like a berry unknowingly rolling into the reclining jaws of a centuries starved bear that’s drooling per conditioning, you comfortably settle right next to her heartbeat, those black nails sending shivers down your spine in electric shocks of warning as she spookily tugs them down your back.

her words always seem so elusive, so teasingly endearing they hardly feel sincere — almost as if sweetened words that spill from her lips come as easily as the breath from her frigid body. one thing that couldn’t lie, most unfortunately to arlecchin’s interest, was her heart.

the way it beat so clearly and loudly against your ear, it was hard not to giggle. of course, the ever perceptive arlecchino mumbled something incoherent about your perceived insolence and shoved your face right between her breasts to stop you from peeking directly into her heart. despite you clearly being in it already.

I'm going to preface this by saying you can write whoever you want however you want and no one is gonna stop you; heck, it likely won't even affect your likes and stuff. These are my personal peeves stemming from character portrayal <3 Characters A-D

Albedo ;; He isn't very heavily emotive; He is shown to approach almost everything from a logical/analytic standpoint!! My guy expressed concern with the most nonchalant voice, so he clearly does care, just not in an expressive/passionate way

Alhaitham ;; Similar to Albedo, but slightly more expressive! He clearly has things/people that he values, and his own ways of showing care differ from societal norms, which is why he comes across as cold and indifferent!! Even the vulnerability that comes slowly with trust isn't immediately obvious, but this is definitely something that's interesting to explore in works⎯ Would he change the way he feels comfortable expressing himself into something else for you? Would you want him to?

No. Clorinde does not deserve any of those, even if hatred panged your heart, you knew that she deserves none of it. She was always organized, she always knows what to do. She's just... perfect.

"The poor Clorinde, Lottie!" Kaveh reprimanded the journalist with his drunk boyfriend on one shoulder. How chaotic. "For me you should just get over the guy! It would also help your reputation at school! It's that furry's fault!"

You let out the heaviest of sighs, almost at the verge of just giving it all up. Clorinde's wrath just seemed to strong. But... you can't, you just can't let go, not today, not next week, and not even when everything changes.

So if you don't understand alhaitham is a character from the game genshin impact, in the game there's a wishing system where you're able to get characters from and currently it's alhaithams limited banner (together with another character called clorinde that i also got) I'm not going to explain the wishing system because it's long and difficult to explain at least for me but the thing is I got a character at low pity (around 20) 2 TIMES AND IT ONLY HAS 0.15% CHANCE OF HAPPENING SO OBVIOUSLY I WAS SHOCKED

Tbh I'm not sure myself. All I know is that I kept on affirming that I would get alhaitham and clorinda especially before I went to bed, also that knowing feeling or just being calm in general about having your desire is kind of how I felt. I've noticed that every time I "successfully" manifest things the last thought I have is like "I have this." and then I just let it go? I hope you understood but just being with peace of your desire really helps with manifesting for me.

Anyways this post is kind of messy and hard to understand but I hope you got something out of it whether it be some more understanding(?) or motivation. for mondstadt the only characters i truly believe are shredded are like. eula and jean. these mfs are career knights who were canonically brought up with INTENSE training regimens, and eula is also a dancer and a claymore user. I do not think anyone else would Have Abs

liyue... *squints* honestly i think it's just MAYBE shenhe and xiao, however both of them are crazy strong without giving a single shit about how humans think they look. "oh but beidou" she has better things to be doing than pursuing ab definition, such as Drinking and Bothering Ningguang and Generally Having A Good Time. "oh but zhongli" be quiet and accept the reality: zhongli decided to leave being shredded behind with his godhood and is now having a lovely time being soft and dilfy and this is EXTREMELY sexy of him

I think itto has abs, he worked very hard for them and refuses to wear shirts so he can show them off. the shogun puppet is shredded as fuck and so was ei when she had a physical body. kujou sara is both shredded and in possession of frightening back and arm muscles. kazuha and gorou i'm honestly conflicted over? but yeah that is already a longer list than any of the other nations

aaand sumeru... well, alhaitham is oddly ripped for a scholar, he probably goes to the gym and listens to podcasts or whatever on his headphones. dehya is shredded and women want her. cyno is shredded and criminals fear him. that's probably it ngl

so yeah you're probably right about inazuma? they did just come out of a war that a bunch of playable characters were involved in so there's a fairly large proportion of like. very martial characters

Wanted to pop in rq to talk about recent game stuff again :)

I played Cyno's story quest! After noz liking his first one, I gotta say that with this second one they really stepped up the game and I'm glad about that. I feel like Sumeru kinda got thrown under the bus after giving us some of the most important in game lore when it comes to Khaenri'ah and Irminsul. I've seen lots of people talking about how they didn't like Sumeru as much, criticising the Archon Quest etc.... which I never understood. The desert expsnsions were vast and did get on my nerves a bit but since I love the exploration process it wasn't a huge problem for me. The AQ of Sumeru is my second favorite because you can really see the change in comparison to the other nations... even the story quests of characters were largely really good - Nahida, Tighnari, Alhaitham, Wanderer getting a whole Interlude Quest...

Just Cyno's fell kind of flat following the "old" pattern of the quest somehow completely shifting focus to some NPC and barely having significance to Cyno. THE SECOND QUEST HOWEVER. So good. It really falls in with other recent story quests (that I have all enjoyed): involvement of other playable characters that we as pöayers care about, interaction between beloved characters, spinning in some big lore that ties to the characters and thid time IT ACTUALLY IS ABOUT CYNO. HIS BACKSTORY. HIS ORIGIN. YESSSSS.

I think people should experience the quest for themselves so I don't want to talk abput the plot too much but just... so many Sumeru characters made an appearance and it was so nice to see them again :(( i miss them. It was about time we visited Sumeru again, there has been a suspicious lack of Sumeru content throughout the Fontaine patches, whereas other nations got bigger events etc...

SETHOS MY BELOVED. I can NOT wait for his release. And the fact he's gonna be on Clorinde's banner <333 my collection of electro characters continues. Really like his character design (especially his hair omg???) and generally think it's so interesting of hyv to introduce this story... him and Cyno being two parts of one whole thing but growing up so differently... yet somehow understanding each other when they meet face to face... HIS EYES ARE SO CRAZY TOO LIKE??? HUUUUH???

The cutscene of their fight be my favorite now (not counting Archon or Harbinger fights). IT WAS SO LONG??? EPIC?? The way they were so similar with using the power?? The parallels? Insane.

So yeah... I really enjoyed it. Hopefully Sethos gets a Hangout event soon. I'll definitely build him when he comes out. However I wasn't able to watch the 4.7 livestream (yet) because of my horrendous work times yesterday... gonna do it this evening after work I think. Definitely excited to finally get Clorinde tho <33 depending on how nice she is to me I might try snd get her weapon too ... but I at least have enough pulls atm to get her no matter what (and hopefully some Sethos too...)

Omegaverse hcs 2: The electric boogaloo

Ayato: Alpha. His pheromones hold the scent of petrichor and cherry blossoms. He is a bit scent-blind, which he considers a blessing, as that means he’ll be less swayed by the pheromones of others. He can still readily pick out those of people he’s closest to, having been exposed to their scents the most and being familiar enough with their subtleties to pick them out. He can stick make out when his loved ones have been scented by others though, even by accident and it definitely makes the Alpha in his burn at the thought, insisting on taking it upon himself to help clear those foreign scents away. Most people outside of Thoma and Ayaka actually only ever know his scent when it shifts to something like rain during a storm—when he’s at his most guarded and wary. It makes him come off as far more intimidating, and he takes that in stride. It s come in handy more times than he can count, especially with how intent he is to scent his loved ones.

Arlecchino: Alpha, with a scent like ash and roses. Even by Alpha standards, she is quite intimidating, with her presence being suffocating, even to those she cherishes. She can’t help it, be it because she can’t afford to show even a modicum of softness or because she is always in pain due to her curse and can’t help the way it leaks into her pheromones and demeanor. Around those of the House of the Hearth, she tends to wear scent patches and take suppressants, but they never seem to work all that well even still. Around the other Harbingers and those of the outside world, she simply lets her pheromones be and work to ensure nobody dares trespass against her. She adamantly refuse to take a mate in account of her pheromones being too much and possibly putting a strain on any potential match, regardless of their secondary gender. Besides, as a Harbinger, a mate would only be a liability to her anyway. Crucabena made that all too clear the day she’d ensured ‘Peruere’ would lose the only person she’d ever considered a potential mate.

Furina: In spite of how Archons can shift their dynamic as they please, she is entirely an Omega. Many assumed she took such form for herself to be more personable among her people and because Omegas have far sweeter scents and demeanors, but she was entirely stuck in this state, as Focalors had retained their Alpha traits. Her scent is of lilies and vanilla pastries, and constantly exuding her pheromones, which has helped keep people content and drawn to her facade rather than press deeper. On the downside, she is exceedingly weak to Alpha pheromones, especially those meant to subdue and intimidate, and is painfully aware of that fact. Every time she so much as perceives a particularly strong Alpha scent, she tends to become quite terrified. Her scent gets all the more enticing in such cases, almost mouthwateringly so, as if she’s instinctively trying to appease them and plead to be kind to her. Being so in tune with herself, the moment she senses the shift in her own pheromones, she tries to make her hasty escape, lest it get too enticing. She is quite disgusted this is her fear response, and oftentimes curses her inability to shift her second gender as other Archons do. She was often tempted to let trusted Alphas like Clorinde or even someone like Neuvillette to scent her, but she was mortified at the notion of them asking why she doesn’t simply change from Omega. After her renouncing her Archonhood, she does ask Clorinde to help out, for protections’ sake.

Alhaitham: Alpha, with a sandalwood scent. He isn’t terribly concerned about the ramifications of dynamics and such, being too preoccupied with the his own life to really pay any mind to it all. Still, he would always be the first to note when a close friend is near heat or rut and comment accordingly, whether or not the other would appreciate the sentiment. He doesn’t care for taking on a mate ( even if he did have a particular Omega in mind ), but isn’t entirely opposed to the idea either. His ruts are very punctual yet hit him especially hard, to the point where he has a particular location where he heads off to days in advance, to avoid troubling others as a result. He is perfectly okay with being a heat partner to friends exclusively, but would much rather they stay away from him during his ruts—especially if they are unmated, regardless of their dynamic, just as a precaution. Especially the closer they are as friends.

Beidou: Alpha, with a scent like a sea breeze. She is very territorial when it comes to her crew, so any Alphas in their midst or those trying to travel with them typically have to show her submission and being scented by her before being allowed to join up. She may like them as a person and respect them greatly, but with it comes to bringing them near her crew that also has Betas and especially Omegas, it is a Must. Especially since other Alpha’s pheromone tend to give her headaches and cotnibute to how hostile she can get. It also helps prevent conflicts between other Alphas already on the crew, so she sees no reason to even make an exception. Anybody who refuses is free to try their luck elsewhere. She never intends to take a mate, even as others including other Alphas have courted her, saying her only love is the sea. There are certain exceptions to this, but she would absolutely refuse to sire any pups. That much is for certain and utterly nonnegotiable. Her presence is typically only suffocating or feels with such pressure on someone who isn’t too used to her scent, and she seldom lets it get to the point where she would threat display and make it all the heavier upon others.

Kazuha: Alpha, with a gentle warm woodsy scent. Most assume him to be a Beta, with the subtlety of his pheromones and his gentle nature, and he doesn’t necessarily correct others when they call him such, but in battle it is a stark reminder he is every bit an Alpha like his captain. He and his friend had almost been mated, with him being willing to let the other Alpha bitch him, but after the other died, he swore to never take another for a mate. The memory is still painful enough to make him hold to his oath, even after the Shogun’s mind had been swayed, but he does find himself tempted to open his heart to the possibility again. As of blocking the Shogun’s deadly attack and his friend’s Vision reactivating, his scent has been tinged with an odd edge, like ozone. He isn’t too pressed about it, since he’s convinced he won’t have a mate who’d complain, but he is rather happy this, in a way, means he holds a trace of his friend with him always. He is primarily responsible for accounting for the Crux’s supply of suppressants and nesting materials.

Xiao: While Adepti don’t have set dynamics, like Archons, he tends to manifest as an Alpha bc it serves him better while taking care of all threats to Liyue. He has a very imposing, almost suffocating presence, and can’t really let up on it, as keeping it up also helps keep his mind steady. His scent is a stark meld of iron and what most assume can be ash, with a sharper edge of something that usually tends to make others turn tail and run, or utterly petrify them. Even other Adepti tend to find themselves on edge around him as a result, especially after he’s had a few battles. Around those like Zhongli who have his utmost confidence, he unconsciously changes, shifting to Beta or even Omega over the course of a conversation. In such cases, his scent drastically changes too, shifting to something more sweet, almost floral, even while mentioning that distinct sharper edge. He doesn’t actually realize just how much he changes, not until he gets conscious of how many more people are around him and his scent starts shifting for the worse in his anxiety.

Wriothesley: Alpha. Fully scent-blind, which came in handy both before he’d begun to run the prison and after. He knew many guards had tried to use their pheromones on him for one reason or another, and he was thankful he could never actually be affected by them. He doesn’t know what would have happened to him otherwise. He has several scars across his body from unsuccessful attempts at bitching him, both fellow inmates and guards alike, and as a result takes such offenses in his Meropide very seriously. He would sooner break a fellow alpha’s face in than let their would be victims remain in fear—he’s very on top of the state of the prison and inmate behaviors/relations for that very reason. His own pheromones are rather off-putting though, many citing they almost seem to hold the scent of iron. He’s not terribly insecure about it until he realizes he can’t really help comfort others with it. What he doesn’t realize is the scent is such due to him feeling on edge most of his life and forgetting how to relax. Sigewinne in particular would remark his scent is actually more braised meat or the like instead, since she’s the only person who has managed to worm her way into his heart and utmost confidence.

The winds are bustling, snow is falling lightly, and of course, the alumni and students of Teyvat Central School for highschool and college (TCSHSC) are gathering for the usual school Christmas carnival.

Each group has their own special traditions, such as caroling, exchange gifts, picnic under the moonlight, gingerbread houses and a(my) personal favorite NGL.

i know it shouldn't have to be said but god the way genshin fans handle any kind of shipping is so fucking obnoxious. my fault for being a fan tho

they insist on shoving every pairing into the same 4 boxes & it's so tedious. it's the exact same thing eveery single fucking time with no regard for any of the involved character's personalities. i was complaining about this too back in 1.1 as well with the rise of childe/zhongli. i hate kavetham with a burning passion bc it was the one that brought the most grievous & irritating examples of this before my eyes & i was hoping with the new region people would move on to neuvilette & wriothsly yaoi because i fucking hate alhaitham & at laest i'd see somemthing different...but i'm once again faced with the shocking discovery: they're gonna end up flayed of their personalities with their corpses shoved in the same boxes as everyone else. and this time i actually LIKE neuvi & wario's personalities! i'm not even opposed to shipping them on the grounds of debilitating hatred! but they WOULD NOT FUCKING ACT LIKE THAT !!!! they just would not behave like that. did we play the same quests & read the same dialogue? do you think your behavior is rational? do your actions have any basis in reality? wriothsly is cool and collected & adapts quickly to any situation. he would not be blushing and stuttering if their hnds touch while he passes paperwork over. AAND people keep drawing people offering neuvilette umbrellas as a romantic gesture when it's stated that he likes standing in the rain & got grouchy when wriothesley offered him one. but that's minor & like sure i don't expect you to have read every characters voicelines. but if you're going to do this can yuou at least STOP with the STUPID SHIT !!! people aare doing it to clorinde & navia as well but we barely know clorinde so i can exempt her for now. if you do this i'm gonna fucking kill you. i'm sure there's normal content of them but everything that's forced under my eyes makes me want to rip them out.
