More Slime Rancher Slugcats!

So! Slime rancher 2 updated and brought 3 more slimes into the game and finally allowed to me to finish my Slimeslug designs!

Similar to my Rivulet design, Survivor's and Watcher's largo is impossible in game. But I am not going to let the rules of this slime farming game keep me from making fitting designs lol.

Slime Rancher Slime Rankings!

I have 2000 hours in Slime Rancher (the first one) and have played Slime Rancher 2 consistently as it updates in early access.

These are my top slimes as of January 2025.

#1 Mosaic Slime

Shiny boys! So shimmery! They reflect the power of the sun I love them so much.

#2 Sloomber Slime

A new addition and one that instantly stole my heart. Love these sparkly guys. They make very pretty largos!

#3 Rad Slime

RADICAL!!! GIVE THEM A HUG!!!

Honorable Mentions: Yolky Slime & Puddle Slime

Happy Fungus Friday Loves! I've finally wrapped up with finals week and the big Sime Rancher 2 update dropped today just in time for me to play for like four hours straight lol. So heres a lil mush buddy hanging out with two of the new slime who are absolutely ADORABLE

I'm excited to announce that The Last Teleport is incorporating all three new species into its lore! Two of them — the Sloomber and the Twin — are now part of the Lord and some of his subjects (allowed to be in the composition from level 6 and up just like Golden and Quantum). We'll release an update to the Guide later with more detailed descriptions, but for now, meet the first fan character which officially has a Sloomber Slime in his composition!

Eeeexclusive shots from the heart of the Grey Labyrinth!

Many people probably wanted to look at the core up close, as much as possible, of course, given the fact that invisible walls were stuffed there right from the heart, and those that appear if you approach them, and just invisible ones. Well, if you want to get there, then activate the fountain at the transition to the "Tower of Dreams", pump up energy to the maximum with all improvements and health, and also in the settings set the damage multiplier to a minimum to stay there longer, the core will damage, chromatic aberration can also be turned off if desired, but not necessarily, and, if suddenly there is an extra teleport, there, it turns out, it is quite possible to put it on one of the stones. Cool photos of the core and a map of the route to it are attached.

Maybe I'll try to get there from the direction of Sloomber Gordo later, but I don't think there are any high enough places to fly from. Although I tried to climb the bridge leading to the core.

I'm not the biggest fan of how they look (i think they are a little much with all the extra stuff and bright colors) but they are the only 2 slimes I don't have largos of and they look okay so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
