kaeya can’t help but relish in the eyes of people who pass him by to just simply ogle at his chest area; because let’s be honest, no body is looking at that red shirt of his. so when he heard the phrase, “can i sleep on your chest” escape from his boyfriend’s lips, it didn’t come as shock or surprise but more so a warranted compliment.

who was he to deny you? if he allows dozens to have a subtle peek at his gorgeous, tanned skin, why would he not give you a privilege that was beyond that. “how about sleeping on my bare chest? after all, isn’t heat better shared when directly skin to skin?” of course, such alluring words were written using the truth for the sake of obscenities.

and yet, when you finally burrow your face into his chest, arms snuggled safely around his waist as you hummed softly, kaeya was sure his heart would leap out of its ribcage. god, he was so lucky no one was here to embarrass him further because the image of the ever elusive, mysterious and slightly flirtatious calvary captain turning into a silly puddle at just the littlest bit of affection would be etched into history’s memory to make use of as blackmail material.

wriothesley smiles smugly, the question rather warranted given how touchy you were being with him. “you’ve been getting all demanding lately, you know that?” settling himself within the covers of your shared abode, wriothesley promptly propped his head up atop fluffed up pillows before tapping on his chest. “come here.”

watching as you immediately snuggled yourself within his tender embrace, face nuzzled between his tits as if they were gold itself, wriothesley latched onto you with an affectionate stare, hands rubbing at your back to help soothe you. “my boyfriend’s so clingy these days,” he chuckles, giving you a gentle squeeze despite clearly having the strength to grip you tighter.

“well, can i?” you ask innocently, a bambi look to you that yelan would normally tease, but right now she wanted to devour completely. she grins, pearly whites showing as she pat her lap for you to cradle yourself in.

“i was thinking of taking an afternoon nap anyways, i don’t see any harm in you joining me.” and of course, you wasted absolutely no time in jumping within her embrace, those hands that normally held poker chips and cards or the neck’s of egregious men now holding you with an almost surreal gentleness.

“atta girl.” yelan giggled as you nuzzled yourself snuggly against her chest, those lashes of your fluttering against your cheek as sleep seemingly lulled you in a mere instant. where you keeping awake just for her to hold you? how sweet.

“…don’t you have your own? i don’t quite understand your fascination.”

“i want to be able to hear you heartbeat when i wake up.” ah, well you can’t just say such swoon-worthy words and then expect her to not completely drop everything and coddle you. a blush smothered her cheeks in the most cosiest of hues as she fumbled over in her effort to figure out what reply she could possibly conjure up.

it took a few moments before the words finally reached her lips but the response that fell out was no less eloquent than the one that followed, which was to laugh. “i…why not? just don’t get too attached, i have to leave in the early morning.” with that said she pulled the covers back and slid into the bed next to you, who had taken up residence in the space between the bed’s headboard and the wall, leaving enough room for both of you to comfortably fit.

clorinde wrapped an arm around your waist to pull you flush against her side while she tucked herself under your chin, effectively shielding you from all harm. her breathing evened out gradually until she seemed to have drifted off, lulling you into complete slumber. you were sure you wouldn’t even notice if she hadn't been holding you tight to her chest.

ARLECCHINO — 阿蕾奇诺

the luxury of comfort was the last thing arlecchino obtained within her livelihood. she didn’t need it, nor did he want to have it. she would be content with living in the forest and sharing it’s abundant wildlife with fellow rabbits or whatever other small animal that came to feed on it. they could do what they wanted and it wouldn't bother that unnerving stoicism of hers.

yet such a simple, minute, even pure, question of yours? it somehow rattled something within her like a predatory snake unleashing it’s coil on its prey in sight for a bigger bite.

“since you’re so desperate for sleep, suppose i’ll have to indulge you.” she sighed heavily despite her tone holding no mingle of exhaustion apart from the permanent eyebags drooping beneath her lids.

like a berry unknowingly rolling into the reclining jaws of a centuries starved bear that’s drooling per conditioning, you comfortably settle right next to her heartbeat, those black nails sending shivers down your spine in electric shocks of warning as she spookily tugs them down your back.

her words always seem so elusive, so teasingly endearing they hardly feel sincere — almost as if sweetened words that spill from her lips come as easily as the breath from her frigid body. one thing that couldn’t lie, most unfortunately to arlecchin’s interest, was her heart.

the way it beat so clearly and loudly against your ear, it was hard not to giggle. of course, the ever perceptive arlecchino mumbled something incoherent about your perceived insolence and shoved your face right between her breasts to stop you from peeking directly into her heart. despite you clearly being in it already.

A soft blanket of white covered the city before you. If not for the biting cold that gnawed at your cheeks and nose, you might have wondered if it was only a dream. The falling flakes melt over your warm face and cling to your clothes in a momentary hug, then fade away into droplets, like a fleeting vision; a kiss of winter...

Amidst the snowy world, you hear people shuffling through the snow just as you were. The city bustled as usual with everyone going about their day, but you pause. To your eyes, one figure stands out amongst the hustle, and you recognise them immediately with an involuntary smile.

Your feet move, boots crushing the fallen snow that covered your path.

"Aren't you cold?" Is your first greeting; scolding, yet softened by the warmth in your tone. They were always one to brush off that same chill that crept up your fingers numbingly. Perhaps the cold didn't bother them, or perhaps they simply forgot to grab a warmer jacket.

They open their mouth and you know it's to brush off your concern; you don't let them speak.

It's a quick movement— your hand moves to brush the snow gathered over your jacketed shoulder, the flaky white dusting onto them in frozen confetti.

You hear a huff and their breath condenses into a soft cloud before it disappears. What were they feeling: amusement at your audacity? Exasperation at your exuberant mischief? Or perhaps both?

Then— swifter than you were— they cup some of the innocent slow off the ground, and have their vengeance; and you— you receive a face full of a snowball that slides over your skin, your body warmth melting it to droplets. Your face glistens with your unceremonious defeat.

"Hey—!" You exclaim, also bending to grab a fistful of snow, and you did not intend to live this down silently. "You started this!”

He was incredible and even as he busied himself with tasks..he just made your heart race and butterflies flutter in your stomach.

I'm going to preface this by saying you can write whoever you want however you want and no one is gonna stop you; heck, it likely won't even affect your likes and stuff. These are my personal peeves stemming from character portrayal <3 Characters A-D

Albedo ;; He isn't very heavily emotive; He is shown to approach almost everything from a logical/analytic standpoint!! My guy expressed concern with the most nonchalant voice, so he clearly does care, just not in an expressive/passionate way

Alhaitham ;; Similar to Albedo, but slightly more expressive! He clearly has things/people that he values, and his own ways of showing care differ from societal norms, which is why he comes across as cold and indifferent!! Even the vulnerability that comes slowly with trust isn't immediately obvious, but this is definitely something that's interesting to explore in works⎯ Would he change the way he feels comfortable expressing himself into something else for you? Would you want him to?

After cramming so many activities, your mind in a daze and body almost collapsed, it was finally time to go to the after party. This is where the game actually starts, and you hated every bit of it.

Back in the days, he wasn't the center of attention, and these loud houses were quiet secrets only shared for two people. Now he took the center stage, where everyone worshipped his every move.

And you watched.

"And our star player tonight!" Childe drags Wriothesley to the stage where everyone could see him, you just clapped no time to cheer loudly. After all, your voice will be hoarse with no more for the presentation tomorrow.

Before, these events always seemed fun for you, but now, now...

You see them six, popular, untouchable group and know that you will never belong to it. Wait there's only five of them... where is...

"Need some fun, girlie?" The red head from earlier came to you and offered you some sweets.

"I'm having fun, don't worry." You politely took his offer with faked grin, you liked sweets anyways.

After him was a series of people, an obstacle od sweaty and immature highschool teens, where was Kaveh? Oh probably with Alhaitham.

It only leads back to yourself, all alone.

You then entered the room, the very room where everything started. It was filled with the duke's past trophies and awards, a lot of memories unwind.

Back then he was your suitor, a nobody who who was mediocre at best.

A lot has change, huh. He changed, but you stayed at this moment. Unlike him, you stayed with him.

Promises were made, and he was the first to break them. With the chance of being popular and glorified he left you, but that didn't really stop you did it?

He did say you were the love of his life, about a million damn times.

Until that stupid reverse everything was fine, he was supposed to be yours, after all that he did right, now... now you were the one chasing, you were the one who wanted him back, it was as if the world reversed!

"I'm afraid miss that this is personal property, you can only go past the ground floor." A silky velvet voice was heard from behind.

"Or better yet we will spread bad rumors about her at school?" Dehya joined in, wanting to cheer you up.

No. Clorinde does not deserve any of those, even if hatred panged your heart, you knew that she deserves none of it. She was always organized, she always knows what to do. She's just... perfect.

"The poor Clorinde, Lottie!" Kaveh reprimanded the journalist with his drunk boyfriend on one shoulder. How chaotic. "For me you should just get over the guy! It would also help your reputation at school! It's that furry's fault!"

You let out the heaviest of sighs, almost at the verge of just giving it all up. Clorinde's wrath just seemed to strong. But... you can't, you just can't let go, not today, not next week, and not even when everything changes.

You would always stay.

And in the fleet of defeat, you see Kaveh's drunk boyfriend finally holding his composure.

So if you don't understand alhaitham is a character from the game genshin impact, in the game there's a wishing system where you're able to get characters from and currently it's alhaithams limited banner (together with another character called clorinde that i also got) I'm not going to explain the wishing system because it's long and difficult to explain at least for me but the thing is I got a character at low pity (around 20) 2 TIMES AND IT ONLY HAS 0.15% CHANCE OF HAPPENING SO OBVIOUSLY I WAS SHOCKED

How I did it?

Tbh I'm not sure myself. All I know is that I kept on affirming that I would get alhaitham and clorinda especially before I went to bed, also that knowing feeling or just being calm in general about having your desire is kind of how I felt. I've noticed that every time I "successfully" manifest things the last thought I have is like "I have this." and then I just let it go? I hope you understood but just being with peace of your desire really helps with manifesting for me.

Anyways this post is kind of messy and hard to understand but I hope you got something out of it whether it be some more understanding(?) or motivation. This is going to be a LONG post...

I decided that I need to write about what kind of Kaeya, with what past and what feelings in the present I want to see in the work, so that later I don’t deviate in the character/behavior of my favorite boy.

And that's how this "character portrait" came about.

SO WHAT... Let's start with something simple - age?

Age: I'll take about 22-23, probably (because Crepus dies on Diluc's 18th birthday, he leaves for three years, and then returns at 21, and the guys let it be another year or two in contrast to the cold-brothers, oh, and Kaeya didn't celebrate his 18th birthday as is customary for the Ragnvindras, then there will be a separate chapter from this, probably)

Those who know the truth about him: Diluc, Varka, Albedo, Venti, Alice (I'm sure), Lisa, Adelinda (Kaeya doesn't know about this), Aether and Paimon.

They don't know the truth, but they will find out: Klee, Fischl, Jean (a separate chapter about how Jean recognizes is a must!!!) and possibly someone else.

Friends (separately): Venti, Mavuika.

Family (not native): Diluc (older brother), Wriothesley (almost like an older brother), Albedo (younger/older brother, depending on the situation), Klee (younger sister), Bennett (younger brother), Adelinda (mom), Elzer (almost a brother, somewhere on the level of a cousin), Navia (kind and beloved rich aunt).

In general, I think that all the children of Mondstadt are automatically considered by Kaeya to be his younger brothers/sisters, but there are still those who have thoroughly captured his heart?

THE NIGHT WHEN KAEYA AND DILUC FIGHTED:

1. He told because he was afraid of his own betrayal in his brother's eyes - when he saw how much Crepus' death had hurt Diluc, and realized his own thoughts of relief, he was afraid of himself - for a moment he thought that he might actually betray him, and then Diluc would be crushed again. He was immediately afraid of his thoughts, because he knew that he would never betray - he would not dare betray his home and loved ones, but these thoughts were still bursting at him, and he decided to tell his brother. Perhaps as punishment for that fleeting feeling of freedom after Crepus' death, he was ready for a fight, even if he hoped for acceptance.

2. His vision - at once a treasure, proof that he chose Mondstadt, but also proof that in his brother's eyes he is not an enemy, but a stranger (and this hurts, because Kaeya is now literally made of contradictions).

3. On the day of the quarrel, Alberich received serious injuries, after which he spent a long time recovering in the Cathedral, and then at Jean's house: a crack on his left collarbone, internal bleeding, several significant cuts, minus an eye (he has one, but he is blind), a scar on his eye, several burns all over his body (Diluc in secret helped with their treatment), a deep wound on his side and a fracture in his leg (an unsuccessful fall from the stairs, when Diluc pushed him, became a crack, and an incorrect parry of a claymore made a full-fledged fracture)... something like that? Maybe that will change...

4. After receiving Cryo, Kaeya felt like the most disgusting creature in Teyvat, because he betrayed his brother, was betrayed by him and received the eye of a god, proving that he now walks under the Archons, whom he should have hated. Pain, lack of control over the Cryo he had just received, shock and mortal fatigue made him look at his brother, who realized everything that had happened that evening, smile falsely and, leaning on his almost broken sword, go towards Mondstadt. Perhaps at that moment he did not understand that he was going to Jean, and simply hoped to die somewhere along the way, but barely being conscious, he reached his friend, and she provided him with first aid - she tried to ask, but Kaeya just kept silent, choking on tears on his friend's chest until he lost consciousness. Then Jean urgently delivered him to the Cathedral, where he began to recover, but due to the rain, he also caught a fever.

5. At the same time : Diluc didn't dare stop his brother, knowing that if he tried to say anything now, he'd either be rude and say something he'd regret, or burst into tears and beg for forgiveness (which wouldn't do any good for either him or Kaeya at that moment). So he shouted "I HATE—!" at Kaeya's back (not him, but the way things had turned out - his father's death, Kaeya, their fight, the fact that he almost killed him, but Kaeya would think it was directed at him), and ran into the house to Adelinda: he sobbed all over her clothes, expressed all his thoughts, insults towards Kaeya, which were replaced by self-flagellation and regret, fear that he didn't know how they should behave now, because after that they were definitely not brothers. Then he realizes that Kaeya is walking alone toward Mondstadt, injured and with unstable vision, and he's unlikely to be able (or willing) to defend himself if he's attacked. So he heads to Mondstadt, follows Kaeya's bloody footprints, which the knights on the bridge have already begun to cover with sand, and ends up being detained by Eroch "on suspicion of attempting to kill Kaeya Alberich." But Jean says they can't confirm it was Diluc until Kaeya comes to his senses and confirms the charges, and for now Diluc is simply forbidden to leave Mondstadt. He asks to go to the Cathedral to see Alberich, but Jean says that even though she protected Diluc, she won't let him near Kaeya until he says he wants to, because she only knows one person whose fighting style leaves such wounds and burns.

But then Kaeya will come to his senses and tell the knights that he was surrounded by treasure thieves near the Dragonspine, and he hasn't seen Diluc since he came to him as reinforcements. Eroch will leave angry and with nothing, Jean will ask if Diluc can come to him. Kaeya will allow it, but Jean will decide to stay just in case (Keya was against it, but he couldn't refuse Jean when she was so worried about him). In the end, Diluc will come in, examine Alberich, frown, and when Kaeya tries to start a conversation, he will sharply say that they can't be brothers after this (Diluc will mean how badly he injured Kaeya, and Kaeya will think that he is talking about his secret), and tomorrow Diluc will cross Kaeya off the list of the Ragnvindr family. Without giving Kaeya a chance to say anything, he will simply leave, and will only return when Kaeya is asleep to check on his wounds and burns. Diluc will then leave Mondstadt to deal with the emotions burning within him (anger, revenge, disappointment, regret, guilt, rage, etc.), and Kaeya will be very depressed.

AFTER:

Keya will learn to live in a new way for a long time (even if it is very old, like when he lived in Khaenri'ah, and tried to be self-sufficient at 5 years old): life in the role of "not Diluc's shadow" will make him fall many times, and rise with a new learned lesson or a built line of behavior for this or that case, even the most alarming. He will learn to lie much better, will start to seriously overwork (until now, but now only on days when he feels very bad) and react to all alarming factors by avoiding the problem and belittling it. But this was only 1 year without Diluc - in the second and third, he again learns to trust people and makes friends (Jean, of course, was always with him), next to whom he feels comfortable even without his behavior strategies and smiles out of politeness. He still returns to the distillery once every six months and no one is at all against it, even, as Adelinda said, Diluc allowed it. But he can no longer call Dawn Winery home, or the knights' barracks, or the floor of the house that he, Jean, and Albedo (with Klee, of course) rent together. Yes, the last place, the house opposite the Goth Grand Hotel, is often noisy, warm, and has people close to him, but he still doesn't rearrange the furniture and only leaves things at home that he can easily take with him if something happens. And even though Diluc didn't order him to leave the Winery, Kaeya couldn't accept the fact that he, a "nobody" for the Ragnvindr family, would live there. And so he left.

In the my au, he will live relatively happily (he will at least be happy with what he has: good friends, Jean, who will always protect him from any bad thoughts, Lisa, who will listen; everything is more or less peaceful with Diluc, so much so that sometimes he allows himself to tease him as "brother" and dream that this is true when Diluc does not shut him up and just rolls his eyes with the corners of his lips imperceptibly raised), but when he has his own place, he will begin to understand that he must devote time to himself, his feelings and desires, not avoid them, but accept them, and live the way he dreamed of since childhood - freely and completely sincerely happily.

I love Kaeya and I want to lead him to love himself and not be lonely. He deserves it because he is such a kind child, hehe!

(I did not write hcs for arle, charlotte, or the siblings, but by popular opinion: arle can be shredded, charlotte is Not bc shes too busy chasing scoops to really work out, lyney and lynette are not bc if they actively tried to build muscle they wouldn't be able to pull off the body swap tricks, and freminet might secretly be shredded bc he dives with a claymore)

for mondstadt the only characters i truly believe are shredded are like. eula and jean. these mfs are career knights who were canonically brought up with INTENSE training regimens, and eula is also a dancer and a claymore user. I do not think anyone else would Have Abs

liyue... *squints* honestly i think it's just MAYBE shenhe and xiao, however both of them are crazy strong without giving a single shit about how humans think they look. "oh but beidou" she has better things to be doing than pursuing ab definition, such as Drinking and Bothering Ningguang and Generally Having A Good Time. "oh but zhongli" be quiet and accept the reality: zhongli decided to leave being shredded behind with his godhood and is now having a lovely time being soft and dilfy and this is EXTREMELY sexy of him

I think itto has abs, he worked very hard for them and refuses to wear shirts so he can show them off. the shogun puppet is shredded as fuck and so was ei when she had a physical body. kujou sara is both shredded and in possession of frightening back and arm muscles. kazuha and gorou i'm honestly conflicted over? but yeah that is already a longer list than any of the other nations

aaand sumeru... well, alhaitham is oddly ripped for a scholar, he probably goes to the gym and listens to podcasts or whatever on his headphones. dehya is shredded and women want her. cyno is shredded and criminals fear him. that's probably it ngl

so yeah you're probably right about inazuma? they did just come out of a war that a bunch of playable characters were involved in so there's a fairly large proportion of like. very martial characters

Wanted to pop in rq to talk about recent game stuff again :)

I played Cyno's story quest! After noz liking his first one, I gotta say that with this second one they really stepped up the game and I'm glad about that. I feel like Sumeru kinda got thrown under the bus after giving us some of the most important in game lore when it comes to Khaenri'ah and Irminsul. I've seen lots of people talking about how they didn't like Sumeru as much, criticising the Archon Quest etc.... which I never understood. The desert expsnsions were vast and did get on my nerves a bit but since I love the exploration process it wasn't a huge problem for me. The AQ of Sumeru is my second favorite because you can really see the change in comparison to the other nations... even the story quests of characters were largely really good - Nahida, Tighnari, Alhaitham, Wanderer getting a whole Interlude Quest...

Just Cyno's fell kind of flat following the "old" pattern of the quest somehow completely shifting focus to some NPC and barely having significance to Cyno. THE SECOND QUEST HOWEVER. So good. It really falls in with other recent story quests (that I have all enjoyed): involvement of other playable characters that we as pöayers care about, interaction between beloved characters, spinning in some big lore that ties to the characters and thid time IT ACTUALLY IS ABOUT CYNO. HIS BACKSTORY. HIS ORIGIN. YESSSSS.

I think people should experience the quest for themselves so I don't want to talk abput the plot too much but just... so many Sumeru characters made an appearance and it was so nice to see them again :(( i miss them. It was about time we visited Sumeru again, there has been a suspicious lack of Sumeru content throughout the Fontaine patches, whereas other nations got bigger events etc...

SETHOS MY BELOVED. I can NOT wait for his release. And the fact he's gonna be on Clorinde's banner <333 my collection of electro characters continues. Really like his character design (especially his hair omg???) and generally think it's so interesting of hyv to introduce this story... him and Cyno being two parts of one whole thing but growing up so differently... yet somehow understanding each other when they meet face to face... HIS EYES ARE SO CRAZY TOO LIKE??? HUUUUH???

The cutscene of their fight be my favorite now (not counting Archon or Harbinger fights). IT WAS SO LONG??? EPIC?? The way they were so similar with using the power?? The parallels? Insane.

So yeah... I really enjoyed it. Hopefully Sethos gets a Hangout event soon. I'll definitely build him when he comes out. However I wasn't able to watch the 4.7 livestream (yet) because of my horrendous work times yesterday... gonna do it this evening after work I think. Definitely excited to finally get Clorinde tho <33 depending on how nice she is to me I might try snd get her weapon too ... but I at least have enough pulls atm to get her no matter what (and hopefully some Sethos too...)

Favorite fics I wrote in 2024

I didn't write a ton this year, but I'll pick my favorite I did for each fandom! (And that's a highlightable factoid while we're here - my first two Star Rail fics were published this year! Thank you Sunday for the inspiration, even if you bled me dry for E2S1. You were worth it, king.)

Fave Genshin fic I wrote this year was One Size Fits All - Wriothesley/Clorinde/Neuvillette kink exploration and friends with benefits (the benefits are fisting). I was happy with the laid-back, casual voice I developed for Wrio and I really love the visual of Clorinde methodically wrecking him while he clutches desperately onto Neuvillette, half-incoherent with overstimulation. (Which was the thought that inspired the fic in the first place.)

My favorite Star Rail fic of the two I've written is don't tell me it's wrong - Sunrobin with heavy religious imagery, Sunday smothering under his guilt, and Robin as his light in the dark, keeping him off the misguided path he takes in canon. It's not for everybody but it's certainly for me, and I think people can tell when you write something self-indulgent with your whole pussy, because I've gotten a surprising amount of love for it despite the darker topics and taboo nature. I've thought about and analyzed Sunday enough that I sink into his headspace terrifyingly easily at this point, and I feel like that translated into a very good Sunday voice and characterization. I was happier with this fic than I've been with a fic in years, probably, because despite the fact that it has so much porn in it I feel like it's also one hell of a character study.

2024 Fic Recs!

I'd be remiss not to include some of your fics and I think my faves this year were late night snack (Azhdaha/Xiao/Zhongli) which was itself a delightful sweet new year's snack of its own involving three characters I love and had never seen as a trio, and but first, coffee, which is a feast of delightful Kaveh and Alhaitham interaction. Alhaitham is such an asshole sometimes and Kaveh is so stubborn and such a good man and you write that so well ♥️

Lately I'm really enjoying the WIP (falling) feels like flying by notavodkashot, featuring ballet instructor Zhongli and caretaker-of-many-siblings Childe growing closer and entering a very sexy D/s relationship. Guizhong is also there with her very delightful polycule, forming a delightfully snarky peanut gallery.

A rare completely SFW pick is A Snail is "A Foot" by Lee_Outis, which is about Kaveh being chased by a very slow snail that can kill instantly on contact. It is very much worth the read even if you usually go for spicy fic.

An ongoing longer fic that I'm still reading and enjoying as it comes out is testing, testing by Lithopus. Kaveh finds Alhaitham reading a book about kinks and, in a fluster, Kaveh offers to help Alhaitham try various kinks. It's at 4/12 planned chapters and over 100k already, and absolutely packed with delightful dynamics, snark, relationship development, and blisteringly hot sex already.

Eggs? Eggs. I know everybody expects me to put an egg fic on the rec list. And this one doesn't technically have eggs, but it is heavily egg-centered regardless: a good servant shall lay eggs by cutieterrarium, featuring Ajaw fattening Kinich up in order to lay eggs in him (wait don't go! *drags you back*) Ajaw doesn't get to use his pixel dick and there are no actual eggs in the fic, but it did the impossible and made me view Ajaw as sexy which. Good fucking job. Plus I'm not usually into feederism but the way it was pulled off here as dragon courtship behavior was really fun and, dare I say it, even a bit cute.

The other Star Rail standouts that I can recall off the top of my head this year were all by DFP: - trick of the light, a Feixiao/Moze/Jiaoqiu OT3 fic where Feiqiu are established and they're feeling their way through adding Moze into the relationship in a way that keeps him comfortable. Fantastic Moze PoV. - All three Argenti/Boothill fics, which are absolute must-reads if you enjoy robofucking, wireplay, and miscellaneous other mechanical shenanigans. - The winner of my 'still re-reading' award, old fashioned lover boy, which was published last year but won't leave my mind. Caelus tries to seduce Welt, and poor Welt wallows in guilt, feeling like a dirty old man about it, before Himeko takes mercy on him and tells him he's allowed to just go for it if he wants to since they're both consenting adults. Caelus is the epitome of being horny about that old man, and grandpa gets ridden into the mattress as he deserves. Absolute peak.

There were lots of other fantastic fics I've read this year of course, but these are the first that came to mind.

It's not a request but I'm curious, so I'll ask you the following questions:

1. How long have you known about genshin impact? Since when have you been playing it?

2. Who are your favorite characters?

3. What keeps you motivated to keep playing the game? And not see the new lore of the plot on YouTube?

POV: I, for example, already do the last thing because the story IS really good, but dissapointed how hoyo is managing its own game compared to the other ones, I don't play it anymore. Because although I usually enjoy both male and female characters if they have good designs and development.

What kills me is that the missions are long, heavy and with terrible rewards (more of the same in their anniversaries and the supposedly generous events such as when the lantern rite, which is the equivalent in this game of the Chinese New Year)

No problem. I'll answer all questions.

* I've been playing since version 1.6, but I had to delete the game many times because I didn't have enough storage on my phone. Only a year ago did I buy a tablet with huge memory and continue playing.

* Alhaitham and Wriothesley, if we're talking about male characters, and Arlecchino and Clorinde, if we're talking about female characters.

* Honestly, I don't know... I guess I just want to know the ending of the game, because I'm increasingly drawn to the lore of Khaenri'ah, and also Snezhnaya and its Harbingers.

I agree that the developers are not loyal to Genshin Impact players. There's even a fitting comparison. The first child in a family is a trial child, on whom parents are just learning to be parents. With the birth of the second, they forget about the first and allow the second to do things that the first wasn't allowed to do. It's literally the same situation with Genshin. And believe me, no matter how much players complain, the developers won't listen. Genshin is already secondary for them. The plot scenario is finished, the characters are pretty much ready too. They have nothing to hold onto Genshin for, which is why they're so generous in Honkai: Star Rail. However, I'm the kind of person who absolutely doesn't care about such disputes. I like the lore of both games, and I play, I find information about what interests me myself (I still remember how I searched for information about the Sumeru desert and watched walkthroughs, since I deleted Genshin back then due to lack of storage on my phone). If I continue talking about the developers' mistakes in Genshin, it will take a long time. I'm a simple person, if I like something, I'll play, even if many people condemn me for it or say it's a waste of time. Of course, due to the fact that my health has deteriorated a lot in recent months, I don't spend as much time in the game, but I log in every day and do the minimum. Just because I like this game, and that's all.
