Summary:
All Lee Know needs is some good rest but his stomach got other plans. Luckily Han is there to make him feel better.
It was an intense workload and busy schedule for Stray Kids’ Lee Know, and he was feeling really tired from it all. One day after a long day of practice, his stomach started feeling a bit upset, not severely unwell but with the tiredness it made him feel worse.
As he got in the car back to the dorm, he tried to nap, leaning his head against the window without drawing attention to himself. But his stomach felt worse due to all the moving inside the car. Lee Know squeezed his eyes and pretended that he wasn't feeling like he was on a boat.
By the time he got back to the dorm, he quickly went to shower and changed into comfy clothes.
He got into the shower, and he noticed his stomach feeling even more upset and starting to cramp. Immediately Lee Know jumped out of the shower and he held onto the wall and one of his hands was pressed against his stomach but his stomach kept feeling worse and worse. He ended up dry-gagging over the toilet even though he didn't throw up. Lee Know tool a few deep breaths to tey ans get himself back in control. A few minutes later that felt like and eternity Lee Know felt good enough to step back into the shower.

Once out of the shower and his hair was dry and he'd changed Lee know went out to his bed, but the pain and the need to rest made him start to cry as soon as he reached it. The thing was that Han was also in the dorm, and he heard his hyung crying quietly when he went out to the kitchen to grab a snack for himself. Han knew that his hyung had been feeling tired from their recent schedule, but he didn't expect this. Lee Know was never one to cry easily so Han was especially alert. Immediately Han goes to Lee Know's room, ready to comfort him, but he didn't expect that what was causing his hyung's tears was not just tiredness but also pain. He immediately runs over to him and comforts him as best as he can, sitting by his side and rubbing his back, helping him feel better.
With concern on his face he asks "Are you okay? What's wrong?"
Lee Know doesn't want to admit that there's something more wrong than just tiredness, so he plays it down a bit. "It's nothing, just tired," he says, his voice a bit shaky.
Han can see through this though and he still feels that his hyung isn't being entirely honest with him. After all Han knew Lee Know very fell so he could see that Lee Know is pretending that he's only tired and that there's nothing more wrong, but he knows that something is up.
However Han know better than to push Minho so he jsut sat there and rubbed Lee Knows back to comfort him. Suddenly Lee knows stomach cramps heavily, and he starts gagging. He quickly rushes to the bathroom and leans over the toilet bowl, dry-gaging intensely, because he feels like he's going to be sick. Hans eyes widened as he didn't expect this and rushes after his hyung, and when he reaches the bathroom, he finds Lee Know leaning over the toilet bowl, gagging intensely. He quickly kneels down next to him and rubs his back, comforting him while Lee Know vomits into the toilet bowl.
“It’s okay. Let it all up, Hyung. It's okay” *Han comforted ans rubbed and patted Lee Knows back.
After a while Lee Know finished but now he feels very tired and dizzy as well, as the cramps from his stomach aren't letting up at all. He's starting to feel more and more exhausted and dizzy, and he can barely keep his head up and his eyes open.
Han is worried, seeing the state his hyung is in. He asks him, "Are you feeling okay? You are getting very tired and dizzy aren't you? Do you want to go back to bed?"
Lee Know shakes his head slightly, but he's not in any condition to say anything. he knows he should rest more, but the pain from his cramps is making him feels so sick. Han thought for a moment what to do, he knows that massaging Lee Know's stomach would help with his cramps, so he tried to gently massage it for him. But Lee Know pushes him away a bit, feeling embarrassed about being touched in such a personal way.
"Don't..." he says, though his tone is weak and his breaths are shaky from his cramps. He doesn't want to be touched but the cramps hurt him so much that he's beginning to regret pushing Han away. Han looks at him, realizing that the cramps must be really hurting. Han knows how much shame there can be around getting a stomach massage especially for Lee Know but he also knows how much relief it can provide.
"Just one small massage?" he asks gently, trying to convince his hyung to allow him to help him.
Lee Know hesitates for a moment, fighting between his embarrassment and his pain. Finally, he decides to let Han massage his stomach a bit, but he's still feeling shy and reluctant about it all.
Han smiles and starts to gently massage his hyung's stomach, with the tips of his fingers. He works in small circles, trying to ease the pain and discomfort as much as possible. Lee Know tries to stay still, feeling a little bit embarrassed but also relieved at the same time.
About ten minutes later Lee Know starts to relax under Han's massage, and the relief is almost instant. He slowly lets his breath out, feeling the cramps start to ease a bit. Han notices this, and he continues to massage slowly, with light but firm motions. Lee Know can feel himself relaxing, and for a moment, he's completely forgotten about his embarrassment. He closes his eyes and relaxes, letting Han's touch comfort him.
Han can feel his hyung starting to relax under his touch, and he keeps the massage going for as long as needed. He keeps his movements light and gentle, but he also firmly presses where necessary to relieve the cramps. He watches as Lee Know slowly relaxes, his breathing becoming deeper and steadier. He seems to have forgotten about his embarrassment completely in the comfort of the massage.
Soon Lee Know begins to yawn, feeling really tired and drowsy. His eyes are starting to feel heavy and he rubs his eyes, trying to fight off the fatigue. He's starting to feel even more tired after the massage, and all he wants to do now is go lie back down in bed and sleep. His yawns becoming more frequent. He looks over to Han with a yawn, and he asks him, "Do you mind helping me back to bed?”
Han looks at him, seeing the tiredness in his eyes. He nods gently, "Of course I don't mind. Let's get you back to bed.”
He gently helps his hyung to his feet, and they walk out of the bathroom together. Lee Know is feeling more and more tired with each step, his eyes fluttering shut. When they reach their bedroom, Han leads Lee Know over to the bed and gently helps him to lie down on it.
Lee Know barely gets onto the bed before just crashing down and immediately passing out, exhausted after the day's activities, the cramps, and the emotional stress of feeling vulnerable and embarrassed. Han watches him as he falls asleep, and he knows it's the best thing that could happen right now.
Han stays by his side, and he starts to rub his hyung's stomach lightly, trying to soothe the cramps and comfort him while he sleeps. He stays with him until he's confident that the discomfort has eased and Lee Know is sleeping deep and peacefully.
Han stays with Lee Know for a few moments longer, just making sure that he's sleeping peacefully. He can tell that the cramps have eased and that his hyung is in a deep and peaceful sleep. He gives his hyung's forehead a gentle kiss, before quietly leaving the room, so he can give Lee Know some space.
Lee Know sleeps peacefully, his fatigue and cramping finally relieved so that he can rest and recover, all while dreaming peacefully.

Genre- fluff!!
You wake up to James plopping a bag onto the bed, “oh no.” You mumble, already knowing what’s about to happen.
“Come on get up we’re going somewhere!” James says, a bit too enthusiastic for 9 in the morning to be honest .
You groan and pull the covers over your head, “I wanna stay home.”
James doesn’t care, he pulls the blankets off of you and carries you to the living room. He sets you on the couch with the rest of the luggage for the long trip ahead.

After you guys ate breakfast you start your long day, you sit in the passenger seat and watch the other cars go by, “where are we even going?” You ask James.
“I can’t tell you, it’s a surprise.” He replies with a cheeky smile. It doesn’t take too long until James is blasting his music on the radio, loudly singing along. And of course it’s Black Sabbath .. war pigs to be exact so almost eight minutes later you finally catch a break.
You do eventually start to get grumpy and annoyed, pouting and huffing angrily. James catches on quickly, reaching over and resting his hand on your thigh. “I promise it’ll be worth it sweetheart.” He tells you, trying to lift your sour mood.
First rest stop. A gas station in the middle of nowhere. James fills up the car with gas and you get out, “I’m gonna grab some snacks, you want something?” You ask him *man it feels good to stand*
“Can you get me a slushy? Please and thank you.” He replies quickly, turning his attention back to the car.
You go into the gas station and grab some snacks and a drink for yourself before getting James’s beloved slushy.
Back on the road. The slushy was a mistake by the way. James is now high on sugar and his lips are stained a bright blue.
Another rest stop because.. “I have to piss. Really bad.” See, slushy was a bad idea.
You stay in the car this time, you hated everything about road-trips. The drive, the stops, the way James gets more hyper than ever… well not so much the last thing. He gets quite cute honestly.
Back on the road again… you decide to take a nap to make it go quicker. Apparently that works, you wake up to James shaking your shoulder, “hey sweet girl… we’re here.” James says, his voice soft and soothing.
You open your eyes and see your at the beach, it’s beautiful and definitely worth the drive.
“Wow…it’s beautiful James.”
“I told you it would be worth it!”
You guys had a good long vacation to say the least.

Luca did laugh softly when Milo pressed his nose to her bump and he managed to distract him. "Come on mom's boy, let's give mom a minute ans let's get you three some chicken." He said to the pups excitedly and of course the three of them went darting after him.

Thanksgiving had come and gone, the entire SWAT family getting together at Deacon's for a huge meal and a party afterwards had been the perfect way to spend the holiday's, even if Luca and Street had pulled the short straw of working some overtime for patrol but it has only been during the day and they had been done by three so they could enjoy the holiday's.
Next was Christmas and Luca was literally like an excited kid as he made sure the whole house was decorated inside and out, wrapping the decorations around the stairs bannisters and adding some twinkly lights. "Hey Lex, can you give me a hand with these lights?" He called out to his wife. @lexi-rpb

Usopp will build you a device where you can hide your cheat sheet (not that you need it, but you know, just in case… sometimes the feeling of knowing it’s there helps)

maybe he prepared a small picnic there (with Sanji‘s help) to help you distracting your mind a bit, he knows that breaks are just as important as study hours

Sanji will make sure you’re well fed during exam season, knocking on your door every two hours to make sure you’re eating and hydrating well
he’ll come in with a whole serving cart full of goodies, fresh fruits, all your favorite snacks, various beverages and also a sweet treat
while he smokes at the window, he’ll go read through your notes to see if there’s anything he can help you with
he’ll also find encouraging words for every situation, letting you know that school isn‘t everything and that with your skills, you can become his sous chef in no time, no matter the outcome of your exam
on the days of your exam he will pack you a big bento and fresh tea, leaving you a little motivational note in your bag too
Chopper

Chopper is also always busy studying and will be overly happy when you suggest to form a study group together to keep each other motivated
when you’re both panicking because of upcoming exams, you give each other pep talks and yell at each other until you both feel calm and confident again
also, since naps are an important part of studying, Chopper is the ideal nap buddy when you need something fluffy to hold onto

ohoh meanie/fuckboy!rinrin tying your hands behind your back and fucking you from behind. He’s doing the bare minimum to get your off because all he cares about his pleasure. Eventually you’d start to beg for him to touch your clit and at first he would ignore your pleas until he gets fed up with you. Feb. 8th, 2021
100 Days of Productivity Challenge Day 49/100
Good morning! I’ve feeling really sleepy but luckily there isn’t much to do today. Just gotta wash my sheets, covers, pillowcases and blankets, get through my classes ans solve a quiz. It’s a bit chilly today so all I wanna do is curl up in my warm bed and sleep.
For my breakfast I tried making scallion pancakes and they were delicious. I really love scallions and savory foods so they’re right up my alley. I like sweet pancakes too but they don’t work as a breakfast food for me.
I’ve had to move the coffee maker from the kitchen to my bedroom because someone kept messing with it. It was tough finding space for it. I’ll have to get a wall mount for the TV and try and turn the TV stand into a snack are or something to make the most use of that space.
Here’s a quick rundown of my day.
Woke up at 7:30 AM
Attended class, 1 hour
Attended lecture, 1 hour
Attended class, 1 hour
Break, 1 hour, completed a quiz, made breakfast (they really times the quiz to be during my break huh....T-T)
Attended a lecture, 1 hour
Took a nap, 1 hour
Cuddled my cat cause she got a boo-boo, 1 hour
Washed my covers
Washed my sheets, pillowcases and blankets
Washed my pillows
Vacuumed my room
Picked up groceries
Had dinner
Washed a load of laundry
Remade my bed
Went to bed at 10 PM

Im Schneckentempo vorwärts
Die letzten Tage war ich sehr langsam unterwegs. Die 30km Etappe hat mir einige zusätzliche Blasen beschert und so musste ich mit meinem Körper achtsamer umgehen. Am nächsten Tag kam dann noch eine Blase dazu, die sich an der Kante meiner orthopädischen Einlagen gebildet hatte. Keine Ahnung warum.
Und so begann die Wanderung am Montag mit mehreren Kontroll-Pausen. Immer wieder kontrollierte ich, ob die Blasenpflaster am richtigen Platz sitzen und nicht verrutscht oder verwurschtelt waren. Kurz vor Mittag traf ich einen Pilger Kollegen mit den ich dann eine Weile ging. Das war dann wohl der schnellste Abschnitt des Tages. Als es wieder bergauf ging, wurden meine Füße immer langsamer. Auch nach einer Mittagspause (mit Schuhe und Socken ausziehen und Füße hoch legen) wurde es nicht besser. Ich schien gegen meinen Willen immer langsamer zu werden. Schließlich wurde das Gehen sehr mühsam und als ich dann noch eine Abzweigung verfehlte und einen Kilometer mehr gehen musste, beschloss ich bereits im nächsten Ort ein Quartier zu suchen. Das war gut so. Ich hatte schlussendlich trotzdem 20km geschafft.
Am nächsten Tag ging es anfangs etwas besser. Mein erstes Ziel war die Apotheke - ich brauchte Nachschub in Blasenpflaster. Das zweite Ziel war der orthopädische Schuster - aber der war leider an dem Tag nicht da. Außerdem war nirgends ein ruhiges Plätzchen, wo man etwas essen konnte. Also ging ich weiter.
Nach einer Stunde fand ich ein Bankerl, wo ich meine Mittagspause machen konnte. Zum Essen gab es halt nur meine üblichen Snack-Vorrat aus Apfel und Walnüsse. Schließlich eignete sich das Bankerl auch für ein Nickerchen. Ich habe es sehr genossen. Als eine innere Stimme meinte, jetzt musst du aber endlich weitergehen! fragte ich mich, Warum? Niemand hat mir vorgeschrieben, wie viele Kilometer ich an einem Tag schaffen muss. Und so blieb ich noch ein Weilchen liegen und übte mich im entschleunigen.
Gestern ging es dann insgesamt schneller voran. Unter anderem weil ich unbedingt in Innsbruck ankommen wollte, bevor der orthopädische Schuster zu machte (leider hatte er diese Woche gar nicht offen). So ging ich relativ flott, was bei der geringen Steigung bzw. Abstieg ins Tal nicht schwierig war. Aber sobald ich ins bebaute Gebiet kam, waren alle Wege asphaltiert. "Rein in die Stadt" ist genauso wenig erfreulich wie "Raus aus der Stadt". Nur Asphalt und Häuser und viel Verkehr. Darauf führte ich meine wachsenden Fußschmerzen zurück. Sie wurden so schlimm, dass ich ernsthaft ans Aufgeben dachte. Der Regen trug noch dazu bei.
Am Abend nach der Dusche kam ein anderer Grund zum Vorschein: die große Blase auf einem der Fußballen war aufgegangen und entzündet. Kein Wunder, dass mir die Füße so weh taten. Damit war klar, dass ich meinen Füßen eine Pause gönnen muss.
Ich hatte ohnehin zwei Nächte in Innsbruck geplant, um die Stadt zu besichtigen. (Bisher habe ich Tirol immer nur auf der Autobahn durchquert.) Nun habe ich noch um einen Tag verlängert. Heute stand nur Wäsche waschen und Füße hochlegen auf dem Programm.

Forward at a snail's pace The last few days I have been walking very slowly. The 30km stage gave me some extra blisters and so I had to be more mindful of my body. The next day, another blister appeared on the edge of my orthopedic insoles. No idea why. And so the hike began on Monday with several pauses for inspection. Again and again I checked if the blister patches were in the right place and not slipped or tangled. Shortly before noon I met a pilgrim colleague with whom I then walked for a while. That was probably the fastest part of the day. When the road went uphill again, my feet became slower and slower. Even after a lunch break (with shoes and socks off and feet up) it didn't get any better. I seemed to be getting slower and slower against my will. Finally, walking became very tedious and when I missed a turn and had to walk an extra kilometer, I decided to look for a place to stay already in the next town. That was good. I had nevertheless made 20km in the end. The next day it went a little better in the beginning. My first goal was the pharmacy – I needed a supply of blister plasters. The second goal was the orthopedic cobbler – but unfortunately he was not there that day. Besides, there was nowhere a quiet place where I could eat something. So I went on. After an hour I found a bench where I could take my lunch break. My only food was my usual snack supply of apples and walnuts. In the end, the Bankerl (bench) was also suitable for a nap. I enjoyed it very much. When an inner voice said, but now you must finally go on! I asked myself, Why? Nobody told me how many kilometers I had to walk in one day. And so I stayed there for a while and practiced decelerating. Yesterday I went faster overall. Among other things, I wanted to get to Innsbruck before the orthopedic cobbler closed (unfortunately, he was not open this week). So I went relatively briskly, which was not difficult on the descent into the valley. But once I got into the built-up area, all the trails were paved. "In to town" is just as unpleasant as "out of town". Just asphalt and houses and lots of traffic. I attributed my growing foot pain to this. They got so bad that I seriously considered giving up altogether. The rain added to it. In the evening after the shower, another reason came to light: the large blister on one of the balls of my feet had opened up and became inflamed. No wonder my feet hurt so much. With that, it was clear that I needed to give my feet a break. I had planned two nights in Innsbruck anyway, to visit the city. (So far I have always crossed Tyrol only on the highway.) Now I have extended my stay by one more day. Today’s program was only doing the laundry and putting my feet up.

Today in "I hate my brain."
I was trying to get my sone to take a nap by laying down and pretending to be asleep. He doesnt wanna sleep and he wanted a snack and he keeps patting my arm and saying "dad! Dad! Dad!!"
And my brain goes "what if you died sleeping in your sons bed with him and he was tryinf yo get your attention to no avail because his dad died. Hed be sitting there ans never leaving his room because he cant wake up his parent to get what he needs from them
And now im extremely depressed about this scenario my brain came up with.

Fortunately, there are steps we can take to regulate our exposure to light during sleep.
Avoid Napping
One common mistake people make when trying to fix their sleep schedule is taking naps. Naps delay the end of the day, keep you wide awake, and impede your sleep cycle. But you can optimize your afternoon naps to get the rest you need to power through the afternoon.
Taking a nap during the day can be restorative in some cases, but it can disrupt your overall sleep cycle. Napping should be done at least half an hour in the afternoon, ideally no later than two hours. And you should make sure to go for a walk if you feel a bit groggy. After your nap, you should stretch your arms and legs and eat a healthy snack. Then, get back to work.
Stick to a Routine
In order to fix sleep schedule problems, you must learn to program your body. The sleep-wake cycle, also known as your circadian rhythm, takes place throughout the day. The part of your brain that controls your sleep-wake cycle is the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus is easily persuaded to change its schedule. Sticking to a schedule helps your body regulate its own internal clock.
If your sleep pattern is disturbed due to work or jet lag, you should gradually adjust to the new schedule. Slower changes are better for your body and are gentler on your mind. Moreover, a regular sleeping and waking routine to help you get a good night's sleep. You may also find it useful to consult a health coach or clinic if your sleep problem is severe. They will be able to provide you with the tools and guidance you need to make the necessary changes.
In order to fix the sleep schedule, you should stick to a routine for at least two weeks. This is the best way to reset your body's natural circadian rhythm. Your biological clock pushes your core temperature forward. At night, your core body temperature drops to a comfortable level. It rises again before the day begins. When you sleep, the temperature in your body is naturally fluctuating so keep the thermostat at a moderate level.
