Found the "grit" mockup from this December. I've been looking for ways to express intrusive thoughts visually, and I kind of like working it as sloime biology.
Making it just icky enough is a balance
I enjoy comic strips that do little magnifying glass panels a lot
never don't not study your grit, it keeps it from accumulating again
