in which you're Reo's princess, and Nagi's his treasure. (w.c. 1049)
At first, you found it strange the way Nagi Seishiro would so casually throw his arm around your shoulder and hold you close to his chest. You were Reo’s girlfriend, after all. The girlfriend of his best friend.
“What are you playing?”
He sighed. “It would be a hassle to explain. You can watch though.”
And you did. You sat next to him on the couch, forcing your gaze past his toned muscles and shaggy, tangled hair to watch his little mobile game.
“Come here. It’s hard to play when you’re leaning on my arm.”
And he wrapped his arm around you, pulling you into his side so he could access his screen better. Apparently, this position made him more mobile.
You were flushed. You didn’t think something like this would be allowed. You were nestled into the gorgeous, soft body of your boyfriend’s best friend.
“Oh cute! My princess and my treasure.”
That’s all Reo had said when he saw you. It surprised you, to say the least.
But it’s not like you were complaining. Where lying on Reo’s chest was warm, Nagi’s was cool. Where Reo was obvious with his praise, Nagi was nonchalant. You found yourself wanting the affection of both of them, in a weird way.
And it started to be less surprising when Nagi asked to hold you. In fact, you started to hope he would.
“Your thighs are soft, like pillows. I need a nap.”
And Nagi collapsed, right there on your thighs, letting his eyes flutter shut. So calm.
“Aren’t they?” Reo agreed from the opposite couch, encouraging the physicality.
What the two didn’t notice was how you shifted in your seat, affected by the warm breaths that dusted your inner thighs. It wouldn’t be comfortable for the snowy haired boy to sleep in a puddle, so you held on for dear life, your hands clenched around the fabric of the couch rather than tangled in his messy hair.
You hadn’t realized the effect Nagi Seishiro really had on you. How his subtle, casual affection had trained you to become a secret mess for him. For your boyfriend’s best friend.
But Reo- your smart, charismatic, beautiful boyfriend- he had realized. In fact, he’d been encouraging this for a reason.
“You’re bothered, aren’t you princess?”
For a moment you thought you may be in trouble. It’s wrong to get turned on by your boyfriend’s best friend. But the look on Reo’s face, the devious smirk, said otherwise.
So you nodded.
“How cute.” He moved to hover over you, Nagi still restful on your thighs. “My princess and my treasure get along so well.”
It became pretty obvious what your boyfriend wanted after that. You just didn't realize how you didn't notice it before. The way he looked at Nagi. The way he encouraged you two. He wanted Nagi just as badly as you did.
The burning growing between your thighs wasn't enough for just Reo to satisfy anymore. And he knew that.
"Princess, hm? That what you want me to call her too, Reo?" Nagi mumbled, his groggy eyes opening just enough to look up at your flushed face.
"You should." Reo pulled Nagi upward by his shirt, removing him from the comfortable spot he created on your thighs.
Nagi complained the whole way up, of course, he was never one to enjoy being forced out of a cozy position.
"You should also let her ride you." Reo smirked, bringing Nagi's face close to his, nearly touching his lips.
You gulped.
But Nagi Seishiro was less than nervous, the nonchalant type of person he was. He only glanced back at you, not struggling at all under your boyfriend's tight hold on his shirt.
"Yeah fine." Nagi agreed.
It was hard for you to tell whether Nagi really wanted to fuck you, whether he was interested in you at all or if he wanted to shut Reo up. But as it turned out, Nagi Seishiro was stubborn and ruthless. He wanted you just as badly, his cock constantly straining against his shorts whenever you were close to him, wanting any excuse to stuff his face into your pretty thighs. But he'd never admit it.
Not until you were bouncing on his thick cock, mouth hung open and hands relentlessly tugging on his hair. Right there on that couch. With your wet cunt soaking him, your movements squeezing juices into a messy coating for Nagi's bare thighs.
That's when Nagi Seishiro decided to be honest. "Fuck, I needed you. Fuck~ yes I need~ ah-"
And Reo couldn't have been happier about the beautiful scene he created. "You don't mind, hm? Can't expect me to just watch." He lined up behind you, letting his familiar, flushed tip plunge into the depths of your unused hole, forcing you to lean forward onto Nagi's chest.
"I'll get ya both off. Fuck~" Reo spat, his thrusts creating the friction both you and Nagi so desperately craved, your heavy breaths mixing into each other in the small space between you.
And you kissed him, because you couldn't help it. Your sloppy, drooly lips pressed to Nagi's in a desperate display of hunger.
As it turned out, Reo had been thinking about this for a long time. Longer than you had. Longer than the stubborn Nagi Seishiro had.
He rocked his hips in perfect rhythm, your cunt sliding and squeezing around Nagi's perfect cock while your ass was lubed and stuffed by your pretty boyfriend.
Reo was right about getting you both off, too. It took him practically no time, with your clit rubbing against Nagi's skin and the friction forcing Nagi's tip into your g-spot over and over again, it wasn't difficult. But that didn't matter to Reo, he never specified how many times he expected to get you two off. And it became clear very quickly that once wasn't enough for him.
He'd been holding back his desires for too long, he deserved to see you shaking, tears streaming down your face, cum dripping from all your holes. He deserved to see Nagi fucked out, hair sticking to his forehead, arms wrapped around you and lips attached to your bruised neck.
Your boyfriend deserved that much. After how long you made him wait to fuck his princess and his treasure.

cw: toxic relationship. sukuna x f!reader. angst. suggestive. no happy ending. unedited because i can't be bothered.
it’s been years since you last heard his name.
it happens randomly. it's cold outside, your breath forming little clouds near your mouth, making you look like a smoker. you're walking inside a cafè after a long day, trying to warm up your hands and face, when, suddenly, you hear it.
a couple just exited from the door you were about to enter in. you don’t know why you stop to look at them, but you do. they're a bit awkward, averting their gazes, and you don't think the cold is the reason why their cheeks are reddening. fingers fidgeting, mouth gaping before closing suddenly.
"i had a really nice day," murmurs the girl. one of her hands is scratching her ear, the other beside her mouth to warm it up. "wanna do it again?"
"i work tomorrow," responds the guy. a wince. a glance to her lips. a subtle half step to get closer to her.
"oh," her face falls. she retreats on herself.
“but we can still see each other,” he rushes out.
a hopeful look. another subtle half step, from her this time. "where do you work?"
"sukuna's corporations, you know, down the street?"
sukuna. your eyes widen. your breath stops. a chill runs down your spine.
the outlines of the couple and of the café blur. suddenly, you're thrown back in time. you see your face in front of you, but you look weird. younger. innocent.
you’re ten. books are all scattered around you, a big red imprint of a hand on your cheek. your mother is high, tumbling over her words and tripping over her feet, screaming at you in the library. everyone is watching, but you don’t shed a tear. you’re so used to this. security comes, just like last week, and the one before that. a boy a little older than you pushes your mother away, offers you a hand to get up from the floor. you notice him: smirk that doesn’t quite reach his eyes, pink hair, black inked bands on his outstretched wrist, probably done by himself without any parental agreement. let’s get you out of here. i’m sukuna.
the scene changes. you’re sixteen. your left ear is bleeding, but a hand reaches out to dab a cotton piece on it. a whisper. an attempt to comfort you from behind you. you try to turn around but you seem to be unable to. it's okay, baby, you look so much hotter like this, i promise. his voice is all around you. condescending, like he always was. more mature than the last scene, almost as if he developed. he’s eighteen, of course he developed.
the scene changes again. you’re outside of a club, he’s coughing blood. he just got out of a fight, you think. you’re crouching to give him a napkin, your hand on his back to reassure him. he grins up at you, red staining his usually pearly white teeth. your breath gets caught again. did his eyes always look so void? i love you, baby, you know that, don’t you? a lie. a smile. a kiss that tastes like iron.
then, the scenes in front of your eyes blur, like a massive sped up version of your last decade.
a cat on the street, you scratching its furry chin, looking up at the man behind you. it reminds me of you when it purrs, sukuna. a bored look. your smile dropping. a fake smirk, his fake kiss on your cheek. you're so cute, i love it. another lie.
his first car, you in the passenger seat, his hand on your thigh, a song playing in the background. i feel like this is our song, baby. a laugh. a kiss. you two fucking in said car, his breath on your ear, your moans in his. never cum like this for anyone else, do you understand? a nod. i love you, sukuna. he doesn't answer.
him moving in with you, buying you flowers every monday, because you told him you love flowers. you're everything, sukuna. tongues swirling. one of his hands grabbing your left boob. i'll always care about you, baby. a bite on your neck. insincere words floating too high for you to see them.
drinking coffee on a snowy morning, him working on his computer, getting snappy when you ask what he's doing for the third time. i'll be big some day. not like you. your gasp. his indifference.
you and him on a jog, him forgetting you’re there, flirting with a girl that passes by. your hurt look. a sorry, whispered on your lips with a flower behind your ear ten minutes later. i only have eyes for you. your faith in him. his averting gaze.
a man groping your ass. his fist colliding with the man's jaw. never touch my fucking girl again. happiness on your face. his arm draped over your shoulder. him massaging your calfs when you get home. you're mine only. forever. don't forget that. his kisses. his possessive hold on your hips when you sink on his cock.
him wiping your tears. him making you cry. him making you laugh about something stupid on his phone. more tears. love letters on your kitchen counter, signed with his name. glasses rimmed with lipstick in the sink, but you don't own that color. messy sheets after you fuck like animals on his birthday. the house empty on yours. his things gone. no texts. no calls. no signs that tell you he's been living inside your house, your head, your heart for 15 years. your fingers frantically pressing his phone number on your keypad for a month straight, going to voicemail. can you come home? did i do something wrong? please, sukuna, i'll be better. i'll never complain about anything ever again. i promise. just come back to me. you're all i want... you're all i have. i'll be whoever you want. whatever you want. please.
your gaze focuses on the café in front of you again. the couple isn't there anymore, and it makes you wonder how much time you spent out here, freezing. it looks like he made it, at the end. you ignore the poster with his company's name near the street you came from.
it happens randomly.
you put your feet one after the other, entering the café.
randomly.

🩷 First Time 🩷
You are sitting next to Satoru on his couch as you all watch one of his silly movies. He has laid out a million snacks and treats for the night, including bowls full of Halloween candy from yesterday. Yes, Satoru was twenty two and yes, he still went trick or treating, you’d been dragged along with him all night last night, running from house to house.
Your feet still hurt, you’re wincing and rubbing them, and Satoru looks over at you with his stupidly pretty eyes, eyes you should be used to after being friends for ten years, but sometimes they… well they did things. Satoru seems to be clueless at his effects on you, how when he tickles you, you gasp, how when he pulls you against him, you sigh and inhale his scent.
You’re pretty bad at hiding it.
Suguru and Shoko make fun of you endlessly, but you are just too afraid to ruin your friendship. But then, you’ve also non stop turned down men, left and right, pining away for him. It certainly was not the best way to go about things, but you’re holding out for him to be your first. Even though it’s foolish to think it will happen, you can’t help but wait for him.
Satoru was not dating anyone, he really had not dated much since high school, he would have a fling here and there, but mostly he spent time working and then with his friends. With you.
“Feet hurting? Bring ‘em to Daddy.” He teases with a smirk, and you giggle, rolling your eyes.
“Oh gosh, Satoru. You really gonna rub ‘em?”
“Sure am, it’s my fault they hurt. C’mere.” You lean back on the couch and prop your feet up on his lap, as his long fingers press into the soles of your feet, you moan a bit, and he pauses, looking at you.
“Sorry.” You say, flustered and overheated, and Satoru looks back at the movie, his tall, lithe body leaning back against the cushions.
“No need to say sorry, it feels good hmm?” He teases, as you try to focus on the movie, but he’s pressing his fingers deeper, and massaging your feet so good your eyes flutter shut.
“Very good, oof thank you.” You say softly, going to pull them back a bit, but Satoru now has raised his massage to your ankles. You gasp. “That tickles!”
“Does it? You’re so ticklish.” He’s running little circles on your ankles then, and your thighs shift as his hands slip even higher, to your calves.
“That feels… really good, mmm.” You whisper, wishing it meant less to you, wishing you did not treasure and drink in every bit of your best friend. His shiny white hair, his perfect straight nose, model cheekbones and pouty lips. Satoru Gojo was the prettiest man you’ve ever seen, but it’s more than that.
His little smirk and how his snowy lashes lower over his eyes, his laugh when he’s being silly, how his body looks in that black skin tight gym shirt, his biceps curling as he’s gently brushing your legs. You bite your lower lip then, as he’s still watching the movie, his touches lighter, little caresses down your legs.
“You have nice legs.” You sputter then, mouth wide, and he peeks at you, a little blush on his cheeks. “What you do.”
“Um… what? I do?” He looks down at your thighs now, and when his huge hands cover them, you can’t stop the little whimper, drawing his attention to you.
“You doing alright over there?” He asks then, raising a brow, and you cover your face now.
“I have to say something.” You shift your legs down, and Satoru pouts.
“I was having fun playing with them, meanie.”
“Satoru…” You lean forward on the couch, touching his shoulders gently. “I really have to tell you something.”
“Go on then, silly girl.” He taps your nose with a little smile. You take a deep breath, looking into his swirling blue eyes then.
“I want you to be my first.”
“What!?” He’s sputtering now, and jumps up, and then you jump up, turning away and covering your face.
“I’m so stupid, of course you wouldn’t. You’re Satoru Gojo, you can have anyone. And you’re experienced. And-”
“Hey, hey.” Satoru’s hands are on your shoulders behind you now, and you tense a bit at the touch, heart racing. “You’re prettier than anyone I’ve been with, it’s not anything like that.”
“Shit, really? You think I’m pretty?” You whisper, looking back at him, and he exhales, hands squeezing a bit, nodding.
“Of course you are, silly. I tell you that you look cute all the time, do I not?”
“Cute. Not pretty.”
“Well, you’re cute and pretty. And… you’re a virgin?” He turns you to him then, and you nod shyly, tucking your hair behind your ears. “Why me the first time, why not a boyfriend?”
You sigh then, fiddling with your hands in front of yourself. “You’re who I want it with. We can stay friends, it doesn’t have to like ruin it, you don’t have to date me.”
He blinks his white lashes then, tilting his head. “Why wouldn’t I wanna date you?”
“Because we’re friends!”
“And I like you, a lot. I always have. I thought… Well, I thought you didn’t like me like that.”
“What!?” It’s your turn now, and he smirks a bit.
“Well, I’m half naked in front of you constantly, and I barely see you check me out.”
“I do! But I look away when you look at me. You don’t check me out!”
“Oh, I do.” His eyes dart down your body now, and it’s as if he’s touching you, as he looms over you, so tall, so sexy. “I look away when you look at me. Now, you really want a first time, you have to be my girlfriend, I’m no hussy.” He states, putting his hand to his chest, and you laugh then.
“I can absolutely do that. How do we seal this boyfriend/girlfriend status then? A selfie? A pinky swear?” You step closer, trailing a hand up his chest now.
“Mmm, all of the above. But first, this.” Satoru leans down now, kissing you for the first time, his soft, plump lips pressing on yours, and you gasp at it, before kissing him back, putting pressure on his lips, wrapping your arms around his neck, on your tip toes. Satoru moans softly, pulling back, his hands on your waist, then his eyes lock onto yours.
“Toru… that’s perfect.” You murmur softly, as you still feel the tingles of your lips, then you realize you have a tear sliding down your cheek. Satoru swipes it away gently, tilting up your chin and bending down, lips against your ear.
“I wanna have you cumming so hard you scream my name, pretty tears falling out of those pretty eyes.” Your body reacts viscerally, your nipples pressed against the little tank top you’re wearing, as he nips your ear then, sending shivers down your spine at the sensation.
“Please.” Satoru’s kissing down your neck now, hands on your hips, feeling your every curve, your hands enwrap in his silky hair, gasping when he picks you up in his arms like it’s nothing.
“Anything you want, pretty girl.” You melt at his words, as he carries you to his bedroom, laying you down and sliding up your tank then, revealing your breasts, he exhales as he sees them, nostrils flaring. “Holy… they’re so fucking pretty.”
“You like them?” You ask shyly, and he nods eagerly.
“Take it off, please, be a good girl for me.” You’re dripping wet already, as you lean up and pull the top over your head, your tits bouncing gently. He’s gripping them in his big hands then, squishing them and running his thumbs over your nipples, your back arches. “Tell me what you like, don’t hold back, I want to learn all of you.”
“That feels good, it feels so good.” You say softly, and he then kisses down to each peak, sucking them into his hot mouth. “S’good, mmm!”
He hums a bit, his big hand sliding down your tummy, making it tremble, as he finds your shorts, pulling them down. “So, do you masturbate Miss Virgin?”
“Jerk, ugh. Of course I do, ah!” He’s kissing and nipping on your rib cage now, looking at you with his eyes dilated, pupils so big there’s just a ring of that brilliant blue now.
“Show me what you do, then I’ll know where you like to be touched most.” He’s taking your hand now, grinning with those white teeth. “Aw, ya blushing?”
“Well, y-yes. Um… I don’t finger myself, I just rub my clit.”
“Of course, those small little fingers, they can’t hit good.” He holds his fingers out, double your length, so long you clench around nothing imagining them, getting wetter when he presses your finger to your clit. “That’s it, pretty, show me.”
You rub your clit in circles, aching for him, as he stands up, taking off his shirt then, and you drink in his body hungrily, as he drinks in yours. Fuck you’re gorgeous Satoru.”
“And you’re gorgeous, best friend. Girlfriend. Shnookums.”
“Shnookums!”
“Tossing cute names around.” He’s sliding his jeans off now, just in his dark blue boxers, then you see that outline, making you heat up even more with such strong desire. “Go ahead, keep going, you’re doing good.”
“Want you to touch me.” You whisper, as he sits back on the bed, the springs creaking under his weight, watching as your finger is playing between your lips, taking your hand gently and sucking on your finger then. “Oh!”
“Yummy. Need to taste you.” He says then, his voice husky, you are crying out when he rubs his fingers along your folds, down your slit, where wetness is pooling down to your entrance.
“Toru!” Your hips buck up when he runs circles on your clit, eyeing you carefully now.
“Have you had anything inside this pretty pussy at all?” He asks, sliding down to lay between your thighs now, his hands pressing into the plush of them as he spreads them wide. “So perfect.”
“No, I haven’t.” You admit, then gasp out when he slides one of his thick, long fingers inside you. “Ah… ah!”
“Fuck you’re so tight.” He pecks little kisses on your thighs, nipping as he studies you, pressing on a spot now that makes you see stars. “There it is.”
You’re falling apart as he pumps that long finger in, before stretching it to two, which is so hard to take, you can barely get to his first knuckles. “Toru, it’s too much… too much…”
“Aww you can take it, can’t you? Gotta stretch this tight little pussy for me, I’m a lot bigger than those fingers.” You can hear the squishing of your wetness as he kisses closer and closer, and you’re entangling your fingers in his hair, pressing against his scalp. “You’re so needy for me, aren’t you?”
You can’t speak then, when he kisses the hood of your clit, pulling the fingers out to part your folds gently. Your legs shake on either side of his head as he studies your pussy even more, moaning as he does. “Toru, um what are you doing?”
“Gonna eat you out, pretty girl. I can’t just have a treat like this and not eat it, don’t you know I have a sweet tooth?”
“Are you sure, I didn’t expect-”
“Oh this is my favorite. You’ll love it.” Satoru swipes his tongue up your slit then, and you’re moaning so loud it’s embarrassing, and he exhales, tickling you so good, his cool breath blowing on your overheated cunt. “Yummy.”
“Toru, fuck…”
“What a bad mouth, young lady.” He glares, and you laugh, breathless. “And you’re laughing, ah-ah.” He smacks your pussy, shocking you, but you like it, as you’re gushing more arousal out of your little hole. “Freaky little virgin.”
“Toru!”
“Stop talking back missy.” He smacks it again, and grins at your reaction. “Let me enjoy my treat, hmm?” You just nod, and he dives down now, sliding his tongue in and out of you in the most delicious tongue fuck. You’re already pulsing around him as he drinks you up, exploring you with his tongue, lips, teeth.
Your back arches, as he’s fucking you with it over and over, his teeth hitting your clit when he swipes up, finally swirling your clit in circles with the tip of his stupidly talented tongue. You can’t stand how good it feels, the pressure in your tummy, then you realize you’re going to cum, and cum so hard, you feel everything on fire, every nerve ending lit up.
“Gonna cum, gonna cum!” You pant out the words, and Satoru’s moaning against you, leaning up, half his face covered with you.
“Cum all over my face, let me drink you pretty.” He’s not goofy, silly Satoru, he’s some damn sex demon now, as he flicks his tongue once more, and you’re shattering for him, pulling him against you as you cum.
Satoru rides it out with you, continuing to flick his tongue so fast, sipping up the wetness out of your soppy cunt. You feel so good you’re blinded, eyes blinking rapidly to try to focus, to try to cling to this earth. He’s more serious now as he exhales, fingering you again, sliding two in with ease at how wet you are, hovering over you.
“Such a good girl, came that much for me? Wanna taste it?” He asks, and you nod nervously, then he’s kissing you, letting you taste your sweet arousal. Your hands slide down his hard abdomen, over the ripples of muscles and sinew, until you find his boxers, tugging. “Oh fuck, wanna touch me?”
“Yes, please.”
“I wasn’t sure your first time.” His care melts you, melts any worries you have away, but when he takes off his boxers and you see him, you panic.
“Oh that will never fit!” You watch him chuckle then, his soft hair falling over a brow as you touch it, your tiny hand not covering hardly any of it.
“It will fit, I promise.”
“Will it hurt?” You ask, brows together, stroking him, watching his eyes flutter shut, biting his lip.
“I haven’t been with a virgin. Um, I hear it hurts a bit, but you’re so wet and warmed up, I hope it won’t for long. I’ll go easy on you, the first time.”
“The first time!?”
“Then we’ll get freaky.” You giggle again, stroking him up and down.
“Can I suck you too?”
“You want to?” You nod and he exhales, getting on his knees then, gently positioning you on all fours. “Fuck it’s like my four pm nap.”
“Huh?”
“I nap after work, and you are always in some position. Some new one. Legs spread, ass in the air.” He wraps your hair up, pulling it gently into a ponytail, his pretty cock so thick and intimidating, twitching as you flick your tongue on the pink tip. “Oh fuck, that feels good.”
“What do you like?” You lap at the pearly liquid weeping from his tip, tonguing it and tasting it, sweet and a little salty, before sucking a couple inches in your mouth, earning his little whimper, so sexy it makes you impossibly wetter.
“Anything you wanna do, fuck. At your mercy here, the tip is the most sensitive. Can you take more?” Satoru’s voice is soft as he presses in further, and you’re moaning around him, nodding. “Good girl.”
“Mmm.” You’re sucking more of him then, as you look up, seeing his perfect form, that happy trail of white hair under that flat belly button, his hard body tensing as you stroke him where your mouth can’t reach.
“Okay, too much, I want to last for you. Mmm.” He pulls you off gently now, pushing you back to lay down, settling between your thighs, fingering you with his two fingers again. “Are you sure about this? We can wait.”
“I want this, I really do. I have for so- ah- long. Toru! Close!” He’s sliding his fingers out then, leaving you whining, as he now presses his thick tip in your entrance, and your eyes lock as you gasp.
“Want to feel you cumming around me, love.” Love that little pet name is destroying you. “Relax, please, don’t tense, just trust me. I got you.”
“I trust you, Satoru.” He exhales then, head resting on yours, then presses in, and you whine out at the pain of the first stretch, and he pauses, groaning.
“Oh fuck you’re so tight. Are you okay, pretty?” You nod a bit, as he eases back, and you’re gripping his back so tightly your nails are leaving crescent marks. “Oh fuck…”
Satoru moans as he presses further in, and you’re full, too full, it’s like nothing you’ve known. He sinks in so deep you feel him in your stomach, feel him everywhere, burning the skin as it stretches to accommodate. Satoru studies you carefully, his brow scrunched up, cupping your face with one hand.
“Baby, you all right? Gotta tell me.”
“I’m so full. It’s just… a lot.” He nods, kissing you again, rocking his hips, and then his tip drags on that spot he’d just fingered, and it feels so good, you’re clinging to him. “There, there!”
“Here?” He does it again, and your eyes roll back, feeling him roll those hips, you’re wetter and wetter with every shallow thrust, and he’s whimpering again, his cheeks flushed pink, his lips parted. “Cum on me, please?”
You need no further urging, you’re soaking Satoru’s cock as you cum, and his lips drink your moans, his hands now holding your thighs, sliding them up further, starting to fuck into you now. You’re falling apart under him, moans ridiculously loud, pleasure is coursing through your body while he fucks you into another orgasm.
“Toru, Toru! Mmm!” Satoru’s pretty eyes look into your own.
“Can I go harder, love?”
“Yes, please.”
He laughs just a bit. “You can take it, huh?”
“I can, fuck I can.” He fucks you harder then, pressing your thighs up, and you’re struggling to take more and more of him, as he’s so deep he’s hitting your cervix.
“Feel me here?” He takes your hand, pressing it on your tummy, and he has a wicked grin as he slides in slow, and you feel him there, making you squeak. “You’re so cute.”
“Cute, still, while mmm… fucking?”
“Cute anytime. Cutie.” He smacks little kisses on your cheeks, somehow he’s dirty and sexy one moment, then sweet and adorable the next. “Mwah!”
“Satoru!” You giggle when he leaves a loud kiss on your lips, but then he presses in so deep and grinds, and you lose all sense. Everything is fading, floating.
“Call me Toru when you cum.”
“Toru!” You cum all over his cock, arousal dripping down his length, down his balls that are smacking your ass, and he sucks in a breath when he feels your walls fluttering around him.
“Trying to milk me, she’s greedy already.” You have no clue what he means, all you know is it feels even better, as he’s thickening inside you. “Question.” He huffs out then, panting over you, his chiseled body dripping in sweat.
“G-go ahead.”
“On birth control or I gotta get plan B?” You nervously bury your face into his throat, and he’s laughing softly, stroking your hair as his strokes slow. “Baby gotta let me know, I’m not gonna pull out, wanna fill you up.”
“I’m on the pill. And t-take it on time.” He sighs, tilting your chin up then, smirking deviously, eyes bright fucking blue and insane.
“I’d cum in you anyway, you’d be cute pregnant.”
“What now!?” He’s slammed his lips on yours again, pressing your thighs up, and then he’s fucking harder, sounds of your skin smacking mixing with your wetness, as he fucks you so hard your tits are bouncing, the headboard is smacking. “Taking it easy, huh!?”
“This is easy, love. Oh fuck… gonna cum…” He moans then, his hands cupping your face, and you feel him throbbing inside you, thickening, you are filled with hot ropes of cum, coating your walls, and you cum just from that, earning his groan. “Oh you’re such a good girl.”
He’s gently pumping, gasping as he pumps even more cum, and your muscles are already pushing it out. He sighs then, smacking kisses on you over and over, every inch of your face, making you so blissful, as he’s fucked any thoughts out of your head, you feel like you’re floating, clinging to him, nails digging in.
“This better not be just once.” He says with a glare, and you grin, shaking your head and brushing his hair back.
“Absolutely not just once. Oh! Ouch.” You hiss a bit as he eases out, and you go to look down, but he tilts your chin up, shaking his head.
“Don’t look, you’re always scared of blood. Gonna faint.”
“It’s that much!?”
“No, but you’re sensitive about that. I’ll be right back.” Satoru hops up and you look at the ceiling, you hear a shower running, see the steam rolling into his room, and then he’s back and cleaning you up, before picking you up in his arms. “Let me take care of you, yeah?”
“Yeah, I would love that, Toru. Sounds so good.” He has you under the scalding hot water then, sudsing you up with bubbles everywhere, forming little puffy clouds on your breasts then rinsing them, laughing like he’s having a blast. You shake your head as you watch him.
“I used to jerk off when you’d take showers here.”
“You what now!?”
He just grins, pushing the shower head even lower. “Picturing you, did you ever… you know…”
“Satoru!”
“Did you!?” You look at his shower head nervously, then him, and he’s grinning even wider now. “Oh, you’re a bad girl.”
“Oh stop it, silly. Maybe once or twice. You have great water pressure. Ah, Toru!” Satoru is now on his knees in the shower, looking up at you and rushing that hot shower water against your clit. You gasp at it, as he wraps an arm around your hip to steady you.
“I’m gonna have so much fun with you.”

heyy idk if you are open for requests/suggestions or not but i was thinking of an idea where reader shares her bf satoru with her roomie geto and they basically have a power play over sub!satoru (ignore this if you don’t take suggestions or if you’ve done this alr!!)
— minors dni, subby! satoru, overstim, established rs, satoru x reader x suguru, double handjob (?), praise, fluff, aftercare , woooahh why’d it get kinda soft at the end 🤨
satoru was sure he’d never find a better view he adored more than you and your bare body. when you’re naked beneath him, folded in half as he fucks into you like it’ll be his last chance, or on top of him, bouncing on his dick like you own it (and he makes sure to let you know that you do. over and over and over again in broken, ceaseless whimpers against the shell of your ear). either way, his gaze only holds enough room for you, you, you.
and suguru, apparently.
“don’t go too fast.”, you remind his best friend, and suguru slows the pace of the strokes. “he cums so quick, it’s kind of cute.”
you sigh into wispy threads of suguru’s hair. the dark strands of it tickle your skin as he trails greedy kisses up your neck, sucking and biting where he sees fit, marking you, satoru’s girlfriend, as his.
suguru pulls away for a second to glance at your boyfriend, who’s red and huffing for air, though can’t force his captivated blue eyes away from the show that you and geto put on.
“ ‘course he does.”, suguru teases. “he’s a minute man, after all.”
satoru scowls at that. “hey, i last way longer the second round—“
and before he can finish his remark, suguru squeezes his best friend’s cock in his hand, further intertwining his fingers with yours in the process and pulling a ragged moan from satoru’s throat, promptly shutting him up.
you giggle as your snowy-haired boyfriend sinks his teeth into his lips, not before he gives suguru a teary, pointed glare. satoru tosses his head back as you and his best friend continue to pump him—slow and easy, hands laced together around his twitching, pink cock.
“so mouthy.”, suguru chuckles. he makes direct eye contact with satoru, eyes hazy and blue like a clouded sky, as he pulls you in for another kiss, rumbling out a low grunt and he can just see the jealousy in gojo’s eyes. it’s fun, it’s amusing, it’s cute, the way his friend’s lip juts out in a pout whenever you two aren’t giving him your full, undivided attention. jerking him off isn’t enough, satoru craves both pairs of eyes on him as his are on the two of you.
but when you finally do look at him, despite this being his biggest desire as of now, satoru can’t handle you and suguru staring him down the way you are. with his weeping cock in your palms, you thumbing over his leaking slit as suguru fondles his balls—it’s all too much. it makes him feel small—small in a way that turns him on. weak in a way he’s not usually used to, unless it’s at the hands of you or his best friend, people he can trust. no matter how pathetic he looks, satoru knows you two will take good care of him.
with that thought, his hips suddenly have a mind of their own, bucking carelessly between your and suguru’s clasped hands, fucking his needy cock between them and moaning, groaning, whiny as those blue, angel eyes streak tears down his tinted cheeks.
“oohh, look.”, you cast suguru a knowing glance, taking the initiative to speed up the strokes around your boyfriend’s dick. “someone’s getting all excited~.”
suguru laughs with you, a pair of patronizing taunts, ones that makes satoru’s cock jump again as he gets closer to blowing his load. “already? wow, you really are a minute man, i was mostly just joking about that.”
you give a short hum, leaning in to give suguru a peck on the lips before turning back to satoru. “ya know you’re just short of five minutes. why don’t we count down, and you can cum on 0? ready?”
satoru isn’t given a chance to agree or not; you and suguru are picking up the pace, squeezing his cock and massaging his balls and you tweak at one of his perked nipples. whether he was ready or not, you two were going to make him cum,
“…3…2…1…”, the two of you end the countdown and, as if on cue, satoru is shooting out his load, crying out a broken ‘f-fuck—!’ and gushing like a champagne bottle, making a sloppy mess all over the three of you. he gives stuttered, desperate thrusts into your palms, wet, slick sounds loud throughout the room as satoru rides out his high. after a few more weak pumps, his hips grow still, legs shivering and fists clenched onto the sheets, his broad chest heaving and lids fluttering shut as satoru struggles to catch his breath.
he only opens his eyes again at the sensation of you threading fingers through his hair. satoru relishes in the feeling of you two pampering him with aftercare, pressing loving kisses on his sweaty face and showering him in praises and compliments.
‘you did so good, satoru.’
‘good boy.’
‘look at you, so pretty for us.’
and maybe satoru stands corrected. maybe this, the sight of his girlfriend and his best friend, snuggled around his body as they rain upon him their eternal love and affection, is the best view he could ever have.

You think you’ve met with the biggest worry of your life yet. Well… Kind of? Certainly, it was a blessing to think that this was your biggest worry thus far.
But something that has been making you lose sleep nonetheless.
That being that your cute, adorable and quiet son— Was being so much colder than usual.
“Mama. Megumi’s just cranky all the time.”
“Gumi’s been sulking in his room and listening to a lot of radio songs, too. Nana and I saw.”
Your twins have been just fine— As sweet as they could possibly be, as they cuddle up to you and follow you around the kitchen to make dinner or chasing their poor Papa and Daddy out the door so that they won’t bother your little bonding session.
But it seems Fushiguro Megumi has been a lot more distant than usual, his eyes squinted at you everytime he spoke, narrowed blue eyes and almost— Like a glare.
Maybe you’ve done something wrong? Did you not sew his favourite shirt up right? Ah, maybe you shouldn’t have asked Suguru to help you season the vegetables in the stew today— Was it because Satoru bought the wrong brand of pork?
Just what has been on your son’s mind?
“Megumi… Is something wrong? Are you okay? Do you feel sick?” And he’s gripping onto your hand, eyes squinted at you as he glares.
“I-I’m fine! Quit trying to take my temperature…!”
Your plans for reconciling don’t seem to be doing well either.
“…thanks.”
One direct strike to your heart that has you clutching at your chest in stark worry. It’s almost like he was getting colder and colder until hell could actually freeze over…!
“Welcome home! Did you like your lunch? I made your favourite today, oh! And added the carrots that you were talking about.” Your hand pats his head as he stares up at you with an almost blank expression on his face, coupled with that squinty look in his eye.
“It was okay.”
Another direct plunge of the knife into your heart as you cough and try to recover from this excruciating worry and panic from within.
There has got to be something wrong… Right?
“It’s gotta be puberty or something!” Satoru’s arm is around you, patting your back as you almost sob, your head resting upon your husband’s chest as you voice your concerns about your poor son.
“Satoru,” You sniffle lightly as he threads his fingers through your hair, letting you stare into his eyes as he hums in acknowledgment. “Were you like this at his age too?”
“Nope! I did have like, a giant target painted on my back cause I was powerful and stuff though.”
Oh my god. Was Megumi being targetted by dangerous organizations—
“And I think you’re scaring her, Satoru.” A gentle voice is heard as the bathroom door opens, Geto Suguru with a towel around his neck and his freshly dried hair being pushed back by a palm.
“Darling,” He’s kneeling by the side of the bed to be eye level with you as he takes yours hand in his. “Megumi and the girls are safe no matter where they go. Trust us.”
You do, you really do.
“B-But Suguru…! Megumi doesn’t even ask me for hugs anymore…!”
That was what was making you go on the brink of tears, actually. Your once sweet, quiet and slightly chubby but soft Megumi used to shyly plop his head onto your lap, used to stare at you until you would bend down and tightly squeeze him in your arms.
But now he won’t even call you ‘Mama’…
“Ah, that last part. He doesn’t even call me Papa anymore either. They’re at the age where it feels awkward to call their parents that, after all.”
But your girls—
“The twins and Tsumiki are better at endearing themselves, sweetheart.” The bed dips as he gets on, letting you flip the blanket up so that he could join you as he fluffs up and pillow and sits himself up. “Plus, you know how much better they are at expressing themselves than Gumi is.”
Your husband is right, but—
“You look so stressed, honey,” Your snowy-haired sorcerer of a husband hums so dismissively, as if he doesn’t understand the weight of the situation as Suguru continues to comfort you.
“Wanna kiss?”
Not at all being helpful.
(“I’m taking away all your kissing privileges,” A pout as you turn your head away from the puckered lips of one of your husbands.
“W-Wha? I didn’t even do anything! Suguru, convince her to give me back my rights, pleaseeeeee?!”
“Nope.” Your husband adjusts his reading glasses as his book settles on his lap and your head was now on his broader shoulder. “I’m mad at you too.”
Gojo Satoru feels very wronged right now.)
It seems the only one who seems to understand your worry is your eldest daughter.
“Mm! Megumi’s been acting really, really awkward lately, Mama!” Her plastic cup slams down onto the coaster with much more force than usual, the strawberry milk swirling about from the vibration of the force.
“I saw him putting his face super, super close to this magazine too!” She angrily takes a bite of her riceball, making sure to chew thoroughly as well as swallow before speaking once more. “And Mimiko says Megumi was asking her for her notes a lot more now!”
“And everytime I ask him what’s wrong, he flinches and tells me that it was nothing. Then he tells me that he wants to eat more carrots!”Fushiguro Tsumiki has a hand on her cheek as her shoulders slump and her head rolls onto your lap.
“Boys are so hard to read…”
And you’re contemplating. Just a little bit as you lightly pinch your daughter’s cheek and think just that little bit more.
The squinting, odd glare when talking, the pressing of his face against magazines, the asking of notes from his sister in the same grade as him, the carrots, the refusal to admit that anything was wrong with him—
Does your Megumi… Have eyesight problems?
It would make sense, honestly. For him to keep such a problem to himself thinking that he could fix it with time all on his own—
Oh, that silly boy.
Notes:
“Megumi? You should’ve told me sooner.” You’re holding his hand as you both take a trip to the optometrist, his face in a blank, almost angry pout as he’s lead forward.
“It’s my own problem anyway. I made my eyes like this so—“
“Megumi.” And he shuts up at your stern tone, at your hardened expression and your disapproving gaze.
You crouch down beside him, meeting his height as you lightly squeeze his held hand. His gaze was now downcast, shifted awkwardly to be looking at the floor as he nervously gulps and avoids meeting your eyes.
He’s definitely guilty.
“You know that you would never bother me.” Your hand is in his hair and ruffling those stuck-up strands of black. “And you’ll never trouble me, no matter how bad of a problem you’ve run into.”
“And if you feel like you can’t approach your fathers,” You have to take a deep breath in as his hair falls over his eyes and obscures his gaze. “There’s always me you can turn to. Your sisters would be more than happy to listen as well.”
“So don’t go thinking that you’re alone, okay?”
He’s still your son, no matter what he thinks, after all.

A Sister's Shadow: Yang Jungwon
pairing: Jungwon x fem! reader
synopsis: You love your sisters—Yeri, Hana, and Narin—truly, and you’ve learned almost everything from them. But you can never forget the day when Yeri introduced Jungwon to your family. That day changed your life forever. Ever since you were little, you loved Jungwon. However, you couldn’t help but feel envious of the friendship between Jungwon and Yeri. But what will happen when Jungwon decides to propose to Yeri years later?
warnings: This is inspired by the 2019 movie “Little Women” and is set in the 1860s. It includes historical references to the societal roles and limitations placed on women during that period, including themes of gender inequality and the pressures of marriage for security. Reader discretion is advised. It also has mentions of injuries and kissing. Let me know if there is more!
note: Hello darlings, I couldn't help but take inspiration from the ‘’Little Women’’. Please know that it won't follow the exact events. The characters except for you and Jungwon that are mentioned in the story are just something I made up. I haven’t read the novel yet so I really apologize to those who were truly a fan of it. This is inspired by Amy and Laurie’s story, and I really hope you will like it. Happy reading!

Growing up as the youngest, you were often shielded by your three older sisters—Narin, Hana, and Yeri—in the home you shared. You were raised in modest circumstances, finding your way through life as you learned and listened from your older sisters.
It was the afternoon when Yeri burst through the door of the home, her cheeks flushed. “Y/n, guess who I’ve brought to meet us!” she exclaimed, her eyes twinkling.
You followed Yeri into the parlor, where a 15-year-old tall boy with a cute smile stood confidently by the doorway. His dark hair was tousled from the wind, and his eyes sparkled as he glanced around the room.
“Everyone, this is Yang Jungwon,” Yeri announced proudly, gesturing towards him. “He’s just moved into the neighborhood, and I thought it would be wonderful for him to meet the family.”
Jungwon gave a smile, his dimples showing, and a nod. “It’s a pleasure to meet you all,” he said warmly while glancing at you and the rest of your family.
From the moment you laid eyes on him, you felt a strange fluttering in your stomach. At twelve years old, you were used to being seen as the baby of the family..but something about Jungwon’s presence made you want to prove yourself more grown-up.
As Yeri chatted animatedly with your parents, Jungwon’s attention turned to you. “So, Y/n,” he began, his tone friendly “do you enjoy living here?”
You nodded, a small smile forming. “Yes, it’s nice. We’ve lived here for as long as I can remember.”
Jungwon chuckled softly. “That’s great to hear. It must be fun having Yeri as your sister.”
“She’s the best,” you replied with a grin, glancing over at Yeri who was sharing a playful look with Jungwon.
Throughout the gathering, you couldn’t help but notice between Jungwon and Yeri. They kept exchanging glances and shared inside jokes that spoke of a deep friendship. You admired and envied it at the same time.
🌱
It was winter, and everything was covered in frost. The air was cold, and the ground was slippery with ice. You walked through the snowy streets, carrying a basket of warm bread. You hurried along, trying to stay warm.
Suddenly, your foot slipped on a patch of hidden ice and you tumbled to the ground, the basket of bread scattering across the snowy path. Pain shot through your knee as you landed hard, and tears welled up in your eyes from the shock and the sting of the fall.
‘’A-ah.. ouch‘’ Clutching your injured knee, you tried to compose yourself, but the pain was unbearable. Tears streamed down your cheeks as you struggled to get up, feeling helpless and alone.
Then, you heard footsteps approaching. Through blurry eyes, you saw Jungwon walking briskly towards you, his brow furrowed.
“Good heavens, are you hurt?” Jungwon asked urgently, kneeling beside you and gently placing a hand on your arm.
You nodded, trying to stifle your sobs. “I-I fell,” you managed to say, your voice trembling with pain.
Jungwon’s expression softened as he examined your knee. “Let me see,” he said softly, carefully lifting your pant leg to inspect the wound. “It appears you’ve taken quite a spill.”
You winced as Jungwon touched the tender skin around the scrape, but his touch was gentle. He reached into his coat pocket and retrieved a clean handkerchief, using snow to dampen it before gently cleaning the wound.
“The cold will help soothe it,” Jungwon reassured you, his voice calm and steady despite the urgency of the situation.
“It hurts terribly,” you admitted, feeling the sting intensify now that the initial shock was wearing off.
“I understand,” Jungwon replied sympathetically. “But you’ve been brave thus far.”
You managed a weak smile. “Thank you,” you murmured, feeling warm despite the icy ground beneath you.
Jungwon finished bandaging your knee with care movements. “There,” he said finally, tying a secure knot in the handkerchief. “That should suffice for now. You must take care to keep it clean and avoid putting too much weight on it.”
“Thank you,” you said sincerely, looking at him with gratitude.
Jungwon smiled warmly, helping you gather the scattered bread, and offered to carry the basket for you. “It was my pleasure, Y/n. Pray, be more cautious in the future, won’t you?” he then patted your head.
That day fully changed what you saw in Jungwon.
🌱
As the evening descended softly, you sat by the flickering fireplace, nervously twisting your hands as you watched Yeri and Jungwon prepare for a night at the theater. The thought had been on your mind all day, and you finally gathered the courage to ask.
“Yeri, could I come with you to the theater tonight?” you ventured, your voice marked by hope.
Yeri turned to you, her expression gentle yet firm. “Oh, Y/n, it’s too late for you to be out. The theaters are no place for someone your age at this hour.”
“But I’m not that young,” you protested quietly, trying to hide the disappointment that threatened to surface. “I promise I’ll behave.”
“I know you would,” Yeri replied gently, kneeling beside you and patting your nightgown affectionately. “But mama would be worried, and it’s past your bedtime.”
You nodded sadly, knowing she was right. Despite your best efforts, jealousy crept into your heart as you watched Yeri and Jungwon gather their coats and hats, preparing for an evening of entertainment.
“I understand,” you murmured, forcing a smile that didn’t quite reach your eyes.
Yeri reached out and squeezed your hand warmly. “I love you, Y/n.”
Tears welled up in your eyes at her words, and you nodded sadly. “I love you too, Yeri,” you whispered. You do love your sister so much…
Jungwon, sensing your disappointment, offered a sympathetic smile. “I’m sorry, Y/n. We’ll tell you all about it when we return.”
As they left, the door softly closing behind them, you sank back into the chair as you felt envy and guilt.
🌱
Summer arrived fast.
The warm sun kissed your cheeks as you sat on the sandy beach, a light breeze carrying the salty scent of the ocean. It was a rare outing with your sisters—Narin, Yeri, and Hana—and Jungwon.
Yeri and Jungwon raced along the shoreline, their laughter mingling with the sound of the waves. Bursts of gleeful shouts as they chased each other through the sand.
Meanwhile, you sat quietly on the blanket spread out on the beach, a sketchbook resting on your lap. Your eyes followed Jungwon as he ran. With each stroke of your pencil, you drew all the small details that made your heart race.
“He’s quite a sight, isn’t he?” Narin remarked, noticing your focused gaze.
You nodded silently, a faint blush coloring your cheeks. “He’s… he’s fun to draw,” you managed to say, trying to hide what you were feeling inside.
Hana, giggling beside you, leaned over to peer at your sketch. “You’ve captured him perfectly,” she commented with a smile.
You continued sketching as a few hours passed. The sun started to sink, then, Yeri and Jungwon returned with their faces flushed from their games.
Jungwon glanced over your shoulder, catching sight of your sketch. “What’s this?” he asked curiously, crouching down beside you.
You felt your heart skip a beat as he leaned closer to examine your drawing. “Um, just something I was working on,” you murmured shyly, unable to meet his gaze.
Jungwon studied the sketch intently, a smile tugging at the corners of his lips. “You’re talented,” he said sincerely.
“Thank you,” you replied softly.
Yeri, noticing the exchange, chuckled playfully. “Looks like someone has a secret talent,” she teased, giving you a look.
Jungwon laughed, his eyes meeting yours. “You should draw me more often,” he said warmly, his words sending a flutter through your heart…
🌱
Years already passing by.
It was a quiet evening, the gas lamps flickering softly as twilight settled over. Yeri returned home with tear-stained cheeks, her usually vibrant spirit subdued. Your heart sank at the sight of her, knowing something had gone awry.
“What happened, Yeri?” you asked softly, your voice full of concern as you approached her.
Yeri turned to you, her eyes brimming with tears. “Oh, Y/n,” she whispered, her voice trembling with emotion. “Jungwon… he tried to propose to me today.”
Your heart skipped a beat as her words hung in the air, the weight of their implications sinking in. “But… why are you crying then?” you managed to ask, your voice barely above a whisper.
Yeri shook her head, a bitter laugh escaping her lips. “Because I had to refuse him,” she confessed, her voice cracking with sorrow. “I love him, but not in that way… everything would be horrid if we married.”
Your heart shattered at her words, tears welling up in your eyes as you struggled to comprehend the depth of her sacrifice. But more than that, you were crying because you saw how deeply Jungwon loved Yeri,
Enough wanting to marry her.
The realization pierced your heart, knowing that the love you held silently could never be.
“I’m so sorry, Yeri,” you whispered, your voice choked with emotion as you pulled her into a tight embrace.
Yeri buried her face in your shoulder, her sobs mingling with yours as you held each other, sharing the weight of a love that could never be. Through tear-stained eyes, you both grieved for the dreams and hopes that had collided with harsh reality.
It was a scene of quiet sorrow, a moment frozen in time amidst the hustle and bustle of a world in transition.
“I never wanted to hurt him,” Yeri muttered softly. “But I couldn’t bear the thought of a marriage built on anything less than true love.”
“I understand,” you replied gently, your heartache echoing in your voice. “Sometimes, the hardest choices are the ones that break our hearts the most.”
🌱
Months had gone since you said goodbye to your family and went to Europe with your grandmother.
Yes, you left, but with a purpose.
There, you learned from skilled artists and improved your painting techniques.
Sitting at your easel with a palette in hand, you focused on painting the colorful spring flowers. The park was lively with other painters, families having picnics, and couples walking together. You didn’t realize that someone familiar was about to reappear in your life.
He approached quietly, a smile tugging at his lips as he observed you in your element. His heart swelled with pride at how far you had come since the last time he saw you.
“Y/n?” Jungwon’s voice broke the peaceful silence, his tone filled with surprise and delight.
You turned at the sound of his voice, eyes widening in disbelief before breaking into a smile. “Jungwon!” you exclaimed, setting aside your paintbrush and palette as you rose to greet him.
He closed the distance between you in quick strides, his grin widening as he reached out to boop your nose playfully—a familiar gesture that you remembered so well.
“You surprised me!” you laughed, your voice filled with genuine joy as you threw your arms around him in a tight embrace.
Jungwon lifted you effortlessly, spinning you around in a whirl. “You’ve grown up,” he remarked with a soft chuckle, his arms still wrapped around you as he gently set you back on your feet.
“I… I didn’t expect to see you here,” you admitted, feeling a rush of happiness and fondness as you looked up at him.
“I wanted to see you,” Jungwon confessed, his gaze tender as he brushed a stray lock of hair from your face. “You look… incredible.”
Heat crept into your cheeks at his compliment, your heart fluttering at the sincerity in his eyes. “Thank you,” you murmured shyly, feeling a surge of gratitude for his presence.
You almost forgot to introduce Jungwon to Minhee. Someone you had been with for a while. ‘’Oh, I want you to meet someone,’’
‘’Jungwon, this is Minhee,” you said warmly, gesturing to the young man standing beside you. “Minhee, meet Jungwon.”
Minhee extended his hand with a smile, his demeanor polite yet reserved. “Nice to meet you,” he greeted Jungwon.
Jungwon shook Minhee’s hand, a polite smile on his lips that didn’t quite reach his eyes. “Likewise,” he replied, his tone cordial yet distant.
You sensed a subtle shift in Jungwon’s face before he masked it with a neutral expression.
“Minhee and I were just about to head out,” you explained, breaking the silence that followed the introductions. “It was wonderful seeing you, Jungwon.”
“Yeah, it was great catching up,” Minhee added with a nod, sensing the tension.
Jungwon nodded slightly, his gaze flickering between you and Minhee. “Take care,” he said quietly, with a bit of sadness.
You felt a pang of sympathy as you looked at Jungwon, wishing you could ease the unease that went between you. “We should talk more often while you’re here,” you suggested gently, hoping to bridge the gap that had unexpectedly arisen.
Jungwon nodded again, a faint smile touching his lips. “I’d like that,” he replied, his voice softer now as he met your gaze with gratitude.
With a final wave, you and Minhee turned to leave. As you walked away, you couldn't shake the bittersweet feeling—a reunion with Jungwon, colored with unspoken words and a connection that spanned time and distance.
🌱
The room felt heavy as you carefully packed away your painting supplies, the scent of oil paint lingering in the air. Jungwon leaned against the doorway, his eyes studying you with curiosity and concern.
“Why are you giving this up?” he asked gently, breaking the silence that hung between you.
You paused, turning to face him with a small, sad smile. “It’s not about giving up,” you began, your voice marked by resignation. “It’s about practicality. There are things in life we must consider.”
Jungwon furrowed his brow, sensing the weight of your words. “But you love painting,” he insisted softly.
“I do,” you admitted, nodding slightly. “But loving something doesn’t always mean it’s the path we can afford to take.”
He stepped closer, his gaze searching yours. “What do you mean?”
You sighed, setting down a brush with deliberate care. “You see, Jungwon,” you started, choosing your words carefully, “Women here are often powerless unless they marry. Even then, everything they have belongs to their husbands.”
Jungwon frowned, his expression pained as he took in the implications of your words. “That’s… unfair,” he muttered, his voice laced with sympathy.
“It’s reality,” you replied quietly. “And Minhee… Minhee is different. He’s wealthy, and he can provide security. I’ve always known I would marry a rich man.”
Jungwon’s eyes widened slightly, a flicker of hurt crossing his features. “So, if Minhee went down on one knee to you, would you say yes?”
You met his gaze squarely, the weight of your decision hanging heavy in the air. “Yes,” you admitted, your voice barely above a whisper. “Because marrying Minhee means security, stability… a future I can’t achieve on my own.”
His shoulders slumped slightly, the reality of your words sinking in. “I understand,” he said softly, though you detected a hint of disappointment in his tone.
As you resumed packing, the room hung heavy with silence.
🌱
The park felt peaceful as you and Jungwon sat, you had just finished drawing him, the lines on the paper capturing him with careful detail.
“You have a remarkable talent,” Jungwon remarked with genuine admiration as he studied the sketch, his eyes flickering between the paper and your face.
“Thank you,” you replied softly. The air around you felt charged with unspoken words.
As you both stood up and began to walk, having a lighthearted conversation. Yet, amidst the ease of your exchange, Jungwon’s demeanor turned thoughtful, his gaze distant for a moment.
“How is Minhee?” he finally asked, his voice betraying a hint of concern.
“He’s busy with business,” you replied casually, though the words carried a weight you couldn’t ignore.
Jungwon nodded silently, his expression unreadable as he turned away slightly, staring into the distance. The silence stretched between you, punctuated only by the soft rustling of leaves overhead.
“You deserve more than just security,” Jungwon said suddenly, his voice low yet with earnestness. “You deserve happiness, love… a future where your heart is truly fulfilled.”
You paused, taken aback by his heartfelt words. “Why are you telling me this?” you asked gently, a mix of confusion and vulnerability in your voice. “You know the reality of life.”
Jungwon met your gaze, his eyes reflecting a depth of emotion. “Because you deserve to hear it,” he replied softly, his voice trembling with sincerity. “Because… I love you.”
Those three words hung in the air, stirring emotions within you. Tears welled up in your eyes as you reached out to touch his hand, your heart overflowing with unspoken longing.
“I’ve loved you, I’ve always had,” you confessed softly, your voice trembling with raw honesty. “Every moment, every sketch… it was you.”
Jungwon’s breath caught, his eyes glistening with tears as he held you close. “I never knew,” he murmured, his voice filled with regret. “I should have told you sooner.”
With the weight of years of unspoken love and missed chances hanging between you, you leaned into his embrace.
But you knew that despite the tender moment, the reality of your circumstances remained unchanged. With a heavy heart and tears streaming down your cheeks, you gently pulled away from Jungwon.
“I can’t,” you whispered brokenly, your voice cracking with emotion. “Not when… not when Yeri didn't choose you. I won’t settle for being someone’s second choice. I won’t allow myself to be that’’
"Love, please listen-" Jungwon pleaded, trying to hug you, but you interrupted him right away.
“You are being mean Jungwon...” you muttered to him as you felt your tears running down to your cheeks.
Jungwon’s expression softened, his tears mingling with yours as he watched you walk away, each step echoing the ache in your heart...
🌱
Returning to your hometown brings a lot of memories and emotions. The sights and sounds welcomed you back into the embrace of your family and home. Amongst the laughter and chatter, there was a quiet moment when you found yourself alone with Jungwon after a while.
“I didn’t expect to see you here,” you admitted, your voice soft with surprise as you looked at him, feeling a rush of emotions at seeing him again.
Jungwon’s eyes searched yours, his gaze with longing. “I had to see you,” he confessed quietly.
As you both walked through the old familiar streets, the conversation turned to recent events. The mention of Minhee brought a pause, a hesitation crossing your face.
“You didn’t say yes,” Jungwon observed gently, his voice barely above a whisper. “Why?”
Taking a deep breath, you looked down in shame, your heart laid bare in that vulnerable moment. “Because I don’t love him that way….the way that I should,” you admitted, your voice tinged with emotion. “Not like… like I love you.”
Jungwon’s expression softened, his eyes shining with tears of joy and relief. Your eyes met him as tears slowly went down. “You don't have to say anything-’’
But without a word, he moved closer and gently held your face before kissing you...
🌱
Years had passed since that reunion when love had finally found its way back to you and Jungwon. Now, you were sitting while painting the beauty of the park.
Beside you, Jungwon watched with a tender smile, his gaze brimming with admiration and love.
“You’ve captured it perfectly,” he murmured, his voice soft with pride as he knelt beside you, gently placing a hand on your growing belly.
You glanced down at the swell of your abdomen, a smile gracing your face. “Our little one,” you whispered. “Can you believe it?”
Jungwon’s eyes sparkled as he leaned in to press a kiss against your forehead. “I can’t wait to meet our baby,” he replied softly, his hand resting protectively over yours.
In that moment, you knew that you had found love that had grown against all odds...

GOJO SATORU
summary. You left Satoru and the kids at home to do some grocery shopping, which means that Satoru will have to take care of two babies at the same time.
contents. Fluff, reader is fem, gojo having troubles at the end
authors note. I requested something similar to this from another author, so if they did my request and posted it please don't get the wrong idea! I also wanted to write about it too now 😭
You and Satoru have Two kids, the first one is Satoshi, he's the oldest. He just turned two 5 months ago. Then next was Satoko, she's younger than Satoshi. You gave birth to her around 4 months ago.
You found it cute how your kids got Satoru's genes the most, they have his white snowy hair and those blue ocean eyes that you adore a lot.
︵͜⏜͜︵ ︵͜⏜͜︵ ︵ ︵͜⏜͜︵
Once, you had to go grocery shopping alone, leaving Satoru and the kids at home.
Satoru wanted to come with you, but you refused and told him to stay at home to take care of the kids. You assured him that it would be fine and no curses would start attacking you, plus you also reminded him that he expanded his infinity to you.
(Gojo fully knows that you're a strong sorcerer, he just suddenly became much more of a worry wart after you gave birth to his baby girl months ago.)
right now you're about to leave the house, but Gojo is looking at you with those big puppy eyes, begging you to bring him grocery shopping with the kids as well.
Well... There were plenty of reasons why you couldn't bring Gojo with you, the first one was that you're still kind of a first-time mom, and you don't know how to handle two babies at the same time in public. And of course, you and Satoru can't leave the kids alone at home, you guys don't trust any babysitter to look out for them since they could be bad guys or curses in disguise.
"Please y/n? I wanna come with you!
"Satoru you're being a baby! You do understand why you can't come right? You have to take care of the kids, it's just some grocery shopping! I swear I'll be alright! Now let me go! "
BANG! the door shuts close loudly.
Satoru pouted and looked down at his baby, "Your mama really is a meanie..no? "he cooed and looked down at his precious daughter who was sleeping in his arms, booping her nose. He's surprised that she didn't wake up from the commotion earlier.
"Ah, I'll just get your brother, 'kay? Don't pull any pranks on daddy when he's back. "- acting as if his 4-month-old daughter could stand up on her legs and start setting up pranks.
He kisses her forehead and places her on a nearby crib beside the sofa and heads towards Satoshi and Satoko's shared nursery room.
As he entered the room, it turned out Satoshi was already wide awake, bouncing and giggling in his crib at the sight of his father.
"Hey buddy, did you miss me that much? Is that why you're excited to see me?" A warm smile spread across Satoru's face as he scooped his son up.
"Pa-pa! Pa-pa!"
Satoru grinned, heart warmed by Satoshi calling him "papa."
"No wonder you're so cute; you look so much like me." And, well, you'd agree. Everyone else does too. Satoshi and Satoru could practically be twins.
Satoru picked up Satoshi from the crib, he checked his diaper for poop. "Oh no, you need a shower, bud." He chuckled, Satoru carried Satoshi to the bathroom, and Satoko too just in case.
After a good 20 minutes of bathing Satoshi, they returned to the nursery. Satoshi, now fresh and clean, rested on Satoru's left arm, while Satoko peacefully slept in her bassinet.
Everything was peaceful, not until a cat from outside accidentally knocked over a metal item which made a loud noise, good thing Satoshi didn't get scared by it, meanwhile, Satoko over here woke up from the noise.
Satoru started panicking when he saw that Satoko's eyes are starting to well up in tears.
"Oh my god- Satoko please don't cry, please don't cry.. "
He started to panic even more when he heard her whimpers, he tried to calm Satoko down by caressing her chubby cheek with his right hand.
"Nonono, not right now please Satoko... "
then boom, Satoko is now crying.
"Oh my goodness." He palmed his face and sighed from failing to prevent his daughter from crying.
"Alright, just a second Satoshi." He couldn't grab Satoko from the bassinet with one arm only, since he was carrying Satoshi in his left arm, So he had to put Satoshi down first. But as he was about to put Toshi down, his son gripped his shirt tightly,
"P-papa..... No..."
Then Satoshi started crying, he didn't want Satoru to put him down. The children's wailing filled the room, Gojo felt like he wanted to cry too.
"Aiyaaa..... Y/n...please save me.. "
Satoru didn't know what to do in order to stop the children from crying at the same time.
end: you arrived home 20 seconds later, you went to the nursery room to check what was the commotion about. When you saw Satoru very exhausted you couldn't help but burst out laughing. But don't worry, you told him that he did a great job and gave him plenty of kissed as his rewards after.
☞ note. this was inspired by that one kbs world tv episode, idk how to make my writings longer 😭 this was so annoying cuz I worked so many times on this fix then when I saved it to my drafts it had an error THEN HALF OF IT DISAPPEARED SO I HAD TO REDO EVERYTHING 😭😭😭

OMG I HAVE ANOTHER ONE I HAVE ANOTHER ONE
What about putting lights on the house with single dad James that’s also next door neighbor. So basically Harry sees their nice next door neighbor struggling to put up the outside decorations and he forces his dad to help. And Que cute decorating time and end with hot cocoa and baking cookies with Harry!
I LOVED this idea, thank you
𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒆𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 - a hallmark christmas movie
James Potter x reader day eight of christmas advent calendar words; 1,600+ warnings; broken glass i made harry really clumsy and lily evil so enjoy
Y/n sighed, hands on her hips, as she stared at the bucket of tangled Christmas lights. She thought hard on how she could possibly do this, the years before she’s always had a boyfriend or her dad do it. But this year, not only was she single but her dad was visiting her sister in America this Christmas.
‘If only magic was real,’ She thought while shaking her head and beginning to work on the Christmas lights.
Y/n struggled to pull out a single strand, so she decided to just pour them all out instead. She sat on her snowy lawn, thankful she had decided to wear her snow gear before she came out. Y/n sat there, pulling roughly on the lights and fighting off frustrated tears.
After ten minutes of trying she threw the lights onto the snow in annoyance and flopped onto her back, spreading out her arms and legs as if she was making a snow angel. She glared at the snow falling from the sky.
From inside the next door house, a little boy with charcoal hair watched the woman intently from the window. His breath fogged up the window, so every breath he exhaled he wiped his sleeve against the cold glass.
“Harry, it’s rude to stare.” The boy's dad, James, said as he hugged his son from behind and pulled him up. Harry laughed as James tickled his stomach.
“I think she needs help, dada.” Harry mentioned - his lisp making his “s” sound like a “th” - and James cocked an eyebrow.
“Oh yeah, what makes you think that?” He asked his son.
“Look, she can’t get her Christmas lights to go apart.” He explained and James peered out the window to see his neighbors figure in the snow, struggling to untangle lights.
James ruffled his son's hair and set him back down, “She’ll figure it out, bud, don’t worry.”
Y/n sighed in relief as the Christmas lights were finally untangled. She stood up, her legs cracking loudly, and picked up the connected strands. She connected the end to a long extension cord. Y/n waddled over to the ladder and prayed her driveway didn’t have any ice she couldn’t see as she climbed up cautiously.
A gust of wind blew past and she gripped onto the sides roughly, closing her eyes and sending a prayer to the universe. She took another step up, and another, until she could finally reach the hooks on the edge of her house. Y/n looped the strand around the hook and brought it over to the next.
She repeated this multiple times until she got to the end. Y/n glanced at her neighbors window and smiled at the sight of the small boy looking at her from inside. He gave her a wide smile, showing his missing two front teeth. She waved at him, instantly regretting her decision.
A large gust of wind blew by and her lights flickered and zapped, causing her to startle and slip from the ladder. A loud crack filled the air and immediately she was in a warm pair of strong arms. Y/n didn’t care who it was, she just held on tightly to her savior as she tried to calm her heart.
“Are you okay?” A soft voice asked as he set her down and Y/n finally looked up.
‘What in the Hallmark Christmas movie is this?’ She wondered as she stared in the framed eyes of her hot neighbor. His front door closed loudly as his little boy ran over worriedly.
“Are you okay, Miss Y/n?” Harry asked, grabbing onto her hand with both his small ones. His snowcoat was on backwards and his scarf was in a tangle around his head, but at least he tried.
Y/n smiled and leaned down to the boy, “Oh, yes, I’m perfectly fine, Harry, thank you.” Harry took a step and wrapped his arms around the woman.
“Up, please.” He said quietly and Y/n laughed as she picked him up. James watched the interaction with awe in his eyes. He’s never seen a woman like that with Harry, not since Lily left the two for America.
“Thank you, James. I really appreciate it.” Y/n said and James smiled.
“Of course, anytime. Let me finish the job for you though.” He offered and Y/n nodded, holding tightly onto the little boy.
“Be careful.” Y/n warned as James climbed up the ladder. He laughed and put the strand on the last hook before sliding down the ladder.
“Easy peasy.” He boasted and Y/n rolled her eyes and set Harry down. “We better get back to our house.”
“No!” Harry complained.
Y/n held out a hand, stopping the man from dragging his kid back to their house, “Do you want to come in? I have a tree I still need to decorate and some cookies practically begging to be baked.” James was silent as he contemplated. “I have hot cocoa! With the little chunks of candy cane in it.”
James immediately nodded, “I’m sold.”
“Okay, crack the eggs carefully, Harry. We don’t want any of the shells getting into the batter, alright?”
Harry nodded, “Okay.” He smashed the egg against the bowl and cracked it perfectly and he did it again with the second egg. When the third egg came around, he hit against the bowl with just a little too much force and the insides of the egg out, half going onto the table and the other half in the bowl, egg shells going along with it.
The room was silent for a moment before Y/n began laughing, the two boys quickly joining in. Y/n shook her head in amusement as she grabbed a spoon and handed it to Harry, instructing him to fish out the egg shells as she grabbed a napkin and quickly cleaned the egg on the table.
“Harry, don’t eat the raw egg.” James said with a smile and Harry stuck his tongue out at his dad. James returned the gesture as Y/n measured a cup of flour. She handed it to Harry who dumped the flour onto his head instead of in the bowl.
“What?” Y/n asked as James stood in shock as bits of flour fell from his sons head.
“What was the point of that?” James asked and Harry laughed, the adults joining in with him to make the kitchen full of laughter once again.
“Oh, you’re such a dork.” Y/n teased. “Tell you what, the bathroom is just down the hall, I’ll finish the batter while you go let your dad clean you up, yeah?” Harry nodded and jumped off the stool, causing more flour to cover the ground in white.
“I’m sorry.” James said as he followed after his kid.
Y/n smiled, “You can use my shampoo.”
“Okay, Harry, you have to be very careful with this one. It’s very fragile.” Y/n said as she handed Harry a glass ornament. Harry nodded and held the ornament by the string.
Unavoidably, Harry tripped over a box and in an attempt to steady himself the ornament dropped to the floor and shattered into pieces. Harry immediately began crying and worry filled Y/n’s body, afraid he had been cut by the glass. She swept him off the floor and checked his bare feet to see nothing but blank skin. She looked at his hands to see them in the same condition.
“Oh, Harry, what’s wrong? Did you get hurt?” She asked as James rushed to get the broom from the kitchen.
“I broke your tree decoration!” He said, which only made him wail louder. Y/n sat on her sofa and cradled the boy in her arms.
“Oh, love, it’s okay. It’s just an ornament. I’m just glad you’re okay.” She said quietly and James froze at the sight, broom in hand.
His heart swelled as he only fell deeper in love with his neighbor. He had always thought she was beautiful, but seeing how she interacted with Harry - both today and many previous interactions - made him feel more than just attraction. He was curious and felt a longing for her. He didn’t want her to only take up the hole Lily left in his heart, he wanted her to take his whole heart, and Harry’s too.
Once Harry stopped crying, he quickly fell asleep, exhausted from the day and its endeavors.
“We had a really good time.” James said as the two adults walked to the front door.
“Yeah, I did too. I’ll make sure to bring over some cookies for you two.” Y/n responded with a smile, leaning against the doorframe as James took a step into the dark night.
He turned around, “Y/n…” He hesitated.
“Yes?”
James glanced up and smiled, “There’s a mistletoe.” He said quietly and Y/n’s eyes flitted up as well. She furrowed her brows at the mistletoe, she had definitely not put that there. She didn’t even own one.
Her eyes met James again, “So it seems.”
James leaned in, and when Y/n didn’t protest he went farther. Y/n’s hand found James’ cheek and she gently connected their lips. The kiss was soft, and warm, despite the cold air nipping at their cheeks. Y/n laughed softly as they pulled apart.
“What’s so funny?” James asked with a grin.
“You’re cute.” She whispered and he was thankful the cold reddened his cheeks before she could.
“Good night.” He responded.
“Good night, James.” Y/n said and closed the door, leaning against it once he left. She slid down and sat with a giddy smile. “Definitely a Hallmark Christmas movie.”

Snowed In [Modern! Mizu x Reader]
Recently i got snowed in at my job and in my sadness i got to thinking, huh what if this happened but in a good and romantic way? And most importantly, with Mizu. This is definitely very fluffy and cute but honestly i need it lol. This was also supposed to be posted way sooner but then i got the flu and that got me good y'all. Anyways i hope you all enjoy! <3 Likes, comments and reblogs are deeply appreciated, i would really like to hear what y'all thought of this and it really helps keep me motivated! <3
Also wanted to add I listened to Kali Uchis “Tu Corazon es Mio” to get into the cute mood 💕 y’all should give it a listen it’s a very sweet song.
Tagged: @extrasour2
You were propped against the couch with a despondent look on your face as you watched the snow blanket the city. As a kid, snowy days were the best because school was cancelled and you got to go outside and play in the snow. But frankly the older you grew the more you realized how inconvenient snow can be.
Especially today.
"I'm sorry the snow ruined our plans," Mizi mumbled as she joined you on the couch.
You could hear the sad pout in her voice and couldn't help but chuckle.
"I know you are not apologizing for something that is completely out of your control," you turned to her.
"I guess I am," her shoulders jerked in a brief chuckle before turning back to you. "I just feel bad. I know you were really looking forward to tonight."
"Of course I was. I think we both would've really enjoyed the food but we can always make another reservation. Today is still our anniversary and that's what I'm most excited about," while still on the couch you started to crawl over to her. Mizu's eyes darted between your eyes and mouth the closer you approached and you didn't stop your prowl until you were almost towering her.
"Anywhere with you is exactly where I wanna be. Come rain or shine. For better or worse," you whispered as you leaned into her and her eyes fluttered closed as you gingerly trailed kisses around the regions of her eyes, nose, and cheeks. She released a breathy sigh as your lips teasingly hovered above hers, a space she desperately wanted to close. She felt your lips twitch into a smirk, you had her right where you wanted her and she knew it.
“Fucking brat,” she rasped against your lips and one quick motion she yanked your legs and sent you flying back onto the couch.
You yelped at the abrupt landing and laughed as Mizu quickly seized your neck with gentle bites and kisses.
"That tickles, that tickles!" you cried out.
She felt your laughter reverberate through your chest and couldn't help but laugh with you. Still chuckling, Mizu pulled back to look at you and the snarky comment she had planned got stuck in her throat when she saw you look back at her with so much love and adoration in your eyes.
Prior to you Mizu only had one serious relationship experience and it was a very bad one. She disclosed this to you from the very beginning but what she didn't disclose is that because of her bad experience she almost decided against seriously pursuing you. She just didn't think a person like you could actually love a or even find a genuine interest in someone like her.
"Hey," you tucked one of her loose hairs behind her ears, bringing her out of her thoughts and back to you. "What's going on up there?" you gently rubbed at her temple.
"Hmm?"
"You look all pensive, you okay?"
"Yeah I was just-" she sighed, trying to gather her thoughts. "I was thinking about when we first started going out. How I almost ruined us..."
"You didn't almost ruin us," you chuckled. "I mean, I could tell you were scared but from what you told me, what you've experienced, I understood it. Honestly I was kinda scared too."
"Really?"
"Mmhmm," you nodded.
"Why?"
"Because I had never liked anyone how I liked you. Every time we were together I could just feel myself falling for you more and more. It was like the more I learned about you the more I just liked you. It felt dangerous because I realized that you could really break my heart," you lightly laughed even though you were being completely serious.
Mizu caressed the side of your face, "I'd never do that. I'd never purposely do anything to hurt you. I've never been happier than I have been with you in these last three years. I love (Y/N), you mean so, so much to me."
"I love you too," your hand overlapped hers as she caressed your face and you gazed back into her lovestruck eyes. "I love you and every moment with you." You snaked your free hand behind her neck, gently guiding her lips to yours and Mizu happily complied.
The kiss is tender and soft as both pour your love for each other into it. You opened your mouth and Mizu took the bait, sliding her tongue in and she moaned as she reveled in the taste of you.
"Y'know I wouldn't mind spending the rest of our anniversary on this couch, or we could move to the bed if you want," she said as her lips trailed down your neck.
"The bed sounds lovely, however we do have to figure out what we're going do for dinner soon."
"I'm working on mine right now," she replied with a firm squeeze at your hips to which you laughed at her insinuation.
"Ha, funny but I said dinner not dessert- oh," you abruptly moaned as Mizu sucked on a particular sweet spot on your neck. "Fuck."
"My thoughts exactly," she grinned. Mizu gave you one last chaste kiss before getting off of you and you whined at the absence of her body against yours. “But I guess we do have to eat actual food eventually so…” she casually ambled towards your kitchen and opened the fridge, intently eyeing its contents. “We don’t have much but we have enough to make some pizzas. We even have some of the toppings you like.”
“Homemade pizza sounds fantastic,” you smiled to her. It didn’t take much to make you happy, especially with Mizu around. You rose from your spot on the couch and sauntered into Mizu’s arms, “But how about we visit the bed first real quick.”
At this Mizu gently laughed, “So impatient to get me into bed, huh?” Truly she loved that you wanted her as much as she wants you. But there was something she had to do first. “I’ll meet you there just give me two seconds okay?”
“Mmhmm,” you eagerly nodded. “Don’t make me wait too long.” You cooed as you walked towards your shared bedroom.
Mizu just stared at you adoringly as you disappeared into the bedroom. She then walked to one of the cabinets where she carefully hid a small blue box. She opened the box in her hand and stared into the diamond ring, grinning to herself. Quickly she pocketed the box, saving it for tonight.
There was a lot of things Mizu was unsure about but you were not one of them. Her love for you was unequivocal and when she thought of her future she couldn’t see one without you. She had thought long and hard about proposing, it was a big step but it was a milestone she knew she wanted to partake only once and only with you.
“Mizuuu….” You called out from the bedroom, bringing her back to the present.
“Coming, love,” she replied, finally making her way to you.
A/N: should I do a proposal scene y’all? 🤭 Ngl was kicking my feet in the air writing this lol I love fluff
Edit: Part 2!

Snowflakes drift lazily down from a soft, silver sky as you look out the floor-to-ceiling windows of the penthouse. It’s a quiet morning—rare, with Tony’s unpredictable schedule and the ever-demanding world outside. But here, in the warm comfort of your shared home, you’re both wrapped up in a blanket of stillness. You rest a hand on your slightly swollen belly, the weight of it oddly comforting, already so much a part of you.
Tony watches you with that glint in his eye—the one that means he’s about to say something just on the edge of outrageous.
“So, how do you feel about a vacation?” he says, sliding his arms around you from behind, his hands settling possessively over your belly. His fingers splay out, warm and protective, and he leans down to press a kiss to your temple. “You, me, somewhere snowy. A little chalet up in the mountains. Luxury, of course,” he adds with a smirk. “Just us, before our world gets a lot… noisier.”
You laugh softly, leaning back into him. "Snow? Mr. Stark, are you sure you can handle the cold?"
“Hey, I’ve got plenty of ways to keep you warm,” he murmurs, lips trailing down to your ear. You can practically feel his smirk as he nuzzles you, his hands moving slowly in circles over your belly. It’s something he’s done since you started showing—this fascination he has with your stomach. Sometimes it’s like he’s more excited about the bump than you are.
But the idea of a trip sounds perfect. Just the two of you, tucked away in some winter wonderland with no interruptions, no Avengers business, and no noise but the crackling of a fire.
“Alright, Tony,” you agree, turning around to look into those warm, mischievous eyes. “Book it.”
A week later, you’re gazing out at an impossibly serene winter landscape from the floor-to-ceiling windows of a sprawling, secluded chalet. The world outside is a pristine blanket of snow, untouched and glistening under a brilliant winter sun. The whole place is filled with all the luxuries Tony insisted on, but you hardly notice them. Just being here, far from the city, feels like a dream.
Tony insists on carrying you up to the bedroom, despite your protests. "You're carrying my baby," he says with a grin, as if that answers everything. And maybe it does. You can’t help but laugh as he sweeps you up and carries you over the threshold like he did on your wedding day, placing you gently onto the plush bed, which is already turned down and waiting.
“Comfy?” he asks, brushing a stray hair from your face. “Need anything? Foot rub? Bubble bath? Hot cocoa?”
“Tony, I’m pregnant, not helpless,” you tease, but his attentiveness melts your heart. You can tell he’s just as thrilled as you are to have this time alone together. He lies down beside you, his hand immediately finding its way back to your belly, resting there like it’s his anchor to you and to the little life growing inside.
“Not helpless, but definitely carrying precious cargo,” he murmurs, his thumb moving slowly over the curve of your belly. He’s quiet for a moment, looking almost shy, which is rare for Tony. His fingers trace gentle patterns, and you feel his lips brush against your temple again. He’s practically glued to you lately, as if being close enough to touch isn’t close enough.
“Hard to believe, huh?” he whispers, his voice low and tender. “That in a few months… we’ll be a family.”
You reach up, brushing your fingers along his jaw, softening the intense look in his eyes. “We already are a family, Tony.”
He smiles, and there’s something in his expression that looks almost vulnerable. “Yeah,” he says, nodding. “Guess we are.” He rests his forehead against yours, and you close your eyes, breathing him in. The smell of his cologne, the warmth of his hands—everything feels right.
As the sun dips below the mountains, casting a warm, golden light over the room, Tony pulls you closer. “You know,” he murmurs, voice thoughtful. “I’m going to spoil the hell out of this kid.”
“Oh, I have no doubt,” you laugh, already picturing it. “And the baby will be just as stubborn as you.”
He raises an eyebrow, feigning offense. “Excuse me, I think I’m very reasonable.”
You just shake your head, grinning. “Uh-huh. Sure, Mr. ‘I’ll-Build-a-Suit-Just-to-Prove-a-Point’.”
He chuckles, hands never leaving your belly, and you feel a flutter—small, but undeniable. You both go silent, wide-eyed, as the two of you share this first, private moment of feeling your baby move.
Tony’s hand stills, his face lit up with a mix of wonder and amazement. “Did… did you feel that?”
“Yeah,” you whisper, feeling your heart swell as you look into his eyes. He looks like he’s seen something miraculous, and maybe he has.
He leans down, pressing his lips to your belly, murmuring words you can’t quite hear, but you don’t need to.
The first morning in the chalet is calm and quiet, and Tony seems determined to keep it that way. You wake up to find him already awake, propped up on his elbow, watching you with a soft smile as he strokes gentle circles on your belly. It's become his little ritual, like he's memorizing every curve, every shift. His touch is warm, tender, and though you roll your eyes, pretending you find it excessive, you know it fills him with a kind of awe.
"Good morning," he murmurs, leaning down to press a kiss on your forehead. "How’s my girl? And our little peanut?"
You laugh, a light scoff. "You’re calling our kid peanut now?"
He shrugs, grinning as he continues his lazy circles on your stomach. “I like it. It’s cute. You know, like you.”
The day passes in much the same way. You’re still tangled in blankets by the fireplace hours later, Tony insisting you stay wrapped up, cozy, and “entirely off-duty.” You try to protest, of course, but he’s already thought of everything. He brings you mugs of hot chocolate topped with fluffy marshmallows, tucks you under layers of soft blankets, and ensures you don’t lift a finger.
"Tony," you groan playfully by midday, trying to wriggle out from under one of the million blankets he's wrapped around you. "I’m not going to break, you know."
He raises an eyebrow, shaking his head with a smirk. "Nope. No sudden movements for you. Doctor Stark’s orders. You’re staying right here, keeping warm, and giving me an excuse to keep you all to myself.”
“Tony,” you say, rolling your eyes with a laugh, “you always keep me all to yourself.”
"True," he admits, pulling you even closer, his eyes lighting up as he rests his hand, yet again, on your belly. His thumb traces a lazy arc over the slight swell, his voice dropping to a soft murmur. “But this… this feels different. I just want to make sure you’re safe. Both of you.”
You feel a warm blush creep up your neck. He’s normally so light-hearted, but when he talks about the baby—or you—he becomes almost reverent, so full of purpose. His gaze flicks from your face to the window, where snow drifts down in thick, fluffy flakes, blanketing the world outside.
“Look at that view,” he murmurs, as you both turn to take in the sight beyond the glass. “Snow as far as the eye can see. No distractions, no interruptions. Just us… just this.”
You lean back into him, smiling as he wraps his arms around you, the fire crackling softly in the background. It feels surreal, being here, tucked away from the world in a perfect little bubble. For a while, you both sit in silence, content to watch the snow fall and melt into the earth.
But after a day and a half of this "full relaxation" agenda, you're beginning to go a little stir-crazy. Tony’s fussing is sweet, but you miss having some independence. You shift a bit in his arms, trying to stretch out.
“Tony,” you start slowly, giving him a pleading look. “I can’t stay wrapped up in blankets for another minute. I feel like I haven’t moved in days.”
He laughs, a low chuckle, but there’s a sparkle in his eye, one that hints he’s had this plan all along. “Alright, alright, I guess I can let you get a little fresh air. But only a little,” he teases. “I didn’t bring you here just to let you wander off.”
You swat his arm lightly, rolling your eyes. “I just want a change of scenery, maybe step outside on the balcony and actually feel the snow, not just watch it.”
“Well,” he says with a grin, pulling you gently to your feet, his hands never quite leaving you, as if he’s afraid you’ll topple over. “Your wish is my command.”
He helps you bundle up—because of course, Tony insists you wear every warm layer he can find—and leads you out onto the balcony. The view is breathtaking, the mountains rising high and snow sparkling across the landscape, untouched and serene. You inhale deeply, the crisp air filling your lungs, and a sense of peace settles over you.
Tony comes up behind you, wrapping his arms around your shoulders, pressing you back against his chest as you both look out over the snowy expanse. His hand instinctively moves to your belly, resting there with a kind of possessive protectiveness. You feel his fingers splay out over the soft fabric of your coat, and you smile, resting your hand over his.
“You’re really into this dad thing already, aren’t you?” you say, a hint of amusement in your voice.
“Never thought I’d say this, but… yeah,” he replies softly, leaning down to nuzzle your neck. “I can’t help it. There’s this little person in there—half you, half me—and it’s… I don’t know. Amazing.” His voice is barely above a whisper, and you can feel the weight of his words, how much he means them.
You lean back into him, pressing a soft kiss to his cheek. “It’s amazing for me too, you know.”
He smiles, warm and so full of love that it takes your breath away. For a moment, you stand there, quiet and still, feeling like the only two people in the world, with nothing but the mountains, the snow, and each other.
“Alright,” he says finally, breaking the silence with a lighthearted tone. “Now that I’ve fulfilled your wish for some fresh air… how about we go back inside?”
You laugh, letting him guide you back into the warm chalet. He’s never going to let you go five minutes without checking on you and the baby, and maybe that’s okay.
The next morning, you wake up with a mission. The peace and relaxation have been wonderful, but with the Italian Alps right outside, you’re itching for a little excitement. You’ve been sneaking glances at the slopes through the windows, watching skiers carve graceful lines in the fresh powder. It looks exhilarating. And you’re ready to try it yourself.
"Tony," you say, giving him your most persuasive smile as he sits on the edge of the bed, already rubbing a hand over your belly in his customary morning greeting.
"Hmm?" he asks, clearly distracted by the sight of his hand on your bump. It's almost become his morning routine: wake up, say good morning to you, then immediately direct his attention to the baby as if the two of you are separate entities he needs to greet individually.
“I want to learn to ski," you say, leaning forward eagerly. “And snowboard, maybe. We’re here, right? It’d be a crime not to at least try.”
His eyes widen in mock horror. "You want to what?"
“Ski. It’s a pretty common activity in the Alps, Tony. You might’ve heard of it?”
He narrows his eyes, crossing his arms and giving you the classic protective Tony look. “Are you trying to give me a heart attack? You’re pregnant. Skiing seems… let’s call it ‘ill-advised.’”
You roll your eyes, standing up to wrap your arms around his neck, giving him a gentle smile. “Relax, Iron Man. I’ll be careful, we’ll take it slow, and you’ll be there the whole time, Mr. I’ve-got-a-suit-for-everything.”
He sighs, but you can see he’s starting to relent. “Fine. But if anything even remotely looks too intense, we’re calling it quits. Deal?”
“Deal,” you agree, trying to keep the excitement from bubbling over as you pull him down for a quick kiss.
After bundling up and taking a car to the nearby resort, you’re thrilled to finally be on the mountain. The snow glistens under the bright sun, and you can feel the crisp air on your face as you look out over the slopes.
Tony has rented skis for both of you and has been cautious all morning, making sure everything is “pregnancy-friendly.” But you start to get suspicious when he leads you, hand-in-hand, toward the bunny hill—the tiny, kid-friendly beginner slope with ski instructors in bright colors and a smattering of tiny skiers who look no older than five.
"Uh, Tony?" you say, holding back a laugh as he hands you the kid-sized poles. “Are we… are we learning with the preschoolers?”
"Yes, ma’am,” he says with a grin, clearly proud of himself. “Only the best for you.”
You arch an eyebrow, planting a gloved hand on your hip. “Tony, I may be pregnant, but I’m not a toddler.”
"Hey," he says, feigning offense as he crosses his arms. "You’re always saying I should loosen up. This is me loosening up. And look," he gestures to the hill, "the kids look like they’re having a great time."
You look over and sure enough, a tiny kid in a neon green snowsuit zips by, wobbly but determined, his instructor cheering him on. Tony raises an eyebrow at you in victory, and you let out a laugh.
“Alright,” you say, trying to keep a straight face. “Teach me how to ski… over here on the baby slopes.”
"That's the spirit," he says, giving you an exaggerated wink. “Now, follow my lead.” He slides forward with a certain smugness, easing down the slope in a careful, exaggerated snowplow that’s almost as comical as it is effective. You try to copy him, mimicking the position, and you both start inching your way down the hill like two overgrown kids.
"You're actually not bad at this," he calls out, looking back to grin at you. "You know, for a beginner."
“Oh, please, I’m practically a natural,” you tease, wobbling as you hit a small bump. He’s instantly alert, gliding over to make sure you’re steady.
“Natural, huh?” he teases. “You know, if you master the bunny hill, you might just graduate to… the medium bunny hill.”
You give him a playful shove. “Oh, you’re hilarious, Tony.”
But despite all his ribbing, he’s by your side every step of the way, guiding you through the basics. And every time you start to get the hang of it, he’s quick to throw in a joke or a playful nudge, making you laugh so much that staying balanced becomes an impossible task. Eventually, you both end up tumbling to the snow in a fit of laughter.
“Alright,” he says, helping you to your feet and brushing snow from your jacket. “How about we reward ourselves with a little break at that bar up the hill?”
“Best idea you’ve had all day,” you agree, your cheeks rosy and your breath coming in happy puffs.
You find a cozy bar just up the path, perched near the slopes with a view of the mountains beyond. Inside, it’s all rustic charm and warmth—flickering lanterns on each table, cozy booths, and a crackling fire in the corner. Tony leads you to a booth by the window, where the view of the snowy slopes and skiers zipping by makes for a perfect scene.
He orders a mulled cider for you and a whiskey for himself. “To surviving the bunny hill,” he says, raising his glass.
“Almost,” you correct, clinking your mug against his with a grin. “But don’t get used to it. I’ll be an expert by tomorrow.”
Tony laughs, leaning back and draping his arm around your shoulders. “Alright, but if you go pro, I expect a cut of your sponsorship deals.”
“Deal,” you say, laughing as you take a sip of your warm cider. You feel a hand on your belly, and you look up to find Tony looking down at your stomach with a soft, content expression.
“Peanut had quite the day, huh?” he murmurs, tracing a finger in slow circles. “First ski lesson with Mom and Dad. It’s only a matter of time before we’ve got a little snowboarder or skier running around.” He looks up at you, eyes twinkling. “Imagine, a little Stark racing down the slopes.”
You snuggle closer, your heart swelling as you picture it. “Sounds perfect.”
He smiles, pressing a kiss to your forehead, and for a while, you both sit in comfortable silence, soaking up the warmth of the fire, the view, and each other. It’s simple, domestic, and so achingly perfect that it feels like a dream.
After a while, Tony’s hand finds yours under the table. “Alright,” he says, giving you a mischievous grin. “Ready for more of the bunny hill tomorrow?”
“Bring it on,” you say, grinning back. “But fair warning—I’m graduating to the medium bunny hill by the afternoon.”
He chuckles, tightening his hold on your hand. "That’s my girl."
As Tony slips away to pay the bill, you settle back in the booth, taking a slow sip of your cider and watching the snow gently fall outside. You’re lost in thought, already picturing yourself attempting to conquer the “medium” bunny hill tomorrow, when a figure suddenly slides into Tony’s seat across from you.
“Ciao, bella,” says a man with a thick Italian accent and an easy, confident smile. He’s tall, with dark hair peeking out from under his knit beanie and an instructor’s badge hanging around his neck that reads Marco. “I couldn’t help but notice you on the kids' slope earlier,” he continues, his gaze lingering a little too long for comfort. “You looked…how do you say…deliziosa on those skis.”
For a second, you’re too surprised to respond, but then you let out a small, amused laugh. “Oh, uh, thank you?”
He leans in, clearly misreading your laugh. “Not many adults are brave enough to take on the bunny hill. It’s very… endearing.” He gives you a grin that, on anyone else, might be charming, but on him is just a bit too self-assured. “I’d be happy to give you a private lesson sometime,” he says, his voice dropping suggestively. “Show you the ropes… maybe even move you up to a real slope, sì?”
“Oh,” you say, putting down your mug and giving him a polite smile. “That’s very nice of you, Marco, but I actually have an instructor. He’s, uh, very attentive.”
Marco raises an eyebrow, glancing around. “Ah, well, he can’t be that attentive if he left you alone. Such a bella donna should never be alone, sì?” He leans back, his gaze sweeping over you appreciatively. “Besides, you deserve someone who can give you all the… attention you need.”
From across the room, Tony turns around from the bar and sees you—laughing, apparently chatting with some random guy who’s leaning way too far into your personal space. Tony’s jaw tightens as he watches, his eyes narrowing. He knows that look; he’s given it a few times himself. And from the way this Marco guy is practically draping himself across the table, it’s clear he thinks he’s got a chance with you.
“Oh, no,” Tony mutters under his breath. “Not happening, pal.”
You’re still trying to deflect Marco’s attention politely when you hear a familiar voice behind you.
“Am I interrupting?” Tony asks, his tone pleasant but with a sharp edge that makes you almost burst out laughing.
Marco straightens up, his brows knitting as he looks Tony up and down. “Oh, scusa, amico,” he says, his smile not quite as confident now. “I didn’t realize she was with someone.”
Tony gives a tight-lipped smile, sliding smoothly back into his seat and draping his arm around you, fingers brushing casually over your shoulder. “She is,” he says pointedly, turning his head to plant a possessive kiss on your cheek, clearly for Marco’s benefit. “I’m Tony. And you are…?”
“Marco,” the man says, trying to maintain his cool as he extends a hand, which Tony promptly ignores.
“Right,” Tony says, looking unimpressed. He raises an eyebrow, giving Marco a once-over. “So, Marco, were you just, what… offering private lessons to my wife?” He emphasizes the word, his voice dripping with amusement and a hint of a threat.
You see Marco’s eyes widen just slightly as he glances at your hand. Of course, Tony had bought you gloves that are so bulky your wedding ring is completely hidden, which must be why Marco hadn’t noticed. He quickly recovers, chuckling and putting his hands up defensively. “Ah, mi dispiace, I did not realize! The snow clothes, you know, they hide… certain things.”
“Sure, sure,” Tony says, giving him a smile that’s as cold as the snow outside. “Easy mistake to make.” He pats his own chest as if in apology. “She’s wearing the ski instructor-approved disguise. Real easy to miss the whole married and pregnant thing, isn’t it?”
Marco’s face turns bright red as he stumbles over his words, looking everywhere but at you. “Ah, yes, well, I should… I should be going. Enjoy your stay, signora. Signore,” he says hastily before practically running off toward the other side of the bar.
As soon as he’s out of earshot, you turn to Tony with an amused smile, crossing your arms. “Was that really necessary?”
Tony huffs, his arm still firmly around you as he shakes his head. “Necessary? That guy was two seconds away from trying to hand-feed you pasta.”
You burst out laughing, nudging him playfully. “You know, if you’d just waited a minute, he probably would’ve figured it out on his own.”
Tony leans in close, grumbling theatrically. “Absolutely not. I have to nip these things in the bud. And, for the record, I don’t appreciate other guys throwing themselves at you while I’m paying for our cozy little cider date.”
“Oh, so you’re the only one who can throw himself at me?” you tease, arching an eyebrow as you take a sip of your cider.
“Damn right,” Tony says, pulling you even closer, his eyes sparkling with humor. “That guy clearly didn’t realize he was dealing with the Tony Stark.”
You roll your eyes, but your grin betrays you. “Well, Mr. Stark, thank you for rescuing me from the terrible fate of ski instructor flirtations.”
Tony smirks, raising his glass. “Anytime, Mrs. Stark. Anytime.” He takes a sip, eyes glinting with satisfaction as he watches Marco retreat out of sight.
Then he turns to you, looking perfectly serious. “Next time, maybe you should wear a sign or something. Like, ‘Taken. Baby on Board. Do Not Flirt.’”
You snort, shaking your head. “Oh yeah? What’s it going to say on the back, ‘Back off, Tony Stark’s property’?”
“Exactly,” he says with a wink, obviously pleased with himself. He settles back into his seat, one hand firmly planted on your belly as if staking his claim all over again. "Guess I’ll just have to keep my eye on you from now on. Can’t have any more Italian Casanovas getting the wrong idea.”
You rest your head on his shoulder, smiling as he holds you close, his hand tracing idle circles over your belly. “Guess that’s what I get for marrying a billionaire superhero,” you say, snuggling up to him with a sigh.
“Lucky for you, I’m not going anywhere,” he murmurs, pressing a kiss to your forehead.
And for the rest of the afternoon, with Tony’s arm around you and his gaze occasionally sweeping the bar for any would-be admirers, you realize that even with all the teasing and banter, you wouldn’t want it any other way.
After lunch, Tony insists on checking out the chalet’s indoor pool, especially since you’ve both been bundled up in heavy ski gear all day. He’s unusually excited, already talking about the “therapeutic properties” of a warm dip as he escorts you down the hall, arm draped protectively over your shoulder.
Of course, you know that Tony’s idea of “relaxing by the pool” involves detailed pre-planning. He spent a full five minutes earlier confirming with the staff that the water temperature is exactly within safe limits for pregnant women. You couldn’t help but laugh as he ran through a list of questions so long it could have filled a health inspector’s checklist.
Now, as you enter the pool area, you can’t help but smile at the ambiance. It’s luxurious yet cozy, with ambient lights reflecting off the water and soft classical music playing overhead. Families and couples splash around, and there’s a wall of glass that opens to the breathtaking view of the Alps, snowy peaks standing tall against the sky.
Tony’s hand is on your back as he guides you to the pool’s edge. “Alright, love, just take it slow,” he murmurs, adjusting his position to help you ease into the water.
You roll your eyes, smiling as you step in. “You know, I think I remember how pools work.”
“True, true,” he says, hands still hovering protectively, “but now it’s a whole different ball game. You’ve got precious cargo.” His eyes gleam as he says it, and you can’t help but feel a rush of warmth at the way he looks at you.
Once you’re in, he joins you, holding you close in the waist-deep water. The pool isn’t crowded, but it’s busy enough, with families and couples wading nearby. None of it seems to faze Tony, though. His focus is squarely on you—and, of course, your small but growing bump.
As you float in the water, Tony’s hands find your waist, and then, naturally, his fingers drift to rest gently on your stomach. He’s been in awe of this small swell since it first showed up, and now, he’s practically glued to it. You glance around, feeling a little self-conscious with the other people around, but Tony catches the look and just smirks.
“Oh no,” he teases, voice low. “Don’t you dare get shy on me now.” He presses a gentle kiss to your temple, his hand still resting warmly over your belly. “I want the whole world to know I’m crazy about you and our little peanut.”
“Tony,” you say, laughing softly. “You do realize you don’t have to shout it to every stranger we meet, right?”
“Why not?” he quips, beaming. “I’m proud. They should know. Besides…” He pauses, glancing down with that soft, protective look again, “It’s not every day you have this much to celebrate.”
He leans down, pressing his cheek gently to your stomach, and for a moment you’re sure the people nearby must be watching, but he’s completely unfazed. In fact, he looks content, brushing a thumb over the slight curve and murmuring, “You know, kiddo, you’re going to be loved so much. By me, by your mom here. You’ve got it made.”
You smile, running your fingers through his damp hair as he whispers to the baby. “I think you might be getting a little too into the dad role already,” you say, trying to keep the laugh out of your voice.
“Is that a complaint?” He lifts his head, grinning at you.
You shake your head, smiling as he draws you close, his arms wrapped protectively around you in the water. “Not at all. I love it.”
“Good,” he murmurs, his voice dropping to a soft, affectionate tone. “Because you’re both stuck with me.”
After a while of floating and talking about the future—debating possible names, dreaming of first steps, first words, and first Stark-engineered tricycles—you drift closer to the edge of the pool, resting against it with Tony still close. Every so often, his fingers return to your belly as if by instinct, rubbing small circles or tracing a lazy line from side to side. He’s got this way of being tender without even thinking about it.
A mother with two young children paddles nearby, and her eyes linger for a second as she takes in the two of you. She gives you a knowing smile, and you smile back, feeling Tony’s hand on your bump.
As the family moves past, Tony gives you a conspiratorial grin. “You know, you could always give them a heads-up. Let them know there’s another future superhero in the making right here.”
You laugh, poking him lightly in the chest. “They already got the message, I think. You weren’t exactly subtle.”
He chuckles, letting his arm settle around your shoulders. “What can I say? I’m enthusiastic.” Then he leans down, placing another soft kiss on your cheek, his breath warm against your skin. “This might just be the best thing I’ve ever done.”
Your heart swells as he looks at you, his gaze full of love and devotion. And with his arms around you, the warmth of the water, and the snowy mountains in view, you feel like you’re floating in the perfect moment, one that you’ll carry with you long after you’ve left the chalet.
“I love you,” he murmurs, voice so soft it feels like a secret just for you.
The morning after your cozy pool time, you wake up with a scratchy throat and a stuffy nose, which you’re pretty sure wasn’t there when you went to bed. You groan softly, reaching for the tissue box on the bedside table, and give a tiny sneeze.
Of course, that little sneeze sets off Tony’s alarm bells like you’ve just pulled a fire alarm.
He’s instantly at your side, his hand on your forehead to check for a fever, his brow furrowed in deep concern. “Are you feeling okay? You don’t look okay,” he says, his voice going from calm to anxious in a heartbeat.
You try to wave him off, laughing a little. “It’s just a cold, Tony. I’m fine, really.”
But he’s already in full-on crisis mode.
“Oh no, this is not ‘just a cold.’ You need to lie down. Rest. Hydrate. Whatever it takes to get you feeling better, I’m on it.” Before you can protest, he’s pulling back the covers and gently tucking you back into bed like you’re made of glass.
“Tony,” you say, amused as he pulls a blanket over you, “I can still move. It’s just a cold.”
“Exactly,” he says, leaning down and giving you a soft, serious look. “That means it’s a virus. Which means I have to take all necessary precautions. And you”—he points a finger at you with all the authority of a doctor—"are to stay right here. On bedrest. Doctor’s orders.”
You raise an eyebrow, trying not to laugh at how serious he looks. “Doctor’s orders? You’re not a doctor.”
“Yet.” He winks, then pulls out his phone, typing furiously. “But Dr. Chen is.”
Your eyes widen as you watch him text your OB/GYN in the U.S. “Are you really calling Dr. Chen? Just because of a little sniffle?”
He shrugs, tapping the screen. “Yes. Because I want to be sure I’m doing everything to help you and our little peanut. That includes expert backup, if necessary.”
You can’t help but smile as he waits, phone in hand, glancing up every so often to check on you as though you might disintegrate if he looks away. Then, as if on cue, his phone pings, and he holds it up victoriously.
“She’s on board,” he says with a little too much triumph, showing you a text that reads, If Y/N is comfortable, plenty of rest, fluids, and warmth should help. Call if needed. He holds his phone with a flourish. “See? Expert-confirmed bedrest.”
You laugh and snuggle further under the covers, feeling the warmth of his concern more than anything else. “Alright, alright. Bedrest it is. But only because Dr. Chen said so.”
He nods, clearly pleased with himself, then presses a quick kiss to your forehead, mumbling, “Good call, Doc.” Then he’s off, already muttering to himself about getting you more pillows, a humidifier, and maybe a few dozen blankets.
As you settle in, you watch him scurry around the suite, gathering all your essentials as if you’re stranded on a desert island. He fluffs the pillows, fusses over the blanket arrangement, and keeps glancing back at you every few minutes, as if double-checking you’re still there.
“Alright,” he says, stepping back and eyeing his work critically. “Now, can I get you anything else? How about a hot drink?”
“Hot chocolate would be amazing,” you say, chuckling at how over-the-top he’s being.
“Hot chocolate, coming right up,” he says, snapping his fingers and practically running out of the room.
He returns a few minutes later with a mug of steaming hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings (he’d never go for anything less than five-star quality). He’s practically bouncing as he sets it down on your bedside table, arranging it like it’s a Michelin-star dessert.
You take a sip, savoring the warmth and sweetness. “Mmm. This is perfect, Tony. Thank you.”
He visibly relaxes as you sip, then settles into the chair beside the bed, clearly not planning to leave your side anytime soon. “So, here’s the plan,” he says, as if he’s unveiling a major Stark Industries project. “You’ll stay here, rest, drink all the hot chocolate you want, and I’ll make sure you don’t have to lift a finger.”
“I can’t imagine it’s that serious, Tony,” you say, trying to reassure him. “It’s probably just from being in the cold for so long yesterday.”
But he’s already waving off your words, leaning forward with an intense look of determination. “Listen, we’ve got less than five months before the baby arrives. That means I need you healthy and happy and not dealing with any unnecessary stress, discomfort, or…viruses. So if that means pampering you with hot chocolate and movies and blankets all day, so be it.”
You laugh softly, reaching for his hand. “Alright, fine, Mr. Stark. I’ll indulge you.”
“Good,” he says, pressing a kiss to your hand, his eyes warm with love and gratitude. “Because it’s really me who’s indulging. Now, I’ll get the laptop so we can watch some of those cheesy holiday movies you like.”
“Oh, so you’re finally admitting you secretly love them too?” you tease, already knowing the answer.
He sighs, rolling his eyes playfully. “Maybe just a little,” he concedes with a smirk. “But only if we can start with the ones where the couple fights, then has a dramatic confession at the end.”
“Deal,” you laugh, shaking your head as he pulls out the laptop, settling it onto the bed.
For the next few hours, you lose yourselves in movie after movie, his arm around you, the cozy warmth of the blankets surrounding you both. Tony doesn’t move an inch unless it’s to refill your hot chocolate, adjust your pillows, or bring you more tissues.
Every so often, he glances over, brushing his fingers over your hair or pressing a hand to your belly, murmuring things like, “How’s the little one doing?” or “Don’t worry, we’ve got you both covered.”
Eventually, as the snow falls softly outside and Tony nestles closer, your eyes start to drift shut. He notices, pulling the blanket a little higher over you, his hand resting protectively over your belly.
“Sweet dreams,” he whispers, pressing a gentle kiss to your forehead, his voice soft. And as you fall asleep, you feel the steady warmth of his hand, his presence wrapped around you like a shield, reminding you that, no matter what, you’re in the best hands in the world.
After a few days of rest, hot chocolate, and constant pampering from Tony, you feel perfectly fine again—your cold a distant memory. It’s a relief to be able to get up, stretch, and take in the mountain views without feeling Tony’s eagle eyes watching your every move like you’re about to faint at any second. But, just as you’re settling back into enjoying the last of your time at the chalet, the final day of your trip arrives, and it’s time to pack up.
The goodbye comes too soon for your liking. As Tony arranges for your luggage to be sent down, you stand by the window, watching the snow-covered peaks as if they’re already miles away instead of just outside the glass. There’s something magical about this place, and leaving it just makes your heart sink a little—pregnancy hormones only making the ache stronger.
Tony notices the way you linger by the window, quiet and a little sad, and he comes up behind you, resting his chin on your shoulder and wrapping his arms around you. “Ready to go, love?”
You swallow, trying to keep the sudden lump in your throat from turning into tears. “Yeah,” you say softly. “I just… I really loved it here. It feels like we’re leaving this perfect little world behind.”
He pulls you closer, his voice gentle as he murmurs, “I know. It’s hard to say goodbye.” He kisses the side of your head and gives your belly a soft pat, as if trying to comfort both you and the baby. “But don’t worry. I promise you, this isn’t the last time we’ll be here.”
You manage a small smile, leaning into him. “Really?”
“Absolutely,” he says, squeezing you a little tighter. “I’ll bring you and our little peanut back here once a year, at least. A little annual tradition, just for us.”
The promise settles warmly over you, softening the sadness, though the idea of leaving still tugs at your heart. “I think I’d really like that,” you whisper.
On the plane, Tony makes sure you’re settled into the comfiest seat, blankets piled up and pillows arranged just right. He brings you a fresh cup of tea and sits beside you, holding your hand as the jet takes off, lifting you away from the snowy Alps.
The closer you get to New York, the more your emotions start to bubble up. You try to hide it, focusing on the book in your lap and staring out the window at the clouds. But Tony’s eyes are on you, reading every little flicker of your expression like he always does. Finally, he slips his fingers under your chin, tilting your face up to meet his gaze.
“Hey,” he says softly. “Talk to me.”
You let out a small, shaky laugh. “I don’t know… it just feels silly. It’s just a vacation, right? But… it’s like I’m leaving behind this dream.” Your hand drifts down to your belly, and you feel a wave of warmth spread through you at the thought of the baby growing there. “Everything just felt so perfect there. I feel… I don’t know… safe, in a way I haven’t before.”
He studies your face, his expression softening. “That’s not silly at all. It’s exactly how you should feel.” He leans in, resting his forehead against yours. “And listen—I know I don’t have to tell you this, but you’re safe wherever we are. Doesn’t matter if it’s the Alps, the tower, or the middle of nowhere. I’ve got you, and I’ve got our little one. We’re a team, remember?”
A small smile forms on your lips, and you blink back the tears that were threatening to spill. “Yeah. You’re right.”
He takes your hand, pressing it to his lips before placing it over his heart. “Besides, next year, you’ll get to see the Alps through a whole new perspective—with a mini-Stark tagging along. Who knows what kind of adventures we’ll have then?”
You laugh softly, imagining a future where you’re bundled up with a little one in tow, teaching them to ski down the bunny hills and showing them the same stunning views. “Okay, that does sound pretty amazing.”
“Exactly.” He smiles, brushing his thumb over your knuckles. “We’ll have so many new memories, you’ll forget you were ever sad to leave.”
You settle back into your seat, comforted, and squeeze his hand. “You know, I don’t know what I’d do without you. You’re pretty good at this whole husband thing.”
He winks, leaning in for a quick kiss. “Only the best for you, Mrs. Stark.”
As the jet soars through the clouds, he keeps a warm hand on your belly, whispering a few playful promises to the baby about future trips and grand adventures. He says something about building a personal ski lift one day so you won’t ever have to brave the bunny slopes again if you don’t want to.
You laugh, feeling grateful for him, for this life you’re building, and for the adventures you’ve yet to share together. And as you close your eyes, leaning against his shoulder, you let the promise of future memories fill you with peace, knowing that with Tony by your side, you’ll always feel at home—no matter where you are.
in love with this story like really <3

['CAUSE HE'S A F×CK BOY ─ s. gojo]
꒰ ͜͡➸ sorry what did you say? oh you want a virginkiller!gojo fic? with enemies to lovers vibes? yeah I might have this one in store for you. smut will be in the second part tho! (which will be posted in one week or five months, who knows! :))
pairing: virginkiller!gojo x virgin!fem!reader
tw: college!au, suggestive themes, virginity kink, (dub-con) make out session, gojo is annoying but hey what's new, sexual tension, light fem masturbation at the end
gojo satoru was the golden boy. the most intelligent student of his class, the most talented sports player of the school, the most popular guy of the campus, maybe even of the whole city. he was excellent at everything. people were too amazed by his talent to notice his arrogance and his condescending smile, too blinded by his bright blue eyes and his snowy white hair.
gojo was the best at everything, and it included fucking. hell, fucking was actually on top of the list. he had a cheerleader waiting for him every night in his room, sometimes he could just wink at a girl and she was already spreading her legs for him in the bathroom a few minutes later. he could have literally everyone, but what he liked best was virgins. he loved them, such good girls who managed to keep their innocence until college. they were always so easy, so pliant.
and the thing he mostly liked to do with them was fucking them so hard that nobody could ever compare after that. he wanted them to think about him every time they would fuck someone else, he wanted them to rub their thighs together while thinking about him years later, this is what he liked to do with them. of course, the thought of ruining them for their first time was also appealing, they were usually so shy and reserved, he liked to take them apart piece by piece, make them drool, and then cry, and then forcing them to look at themselves in the mirror, letting them see how the filthiest version of themselves looked like. and in the end, when they were too fucked to think, he made them say thanks.
and this was exactly what he wanted to do with you.
you were way more difficult than the others, doing your best to ignore his piercing blue eyes, answering by a simple nod of your head every time he was trying to start a conversation, leaving the room every time he was in.
yeah you were difficult, but satoru always got what he wanted.
“all by yourself uh?”
he startled you a bit, and he could see that you were already looking for a way out by the way your eyes were looking at everything but him.
he moved his body to be at the same height as you, looking at you through his glasses, and then he said your name in a sweet voice, smiling when he saw how easily he got you looking back at him, your face obviously flushed.
“finally paying attention to me mh? it's a shame that you don't look at me often, I really like your eyes, they're pretty.”
and he really meant it, you were telling him everything with those eyes, the way you were constantly daydreaming about him, how you were humping your pillow at night, imagining it was his thigh instead. yeah, very pretty eyes.
“I want to get to know ya.” he said with a smile, and he got closer.
he kept himself from laughing when he saw you taking a few steps back and then he stopped, not wanting to make you panic too much.
“here, gimme your phone.”
you obeyed after barely a few seconds, and it only confirmed what he was already thinking; you were wrapped around his finger even though you were trying to hide it.
“mmh cute wallpaper… alright I'm just gonna add my number to your contacts annnnnd… done!” he finally said, his relaxed smile still on his face, handing you over your phone.
he didn't let go of it immediately, making sure your hands brushed against one another, noticing the way your breath got stuck in your throat.
“call me okay?”
one month passed by and you never called, or even texted. gojo felt frustration for the first time in his life, and because of that he was rougher than usual when he was fucking a cheerleader, his thoughts always coming back to you, and the way you were still ignoring him even though you were fucking yourself with your fingers every night while thinking about him. he was starting to get tired of his own game, but still, he wasn't planning on giving up. and so when he saw you standing in the kitchen during that halloween party, a devilish grin appeared on his pale face...
it's already too late when you spot him across the room, his blue eyes are on you. you can barely think of an escape that he's already in front of you, wearing a black tuxedo, a white collar wrapped around his neck and long white victorian sleeves hugging his arms, and making the rings on his fingers look elegant.
“you didn't call me.“ gojo whispers against your ear, his long arms trapping you between his body and the kitchen counter.
you open your mouth but no sound comes out, your eyes try to escape his teasing gaze as you're sure he can see every little detail on your face by standing so close.
“I thought… I thought you weren't serious when you gave me your number.”
he chuckles, noticing how you're even more embarrassed to look him in the eyes when he hasn't his glasses on.
“I like your costume, it suits your body.”
you feel your skin grows hot, his voice so soft and intimate, his eyes trailing on your body from up and down. it feels like you're alone in the whole house with only him. and your heart is racing with fear and anticipation, as you bring your thighs together. gojo notices it, placing his knee between them before you can fully close them, making you gasp.
“so tell me something baby…” he starts speaking in a honeyed voice, his lips coming closer to your ear.
you blink at the nickname, his body weighting a little more on your own, your back uncomfortably pressed against the kitchen counter as your body slowly bent to accommodate to the awkward position.
“are you scared of me or something?”
a nervous laugh comes out of your mouth, turning your head to escape from his warm gaze.
“I'm not scared of you.”
he can tell you're sincere, but it only makes him want to know more.
“then why are you avoiding me all the time uh?”
he tilts his head to the side, eyes burning with curiosity and his teeth flashing at you when you finally look back at him.
“i'm avoiding you because… you're so annoying, and you fuck everyone you know and you're so arrogant, always thinking you're better than anyone else. I don't like you, at all.”
a few seconds of silence pass by while both of you just look at eachother, until a smirk slowly appears on gojo's face.
“I didn't know you were so mean.” he laughed. “but if you hate me so much why aren't you pushing me away right now?” his sultry voice keeps sliding on you like honey, his mouth so close to your skin, breath fanning over your neck.
he's right, and he knows it, smiling even wider when he sees you looking at the ground in defeat.
“that's what I thought.” he smiles, one of his hand sliding along the side of your jaw, the sudden touch making your heart skips a beat.
his pale hand looks good on your skin, you can feel his fingers squeezing lightly your throat and the atmosphere becomes more tense than before, he still has this grin, like he knows everything about you, especially how much you want him to touch you more.
you're a few seconds away from giving up, your body almost falling on the counter to let gojo fully rest on you. somehow his smirk grows wider when he sees you closing your eyes. you let out a little whine when you feel him pressing all of his body weight against you.
“that was a sweet sound baby, mind if you make some more for me?”
despite shaking your head no, you pressed your body against him, hungry for more, finding a new pleasure in being the center of his attention. his slender fingers find their way to squeeze your chest, drawing another whine out of your mouth.
“more…” he orders, the sound of his voice muffled against your skin.
you try to close your lips, in a poor attempt not to give in so easily, but your legs turn to jelly as soon as he puts his soft lips on your neck. one of your hands flew through his white hair as you gasped at this new sensation.
his hot tongue tracing kisses along your neck, he grabbed your hips, bringing you even closer, letting you feel his boner. you feel dirty, intoxicated, but the heat coming out of his body is addictive. you let out another sound and your fingers are now grabbing his shirt in a needy way, trying to get him even closer to you. you want more. you need more.
you suddenly open your eyes when you feel his warmth vanish from your trembling body. you watch him walk away in disbelief while he's wearing a wicked smile on his face.
“I think my friends are waiting for me… it was fun, you should call me later okay?” he winked at you before exiting the room without letting you have any time to react.
you're left here, breathless, blood pumping into your veins, eyes clouded with desire, a pool of arousal between your legs. your hands clench into fists, of course he did it on purpose.
your eyes are fixated on your phone as breathless sighs keep coming out of your mouth.
"fuck!" you let out an exasperated groan, throwing your head back into the soft pillows.
your fingers are still trying to reach that spongy spot inside you, you arch your back, lifting your hips in the air, hoping it will allow your fingers to touch deeper parts. but you're left unsatisfied again, your legs twitching in frustration. your head hit your pillow and your eyes go back to your phone.
"he would fuck me right." you mumble to yourself.

hey again 👀 soooo you said i should send another ask if i had an idea and diva you said that to the wrong person. i have too many lmao
im stressing that u should write this at your own time! no rush :)
but yeah im actually writing a longform seph/reader fic where the reader is from a southern/appalachian coded town near gongaga. my idea id love to have your spin on is a scene where sephiroth (someone raised on protein powder and spinach probably) gets to try some real southern comfort food that the reader makes for him :). im talking biscuits, fried chicken, some kind of creamy noodle dish, just all the unhealthy savory goodness
he deserves it 🥺
ty for the last request again btw✨💕
“ spread kisses like honey. ”
sephiroth (ffvii) x reader
┊ ˚➶ notes 。˚ 🎼
omg this has been sitting in my drafts sooo long!! this was really cute and i loved writing it, it reminded me of lucy gray and coriolanus snow from hg hence why i put the title as a lyric from her ballad 💕 always look forward to your requests!! thank you againnn!!
┊ ˚➶ warnings 。˚ 🎼
you and seph being sickly sweet towards each other, sephiroth being utterly in love with you in his inner monologue, kind of not canon because there are moments where i mention how sephiroth talks to genesis and angeal despite knowing zack and interacting with zack ( which like clashes with the entire point of cc .. but shhh i wanted domesticity ), intended lowercase, lmk if i missed anything!! 💕

“you’ve never had this?” you gasped dramatically, your shocked face only to be met with sephiroth’s stoic one. he hesitantly nodded— was that.. a bad thing? did he somehow offend you in some way? the steam that had emitted from the plates below you set on the
“don’t you like pasta?” you asked, still utterly baffled.
he nodded slowly, “is something wrong?” he didn’t understand the confusion. there were a lot of foods he hasn’t tried, isn’t that normal for everyone? you blinked owlishly, lifting up the fork with the pasta noodles stabbed against the metal, the creamy sauce departing from the food in small, slow drips.
“what have you been eating if you’ve never had something as delicious as this?” you muttered, your lips reverting back into a tight ‘o’ as you blew on the fork— before finally slipping it into your mouth. “i’m shocked.” words muffled as you still chewed on your food, at least covering your mouth while you spoke.
sephiroth chuckled amusedly, “we’ve grown up in deeply contrasting places.” he crossed his arms against his chest, watching as you slurped up the pasta with stars in your eyes— occasionally opening your mouth to let the heat escape, soft steam pouring out from the small gap you’ve left while chewing. “still,” said you, “‘s so good.” he could barely make out your voice from how full your mouth was but he still shook his head as he leaned further back in his chair.
closing his eyes, he tilted his head down while he let the strands of snowy hair fell and covered bits of his face, blocking the bright sun even to the darkness beneath his eyelids. sephiroth didn’t pay much mind to the fact that your loud chewing of garlic bread and slurping of buttered food had come to a halt until he felt a strong aroma slip in from under his nostrils, it was only then did he open his eyes to see you holding the fork to his lips.
you held an expectant gaze and he quirked a brow before ultimately leaning forward while he let his eyes rake over the food. it looked a little messy, the sauce dripping over the place as you had ripped a piece of garlic bread off along with it and placed a chunk on the metal twinges of the utensil. he looked up again at you, waiting as you nodded your head and tried to keep your excitement contained. he blew on the fork a little bit before opening his mouth and letting it settle upon the steel. what could one bite do, he asked himself.
but once he had finally tried it, he could’ve dropped dead right then and there. the combination of the salty and savory flavors was perfect, and the way the bread had soaked some of it up too was incredible. sephiroth closed his eyes, letting his jaw work as he let his taste buds be blessed with what was known as your cooking. he had always seen you working your way through the kitchen, using various pots and pans and oils while you zipped around — and when sephiroth had offered help, you simply put a hand up and looked up at him for a split second, trying to simultaneously get the perfect roast as you smiled at him sweetly. that was enough for him.
despite watching you cook a lot ( and the only times he did get to help, he ended up being ordered by you to stand in the corner or measure occasional ingredients ), he had never actually savored something as good as this. being a first class prevented him from doing any good when it came to dinner time, either the timing being too late and you had already gone to bed or you were too tired and he decided not to bother you and he ate something small.
but this, he thought, this was perfection. when it came to you, sephiroth never let his appreciation go silent as he would always thank you or give you sayings of endearment and encouragement. he didn’t have words for this dish, he had never tried anything like it. so in awe, he merely said, “you’ve truly outdone yourself,” as he handed you back the fork. you didn’t mind the simple compliment. it never sounded generic to you when sephiroth would express his gratitude, even when they were mumbled in passing with dragged feet when he had come home from an exasperatingly tiring job, he always made sure to tell you how much he was grateful for you and what you do when he’s away.
he couldn’t wait until he was back at hq to boast to genesis and angeal about how delectable your cooking was. maybe zack, too — although sepiroth had a feeling that the energetic SOLDIER might just end up begging you for food even more. not that you minded, though. you were always so kind, sephiroth didn’t know how you were always able to do it.
“thanks.” you chimed, your voice ever so warm that it made his heart flutter. sephiroth wasn’t exactly what you’d call — expressive. he always held a smooth, cool tone of voice and occasionally threw a sassy remark towards you or genesis, or even that kid zack fair he introduced you to. but you understood his inflection of which he spoke in, you could tell his emotion even when he had entered a room ( and vice versa ). you were one of the most cherished things in sephiroth’s life and it could not go unnoticed.
with his tongue peeking out from between his bottom lip to gather some of the residual flavor that was left behind, his eyes roamed across the table further to more so further treasure your sacrifices ( of both time and food ).
“what’s that over there?” he lifted a finger, almost perfectly manicured despite using his hands excessively in battle, to point over at a small white dish filled with elbow macaroni and a homemade cheese sauce. you turned your head and grinned, reaching over the wooden dining table to grab it and lower the bowl on its side to reveal the contents. “mac ‘n’ cheese,” you replied, “want some?” your eyes seemed to glimmer with more amusement. sephiroth had now developed a new interest in your food and he couldn’t wait to indulge in it.
with the smile and those eyes of yours, how could he say no to one more bite?

You’re So Pretty IV (Remus x Reader)
You’re So Pretty IV
A/N: final chapter to the series. Happy ending bc I’m a sucker for love. You and Remus are desperately in love with each other, and it was only a matter of time before someone said something. *Not edited*
Might write a Sirius alternate ending to this if I get the inspiration.
Word count: 6.1k
________
Y/N had been a bit down in the dumps since Remus ran away from her after sharing another one of their little moments together. She just couldn’t understand why he was always running away. He wasn’t the most outspoken or extroverted of the group, but surely he felt comfortable around her. They were best friends.
When they studied together, she tried her best to act normal, like his behavior wasn’t killing her inside. She was frustrated with him, for how indecisive he was acting and how he kept tugging at her heart string just to let them go without warning. She talked to him at meals like normal, and shared her desk with him in classes they shared, but things felt so strange.
Her heart beat so swiftly when he was around she thought she might have a heart attack when their hands skimmed over each other’s or when his eyes lingered just a bit too long on her. She even felt flustered when he offered to share his textbook in Charms, something completely normal for the two of them any other time.
This was becoming ridiculous, really.
She didn’t tell the other girls why she cuddled a particular sweater of hers when she laid in bed, terribly worried about her relationship with the boy who used to wear it. She certainly didn’t say it was because it was laced with the scent of Remus Lupin. It had been his until he gave it to her on a snowy cold day in Hogsmeade.
She dreaded the day it might lose his smell and lose his touch, then she’d have to find something else of his to latch onto.
It would just be another reason for the girls to joke about how she fancied him. She never admitted it to them, refusing each time they brought it up. Yet, they persisted as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. She felt hopeless against the onslaught of suggestive looks they gave her when she was around the boy. She couldn’t even study with him without one of the girls suggesting she was going to spend the whole time staring at his ‘cute’ face.
It was nights like these, quiet ones with just the girls, when she felt the most vulnerable to their jokes. In the privacy of their own dorm, anything they said could be kept secret, just between the four of them. There was no way any of them would let the sensitive information slip out of that room.
Marlene would stay up at night gossiping about boys despite her obviously having a crush on Dorcas. Y/N never said anything about it. That was something she had to figure out on her own terms. Still Y/N found it adorable whenever Marlene would look at the other girl with starry eyes.
Beside her, Dorcas would sit braiding Marlene’s golden hair into intricate plaits for the next day. Lily would be up finishing her homework but chiming in whenever Potter was mentioned. Always the bookworm with a bit of an adventurous streak coming from James Potter’s everlasting crush on her.
Finally, a sweet Y/N laid in her bed staring at the ceiling with that sweater clutched to her chest, listening to the gossip her friends passed around. She would chime it sometimes, gushing about the boy she fancied. Talking about how he made her smile and laugh so much her cheeks would be sore. Talking about the way he was the perfect guy, personality and looks wise. She loved talking about that special someone. It made her heart race and her cheeks burn with passion.
That special someone was obviously Remus Lupin, even if she never specifically said so. Tonight, however, she wasn’t so cheery about her crush, in fact, she was rather quiet. The other girls talked freely amongst themselves while she kept silent in her bed, just pondering what she was to do about everything.
“I just wish Sirius would quit fooling around and ask me out,” Marlene groaned. “He’s so hot, I get dizzy just being around him sometimes.”
“You said that about Thomas Brookstone last week,” Dorcas teased, rolling her eyes at the incredibly flaky nature of her best friend. She finished her long plaits and moved on to the large curler she used on her bangs. Y/N was always a bit jealous of Marlene and her golden blond hair, hanging to her middle back and sparkling in the sunshine.
Marlene was quick to defend herself, “It was a moment of weakness; you know my heart belongs to Sirius Black.” Yeah, right. Sirius was cute, for sure, but he wasn’t boyfriend material.
Y/N loved Sirius. He was a great friend, albeit a bit too flirty at times. He was charming and she could understand why Marlene would fall for him. Just like she could tell why Lily had taken a liking to James even if she denied it adamantly. Y/N thought James was just as swell as Sirius, being some of her closest friends outside the girls’ group.
She listened silently to her friends bicker on about crushes, Sirius and James, some talk of Dorcas potentially dating Peter, those kinda things. Nothing too important.
With a frustrated frown, she stared up at the canopy of her bed, her eyes trailing along the gold embroidery against the red velvet. It was dreadfully stressful. She felt completely sucked into her own little world, her heart beating steadily in her chest.
She brought the sweater up to her face and sighed at the scent, as if Remus was there laying with her right now. He smelled like books and cocoa and this strong cologne she loved.
“You’ve got any thoughts, Y/N?”
She snapped out of her haze, jumping from her place flat on her mattress to prop herself on her elbow. She shoved down the sweater, attempting to hide it under the covers. “Oh, about what exactly?” She asked, cringing now that they knew she was daydreaming again.
“About Sirius.”
“What about Sirius?”
The girl waved her hand through the air dismissively. “Nevermind. You’re always lost in your own thoughts, aren’t you?” Marlene laughed.
It was true. She got lost quite a lot, drifting between the real world and her imaginary one. One where Remus held her tightly to his chest like the night they danced around the common room to the record player all night long. One where Remus kissed her and held her cheeks in his strong, calloused hands.
Y/N was quick to reply, hoping she was correct in her assumptions. “I definitely think you should ask him out. He totally adores you.” She tried to be a good friend, really. Yet, she had no idea if the boy liked Marlene back. He never mentioned or hinted at it, from what she could tell.
“He’s like that with every girl.” Dorcas finished her friend’s hair, finally setting down her brush. “You’ve got to find yourself a new person to fancy. He’s too much of a player, practically romancing the entire student body at this point.”
“Not me,” Y/N replied.
Dorcas laughed, as did Lily. Her brows furrowed, confused at what was so funny. Was there something she was supposed to know? She squirmed a bit in her place on the bed, her eyes trailing to the carpeted floor.
Marlene answered her questions though. “Hun, Sirius flirts with you the most out of anyone, for obvious reasons...”
“Trying to make a certain someone jealous.”
“I never know what you’re talking about. Someone? Like who?”
“Just lay back down and keep daydreaming, Y/N. We know you’d rather be with your little boyfriend,” Dorcas told the girl, brushing off her oblivious nature. “Well, not so little, quite tall actually.”
“Shush. You don’t have any idea what you’re talking about. I don’t have a boyfriend.” Y/N did take the opportunity to lay back on her bed again, head hitting the plush pillows.
“I bet you’re thinking about him right now. Can’t ever get that boy off your mind.”
She clutched at the sweater under the blanket, holding it to her chest. They always made fun of her for her crush, nearly every chance they got. Really, Y/N was content just holding his sweater close and seeing him during the day. She was particularly proud each time she managed to get him to smile, a real genuine one. He was so dreamy when he smiled.
A soft curve to her lips indicated that she’d fallen victim to another fantasy, thinking of his grin, saved just for her. He was so handsome, with his fluffy brown hair and turtleneck sweaters. She thought of the way he bit his lip when lost in thought, reading a book or listening to an interesting transfiguration lesson.
Not that she stared at him all class. That would be weird. But it would explain her needing tutoring in the subject.
She was consumed by him, everything about him down to his tiny imperfections. He was mysterious in a way that peaked her interest, and snarky with people he didn’t like. He was kind to her, and tolerant of the rest of the group. He was just so perfect. So devilishly charming in his own special way.
Her heart beat faster and she felt heat rising to her cheeks. Her fingers dug into the jumper in her hands even tighter, wanting to bring it up to her face and hug it, getting a piece of Remus before she saw him the next morning at breakfast.
After seven long years of knowing the boys and rooming with the girls in the Gryffindor dormitories, she wondered if it was time to come clean. It felt like the stars were finally aligning in her favor. Her grades were better than usual, she had the best friends in the world, Christmas was right around the corner, and she was unbelievably happy, if not for the stupid Remus situation.
Her friends sat around Lily’s bed, going on about boys again, not that she was keeping track. She could barely pay attention, her mind was on the boy she fancied. He made her so dumb. So distracted she might as well give up on thinking about anything else but him.
The other girls already knew. It was only a matter of time before her heart had swelled so much that it burst. She needed to confide in someone.
“I think I’m in love with him,” Y/N whispered, interrupting their conversation..
Dorcas raised a brow, lifting her eyes from a magazine in her lap. The other girls didn’t bother sparing more than a glance before going back to reading. “Seems you’re the last to find out. I think even James was able to deduce that before you,” the blonde laughed.
“I know you like to make fun of me, but it’s serious.”
“And we’re serious about just pulling the poor boy into a broom closet and snogging him,” Dorcas added, “Remus isn’t so scary.”
“He cares for you so much, Y/N,” Lily assured, resting a gentle hand on her friend’s knee soothingly. It was quite obvious to everyone else except for the girl in question. If only she could clearly see in from the outside, through the eyes of anyone else there. “You should just say something to him.”
Y/N took a deep breath and sighed. “I’m just so scared to lose him. Remus is like my best friend.”
“And so she finally admits it,” Marlene giggled, “Remus loves you. There’s nothing you could do that would scare him away, sweetheart.”
It was only a bit reassuring to her, the things the girls said. It was easy to say those things when you were looking in from the outside, supposedly unaffected if disaster were to strike. If he were to be disturbed by her confession and turn her down, forever making their relationship complicated and uncomfortable.
Tears filled her eyes and she sniffled, covering her eyes with her forearm to keep the tears from dripping down her cheeks. She was such a crybaby. Remus didn’t want a crybaby. He wanted a smart and confident girl. Someone that would raise him up, not drag him down. Y/N was far too messy.
“I-I just love him so much. He means the world to me. I can’t risk ruining our relationship,” the girl whimpered. Marlene was quick to take a seat on the edge of the bed, running a soothing hand through Y/N’s hair. “He’s just so perfect and I’m so awkward. He doesn’t want me.”
“Don’t cry, please. It’s gonna be okay, I promise,” Marlene hushed.
Dorcas added, “If he breaks your heart, Lily will hex the shit out of him anyway.”
Y/N pulled the sweater out from under the blanket and pressed it to her face, taking in the scent and the feeling of the fabric against her skin. “He gave me this jumper, you know. I was supposed to give it back, but he never asked and it smells so good, just like him. I lay here every night thinking about his smile and his laugh, and his sweet honey-brown eyes. I think of his voice and his fluffy hair, and the way he always has chocolate frogs in his bag for when I’m sad. I just love everything about him.”
Marlene swiped her fingers under her eyes, blinking back some tears herself, “Damn, Y/N, you’re gonna make me all emotional.”
“I was wondering why you kept sleeping with that jumper. Figured you were just cold,” Lily hummed. “I think that’s really sweet. You should tell him what you just told us.”
“You’d melt his icy, cold heart, babe,” Dorcas said.
“You’d be surprised. He’s been sending me very mixed signals recently, and I really don’t think he’s interested,” Y/N confessed sadly, pressing her face into her pillows. “We get so close and then he just runs away. It’s like he’s scared of me or something. I-I don’t know what to do!”
“He’s a complicated guy. I think you should go find him. Figure all this out, like, right now.”
“It’s past curfew,” Y/N argued.
“Since when do those boys head to bed at curfew? They’re probably up talking about some stupid stink bomb prank or whatever,” the blonde argued back, “Maybe they’re like us and talking about their own crushes. Who knows?”
Again, Dorcas was right. Those boys would never fall asleep before midnight. They were probably wide awake plotting some shit while Remus read in his own bed, pretending to be disapproving of their behavior. He liked to prank and go on mini adventures, just didn’t want to stoop to their level of idiocy.
“Well, go on. Get to it,” Lily practically ordered, waving her hands towards the door. “I can’t stand seeing you drool over this boy any longer.”
Y/N didn’t stand up right away, not until Marlene took her hands and pulled her from the bed to her feet. She wore her pajamas with cartoon monkeys and bananas on it, and she wondered if she should change. It was kind of embarrassing after all.
“Really, I don’t have to tell him tonight. I’ll do it some other time, I swear,” she tried to say but was interrupted.
“Nope. You have to go now. We’ve decided that’s best for you.”
“Don’t you think this is rather sudden?”
“Don’t make excuses. If you come back to this room without shagging a certain bookworm in the broom cupboard, you’re sleeping on the floor.” That made her feel heat in her cheeks and she choked on air, coughing suddenly from the vulgarity of her friend.
Marlene pushed her out the dorm room and shut the door, making sure to lock it from the inside so she couldn’t get back in. They weren’t lying. If she didn’t do this, she might be sleeping on the couch in the common room for the night.
With a deep breath, she stood up a bit straight and walked towards the boy’s dormitories. She felt wrong being there, a girl sneaking into the boy’s dorms in the middle of the night. If someone saw her, they might think she was a massive pervert.
She rounded the corner, her eyes catching sight of the third door to the right, precisely where all four of the infamous marauders slept every night. Quickly, she scurried over to the large round door and stood in front of it, her fist hovering a few inches from the wood. She was afraid to knock. What if they were sleeping and she woke them? Would Remus be grumpy? Would James whack her over the head with a slipper?
She shuffled nervously, before hesitantly tapping on the door, praying that no one heard and she could just turn around and tell the girls everyone was asleep.
Only, that’s not what happened. She heard a loud crash from inside the room followed by some hurried talking. Footsteps approached the door and cracked it open just enough to peer out and see her dumbass standing there in her stupid pajamas, twiddling her thumbs.
It was Peter. She smiled awkwardly at him, and he let out a loud breath of relief.
“Y/N, I’ve never been so relieved to see you,” the boy exhaled, opening the door just enough for her to slip inside. She stared at him, confused at what he meant by that. He took her wrist, peering left and right in the hallway for watching eyes, then tugged her into the room. He shut the door behind her and flipped the lock shut.
She stared at the short boy, her mouth open but her brain empty of words. “Peter, what are you on about?”
“Y/N! Darling! What a coincidence you show up at this hour. We were just about to get you-“ Sirius started, until Y/N interrupted, her eyes latching onto the bubbling brew on the floor before her. It was smoking and quite grayish-green for a proper potion. She wondered what they could be up to at this hour.
“What are you guys trying to brew?” She peered around the room at the boys. James and Sirius were leaning over the pot with confusion on their features, James clutching at the recipe in his hand while the other held a wooden spoon. Peter was pacing, as the boy does when he finds himself at all stressed. Remus sat in his bed watching from the sidelines, presumably having been reading the book that he now sat at his side.
Tonight he must have been wanting to avoid their shenanigans for a change. He did that sometimes, when he was tired or he had been studying for a long period of time beforehand and wanted to relax.
“Healing potion, although we seem to have fucked up somewhere along the way,” James said warily, staring down into the disgustingly thick, bubbling liquid that burned from a makeshift heat source on the hardwood. “We have a prank coming up soon that might require some if it comes back to bite us in the ass.”
She hummed, reaching out to take their recipe from his hands and read the fine print, something the four of them seemed to ignore. It wasn’t that she doubted their ability to brew a complex potion such as this, it was just that they didn’t have experience with healing brews like she did, in fact, it was the one thing she actually enjoyed brewing. Everything else went over her head.
Perhaps that’s why they seemed relieved to see her. She’d made the potion for Remus in times of need quite a few times. “I don’t know why you didn’t just ask me to make you some in the first place. You know Slughorn lets me use the classroom when I ask,” she commented.
“You seemed stressed. We didn't want to bother you.”
“Nonsense. I’m always willing to help friends, even if it’s for less-than-honorable means,” Y/N brushed off their worries. She reached down to their pile of ingredients and took a pinch of mint leaf, tossing it into the pot and stirring with the spoon five times counterclockwise. “I should be able to fix this right up with a few tweaks.”
She added a few more things, stirred the pot and waited for the color to change and the bubbling to die down to a low simmer. Finally happy with the results, she spooned a bit into a vial and held it out to her friend.
“Oh, thank you, sweet angel,” Sirius replied, quite pleased , “Have I ever told you how much I love you?”
She giggled, nodding her head at his words. “All the time.” He stepped forward carefully to take the potion vial from her hands and tuck it into his pants pocket for later. James spooned the liquid into a few more potion bottles he had sitting off to the side, putting them into a little sack to save for later.
She turned away from the pot, suddenly stuck in the precarious situation she came here for. She wondered if she could somehow sneak out without finishing her seemingly impossible task.
Peter furrowed his brows, now concerned with things other than an explosive, unpredictable potion that was previously in their room. “Y/N, why were you outside our dorm this late anyway? It’s almost midnight.”
“It’s a long story,” she replied, now thinking about why she was sent there in the first place. Her cheeks bloomed as embarrassment flooded her features. She wrung her hands in her lap, staring down at the monkey print on her favorite night shirt and pants. Everything is interesting when you’re trying to avoid the inevitable.
“We‘ve certainly got the time,” James chirped, setting his broom on the floor and plopping into his bed. “It’s awfully out of character for you to be sneaking about after curfew.” She cringed at his words. James was right. She would never leave her bed at this hour normally, especially not to show up at their room unannounced. She wrestled with her options on how she could explain herself without seeming like a bumbling idiot.
Her eyes flickered over to Remus, who appeared to be reading a book, distracting himself from the chaos at hand. Only each time she turned away, he peered back to see her pretty face. That innocent smile and her sparkly eyes.
“Didn’t even bother getting dressed. Must have been urgent,” Sirius inquired further.
She stood from her spot on the ground, her eyes staring off at the wall, and then at the floor, anywhere but in the eyes of one of her friends. “I came to see Remus.” Her words were very quiet, almost incoherent. Still, they all heard her. The boy in question peered up from his novel with a brow raised.
“Oooooh,” James cackled, “What did you do this time, Moony?” His friends teased him. Out of all of them though, Remus was probably the least likely to offend one of the girls and get a scolding. James and Sirius definitely outranked him on the mischievous scale.
“It couldn’t have waited til morning, Y/N?” He asked, voice seemingly caught in his throat. He swallowed thickly. What could she possibly need at this hour? From him of all people?
“Um, no. It’s rather important, actually,” she replied, a bit of nervousness in her voice, leading to some shaky words. “Let’s go outside for a minute, if that’s okay with you.”
He set down his novel on the nightstand beside his bed. He felt embarrassed as the guys winked his way and made crude gestures as he walked behind her out the door. His face was no doubt turning a light shade of pink just at the thought of her desperately needing to talk to him in the middle of the night.
He shut the door behind them, looking down at her expectantly. “So, what did you need?” he asked, rubbing the back of his neck. She noticed the way his hair fluffed up at the touch, and it made her heart beat just a bit faster than before.
“It’s a lot. Do you want to go to the sofas to talk?” She asked, but really she felt like she was just stalling what was bound to happen. He nodded regardless, and they found themselves seated beside each other on the velvety red sofa in front of the always-alight fireplace.
She crossed her legs under her and grabbed a pillow, hugging it to her chest. Her eyes stared at the wisps of fire crackling beside them. Remus found himself growing concerned at the look in her eyes, seeing the fear and confusion in her gaze.
“You know I trust you more than anyone, right, Rem?”
“Yeah,” he lied. Images of her and Sirius whispering in the common room and the hallways and during class when they sat beside each other lingered in his mind as he agreed. Sometimes he worried he would always be second place to his raven-haired friend.
She took a deep breath before burying her face into the pillow she held, wishing she could just scream into it and run back to her dorm room to sleep away this nightmare of a confrontation.
She lifted her eyes to meet his, and she couldn’t help feeling at ease seeing his soft brows and caring gaze back. “I like someone,” she confessed, “I like him a lot, like really bad.”
Even if her voice was muffled by the cushion, he heard what she said. His heart dropped in his chest. He knew this was coming, but he didn’t expect it so soon. He wasn’t prepared. All he could muster was a pathetic, “Ah, okay.”
“I want your advice.” Another pang in his chest. Was he really going to sit here and help her fall in love with another guy? He wanted to die right where he sat, that way he wouldn’t have to endure another second of this torment. “How do I tell him?”
“Guess it depends on the guy.” The guy she fancied was most definitely Sirius, if she liked someone in the group. James was off limits because of Lily being her best friend. Peter wasn’t her type. Remus barely thought of himself as a romantic person; he was neither charming nor charismatic, simply himself. He abandoned her the other night while the record played. He was barely best friend-material, far from boyfriend-material.
Sirius was handsome, charming, flirty, and just around wonderful. He noticed the way her smile dropped when Sirius left them alone in Hogsmeade. He saw the way she smiled whenever he called her that silly nickname. He watched everything happen right in front of his eyes, and he couldn’t do a thing about it. Remus was too afraid to.
“How would you like a girl to confess to you?” she asked further.
He sighed, staring over at the fireplace now. “I suppose I’d want her to be comfortable with me first. Comfortable enough she could just tell me without being nervous. I’d hate to make her feel intimidated,” he explained, “It would have to be private. Not in front of the guys, they would mock me endlessly.”
She urged one last time, wanting to squeeze out any more information he might be willing to give out, “Anything else?”
“I’d like to hear why she chose me. I’m not exactly the friendly type. Nor the funny type. Or the charming type. I don’t have much going for me,” he commented. When he looked back over at her, she was staring down at her hands wrapped around the pillow. She twiddled her thumbs nervously like she always did when she felt some anxiety rolling in.
“And what if she was in love with you? It wasn’t just a crush, it was more than that, has been for a while?”
He felt like crying. He didn’t know why. He was the one that pulled away when they almost kissed the other night. He was the one that brushed off her nicknames and her soft touches, the sweet cheek kisses she gave him when he sat on the couch and she approached silently from behind. He was the one that let her go into the arms of someone else. He let her fall in love with some other guy, and now he felt like a clown for wanting to cry over it.
Remus was beginning to think he just had shit luck, some kind of curse possibly.
“If someone told me they loved me, I would hope I loved them back. I’d hope they’d let me spoil them, kiss them, admire everything about them.”
“And if you didn’t love them back?” She was scared of his answer for this one, knowing there was quite a large possibility that he didn’t love her back. In fact, she was confident that he couldn’t love her. She was so silly and naive, and he was mature. He was so smart and handsome. He’d want someone better than her.
He thought about it for a moment. “I’d much prefer to keep a friend and pretend it never happened than to lose them entirely. I suppose we’d look past it and move on.” It was hard to say what exactly he would do. He’d had random girls come up to him and confess their crushes to him, but it was never anyone he was close with, nor anyone he had to interact with again.
She buried her face into the pillow one more time. Trying to calm her breaths so she didn’t seem suspicious. He wanted her to be relaxed when she confessed to him. She had to be comfortable, and normally she was comfy with him. It was just now she felt herself crumbling under his gaze.
“Can I ask who it is?”
She shook her head, biting her lip to keep herself from saying something stupid. It was taking quite a long time for a Gryffindor girl to muster up the courage to confess her love to a kind boy like Remus. She was never very brave or strong. Not like Lily, Dorcas, or even Marlene.
“Remus,” she started, trying to find the words on her tongue. “Do you like anyone?” She mustered out, somehow finding a way to avoid her confession once again.
He nodded. She was sitting right in front of him, hugging a pillow for dear life as she talked about being in love with some other bloke. He just prayed it wasn’t one of his friends. The heartbreak he would feel knowing she liked Sirius that way would be indescribable.
She felt scared now, even worse than before. She wondered who she was competing with. Probably Dorcas. She was so confident and intelligent, and she had beautiful braids that fit her features perfectly, looking like a goddess every day. Maybe he liked Marlene. Marlene was nice, and oh-so pretty. She could hold a conversation about just anything.
What could Y/N do? Not much.
“Do you think she likes you back?”
“No. Even if she did, I couldn’t be with her.”
“Why not?”
He sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose, eyes shut tiredly. “I’m a freak, Y/N.”
Her eyes widened, and she shook her head furiously. Her hand extended to hold onto his, running her thumb over his knuckles in an attempt to comfort him. Her eyes lifted to meet his, and he could see the conflicting feelings running through her mind.
“You are not a freak. Never say that again.” She was stern with her words, giving his hand a squeeze as she did so. Y/N wanted to reach out and cuddle him to her chest, telling him everything was going to be okay. That he was wonderful, and the man of her dreams.
“I could kill you. You do realize that, right?” He asked, and she just rolled her eyes.
“Yes, and James could come down here and Avada Kedavra me out of existence. Every full moon you come back to me worse than any of the others, so if anything, I’d say you’re more of a threat to yourself than anyone else.”
“Still, I hardly deserve it. She’s just so…” He peered over at her and then back to the fire. “Perfect.”
“And you aren’t?” She stared into the fire, too afraid to make eye contact. “Remus, you are so kind to me. You’re so charming and smart.” He felt himself blush at her generous compliments. It wasn’t often someone said such nice things about him. It meant so much, especially coming from her.
“Thanks. You’re not too bad yourself,” he replied calmly, but inside he felt his little heart might implode from joy. It didn’t take much for her to get his heart racing.
She continued, this time her voice just above a whisper. “I could fall asleep listening to just your voice, or your laugh. I’m addicted to hearing it.” The room was quiet save for the crackling of the wood logs in the fireplace and her quickened breaths. He didn’t say anything. He really didn’t know how to reply to that.
She took his silence as a means to keep going, to just display her heart for him to see. It was such a vulnerable moment, one where she felt weak. Powerless. Desperate.
“I spend my nights thinking about you. I hope you don’t mind, and I promise I’m not a weirdo, but I kept the jumper you lent me at Hogsmeade. It smells like you and I’m terrified it’ll lose your scent. I sleep with it just to pretend you’re close to me,” she confessed, feeling the fear leave her body the more she spoke. It was relieving to finally get this off her chest. To tell him everything she’d been keeping to herself.
“I’m not very good at this sort of thing, so forgive me. The girls just told me if I didn’t tell you tonight they were gonna lock me out of the dorms for the night. I know you just said not to be intimidated, but I am. I’m so scared, I’m shaking,” she commented, raising one of her hands to show the tremors that ran through her arm into her shaky wrist. “I’m so hopelessly in love with you, Remus. I don’t know what to do with myself.”
“This isn’t some sort of elaborate prank, right?”
“Of course not. I’m not cruel.”
He leaned back on the couch and shut his eyes, keeping himself calm to avoid the tears that would inevitably gather in the corners of his eyes. He was so lonely. He was so scared of everyone hating him one day and leaving him behind. He never even imagined a girl as beautiful as Y/N walking into his life and falling in love with him for who he was.
“Remus? Are you okay?” she questioned nervously, worried that she really had ruined everything despite what he said earlier about pretending it never happened and moving on with their lives. She reached out to rest her hand gently on his upper arm.
He turned to her, looking down at her shy self hiding behind a throw pillow. She was so adorable, so perfect and pretty he felt like he was living in a dream. He tried to pinch himself awake, but she stayed the same.
Remus really didn’t know what overcame him in that moment but he felt himself lurch forward, hands going to cup both her cheeks. His lips found hers, and his eyes squeezed shut. It wasn’t until he felt her kissing back with just as much fervor that he relaxed. Her lips moved slowly against his, so soft and plump against his chapped ones.
She pulled away for a moment, her lips just barely touching his as she laughed, “Guess you love me back?”
He just kissed her again. And again. And maybe a few more times after that.

What Makes You Helpless?
Summary: While hanging out, Ramona learns something adorable about her dorky boyfriend. Unfortunately for him, she takes the opportunity to explore this discovery all she can. ☆
Lee: Scott
Ler: Ramona
As the door opened, Scott and Ramona stumbled into Ramona’s apartment. Scott was still getting used to this head subway thing. It was convenient don’t get him wrong, but landing smoothly was still a bit of a struggle.
A cool breeze filled the walkway as the door closed. Gideon, having heard the commotion, scurried down the stairs and went to rub against Ramona’s legs. Scott bent down and put put his hand out to which Gideon sniffed then allowed Scott to pet him. Gideon licked Scott’s wrist before running off to who knows where.
“He seems to be getting more comfortable with you.” Ramona smiled at her boyfriend. Scott returned the smile and nodded. “He really is. It’s nice.” He took off his jacket and hung it on a hook against the wall. Ramona did the same along with her bag. They went into the kitchen and had some tea. Scott sipped his herbal mixture Ramona has recently bought while Ramona went with a classic chamomile. The hot drink warmed them up against the cold weather. Even with living in Canada for so long, Scott could never seem to get used to the constant snowy conditions.
“You wanna go to my room? We could cuddle and maybe watch a movie on my laptop?” Ramona asked, taking her last sip of tea. Scott agreed and brought his mug with him. Scott was the sipper between the two. Once up the stairs and into her room, Scott and Ramona changed into their pajamas. Scott sported an oversized band t-shirt and some blue pajama pants. Ramona had on a loose fitting tank top and some fuzzy pajama pants that had matching fuzzy socks. Scott stared at his girlfriend as if in a trance. She always looked so adorable in her sleepwear. He walked towards her and wrapped his arms around her waist.
“You look so cute.” Scott complimented, taking not at how Ramona’s cheeks became slightly pink. “Aww~ Thanks.” Ramona kissed Scott’s nose. Scott blushed and returned the gesture. Ramona yelped when Scott went further to pick her up bridal style and carry her over to the bed. She giggled at the affection, Scott laying her down gently. Not before jumping on top of her and peppering her face with kisses.
“You’re suhuch aha dohork!” She lightly pushed at Scott’s shoulders as he continued. He moved to her neck to which she melted. She forgot sometimes that Scott knew her weaknesses. Her eyes closed, Scott taking her hand in his and rubbing his thumb across the soft skin. A few minutes later and the two laid next to each other under the blankets. Their eyes locked onto each others and a small hint of pink spread across both of their faces.
“It’s not fair that you know all my weaknesses.” Ramona complained. However, a small smile managed to find its way to her face through her sentence. Scott chuckled and brushed some hair out of her face to tuck behind her ear. “It’s not my fault you absolutely melt when I kiss your neck.” She blushed even more so at that.
“Really though. I should be able to know something about you that makes you helpless.” A smirk spread scores Scott’s face. “Are you saying I make you feel helpless?” Scott teased. Ramona’s jaw dropped before she lightly shoved at Scott’s shoulder.
“I’ll find something that makes you helpless Scott Pilgrim. And if I don’t on my own, I could always go to Wallace for help~” Ramona teased, chuckling when Scott’s eyes widened in fear. Wallace would spill every little secret to Ramona if she so much as mentioned Scott and weakness in the same sentence. He could always come clean now about something small. Lord only knows the things Wallace was willing to remember and reveal.
“Okay. Okay fine.” Scott huffed, debating again for a moment to make sure he was making the right decision. Ramona eagerly but patiently waited for his answer. “The truth is… ugh it’s hard to say out loud.” Scott hid his face in his hands. Ramona gently took Scott’s hands in hers. “Hey, I’m sure it’s not that bad. And don’t worry, I won’t actually use anything against you if you don’t want me to. I won’t force you to tell me.” Ramona’s soft voice helped relax Scott. He took a deep breath and prepared to say that word.
“Okay. I… I’m uh… reallyreallyticklish.” Scott scrambled to say that last part. Ramona looked confused. Of all the things that ran through her mind, Scott was afraid to say he was ticklish? “But that’s not all.” Scott began again. “I kind of… don’t really mind it either… when it happens to me.” Scott’s eyes averted her gaze, desperately telling his hands to not rip away from her hold and hide his red face. Ramona’s confusion turned into that of sincerity.
“Scott… I think that’s the cutest thing I’ve ever heard.” Ramona lightly squeezed Scott’s hands with further reassurance. Scott was at a loss for words as he turned to hide his face against his pillow. Blush noticeably rising to his ears. Ramona giggled and rubbed his hand. “C’mon, don’t hide that cute face from me now.” Scott whined before turning slightly so one side of his face was visible. His eye sparkled and his lips slightly twitched as if trying their hardest not to smile.
“How did I not find this out sooner? I would’ve tickled you all the time if I’d known.” Ramona lightened her touch against his hands, rubbing small circles against the back of his hand. His hand slightly twitched at the softened touch. Why did he have to be more ticklish when he was flustered?! “Oho my gosh stohop saying it!”
“Stop saying what? Tickle~“ Ramona walked a set of fingers up Scott’s arm so they were resting on his inner shoulder. His legs kicked lightly at the anticipation. The giggles in his chest begging to be released. Small chortles managed to sneak past his lips.
“Yehes!” Scott tried not to focus on the tingling feelings Ramona’s fingers were sending through his shoulder. Perfect, Ramona thought. He walked right into it. “Well that just makes me wanna say it more.” She quickly dove her fingers into the crook of Scott’s neck causing high pitched shrieks of laughter to fly from Scott’s lips. He scrunched his shoulder and lightly twisted back and forth, not trying too hard to get away from the tickly touch.
“Rahamohonahaha! Hehehehaha!” Scott squealed when her other hand joined in. This time she targeted along Scott’s stomach. He giggled his heart out at the gentle tickles, pushing his face into his pillow once again to muffle the high pitched sounds.
Ramona couldn’t stop the softening of her smirk into a smile. She truly had the most adorable boyfriend in the world. Not to mention probably the dorkiest too, but she wasn’t complaining about that either.
She moved the hand that was at his neck down and starting pinching at his hip. She didn’t know that she had struck gold.
“NAHAHAHA! RAHAHAMOHONAHAHA! AHAHAHA!” Scott about screamed and his squirming became more desperate. His legs kicked out at the covers and his hand tried to shove at his girlfriend’s pinching hand.
“NAHAHAT THEHEHERE!! PLEHEHEHEHEASE! NAHAHAHA!” Scott was too weak to push her hand away, instead settling for holding onto her wrist.
“Not there? Why? Does it tickle or something?” Ramona asked before quickly yet gently pushing Scott onto his back and straddling his thighs. Her tickling stopping for a moment. Scott quickly wrapped his arms around his waist, preparing himself for the inevitable.
“Yehes it dohoes. Aha lohot.” Scott wanted to cover his face, but didn’t dare risk Ramona going back to his hips if he moved his arms. Ramona giggled leaned down and gave him a kiss on the cheek. She admired the way his eyes sparkled and how his ears burned red with embarrassment.
“Would you care if I continued?“ Ramona set her hands onto Scott’s hands, slowly and gently moving them away from his waist. Making a mental note to tease him later on how he didn’t put up much resistance to the action.
Scott’s smile wobbled. Desperately trying not to show just how much he wouldn’t care if she continued. In fact, he’d love it if she did. He’d never felt more loved than when he was with her, and moments like this made his feelings for her bloom into new light. He tried to maintain eye contact, but ultimately failed at the sight of Ramona’s smirk and the feeling of her fingers twitching with eager.
“Scott~” Ramona gave him a small poke to the side, making him jump with a squeal. Scott giggled out of anticipation, shakily grabbing into Ramona’s hands that were now gently resting on Scott’s sides.
“Yehes?” Scott asked, already forgetting her question from mere moments ago. It clicked when Ramona’s fingers immediately began to poke and scribble at his hips.
Oh shit-
That really tickled-
“GAHAHAHAHA! RAHAHAMOHONAHAHA! SHIT! SHIT! SHIHHIHIT!!” Scott almost screamed with how much it tickled. Of course Ramona would go right back to the spot that made him freak out a second ago.
“You’re really ticklish here aren’t you?” Ramona snickered, letting her fingers dig into each little nerve on Scott’s hips and sides. Even poking at his stomach and ribs to make Scott twitch and squirm with each ticklish tase. Scott’s hands couldn’t keep up with Ramona constantly switching spots. He eventually settled on trying his best to hug his waist and cover as much of his ticklish spots as he could.
Just then, Ramona grabbed onto Scott’s arm and yanked it above his head. Her other hand quick to dig underneath his arm. An honest to god snort surprised both of them before Scott went back to laughing his head off.
“AHAHAHAHA! *snort* STAHAHAHAP! PLEHEHEHEASE!” Scott’s back arched against the bed as his free hand scrambled to grab at Ramona’s. The tickling must’ve been messing up his coordination because he seemed to always just miss her hand whenever she goes for a new spot on his ribs or his neck then back to his underarm.
Ramona made sure to remember which spots made Scott twitch a little harder or laugh a bit more.
“You’re saying stop, but do you really mean that Scott?” Ramona teased, grabbing both of Scott’s hands and pinning them beside his head. She then leaned down, giving his neck some tickly kisses and small raspberries.
“Nohoho! Rahamonaha plehehease!” Scott’s legs kicked his legs. His hands interlocking with Ramona’s, holding them and using what little strength he had left to try and escape. He could defeat her seven evil exes, but couldn’t fight back when tickled a little??
“No? I knew it.” In a flash of light her hands went back down to his hips and kneaded them like dough. Scott’s eyes went wide as the loudest shriek, in probably his whole life, left his lips before he dissolved into loud laughter.
“THAHAHAHAT’S NAHAT WHAT I MEHEHEANT!!” Scott tried to lean up and squirm as much as he could, but it was pretty hard with Ramona still kissing his neck between her own giggles at her boyfriend’s contagious cackles. Her thumbs continued to dig into his hips, her fingers scribbling along the back of his sides. Raspberry and tickly kisses made sure his neck never got used to the tingly feeling.
“Maybe if you admit you love it I’ll stop.” Ramona finally leaned up from his neck, but her attack on his hips didn’t let up. He shook his head and pushed at her hands. The red on his cheeks had now spread to his ears.
“NAHAHAHAHA! IHI CAHAHAHAHAN’T! RAHAMOHONAHAHA! AHA! PLEHEHEASE! STAHAHAHAHAP!” She used his weakness from the tickling as a chance to quickly pin his arms under her knees and go right back to his hips. This new position left him completely helpless. And he knew she wouldn’t stop until he said it even if his face went purple.
“AHAHAHAHA! OKAY! OKAHAHAHAHAY! IHI LOHOHOVE IT! PLEHEHEHEASE!” Scott went into silent laughter. The only sound being from his legs kicking in defeat. Ramona pulled away, giving him a kiss to the forehead before falling to the side and laying back beside him.
Scott’s arms quickly wrapped around himself. His chest rose and fell with each breath. He still giggled from the leftover tingling sensation. No one has ever tickled him like that… Well- maybe other than Wallace. Oh fuck- Romana and Wallace were gonna bond over this weren’t they?
“You’re really cute when you laugh like that you know.” Ramona interrupted his thoughts. Scott rolled over and looked into her eyes. He forgot for a second what he had just said through his laughter. But maybe he didn’t mind that he said it. Not to Ramona at least.
“I lohove you Ramona.” Scott said without thinking. It’s not that he hadn’t said it before, it just kinda came out of nowhere considering the situation. Ramona smiled.
“I love you too Scott Pilgrim.”

(A Larissa Weems x fem!reader fanfic) (Part 8)
(Part 7)
❀•°•═════ஓ๑♡๑ஓ═════•°•❀
“Nevermore Academy.”
You tilted your head.
Nevermore… Nevermore…
“The school for outcasts. In Vermont.” Larissa specified, tone growing sharper as she watched you with intense eyes - waiting like an Eagle for you to act like a mouse and twitch or shiver or run.
But you were quite comfortable where you sat - and you weren’t too interested in leaving her alone - or leaving her at all, really. So you nodded and sort of unconsciously ran your gaze over her body. The tense posture, the intrigued but grave expression, the sparkling eyes, the pale skin, the snowy hair, the style, the height. Perhaps your brief thought from however many days ago, of Larissa being an outcast, was correct. Perhaps you ‘clocked’ her before you even realized. Though then again, her beauty wasn’t necessarily conventional. She wasn’t tan or small or dainty and she didn’t have wavy brown or blonde hair and she didn’t wear summery makeup and cute little sundresses or ripped jeans and T-shirts, no, she was… well she was so blatantly different that no one could possibly miss her. And appearance was a big part of outcast culture, you knew. Culture and crucifixion. Judged and bullied and hunted for their looks; desired and sought after and hungry for their beauty. Goodness, normies were horrid. You couldn’t even imagine the shit Larissa had gone through in life.
“If that is going to be a problem-”
You cut her off immediately with a firm shake of your head.
“No- no no no, I’m sorry, no it’s not a problem. That’s actually really fascinating,” you made eye contact and gave her a small smile. You meant what you said. It was fascinating. You’d never met anyone associated with outcasts so strongly before. It was very interesting. “Is it hard? Having to do that?” You figured it would be - considering regular teenagers were hard enough to deal with already.
And she seemed to agree, even as shock flashed through her frozen gaze. Clearly, your acceptance was not a thing Larissa was entirely familiar with - but you were glad to find that she recovered quickly and fixed you with a head nod and a small knowing smile. Her shoulder, briefly, bumped against yours.
“Without a doubt. But - their happiness is something you can’t find everywhere. So to know that I contribute to their settling within the ‘real world’,” she used quotation marks, “is a reward of and within itself. And that’s all that truly matters.”
You tried to catch her eye- you even tilted your head close to find the blue- but she kept her gaze forward and herself silent.
“You seem very proud of them.” It was the only thing you could think to say.
Thank goodness it brought a loving smile to her face; lighting her up in a glow that wasn’t just caused by the buzzing lights overhead.
“I am. Unbelievably so,” and that’s when she turned to look at you, carrying the world in her eyes, carrying the weight of her livelihood in her heart.
Clearly, she loved them. And her job. And all of the things that came with it- difficult and otherwise. And you knew, deep down, that some part of her missed it too. It swirled around in her eyes. In the way her lips quirked into a smile but never quite reached the very core of her joy.
You hummed, giving her a small close-mouthed upturn of the lips, and looked back down at the paint on your hands.
“...Why are you here, then? If you work in Vermont?”
There was a bit of quiet - filled only by the chatter of the world and the callings of the station woman overhead. You wondered what she was thinking then. You wondered if, perhaps, she thought it was a bit too much at once. You wondered if, maybe, she was contemplating if you were trustworthy or not. Admittedly, it would be a bit too late if she decided that was the case after telling you she worked at Nevermore, but you’d accept it either way. The conversation was all hers, in the end - so you’d comply.
As if you could ever deny her anything. Privacy obviously included.
“A business trip,” your companion finally said. “Meetings and… such. Boring to you, I’m sure, but reports are the bottom line.” Her lips firmed into a line before softening.
You nodded.
Meetings and reports. A trip for business and not for pleasure. Merely a necessary evil.
You felt your shoulders fall - drooping beneath the weight of a quick realization.
“So you won’t- I mean you’ll… leave again… yes?”
Yes. She’ll leave again. And then you’ll be alone. And there will be no one to meet you at the train station. And there will be no one to admire. And there will be no one to feel close to. And there will be only silence and cold and the distinct loss of Larissa’s presence - which has managed to infiltrate your life so thoroughly in only a few months that you can barely picture what the days would be like without the excitement of being able to see her.
Cruel. Cruel, it was.
She was going to leave and there you were going to be, staying in the same spot as always. Never leaving even after the world changed. Like a fucking statue that grew from the familiar sheen of brown copper to the dull green of time spent in one place.
Larissa was going to leave - and when she returned, you’d be there waiting for her. It would be poetic if it didn’t feel like a shot through the heart. And skull. And through every other organ, too.
“You sound hopeful,” she tilted her head to you, pouring blue oceans into the empty cup of your soul. “Do you want me gone that badly?”
You shook your head like a woman possessed while Larissa’s red lips turned up into a smile.
“N-no! Gods, no! That’s not even- that’s- no! Why would you think that? That’s not even possible!” You waved your hands, eyes wide, heart pounding away behind the feeble skin of your chest.
Hopeful?
No. Absolutely not. In no world would you ever be excited for Larissa Weems to leave you. In fact, you silently dreaded the moment she’d go.
Because what if she never came back?
“I’m just kidding,” she nudged your side, her broad shoulders shaking with a small chuckle. “I’m not sure when I’m going. Probably in the next few days.” And then she went quiet.
In the space of silence that followed, a little ding rang out to the strangers around you - and a muffled voice played over the station’s loudspeaker. The words were nearly unintelligible, you had to strain to hear them, but once the microphone crackled back into nothing, a tired sigh left the bones of the woman next to you. Your eyes shot to her profile - and you found her looking down at her phone, opening up the messaging app, tsking beneath her breath.
“What’s wrong?”
Larissa huffed. “I believe my train’s just been canceled.”
“Oh.”
Oh.
Well…. That sucked. How would she get back to her hotel? Did she have cash on her for a taxi? Did you have cash on you for a taxi?
Your hand ran to your pocket and cradled the gentle weight of your wallet. Yes - it was heavy with a few bills; perfect for Larissa’s ride home. Like a gift. From you to her. A thank you of sorts - to thank her for her presence in your life. To thank her for giving you a new muse. To thank her for talking to you, and giving you the time of day, and finding the paint on your hands to be something charming instead of something silly and careless and dumb.
To thank her for spending her limited time with you before she had to leave again.
A parting gift, yes. Just in case you didn’t see her tomorrow. Or the next day. Or the one after that. Or the one after that.
The money felt insignificant when you slipped it into your hand. Like it wouldn’t be enough - not for the cab but for the rest of everything else. You wished you’d thought to get her flowers or something; but then again would a stranger really want flowers from a rando? And what if she was allergic to flowers? And what if you got her roses when really she preferred daisies? Maybe it was for the best you didn’t get her anything at all. Maybe the money would be enough.
“Here,” you murmured as you slipped your hand out of the warmth of your pocket and held out the money, folded and flat on your palm, facing the dull light of the train station ceiling.
“Hm?” Was the distracted response you got as Larissa’s eyes never strayed from her phone’s screen. She was texting rather furiously, probably trying to figure something out with someone on the other side - a boss, maybe. Or a travel manager. Or a friend. Or a lover.
“Here. For the cab.” Your hand pushed forward and brushed against her arm, begging silently for her attention.
Which you got in the next moment - at full force - as she abruptly turned from her screen and looked into your eyes, then down at your hand, and promptly opened her mouth to protest.
“Oh- no I couldn’t. Thank you th-”
“Why not? C’mon. Please?” You loathed the whiny undertone of your voice, but celebrated internally as that blue gaze shot up to your face and looked at you with hesitance. It meant she was on the fence. Thinking about it. Maybe she was nervous about the city? Maybe she thought it was blood money? Or drug money? Or perhaps she just didn’t want to take it when she knew she couldn’t give you anything back?
But that was absurd- because her company was enough.
“As a gift,” you added, giving her a cheeky smile.
“A gift?” A light eyebrow went up, and her lips pursed.
“Yeah. For your time.” And your smile. And your laugh. And your attention. And your breath. And your existence, really. A gift for everything. Take it. Please. Please, take it. My heart may rupture if you don’t.
You were pleasantly rewarded with a small snort and a roll of deep blue eyes. The phone was promptly forgotten about, and went black, as Larissa mirrored your smile.
“Flattery will get you nowhere,” she murmured.
A gentle heat ran through your body, filling your skin from the edge of your hairline to the tips of your toes. Her voice was soft. Knowing. Absolutely evil as she let out a low hum next and considered the money in your hand.
“You know you want it,” you sang, picking up your hand to wave the money around a bit in the air - and instantly let out a small squeak when a strong leather palm went wrapping around your wrist and applying the most minute pressure, stopping you mid-taunt. Her hold wasn’t restricting, and it didn’t hurt, and it actually felt quite… nice. The glove was cool and it scratched your skin ever so gently as she moved your hand out of her line of sight to get a clearer look at you.
“Thank you,” Larissa said slowly, “but I can’t accept this. Please, keep your money.” And then she inclined her head and gave you a quirk of red lips as her hand gently set yours down back into your lap. Then she patted your knuckles and turned back to her phone.
But I don’t want to!!!! You yearned to shout. I want you to have it because I want to do something nice for you! Because I want you to remember me!
And perhaps, in the end, that’s all it really boiled down to.
The people watching, the monotony of daily living, the small interactions you had with strangers - perhaps all of it was done in an effort to get others to remember you. To look back on that random woman they bumped into on that random day in the past. To picture your smile or your frown or your serious eyes as they interacted with you before going on their way without even a whisper of your name. And perhaps Larissa was just another stranger to add to the list.
Except she wasn’t a stranger at all and you actually really quite adored her name and you wanted to know her forever, outcast stereotypes be damned, and she was a woman of such beauty and intelligence that you couldn’t possibly even dream of forgetting her like she could dream of forgetting you.
But would a taxi fare do the job? Would she remember your name from that alone? Or would she forever see you as the woman who watched her? Who sat in train stations at night and watched other people and got paint on her hands and had bags beneath her eyes and was clearly too caught up in her own mind to take care of herself?
Or would the future hold something far worse? And she wouldn’t even remember you at all?
No. I can’t have that. I can’t let her forget me. Not when I know I’ll remember her forever.
“I’ll come with you, then. To make sure you get there safe. And then I’ll go to my place,” you spoke quickly, heart hammering away with anticipation. “Just this once because of the cancellation.”
That head of perfect snowy hair turned again- and she looked at you with amusement written across her features.
“...Are you sure?” She spoke as she straightened her back and adjusted her purse on her shoulder. “Because I can always find another-”
“I’m positive,” you cut her off with a smile and straightened up as well, body suddenly coming alive with triumph.
Yes! Yes, we got her! Yes yes yes! This is it! Gift received! Mission accomplished! Remembered! We’ll be remembered boys, wooooo!
If Larissa could see the excitement in your soul, she didn’t comment on it. Her red lips only went up into a small close-mouthed smile again - and then she was standing. Up to her tall tall height, legs straight and back straight and heels on and good gods she was something out of a museum. You couldn’t help the way you looked up at her as she went, eyes following like iron to a magnet, awe seeping onto your features. So beautiful… So something out of this world… Surely, you were crazy and she didn’t exist at all.
But then a hand was reaching out to you, and your sluggish brain caught up a moment later to realize she wanted to help you up.
“Fine then,” she spoke as you grasped her hand and were quickly pulled to your feet (very swiftly, mind you, and with no struggle on her part - god you could swoon-) “But if you get this one, I’ll get the next. It’s only fair. Deal?”
As you shook her hand with a nod and a grin, all you could think about and wonder about and daydream about and wish about and fall over yourself about was the fact that there would be a next time.
–
Watching Larissa Weems duck into the cramped backseat of a taxi car was one of the most endearing things you’d ever seen in your life.
While you lounged against the door, holding it open for her with a smile far sappier than you intended it to be, she gave you a small “Thank you” before bending her knees, putting one leg into the car, grasping the top of the taxi with her right hand, and swinging herself in as best she could. It was graceful in a way you’d never seen before, but the shuffling that came afterward as she tried her best to get comfortable with her clothing, while simultaneously trying not to fuck up her hair, was adorable. You had to pull yourself away from the door and shut it quickly before making your way around to the other side- getting out your little giggle along the way.
“Where are we goin’, ladies?” The woman in the front seat asked, peering back at you two in the rearview mirror. For a moment, you swore you saw her eyes narrow as she dragged her brown gaze over Larissa’s body, but the look was gone in a flash - too quick for you to be certain.
“The St. Regis, please,” Larissa replied with a quick smile before she leaned back into the seat and allowed herself to relax.
The St. Regis!? Damn! Woman had money! Well - you supposed that wasn’t too much of a surprise. She was the headmistress, the principal, of a well-funded school for outcasts. You couldn’t begin to imagine what her salary was. She certainly indulged in the finer bits of life, if her aesthetic was anything to go by. Usually people of money were an entirely different being; they tended to be rather unpredictable when interacting with those of the ‘middle to lower class’. But Larissa was kind. So kind. And so bright. The desire to ask why she was different, why she didn’t judge so much, was on the tip of your tongue, very nearly falling out into the silence - before you realized the answer was obvious. She was most likely an outcast herself. Of course she wouldn’t judge; at least not in the way you typically came to expect from the rich. Her mind was simply too open - a product of her own genetic being and probably whatever struggles she’d dealt with in her past. She was still capable of judgment, yes, but as you observed her and her closed eyes and her slow breathing and her red lips and her flawless hair and her gloved hands and her beautiful legs and the way she hummed out loud in a sigh that had your heart buzzing away inside you, the doubt seeped into your mind that she probably never judged unless it was absolutely necessar-
“I can feel you staring.”
It was said in a tone so velvety, so perfect and pristine, with that English accent of hers, that you quickly looked away and peered outside of the window to your left. Your cheeks were on fire with blush, and you so terribly wanted to respond with a hasty “I can’t help it!” but you kept your mouth shut and clasped your hands together in your lap.
“Is there something on my face?” She asked, pulling your attention back to her - just to find her looking at the black screen of her phone, angling it to see what you saw. But all you saw was the kind of beauty that gripped the breath in your lungs and pulled it out through your throat, so she wouldn’t find anything aside from her own face. Which she was lucky enough to stare at everyday.
You shook your head.
“No, no, you’re fine. Sorry.”
Blue eyes peered at you from their corners, dancing over the curves of your face as you leaned closer to the pull down cup holders to get a better view of the road.
Beautiful, was one word of many that flitted across Larissa’s thoughts as she looked at you. With the way the city lights rolled over those features, so unique and so brilliant, and how the shapes molded themselves to the curves of your cheeks and shelves of your brows and bow of your lips… it was something magical, she decided.
“Admiring again?” She covered her own tension-filled gaze by teasing, and silently delighted in the way you rolled your eyes and scoffed at her almost instantly.
“You wish.”
And if she did wish, then she most certainly didn’t tell you that.
“So the Regis, huh? What are you two, on your honeymoon or somethin’?” The taxi driver asked, breaking the tiny tension with her gruff voice.
You could smell smoke on her as you leaned closer to the seat, eager to admire the lights that you always loved. It was your favorite part of the city - but your attention was wrenched away as you nearly broke your neck turning to the driver.
“What?!”
“Why would we honeymoon in New York?”
Both of you spoke at the same time. Your answer was perhaps the more normal response, and Larissa’s was- well. You whipped around to look at her, eyes wide and brows furrowed. You half expected her to be the one drowning in outrage or confusion or whatever emotion one felt when reacting to a question like that when you knew very well that you were not in a relationship - but she merely raised an eyebrow at you and otherwise appeared quite neutral.
Does she get asked that question a lot? If she’s on honeymoon? Or what?
“Ah, city that never sleeps and all that. Meh whatever- Forget I asked! How long you been together?” The woman followed up, her voice even louder than before.
If you were a couple, it would have made for great conversation, but because you weren’t, all you could do was sit back in your seat and avoid looking at the beauty next to you as you responded with a quick “About two weeks.”
“Two weeks?! So what, you’re newbies at this?”
It was Larissa’s turn to look at you with surprise. Two weeks? What were you on abo- oh. Two weeks. Right. That’s how long it had been since you met.
Because you couldn’t look at her, finding that the blush on your cheeks was way too obvious, you just listened in silence as she saved the conversation and steered it toward clearer waters.
“Not newbies, no,” she said smoothly. “We actually met two weeks ago. This is just her gift to me.”
Your eyes met. Her expression was unexpectedly quite warm, holding the entirety of summer in the way her laugh lines deepened and her eyebrows went up. God, you thought then as you smiled, she’s so dreamy.
“Gift for what?” The driver interrupted, sneaking a glimpse back at you again.
Larissa’s face turned in response to that. Her features faded into the shadows when you looked at her. Obviously, it was her way of saying ‘Your turn to answer.’ So you cleared your throat and shrugged, looking out of the front window again.
“Just a kind gesture. I have to go home too so…,” you hummed, then heard the shuffle of Larissa tending back to her phone.
The St. Regis obviously wasn’t her home, but the cab driver didn’t need to know that. Larissa certainly looked like a woman who could own a room at a place so elegant, so it wasn’t too far of a stretch. Unlike you, of course, who would have to pull many strings and work many long days to even manage a few nights at the hotel without worrying about money for the few weeks after.
“So I’ll be doin’ two trips?”
“Yeah. Is that okay?”
“Oh yeah! As long as you get to where you’re goin’!” Her reply was overly enthusiastic, but you weren’t paying attention to her anymore.
Instead, your eyes had fled to Larissa - and the tip-tapping she was doing on her phone. Texting someone again. How she managed to do that through the leather of her gloves had to be tied to some sort of talent - unless they were thin enough by the fingerpads for her to be able to fly across the screen so easily. When you squinted and couldn’t make out the conversation, you gave up rather quickly. It was rude to snoop like that - no matter how curious you were. Which was very. Very curious. But even before you could sneak another glance and ask if everything was alright, the phone was suddenly turned off and slipped back into her purse.
“Thank you for doing this, Y/N.” She murmured, sliding her hand across the cup-holder pull out to gently squeeze your forearm. “You’re very sweet.”
And at that exact moment, a flash of light from a neon sign fell into a slant across Larissa’s face. It cast a fuzzy glow of bubblegum pink over the bridge of her nose, her brows, and her eyes, changing the dear hue from dark blues to tinted pinks. It softened the lines of her face, and brightened her skin, and made her appear like a character straight out of a movie - and you found yourself staring, momentarily tackled by the nearly god-given framing of her features. The hills of her cheekbones, the fading makeup by her eyes, the slight weariness to her expression… she was utterly indescribable.
You knew you had to respond to her as well, and that the time was spanning longer and longer between her words and your own, but there was nothing to say. You were very sweet - but only because something about her sparked a long-dead spark in your soul.
And you weren’t sure what the fuck you were gonna do when she left and carried that spark with her.
