Envision please a freshly warmed hot pack under the bedsheets and a pile of blankets with my frozen toes. Tortoiseshell tabby leaps up on the bed to snifsnif (and the hot pack is warmer than I usually have it since I am arranging so I don't actually touch it, so yeah there's a distinct corn smell that's not usually present). She mrps curiously, gives the warmest blanket lump one (1) bap, leaps onto my ribs, scolds me loudly, and leaps off the bed again.

Mila. Sweetie. If you do not sit on my toes to keep them unfroze, I need to find alternate methods. 😅😺
