Finished my fossil frenzy inspired slouchy hat! I found the cowl pattern and wanted to adapt it into a slouchy hat. Originally was for my brother but it’s a bit too small so this one is for me! I’m really happy with how it turned out!

i knit my sister a hat for her birthday and then immediately got jealous and knit myself the same hat, that's life (not blocked yet but hey we'll get there eventually)

the pattern is the heart warmer beanie. the designer also has patterns for this same super-textured look in a shawl, tee, socks or a cowl (which i've also made!)

A quick roundup of the hats I made this week. On a quieter day I can make one hat a day, and I set myself that goal this week. It’s a bigger task than just making the item … with photographs to be taken and then listing on our two online platforms, it can take a wee while to complete. It definitely helped that all the seedlings are now in the garden … 😅 Anyway, I did it … yay, so happy. 🎉 … Now to enjoy some sunshine in the garden and just relax. ☺️😊🌲🌱

Crochet Project 10: Slouchy Witch Hat

This took 3 attempts to get right, but I'm really happy with it!

Edit: Adding the link for the pattern! You'll find it here. I totally recommend this creator! My 3 attempts stem from the fact that I was using a roving yarn and making tight stitches so it took a few times for me to get the gauge right. I love how this pattern was laid out and explained!

So I made some hats this year and I’ve waited, what I feel, is too long to post them on Etsy and also Etsy is all drop shippers and shit now but anyway all of this is to say…. I have some hats for sale.

All of them are made from acrylic yarn. The ones with Pom Pom’s have faux fur. The orange colored hat is actually suede yarn that’s really soft. The pink and grey one is some bulky yarn that’s kind of silky.
