You know the friendship is real when your first instinct against danger is to protect the group's little puppy.

This is one of the scenes that I adore SO much. You can tell that both Suou and Sakura made the decision to shield Nirei subconsciously. This is so important because usually Sakura would charge into the battlefield and leave Nirei in the care of Suou since he was aware that Suou could do that with ease.

The look of surprise on their faces when they saw the other doing the same thing is so priceless. I think at that moment they really realised how much they had grown on each other.

When I first started selling in person, I had two fantasy prints: Flicker and Swiftclaw. People kept flipping them over, expecting to find something on the back. I thought, What do they expect to see? Art prints almost never have anything on the back. Then they’d ask me about the characters.

That got me thinking. What if the back actually did have something? What if it felt like you were meeting the character in a book, like a chapter introducing them? Kind of like how D&D gives you characters for your campaigns. So I did just that. Now, the 4"x6" prints include their introductions on the back.

The 8.5"x11" posters? Just the artwork. No text. No distractions.

"Sansa = Ned 2.0 and Arya = Catelyn 2.0" is one of those takes where you can just tell people are more attached to the aesthetic than anything. "The Stark girls are most like the parent they look least like" sounds good on paper and people run with the idea, regardless of how it actually fits into the story. A majority of the justification relies on misinterpreting all of their characters + a healthy dose of fanon. What gets me is that this is the same fandom that insists that Lyanna, only compared to Arya in the text, is equal parts Arya and Sansa but Ned and Catelyn, two fully fleshed-out and complex characters, have to be more like one girl or the other? There's just nothing in the story to justify being so adamant about these comparisons. Arya and Sansa have parallels with both of their parents but at the end of the day, they are unique characters with their own stories. I'll never understand why people want to flatten these complex characters down to their most basic tropes and fit them into restrictive boxes just for a "poetical~" comparison.

i’m coming up on a year of hosting a creature sticker club and i’ve drawn over 200 animals so far!

here are some of the felids i’ve drawn this year. big cats (pantherinae) are distinct from small cats (felinae) in that big cats car roar! except for the snow leopard. taxonomy is a weird science.
