Floodleopard volunteered at the Daycare, where Slugkit grew very attached to her, to the point of crying whenever she went too far away. His mother died shortly after birth, and he had been staying in the care of Fungichomp since.

He asked her if she wanted to adopt him, and she saw no other way to go.

Baby acquired: Slugkit/root (1 moon old or less)

Floodleopard (a former RiverClan cat and good swimmer) witnessed three kits struggling not to drown in the Fool's Puddle's. She saved them, found out that they're father had tricked them in order to kill them, and after he was dealt with, adopted them.

Babies acquired: Peckkit/claw, Fringekit/sky, Shrubkit/river

Likely before they knew Floodleopard, the kits would meet with another, much weaker kit, who they would visit often to keep him company.

When Floodleopard followed them when they were finally able to 'sneak' away, she found the kit, learned of his situation, and took him in.

Baby acquired: Blackthornkit/shock

^All of the above occurred within one moon. She went from just a babysitter to a mom to five so fast.

You will notice that Shatter is the half-brother to both Honey and Sun, but Sun aren't related to each other (say, for example, Honey's mom was also Shatter's mom, and Sun's dad was also Shatter's dad, but Honey's dad isn't Sun's dad, nor is the dad their dad).

I polished these up as good as I can, adding symmetry and extra colors as needed, but the base concepts entirely emerged from rahidz’ groundwork. Slugroot Grass/Ground Unable to perform photosynthesis with its pale, degenerated leaves, it feeds on plants and other grass-type pokémon, often devastating entire regions. Sluggage Grass/Ground After evolution, this pokémon grows a nutritious symbiotic plant from its head and becomes a fully realized grass-type pokémon, but will now itself be attacked by hungry Slugroot.
