Not exactly Slightly, but seeing his friend stand in front of him with the assumption that they were for him, well, how was he supposed to break his friend's heart and tell him otherwise?      He had just been fucking with Cubby, asking if the bouquet was for him, but seeing that his friend was actually willing to sacrifice the gift he’d obviously gotten for his crush—just for him…He’d be lying if he said it didn’t warm his heart all the way through. “Aww.” Slightly grabbed the flowers and smiled coyly as he smelled them. “I think you need to get better at saying no. Would you give me your hand in marriage, too, if I asked?” he teased, before saying more seriously, “She’s gonna love them.”

Cubby smiled in return, watching his friend smell the flowers before scrunching up his face in embarrassment. “Now how could I ever say no to that?” He teased in return, nudging Slightly’s arm playfully. Slightly had seemed to be really interested in Cubby’s crush on Prilla recently, but considering his lack of experience with dating and romance, he could use all the support he could get from his friends. “You think so? Not too corny?”

if sly4 did at least one good thing is that at least the franchise's ending so far is no longer sly's 3 ending because if you know me you know how much i hated that ending lol

sly 4 isnt real it cant hurt me. with no knowledge of how le paradox's brain or lab or blimp or whatever works (im still on Go West, Young Raccoon, and therefore only know his name via tumblr) i shall run blindly into that good night.

basically: what happens when pre-sly1 gang meets sly2 gang meets post-sly3 gang. ok well post sly3 gang except they (minus sly) stick together and dont fuck off like its implied they did during the beginning of 4 bc its MY found family and i get to choose the found familying.

past - pre sly1 (they don't know carmelita and are like. 15. murray is not old enough to drive in France. how is he their getaway driver)

present - sly2 (like Anatomy for Disaster sly 2. possibly earlier but definitely post-jailbreak)

future - start of sly4 (probably. idk I've thought about the future aspect the least other than the fact that its 3 tired old men w a bunch of kids.)

and they're gonna wind up in the wrong place at the wrong time. literally at the wrong time for the past and future crews.

I mean Clockwerk from Sly Cooper is an Owl but never looked it till sly4 came out.

This guy is an eagle or a falcon, I cannot see Owl.

ok but i kinda love how the Conductor looks absolutely nothing like an owl and this just never gets addressed anywhere

Weird theory.

You know how in Sly4 you can catch “glimpses” of Clockwerk? Even in the time period where he shouldn’t of been able to be there? (Bob’s episode)

What if they aren’t really him?

What if Penelope made sentries in the form of smaller Clockwerks to keep watch over the open world in case of action against the Baddies? So those tiny moments where you can see one? It’s actually one out of a parliament of other tinier-more vigilant Clockwerks.

No lie I am...REALLY confused why Sly 5 is never gonna happen.

I know some folks are bitter about the Penelope twist(I as well kinda) but all in all I felt Thieves in Time could’ve been the beginning to a great new Sly Cooper trilogy. 

The game didn’t even under perform either, it was the ninth best selling game in North America, what the hell HAPPENED?

I have not played/watched sly4 how does the whole ‘penelope is a supervillain’ thing REALLY play out? I know everyone hated it so I’m assuming it’s pretty bad but I actually think the concept of her being a supervillain is really fun considering what her role in sly3 was before joining the team
