As someone with chronic issues relating to my hands, really it is all joints but I find they're among the worst, I keep returning to those who utilize more close hand to hand combat or their hands being the focus of their quirk accumulating a lot of hobbies centered around the hands.

Crotchet is the one thing I always come back to, I personally crotchet and knit because because I enjoy it but I find it does help with my hands, so I see it as something many students who primarily need their hands pick up eventually. It is less the actual act itself, nor even the end product, any really care about but the fact it is movement for their hands, it is using them in a manner that they may not in active combat or their downtime, prompting them to think about their hands more.

The primary person I always come back to is Izuku, and for good reason. I am fully of the mind he has limited mobility and chronic pain in his hands, while his constant note taking does help to a degree it can make it worse with holding his hand in that same position for extended periods of time, and there are days he simply can not hold a writing implement at all. With crotchet and knitting you are aware of your hands, how tightly you hold the yarn, where you hold the needle or hook, how to move them, whereas writing it is nearly always the same position and pressure, I also see Izuku being a fast, messy writer to get it down quickly so he rarely stops which only worsens the issue over time.

In general I also just see Izuku doing a lot with his hands, absentmindedly cracking his knuckles, the fast open and close action, shaking them out, pulling at his fingers, they are a focus without him realising all in an unconscious bid to keep them moving and assure himself that he has movement in them. I also do see him having trigger finger as it is caused by repetitive motion and overuse of the fingers, though I do see it as an issue most who focus on hand to hand deal with, thus leading to his fingers clicking when he is fiddling with them.

I just have many thoughts especially of those around him learning the signs, gently intervening when he has been at something too long and know his hands need the break, holding his hand when his fiddling has become too much and they notice the clicking that comes with trigger finger, the silent retrieval of compression gloves when they realise Izuku is wincing each time he moves his hands just a bit too much or pressing a mug of tea into them because they know the heat will help. But also Izuku getting into those crafts under the guise of it will allow him to continue with his range of movement in his hands yet his friends find the end product sitting on their bed or tucked into a corner somewhere he knows they'll find it, a little note of appreciation tucked into the folds because of course Izuku knows what they're doing, has known since day one, but it has become this little routine and saying anything out loud feels like it'll break it.

Joke aside, I do think Eraserhead likes his students, he’s just terribly demanding of them because of his... troublesome history with the superhero system. Does he train Shinsou on his work hours, though? There might be an issue with that as he’s not part of Class 1-A (yet) so spending that much time on training a kid instead of his own students might get Aizawa in trouble. My personal headcanon is that Nezu doesn’t mind because Mineta is inevitably going to get expelled and they’ll need another student to replace him.

I think Kaminari’s still correct. The Nobel prize does not reward mathematicians because that field does not directly and immediately help Humanity in a practical, applicable way (this policy has been criticized over the years and does not reflect my own views on the matter).

The backstory I imagined for this is that Endeavor wanted to build up his image as a “family values” superhero because that was the one thing he could do that All Might couldn’t. So his plan was to coerce his wife and children into playing fictionalized versions of themselves in a family sitcom he produced, wrote and directed himself. An unholy mix of “Full House” and “Keeping up with the Kardashians”. He chose to film it in Bolivia because he heard that country had a special tax loophole which allowed him not to pay child actors (in that case, his own children). However Bolivian law required Endeavor to produce the TV series under a Castillian name rather than a Japanese one. Annoyed, Endeavor simply opened a dictionary and looked for words beginning with “Tod-”. Hence “¡Todavía todos Todoroki!” was born... and cancelled after only one episode. Endeavor considers one of the most shameful failures of his career and turns red at the mere mention of it. However the pilot episode did not fall into obscurity as Endeavor as hoped. Instead it has developed a cult following similar to Tommy Wiseau’s “The Room”. Fans post memes of the ridiculous TV pilot all over the Internet and perform reenactment during live viewings. Natsuo sometimes attends them to recount his miserable experience filming the pilot and to throw some shade at his father. Shouto is however too young to remember the shoot as it was produced during his enfancy (when Enji was still trying to “make the marriage work”).

Plot twist: Dabi is not a Todoroki but started believing he was one because he read conspiracy theories on the Internet. Shouto and Rei also subscribe to the theory which involves a complex plot of Enji/Endeavor hyponitizing them to make them forget what Touya actually look like, and hiring an actor to play Touya. Heroes and villains have to make an alliance of circumstances to sit Dabi and the Todorokis down for an intervention and help the real Touya explain he’s not an actor.

Izuku decided to do a wardrobe tour and like 4 things were bloodstained which he never addressed. The most popular comment was what happened, which of course he never answered.

Izuku does these new year (like all of the questions from last year) or milestone Q+A’s/AMA's which are basically people just asking a bunch of the things he wouldn't answer or address before. A lot of his viewers write down and timestamp when he does something and doesn't address it. If you don't you'll never hear an answer.

At like 4AM a thought hit Izuku to have Trash Bandit meet Kouta for the first time and learn what his sheep talks about and what he has to say. Needless to say he took his camera, went to UA, stormed the dorms, went up to the shy kid sheep in hand, looked him dead in the eye, and asked “What is my sheep saying.” bandit speaks and Kouta goes from confused and slightly scared to disgusted and horrified. Izuku loves analysis and while he doesn't do it for heroes anymore when he misses it too much sometimes he does it with tv shows or other things.

Idk what yet but Izuku is weirdly good at something and only showed it on camera once. (He's casually known to be a good artist) Whatever he's good at he did it once for a video and it's in one of the most popular compilation videos of him. 15 minutes of Izuku being a cinnamon roll.

Izuku has a shit ton of videos featuring the UA kids. He has some playlists dedicated to certain ones even if all you see is the back of their head.

Any proceeds Izuku manages to get (he is popular but he gets demonetized a lot) goes to different charities for the quirkless.

He made only 1 serious cooking video on his birthday, but instead of using a knife he used an axe.

He has a video called “My sharp things (tour)” where he just shows off all of his knives and axes and shit along with a massive pair of scissors he got Momo to make.

Izuku makes videos of himself destroying endeavor merch while staring at the camera.
