#creation of insomnia#so far the online diagnoses are *drumroll* severe depression 🫥 mild anxiety 😢 adhd unlikely 😀 bipolar negative 😃#low/no risk for psychosis 😄 ptsd positive 😁 at risk for eating disorder 😆#im not surprised abt the results except for risk for ED. huh. thats interesting#and im kind of proud for not scoring high on anxiety. a few years back it was worse#but of course. thats just some silly online test i cant trust but i cant sleep and i was thinking bad thoughts again
