You ever think about how time is unmeasurable and unstoppable because if it takes you 1 hour to get to a timezone 2 hours behind your own, you gain an hour, but your body still ages regardless and like if you put meat in a freezer the bacteria slows but it still grows older and even if you could achieve stasis, time would move for the rest of the universe regardless?

and with that in mind I think that's why time travel is such a difficult trope to encapsulate, because people can't even consider a world without time as an ambivalent force because it shapes how we experience things and if we experience them at all, and that's why I think writers should be less afraid to make characters who don't experience time linearly into cryptids rather than just people who are and aren't places at certain times

I haven't read much of it. I've read a few chapters in the past, but my experience has been that it really picks up when the characters start actually interacting more and have more development.

I read in your carrd that you’re for freedom of speech so how do you feel that the black lives matter protesters are getting attacked by the police simply for exercising their first amendment right to assembly (this is a serious inquiry that I genuinely want to know)

My honest opinion is that both parties are in the wrong. It’s no going around the fact that a good amount of protests have devolved into riots, which are acts not allowed in our First Amendment. But, there’s no going around the fact that the police behaved very poorly leading up to these riots, as well.

I may not be in support of BLM, but I fully support their rights granted to them in the First Amendment. That being, they have the right to freedom of speech and the right to peaceful protest. I see the police’s actions as them attempting to silence BLM’s right to peaceful protesting & freedom of speech, which has me feeling rather appalled.

I believe they are taking advantage of the fact that a good amount of protestors are anti-2A. They wouldn’t dare push protestors around if they had guns. Our right to guns was designed to protect us from situations such as this. I strongly recommend that BLM arm themselves and stay safe. Both from people looking to turn the protests into riots and police who are looking to instigate things.
