“I guess so. Luck must be on our side.”

“What are you guys doing?”

“It’s a trick we read in a book once.”

“I am Emmet and technically I was the one who found it.”

“When a train passes, you make a wish on the engine, count the cars ‘Yes’, ‘No’, and ‘Maybe So’, and whatever you land on at the caboose will determine if your wish comes true.”

“Wow. You guys must make a lot of wishes. You’re literally surrounded by trains.”

“Oddly enough, that was a wish of mine that did come true. Remember, Ingo?”

“I do remember that. It’s actually quite funny.”

“Seriously? Maybe I should try it out sometime.”

“The Subway trains are much too fast. We always watch for the freight train. That’s where we have the most luck.”

“Yes, No, Maybe So, Yes, No, Maybe So…”

Me, in April;

I don’t know. Do I really want to post this? I thought it was a good idea and I really liked the thought of posting it. But the part I was excited about the most might be really cringe to someone else. It really is kinda specific to myself. I know I’m kinda contradicting myself from before, but I need to be mindful about what people will WANT to read. Goodness… I know exactly what to write, but I don’t even have the heart to finish it…
