam Izuku meets Hitoshi. Both can do nothing with robots. Hitoshi tells Izuku about his Quirk so he could stop being annoying, but it doesn’t work. Even after using his Quirk on Izuku for a sec or two isn’t working.

In GenEd they’re slowly becoming friends (it’s hard for Hitoshi to believe this all friendship is real). Both preparing for the Sport Festival together! And, because Izuku is never silent, Hitoshi sends him cat’s pictures (it is the only thing that makes Izuku silent for a while). Neito and Hitoshi don’t talk much. (Also Hitoshi knows that Izuku is Quirkless but often forgets about it).

Neito and Izuku’s fight. Since they entered the U.A. Neito was… a little bit overprotective when he saw Katsuki and Izuku in the same hall. It was like a reminder to Izuku that he is weak, fragile, useless (he’s not anymore). Yes, Kacchan thinks about him like that too, but he at least doesn’t treat him like a  porcelain doll. So they have a talk about it. Hitoshi’s here to prevent Izuku from punching Neito’s face.

Neicchan’s Quirk Analysis has some extra notes for Neito.

I'm still thinking about the Sport Festival Arc. Current thoughts: Izuku and Hitoshi get third place, they have an internship with Aizawa before being transferred to 1-A (Izuku and Hitoshi had a choice between EraserHead and Vlad King). I also have no idea about hero names yet… But Izuku and Katsuki’s relationships are slowly getting better as they can be. They call each other by their names. No more Deku and Kacchan.

Izuku and Neito make up like… a bit after Hero-Killer Arc? or before/during/after Training Camp Arc.

I’m still thinking about other details…

Also Overhaul might be interested in Izuku? Since he doesn’t have this Quirk disease.

boku no hero academia: todoroki graphic: this is a graphic that i am extremely proud of (despite its simplicity)! i remember i stayed up till 3 am to make my first graphic edit, and then after waking up i decided to bombard photoshop with random graphics due to a sudden spurt of creativity (which has not returned since). i definitely still have a lot to learn with graphics, but i’m really happy of the way this one turned out (and also love the font on this one because picking a good font is one of my greatest struggles with graphic making). 

acca: 13-ku kansatsu-ka gifset: i absolutely loved the fluid animation and the aesthetic of this scene! at the time there was still a 2 mb limit on gifs so it was a struggle to capture all of the motion, but i’m glad it turned out pretty to look at :’)

boku no hero academia: todoroki gifset: okay so if you couldn’t tell i love this boy so much haha but i really liked how the colors came out! there is a glaring mistake in the frames of the second gif (but shhh don’t tell anyone) that it made me want to redo the entire gif, but by the time i first noticed it, the post was spreading around so i gave up on the idea

dragon ball super: android 17 gif: this was originally supposed to be 2 gifs, but i think this is around the time when they extended the gif limit to 3 mb so it ended up working out that i could make one whole gif! i was hyped that android 17 came back to kick butt (and again loved the animation) so this is what the end result is. i love the coloring of this one too!

cardcaptor sakura gifset: so i think this was around the time when the clear card arc was announced to be getting an anime adaptation, so i began to rewatch the series! (spoiler alert: only made it up to episode 2 and then got majorly distracted) i wanted to get my hands on making gifs for the series because i was excited so this ended up happening. looking at these now, there would be a couple things i would change with the coloring like taking out some red but i still like how it looks overall!
