#lidan#li dan#李诞#chinese comedy#i love the floating text stuff and other effects but the ai doesnt translate them (but then again the ai doesnt translate much of anything)#so i pause and translate a lot of stuff for myself#so this ends up being much more language learning than something on viki where real humans have done good subs#also: i had deleted my handwriting app on my work phone and just now i have discovered that google translate lets you handwrite#except it doesnt wait for you! if you pause too long its like 'you are finished: this is the character' and youre like NOO i wasnt done#so it forces you to handwrite really fast and using the correct stroke order#so its fabulous for practice actually
