Got so frustrated at my boss not trusting or believing me about absolutely anything that I had to have a little post shift angry cry in the break room and IN THAT MOMENT my work bestie walked in even tho it was their day off cause they left their glasses and I got to rant to someone. Friends are beautiful and the universe sent me one the exact second they were needed

#‘hey boss do we get any kind of physical certification from the supplier for our sterling sliver? the 925 stamp is too small #for a lot of older customers to read and I’m tired of getting into polite arguments with people over it #I think it would help sales if they didn’t just have to take my word for it’#boss: ‘huh. I’VE never not been believed’#it was already 5 minutes past when I was supposed to leave. when I say I IMMEDIATELY clocked out #1) not even a token answer to my question just flat out ‘I don’t believe you/must be your fault’#2) can we think of ANY REASON. the tone of interaction might be different. between the 50+ y.o. male OWNER OF TGE BUSINESS #and the 20something percieved female salesperson
