Something inspired me, and I wanted an "I Told You So" situation, so I wrote this. It's only a teeny bit D/s, with a sweet ending.
“Aww, sweetheart, you look miserable,” says A.
“SNF. I amb,” B responds, their words thick with congestion.
“I’m sorry you’re feeling poorly. But you know, this could have been prevented.”
A miserable, viscous sneeze is B’s only response. It fills the tissue that’s held desperately to their face, a constant presence under their red, streaming nose.
“Like I said, if you had only…” A looks at B expectantly, prompting them to finish the sentence.
“If I had… ha… ha’ERRSSHH’IUE!” B groans miserably into their mangled tissue. “If I’d have godden bmy flu shot.”
“Yep. Then you wouldn’t be…”
“Ha’IIGHHH’SHUU! Ugh. Sigg.”
“With?”
“The… huh- the -heh’AAIIEEH’SHUH! With the flu,” B practically whines into the tissue.
“Correct.” A can’t control their smug, satisfied smile. “Now, are you going to listen to me next time?”
“Yes. ihh-KIIISSSHH’iew!”
“Good,” says A, their smile turning sunny.
“Can you brigg bme sobme tea now?”
“Of course, love.”

Thinking about a man who isn't used to being taken care of coming down with an awful cold. He can't stop sneezing and coughing, he's got a fever, he's absolutely miserable, but he's still got work that needs to be done and others needs to put before his own. Eventually, someone (maybe a work crush/lover 👀) gently cups his cheeks and coos sympathetically, telling him that he should be in bed. He insists that he's alright, but can't help but lean into their touch. Crush/lover decides to just let him keep working, not wanting to push him too far out of his comfort zone, but offers cups of tea, tissues, medicine, and a bit of physical affection throughout the day. They convince him to let them take him home, and give him the most gentle care he's ever had; a warm bath, a soothing massage, some soup and tea, and of course, plentiful cuddles. He falls asleep to the sound of their steady heartbeat and their fingers in his hair, relieved to finally have someone who will help him even when he's sure he doesn't truly need it

My absolute worse fear (but makes a good snznario)
Character A has the most cartoonish build-up and loud sneezing in front of someone they know, and they laugh it off as "wow now that was something, excuse me" but character B is secretly into it (as well).
But A won't say a thing. Just- you know, boil up internally hoping that the conversation topic stops being how loud and wet that sneeze was. Or how much A waited for the build-up to get so bad the sneeze would come out. Or that they can't find their tissues anywhere. Or EVEN WORSE.....
That they feel another one coming, that it itches badly.
OR WORST OF ALL...
"Doh you- hh... habe a tisshue?"
Dead on the floor over this.

my first post (plz be kind 😓)
This has been on my mind for a while, but I finally got the courage to post. A couple months ago I was talking to my friend who is in a theatre group. It was a couple days after a musical they had performed and she was ranting to me about how they were super stressed (more then usual) and how it was super hard to concentrate the day before the play. When I asked why, she said it was because one of her fellow actors could NOT stop sneezing. Apparently, this guy, an ACTOR, sneezes when he gets nervous. Like I didn’t even know this was a thing??!?? Like, she literally acted it out for me. She sat on the floor, knees drawn up, hands covering her face, and mimicked little chst-chst-chsts. She said he sneezed like 36 times before she left, annoyed.
but imagine this for any sort of performer; a musician, an actor, a singer, even a student giving a presentation. And everyone in their group/team is panicking because they have to go on in 5 minutes but one of their members is sneezing and sneezing and sneezing. And they have no idea how to stop them.

“How are you feeling?”
“Better sndff now that you’re here.”
“Oh shit, I forgot to pick my little cousin up from school. I have to go.”
“…*salty* I don’t feel better anymore.”

Scenarios
Person A and Person B are on a date to a swimming pool. they've been planning for a while. But after a few minutes at the pool Person A sneezes, and the again a couple more times. B is concerned for their partner concerned they're sick but hiding it. But after a conversation with B, person A learns that B is not sick. But just sensitive to chlorine and gets sneezy every time you swim.
Person B is VERY photic, and A finds this hilarious. The two of them have been dating for ages, but A still does it to mess with B every once in a while. A and B are cuddling late at night, the room's dark and cozy. A gets an idea, they take their phone and turn on the flashlight and "accidentally" shines it into B's eyes. Causing a fit, making A burst into a fit of laughter and B whine adorably.
Person A is allergic to cats, but LOVES them. Person B gets so fed up because Person A will cuddle kittens and cats and love them so much and then Person B has to deal with Person A as they're sneezing like crazy
Person A and B both end up with a horrible cold after going to a winter festival together. So they are both taking care of each other, B is a huge baby when sick but A is very VERY sick but they know B is a dramatic baby so they try to hide it, but B knows them too well
B has just tried a new cologne/perfume and A has a reaction to it, but A discovers how cute/attractive B's sneeze is. And A is all flustered and B thinks it's cute.

A man wakes up with a terrible cold, and his wife, who happens to have the fetish, is thrilled.
He calls into work while they're fucking doggy style, the gorgeous expanse of her back laid out before him. A soft moan escapes her throat.
“Shhh, sweetheart. I’b on the phode," he says teasingly, waiting for his boss to pick up. The risk of having an audience is a dangerous thrill that pushes them both closer towards the edge.
"Hey, boss. Idt’s mbe." Hopefully his boss takes the dizzy lust in his voice for grogginess instead. A prickling itch builds in his sinuses, and he's unable to cover - one hand busy with the phone and the other wrapped around his wife's hip.
“I don’t… hah… I don’t thigg I-iihh – huh’AEESSSH’UH!”  The thick sneeze explodes in front of him, showering his wife's back with wetness. “I dodn’t thigg I cadn cobme in today.”
“Nng!" His wife stifles a breathy moan as best she can. He leans forward to wrap his wide hand gently over her mouth, feeling her hot breath moist against his palm. The tempo of his thrusts quickens, his hips stuttering with need.
“I thigk I just dneed to stay in bed all d-day. Hih… hih’ZZIISHH’iue!" Another harsh, heavy sneeze sprays over her, settling cool on her skin.
As much fun as this is, he needs to end the call quickly. He can tell she's already so close she can barely stand it -

Person A waking up with the sneezes and their partner, B, who has the kink, is still asleep next to them. Being the good, indulgent partner that they are, A wraps their arms around their sleeping darling's waist and snuggles in close to them, nuzzling their face into their neck before unleashing a few wet, messy sneezes, rubbing their nose on B's shoulder before sniffling thickly against the shell of their ear.
B stirs immediately when A's warm, stuffy breath hits their ear, and they shudder with desire. They mumble a 'good morning' to A, who responds by sneezing again into their shoulder. B allows themself a soft moan as they roll over in their partner’s arms to look at them.
A's nose is already pink and twitchy, and they've got mess running down their lips. They sneeze again, snot splattering onto B's face, relishing at how they moan again as they let out a couple irritated coughs.
B cups A's cheeks, feeling them for a fever as they lean in to press a tender kiss to their forehead. "Think this is allergies?" They ask, tilting their head as a small smile tugs at the corners of their lips. "Or are you coming down with a cold?"
A shrugs, sucking in another thick, soupy sniffle. They sneeze again, and again, and again, getting louder and more desperate with each one. They sniffle futilely, and cough a couple more times.
B hums, and dips two fingers into the mess pooling underneath A's nose, then pops their fingers into their own mouth, sucking on them as they stare at A. They roll over on top of A, then sit up, straddling their partner as they grind down on them, smirking at the way A's breath catches in their throat before they let out another sneeze. B leans in, locking their lips together in a heated kiss before pulling away again to lap up the mess on A's upper lip, coaxing out a few more sneezes that spray directly into their mouth. "I guess we're about to find out," they purr, beginning to strip down.

My boyfriend caught his first cold in our relationship
My boyfriend went to a wedding on Friday and came home with a hoarse voice from all the singing and screaming.
On Saturday, his throat was just still a little sore, but that's normal after screaming every song you know.
When I came over on Sunday, he greeted me with a hug and almost instantly told me that he was going to be chewing gum a lot that day because his throat hurt. I told him that was fine, of course. Though I did think it was weird that his throat still hurt on Sunday afternoon when the wedding was Friday night.
The day was normal, but when we were winding down for the night, I asked him if he wanted me to stay over. Because even at that point when he was pretty sure it was just from using his voice too much, he still didn't feel great.
He said that he wanted me to stay over and that he would call out of work tomorrow. And he was glad he called out because he got a horrible night's sleep. He got up once to take some ibuprofen, and then we cuddled for a bit when he returned. He slept very fitfully and got up another time to get a spoon of honey because the meds did nothing for him.
When morning came, I woke up alone in bed, which is not entirely unusual because he gets up much earlier than me, but that morning I didnt hear him doing anything upstairs.
I got up and went to the living room and to my surprise he's laying cuddled up on the couch. And he was passed tf out.
So I refilled his water bottle, laid down on the other side of the couch, and watched tiktoks on silent until he woke up.
He woke up dazed and I asked him why he went to the couch as I switched the blanket he was using to a comfier one from bed. And he said that he didn't mean to fall asleep up there. He just woke up, went upstairs and decided he was going to be awake. But he eventually sat down on the couch and fell asleep again.
We cuddled for a little while before I told him I was going to run to town to get breakfast for us.
I ended up picking us up some donuts, but I got him some cough drops and a chamomile mint tea from caribou as well.
When I got back, he was much more awake. We ate our food. His voice was just as bad as the night before, if not worse, but now he was also sniffly.
He took a hot shower after we ate. I sat on the couch again, but I could hear him coughing from the shower, and my heart just ached for him.
The rest of the day was filled with cuddles, movies, sniffles, and nose blows (which he mostly excused himself to the bathroom to do, unfortunately)
The few times he did blow his nose in front of me was with a paper towel when we were eating lunch. His blows were always very soft and he almost always pinched his nose from the middle of his bridge down in a swiping motion that was really rough on his nose because he was using paper towel.
It left his nose so cute and red though. A few other things of note are that sometime after lunch, he decided to take his temperature, and he had a low-grade fever. And for those of you who like it (me included) the night I stayed over, he said out loud that he "might be getting sick" and then when his dad called him the next morning to ask why he wasn't at work (life360) he told him that he was sick.
Also, he knows about my kink, but I honestly think he forgets about it sometimes and I don't know if I should really remind him right now haha.
But yeah I'll post again if anything happens when I go over today. No sneezing yet, just absolutely adorable fluff

A is by-the-book professional in a dreadful state of cold. B comes across them taking cold medicine.
"Write down the time and dose," B cautions.
A looks back at B, affronted.  "I'bm not an anbnarchist," they say, sniffling into a tissue.

Thinking today about allergies to hair/body washes.
Imagine someone about to shower, excited because they get to use a new body wash, shampoo, hair mask, etc given to them by a friend to try. They step in, put a little bit on themselves, and their nose begins to itch. Bad.
They continue with their shower, thinking maybe the steam is making their sinuses act up. They finish their shower, putting on comfy clothes, feeling their nose run and an itch buzz, but not thinking too much of it.
The second they step into their room, they begin sneezing. It starts with one-- but soon they're a snotty, hitching mess. The itch in their nose overrides any attempt to be coordinated, and they can't seem to find their tissues. They sneeze into their clean shirt, over and over, scrambling to find a window they left open or a stray hint of dust on a night table. Even just one tissue would be enough, at least for now.
They eventually look at their new hair/body product after a run to the bathroom and sigh, connecting the dots. They step back in the shower and wash off the offending product, using the water to clean up their messy face too.

Imagine having an autistic partner who you can make sneeze basically whenever you want (consensually) because of their heightened sensitivity to stimuli. Every brush and tap, or even the suggestion of tickling their nose, makes their breath catch and their nose scrunch.
Opposite but equally hot: an autistic partner who is hyposensitive. If they want to sneeze, you practically have to torture their nose with every inducing tool you've got. Maybe you even have to restrain them so they can't instinctually bat your hand away or rub away the tickle.
