It had been years since you last enjoyed a bathing afternoon in Cider Lake followed by a relaxing nap in the Sun. That's how you would spend your childhood summers, splashing and running around in the rocky shore. That was until your teens where you started to become self-conscious about your looks, you didn't look like you "were supposed to", although you weren't too sure how you were even supposed to look.
When you managed to start dating Kaeya the self-loathing began to disappear because, if someone as him, the famous Calvary Captain no less, could love you so deeply, how could you be unlovable? Nevertheless, you tried to hide your body as much as possible and limit the intimacy with each other.
"Maybe if my thighs were smaller, and if I had a slim waist. If, if, if..." As every summer you stand in front of the bathroom mirror, inspecting your body from all angles, comparing with those pretty girls you saw in books and movies. Maybe there's something wrong with me, you had tried it all, exercise, diet, but nothing worked and just made your anxiety sky rocket which in turn made you gain the weight all back again.
"Hey, pretty" your boyfriend suddenly pops behind you snaking his arms around you and plants a kiss in your exposed shoulder.
"Don't say that" you grumble suddenly mortified by the image you two make, him, lean and tall, and you, a tiny and chubby.
"Why?" He kisses your other shoulder and stares into your reflection. "You are the prettiest girl I've ever seen."
"I can't believe you, I'm so fat and ugly and- " Kaeya cuts you off.
"You are adorable and you are so fucking soft" His eyes lock with yours through the mirror and he continues softening his serious tone. "You were literally made for me to hug, your thighs are the best pillow when I come home tired, not to mention how hot you look whenever you wear something short" He playfully pats your butt and you can't help but giggle.
"I do have a great ass" You say and he laughs kissing the side of your neck. "So you don't think I'm ugly, even though I don't look like those thin models and actresses?"
"Don't be silly you are much hotter with your soft curves and those legs, damn, I'd be the happiest man if I got to die of asphyxiation between them." He responds, dramatically placing a hand on his chest as if your words had mortally hurt him.
He hugs you again, tighter. "Now seriously, you are pretty, and hot and beautiful and I don't think any other woman in the world could compare to your beauty. And even if you don't believe me, let me tell you that there's no more perfect body for you than your own. And I love you, and I love every inch of you, it doesn't matter how it looks because it's you, and the people who really love you will see how gorgeous you are. And of course, what a great ass you have."
That is the little push you need, seeing the feral look in your boyfriend's eyes as he ogles you, the way his hands hold you with such care and his lips place ghost kisses along the curve of your neck.
"Do you fancy spending the evening in Cider Lake?" You ask softly.
𝓝𝓔𝓤𝓥𝓘ℒℒ𝓔𝑇𝑇𝓔
"Dearest, is something wrong?" Your boyfriend's voice wakes you up from your thoughts.
"Um, yeah, just thinking, that's all" You answer trying to act normally as if thousands of horrible insults to yourself weren't running through your mind in that same moment.
"So, do you want some ice-cream?"He inquires pointing towards the parlor’s poster displaying some of the most delicious sweets you've ever seen, ranging from mint and berries to an elaborate chocolate dessert with sugar sprinkles and cookies toppings.
Your right foot starts bouncing nervously as you shift your gaze around, avoiding Neuvillette's piercing gaze.
"No, I'll pass" You respond. That's probably one of the hardest things you've ever done. There's truly nothing like having a cold ice-cream under the scorching heat of Fontaine's summer strolling along the crowded streets of the capital. But you saw that woman's look, the woman next to the pharmacy, just in front of both of you, that look you knew all too well: "she shouldn't be out here eating more, that's the reason she looks like that". Sadly, one too many passing comments and dismissive looks from your family had made you recognize it from a young age.
Neuvillette gives you a quizzical look but doesn't push any further. He orders himself something you don't have the courage to look at and meanwhile you focus on his pretty hair, the way it reflects the sun in his high ponytail. Of course he had let you tie a ribbon for him before going out and you smile inwardly reliving the sweet moment.
Which is, of course, spoiled by that woman, staring intently from across the street. When you try to return her stare she just looks you up and down with a peculiar face, one you sadly also know. The look that says, "maybe if you were better, you would look better, like me."
The burning shame sets across your face, painting your features reddish. You feel so, so stupid, after all this time, you think, it shouldn't affect me like this.
"Neuvi, can we go home already? I think I'm getting a bit tired" You urge your boyfriend as soon as he gets his treat, starting to walk a few steps ahead him so he can't see your watery eyes.
"Of course, darling, do you want me to call a doctor? I happen to know..." His voice is usually reassuring and warm, but now the world is just too hot and your head spins with anger and sadness. You stop focusing on his words as you both walk home, him, still a step behind you and you, still containing your tears.
At home, your boyfriend grabs your hands before you get the chance to get away, leading you to the velvety blue couch in the living room.
"Hey, are you fine? You've been kind of distracted this afternoon." His tone is laced with concern.
"Yes Neuvi" But your answer does not convince him.
"Are you forgetting love that you talking to the Iudex of Fontaine? Not even the most expert criminals can lie to me, and you, love, aren't really good at lying."
"'M sorry Neuvi-"
"I don't want to press you to tell me something you don't want to tell me, but I just want to know if there is something I can do about it."
Those words just break the little self-control that maintains your tears at bay. They start rolling around your puffy cheeks as heavy droplets of rain. With a concerned look, Neuvi hugs you closer, reassuringly tracing circles in your back with his hand. I'm between sobs and hiccups you manage to explain the situation as best as you can.
"- it's just, I know it must sound stupid, but -"He shushes you cupping your face in his hands.
"Nothing my pretty lady sais is stupid, do you want me to get that rude woman in jail?"
"What? No!" You exclaim with a horrified look, "It's not that important."
"Well, it is, staring disrespectfully at others is an offense and you have feelings, feeling that have been hurt, feelings that very much matter to me. Nobody should look down others and that woman had no business judging whatever you were or weren't doing."
You huff "What are you going to do then, send everyone that looks at me like I'm thrash to jail?"
"Of course, nobody has the right to determine how you feel towards your body" He gets up more determined than before, "Now, does my pretty lady want an ice-cream" His look is so serious that you can't help but feel like you are in one of his trials, but nonetheless, you respond with an equally composed voice, albeit broken at the end by a little chuckle.
"I'd like that very much Sir Iudex of Fontaine."
𝓐Ⴘ𝓐𝑇𝓞
You can't do it, you can't, well, that annoying little voice in the back of your head keeps you saying that you can't, all because of that stupid summer gala your boyfriend Ayato had convinced you to attend.
It had all started last week, with a scented letter from one of the many upstanding noble women in Inazuma. Ayato had come into your shared bedroom at night, just as you were going to sleep, waving it around. He was so excited you just casually agreed to be his companion, after all, as he had said, you had been a couple for a long time now and you always had refused to attend to such events with him.
He got you a delicately embroidered kimono made with the finest of silks just to match his attire, an ornate fan imported from Liyue, even sparkling blue glass hair pins. All you could do was cry for days. And now, again, you walk around the empty tea room adjacent to your bedroom feeling like an stranger.
You look like an ugly thing pretending to be a pretty girl. That's what that little voice reminds you each time you catch a glimpse from your reflection on the vases.
You will ruin his reputation, what will people think when they see him with something like you?
"Is everything all right Lady?"Thoma's voice startles you and you stop your pacing to look at the man's concerned face.
You nod absentmindedly and offer a weak smile. Thoma seems skeptical, however, he bows and leaves you alone again with your thoughts until your inner monologue is disturbed again not too long after.
"Dear, may I come in?" Ayato's voice is heard following two soft knocks on the door.
"Yes, it was Thoma, wasn't it?" You ask a bit too dryly as the door peeks open.
"Yes, but-" Ayato stops dead in his tracks when his gaze falls upon you. "Oh Heavens, you look truly incredible. Why didn't you tell me you were trying your outfit on? I would've worn mine too. Though I'm afraid nobody will look at me with such beauty by my side."
"Don't laugh at me." You huff with a scornful look.
"I'm not." He looks positively puzzled at your words. "You are stunning."
You cross your arms and narrow your eyes at your boyfriend, "Well, I'm not sure I should go with you."
"Did I do something wrong? Is it the dress? I should have ordered something more luxurious, I don't know what I was thinking. Maybe if-"
"No, no" You cut your boyfriend's panicked diatribe. "It's me." To that he truly looks dumbfounded. "Can't you see it? I look... not like you."
"What?" He tilts his head like some sort of confused puppy waiting for further instructions.
"I don't look thin and tall and imposing like you, I don't want others to judge you because of me" That wasn't entirely the truth, even if some high society folk spoke poorly about you, no one would dare to disrespect the Yashiro Commissioner. No, you just didn't measure up.
"That's not going to happen. Besides, it shouldn't matter what anyone thinks of you. Not even me." he gestures to himself "Although if you don't mind me saying, your curves look positively breath taking in this thin silk."
"I don't know if I believe you"
"Don't believe me, you don't have to like your body, but rather, see the value in what it offers."
He spins you around, the blue kimono shifting with your motions, one, two, three times, until you take his hand and begin dancing around the tea table. Now, the reflection of the vases depicts a lovely woman with a regal attire. Yes, she's chubby and soft, but that only makes her look more ethereal. And you realize a split second after that you are that woman.
Maybe you are just as beautiful as you boyfriend thinks, but even if you aren't, you are grateful to have a body that allows you to dance clumsily and with no music whatsoever in a tea room just before sunset.

Hey ofc!! You can be as vulgar and straightforward as you want, this is a safe space😘 (idk if you wanted nsfw or not so if not I’m sorry! I just made it suggestive because I was unsure :P)
The ass crack of dawn peeks through your window, enough to have your body twisting and turning until you’re inevitably forced awake.
Of course you drag yourself to the bathroom and check yourself out a bit, admiring how your new waist training is going and your puffy lips of the morning before brushing your teeth to start the day. Some argue you’re a morning person, but you aren’t. And you feel no kind of guilt admitting that.
You only get up because you have to—to remain consistent, especially with allowing yourself to grow not only physically, but emotionally, finally feeling free from the weights of stress by exercising and feeling good about your figure.
Also, the routine is great for you. It makes you feel productive in the morning, so now when you reflect before, there was this emptiness that came with sitting at home with the same three things you have to do on repeat.
And then of course, the motivation of going to the gym for a man you’ve been seeing around recently. He recognizes you now, probably casually assuming the relationship is nothing more than a mutual gym buddy.
And it’s likewise; you wouldn’t call it a crush. The both of you are grown, just two adults with the same hobby even though you are relatively newer to the activity.
So you pack up your bag and tip your head back for a swig of the protein smoothie you prepared and head out the door.
The gym doesn’t smell anything like how you imagined it would when you first cluelessly walked in. It actually smells clean (mainly from the overwhelming scent of chlorine in the pool water), and it wasn’t super busy around this time. If there were people, they definitely weren’t teenagers coming for their afternoon rounds. The receptionist waves back at you as you pass.
Today was legs. You recognize how far you’ve come, because initially, no day was your favorite, each as long and tortuous as the last. But this has got to be what it means to become accustomed to the pain. Does that make all gym-goers masochists?
If so, Iwaizumi has got to be the worst, because the only other person insane enough—that even remotely looks like he does anything other than train—to be here before you, is him.
“Morning,” you chime. His headphones are off, so the switch that usually tells you when people don’t wish to be spoken to doesn’t go off.
To your delight, he responds with just as much pleasure without turning around, currently sitting on the Lax machine and tugging the resistant handles. “Good morning,” he grunts.
He eventually does, even as he attempts to convince himself to stay focused on his set, but even the discipline he’s built over the years couldn’t prevent him from catching a glimpse of you. You were sitting your stuff down nearby, relocating to the floor to stretch.
He’s been watching you. Not in a creepy way, he justifies, but it becomes a habit when you’re working how he does.
Your progress is a miracle. He could count on one hand the amount of people that come in fresh and immediately get to working, just to return consistently, and cycle through this process until they reach their desired figure and continue after that. You, however, stepped in with a determination on your face he’d never seen before.
You hadn’t requested a trainer, and by what he sees, didn’t need one either. He remembers when you came in talking about how badly you wanted to rid of your little tummy, as well as slim down your plush thighs, pleading someone to teach you how. Of course he knew how; he keeps his work strictly professional with the women who come in asking for the same thing.
He’d always found the little pudge attractive, but it’s your body. It’s just somehow, he wasn’t on the verge of telling them how good it looks or the pure desire he has to press on the fat while his head is between their thighs like he was you. Someone must have heard his prayers though, because instead of slimming your legs down, you became comfortable with the idea of them getting stronger, ultimately making them slightly thicker.
The man was close to finishing the set, but that one glimpse of you had him do five extra for good measure since he lost count. How could he focus?
As you split your legs and tilt to one side, you watch him not too far. The black compression shirt he wears hugs his carved body perfectly, only cementing this fact as his back and arm muscles flex with every controlled pull of the bar. Everything about him was sharp from his shape to the hair on his head.
It was no doubt he was attractive, and since having graduated high school, attention wasn’t just found anywhere. Maybe some small talk will help?
“What are you doing today?” He hears you call. He almost flinches with what he thinks you’re asking until you add, “Workouts I mean.”
Iwaizumi chuckles at your mishap, more for himself, but it flushes your cheeks nonetheless. It’s a genuine, gentle sound. “Arms. Tomorrow is core,” he says coolly.
“I hate arms. I should probably do them more often, but lifting is only fun if you’re already strong.”
“I see where you’re coming from,” he pulls off the machine, rotating himself on the seat to face you. You’re in a lunge now, oversized t-shirt covering half of the skin tight shorts desperately trying to contain the glutes you’ve grown. He makes sure to force his emerald green eyes to yours. “You won’t get stronger if you don’t give it a try.”
You scoff, “You sound like my old therapist.”
The humor you two shared was nothing more than the surface level awkward kind so this unexpected comment from you had him laughing. Actually laughing. “And you sound like an old friend of mine.”
Smiling at this, you get one more good stretch in and come to your feet. You stand proudly with your hands on your hips, staring at him.
He blinks around happily, “What?”
“You said to give it a try right? Show me the way."

“I can’t do this,” you say, already struggling just with the form part of the exercise. You switched positions with him since it was closest machine. “How do I pull it if I can’t move my back?”
“Well, that’s the workout part,” he walks around the seat while inspecting you, waiting for you to figure it out with his advice. “Sit up completely straight and slightly lean back. Stay in that position the entire time, but try to pull the bar down to you instead of pulling yourself up to it.”
You try to replicate what you saw him doing. By this point, you had gotten majority of the positioning right, even keeping your back straight, but the damned bar wouldn’t move an inch. “Are you sure the setting on this thing is right?”
“Oh shit—” He pauses at this, then renders that you’re completely right. You’re trying to pull his weight.
As he shuffles over to the side of the machine to adjust it, you watch him with a smug expression and your arms crossed. I’m not just that weak, I knew it, it reads.
Moments later he comes back around, “That’s my bad, try it now.”
And you’re finally able to do it, but your form falters when you successfully pull the bar to your chest. He knows you know, you’re a smart girl, so he gives you a few more tries to correct it. “I feel like I’m about to fall,” you say finally.
“Here, that means you’re leaning too far.” He comes and presses a hand to your back, pushing you forward. “Don’t think about it too much. I’ll hold you right here for a few until you can support yourself.”
He was already hovering beside you, lurking and seeping into all your senses, making the air warmer than it usually is in the gym. With his palm on your back too, you’re starting to think this little affection of yours is getting out of hand. You don’t even look to see how much it has helped.
Somehow, you do eventually get through the sets, but you hadn’t realized that during that time he would actually train you. It was progressive overload, and he brought the weight up to what he thought you could handle each time. You were on the last few.
“C’mon, you got it.”
“I don’t,” you grunt while somewhat laughing, still pulling it to your chest. His voice is more declarative now. You deem it as his professional tone. You also wonder which voice he tends to use in—
“You do. It’s one more—make it your best.”
And you do just that, slumping on the seat in victory.
“Good girl,” he praises, clapping, and he changes the weight on the machine to just five before twisting around and holding a hand out. He helps you up when you take it, but you’re really trying to figure out if what he said was professional if it made you clench your thighs.
“Ready for the next?” His lips stretch into a smile, already predicting your answer.
You bend and get your smoothie, popping the top and drinking, “There’s a next? What’s next?”
“Pull ups of course.”
Truthfully, doing pull ups right after lax for someone who doesn’t really train arms is a death wish. It’s just this once though, and your arms will already be sore, so he might as well make the most of it while the adrenaline is there.
“Oh dear God,” you sigh.
“I’ll do them with you,” he reassures, chuckling.

And he stands on his word, because after walking over to the bar, he clips the belt attached to weight around his hips. The bar was relatively high, even he can admit, so he isn’t surprised when you ask how the hell you’re supposed to get up there.
And you weren’t even necessarily short, it’s just the bar was made for six-feet-and-over men and athletes. So people like you were left out, hence the stacked boxes meant for help beside it.
Iwaizumi makes sure the belt is secure around himself before walking over to you, taking a stance directly behind.
He commands, “Arms up, sweetheart.” And it must be the proximity, because you do just that without a fight. The pet name contributed too, you’re sure.
But when he lifts you, he first drags his hands from your shoulder blades, to your ribs, and into the small of the your back. So smooth you’re questioning if he did it on purpose.
He couldn’t help it. Not when he’s hovering behind you, almost a foot taller. With one small nudge of his hips forward, he’d rest comfortably right between your ass, smelling the coconut shampoo of your hair. Though instead of being a pervert, he’d stick to the nicknames and the gentle touches until you get the damn hint.
Sometime later he’s effortlessly hauling himself up, counting one by one with you. He says you’ll only do 3 sets of ten as if it was easy. Either way, it was burning by the ninth.

Finally you’re done. The only reason your arms aren’t completely limp is your heightened senses from being around the attractive man next to you. He literally regulates your blood flow.
And you for damn sure regulate his.
“Okay, now you have to do my workouts,” you perk up.
He unclips the belt, turning to face you, amused. “I have to do your workouts?”
Your arms come to a cross offensively. “What does that mean? Yes. I did your arm day, now you have to do my leg day.”
He throws his hands in the air defensively, the curl of his lips threatening to break his character, “I’m just saying it won’t be the sa—”
“This way!”

This was a horrible idea.
He’s situated on the angled leg press machine at a diagonal, now gripping onto the handle bars. The amount of circular plates you usually have on it are already there. You’re standing beside him.
“Are you sure you don’t want to add weight? I usually go more than this,” he challenges.
“Fuck you— no.”
His laughter intensifies at your irritation. Then he brings his legs down slow and controlled, somehow still managing to appear like he could do it with his fucking finger if he tried. You’re not surprised, he’s extremely fit; though you had already catered to this by changing the weight to whatever your highest weight was.
He guffaws again at your blank expression. “Fine. How much more do you need?” You sigh.
He appears to think for a moment. Instead of calculating the math like he should be, he’s actually doing nothing of the sort. “Get up there.”
He bends his legs as if confirming he’s dead serious by allowing you to actually step foot on the back of the plate. You stand there still, having not even realized what he’s asking you to do. “What?”
“Get your sweet ass up there and that should be about what my usual weight is.” He shoots a nonchalant glance to the machine. “You won’t fall, if that’s what’s bothering you.”

It only worsens when his thumb and index finger pinches your chin, his eyes sending flames through yours. “And let’s both be honest— if there was someone waiting for you at home, you wouldn’t be here with me.”
Let alone at the gym at all, he wanted to add. Sometimes life is cruel when it lets someone stay in denial. I remember meeting you in college a bit of a thick to chunky girl. You got fat every winter just about. You never noticed though. You started out wide hipped, wide thighed and an impressive ass. Your waist refused to surrender but you had lovehandles and a tummy that showed in dresses. Your breasts clearly not small but the rest of you was just that bigger. Okay you were always chubby but slim enough your face staid thin and you could tell in your social media posts you liked to think you were thin. Punk hairstyles and multiple colors across the years but every spring you got active and slimmed downed to thicker only.
You kept your pretty face slim but even then you loved to eat. You came in my orbit and I slowly helped you relax. A tiny push, a kind treat, a loving grope of fatty bits and slow make outs in the dorm bathrooms or your place when your roommate left for long vacations to go home. Somehow we sort of manipulated each other. I acted like you were as thin as you felt and you asked for whatever you wanted. Food forbidden like our connection. Sex intermingled with eating while stoned or drunk or exhausted from school. You started to get fatter faster then.
Remember when you got too big for that sexy costume and you spent Halloween in a Velma themed dress and top that let your belly show? I recall your fat ass and thighs barely fit when you sat. You had a weakness to dark chocolate and you were so voracious and horny when you got it. I watched you push passed that chunky stage to downright fat by the new year.
Your eyes were magic as you clearly couldn’t hide it. Those chunky cheeks, your new chin! You were so round faced now as you kept on putting on weight. You’re blowing up faster by the day with that attitude even though it’s true but really it’s the curse of a more slender face. You’ll eagerly hit beyond morbidly obese before it starts to truly look fat. You’re getting so big already. Can you imagine it? You’ll be 300 pounds before the thirties spread hits you. I’ve truly let that thinner face enable you eat yourself into a belly with legs. Your whole figure starts to surround your belly like your habits and lifestyle already are. Your snacking or eating meals with 2-3 desserts or treats a night.
It finally just shows in your face like a couple’s goal we’ve unlocked your moon face. You blush if you check me looking or moan if I rub your soft chin right. You can’t deny it but you can’t deny the pleasure in just never stopping eating despite any consequence or consequences that it might hold. You’ve eaten yourself to escape old limits and fears to be so large you outgrow yourself again and again. A new you, a new reality each 15-20 pounds. You’re boundless and it shows

Suna has such a slim waist because he has his own sets of abs exercise, and do them along with the team's practice exercises. New team members question it, but the coach only says "Suna has a special exercise". Suna's mom even registered those special exercises for him with the coach.

So much so, even if his exercises are gruesome (his teammates tried it out once and they ended up with sore abs for weeks), he still did it on routine. He stared at the people, no, twins, with identical and symmetrical black hair, staring at him, panting. He was panting too. He had never thought of exerting this much effort. He starts slow, and even slacks off when their team gains a comfortable score, but at the end when his team has less points, he works. Hard, persistent, his strange analytical mind in full use, never backing down, never giving in to fate. As if giving in to fate kills him, taking ever scrap of chance to win. He gets tired easily, yet has incredible stamina, able to last through 5 sets. It has been so long since he rested. Those twins must be using tricks to make him work hard, overexert himself because they thought he is easily tired from his lack of movement. They were dead wrong, because he was willing to go for another jump, forcing them to go for another jump, exhausting them out while exhausting himself too.
One of the twins, the loud setter, said:
"This one's hard ta crack, Samu."
A compliment. Suna felt weak and numb in his legs.
He fell down, body embracing the floor, arms out. Breathing, unblinking eyes staring at the high, high floor of the gymnasium. And he smiled. Exhilarating. Battling like that is exhilarating. Thinking, strategizing, competing, working with every tether of his body, everything he had. The first time he saw people play volleyball at a new level. How challenging, how diverse the number of attacks. How they elegantly outsmarts him and he cannot help but admire. He forgot time, smiling like a dork, as the twins of Yako Junior High walked away. The quiet spiker stole a glance at him anyway, staring down at him limp on the floor, smiling for no reason.
He is a lazy kid. He never felt so much love for working himself hard until he collapses, as if what he is working for is a passion. A passion, and so he realized.
For the first time (not like in year three as everyone around him assumes to be), he fell in love with volleyball.
That he still remembers. In his being, in his mind he knows, even in his muscles and flesh.

€d update & motivation talk
Soo, I'm back, it's currently 3:55pm. and GUESS WHAT today was my math final exam.
Well, I'm pissed (in a good way tbh) because all the pressure I did to myself in the last couple of weeks was so unnecessary. It was wayyy easier than expected and honestly I'm pretty confident that I might even get a 2 or 3?? Whatever, today I almost fainted in the girls bathroom due to my liquid fast and low cal intake but luckily nobody was around so I just took a deep breath and went back to my friends. Not gonna lie I got quite nervous when they kept asking me if I'm alright because I 'looked pale' but I told them I simply didn't sleep well today and thank goodness they were fine with my answer.
Honestly I really don't want them to find out that my €d is back but right now it's just extremly difficult since it has gotten even worse this time.
But the one question I keep asking myself is what I'll do for the rest of the week since we finished all the finals and can now stay at home heh^^
My main fear was the temptation to b¡nge while my parents are still at work. That's why I called my mom and asked her where the keys for our basement are, so that I could go into our sauna and she fr bought it! So, now I got the keys and all the snacks locked away. Out of sight out of mind, rightt?
At least one would think so.. because despite of all the effort I put in hiding the snacks my cravings are literally haunting me. But somehow I also get nauseous even thinking about all the calories, unhealty fats and sugar at the same time. I guess I trained my brain pretty well lol
I'm doing this for the summer slimming, the compliments and validation you'll get when people notice your slim legs, people getting out of their ways just to help you, the hotpants... and the list goes on. (Side fact about me: the only thing I truly like about me is my extremly skinny waist, everytime someone hugs me the first thing they say is how small it is and that's the best compliment in my opinion lol)
C'mon now STAND UP, MOVE YOUR BODY and actually DO the workouts you want to instead of procrastinating it for another day, you lazy potato! It's up to you how this years summer will be like.. think of all the new friends you could make and the fun you'd have when you can finally be your true self without being reduced to your weight.
I'm doing the 'Le Sserafim'-workout since this one works best for me but if you wanna try it too make sure to drink enough water and take breaks in between the exercises. Passing out is not worth it. Especially when you're new to such workouts take your time and do it day by day my love.

Well honestly it really comes down to diet. The number one thing that will determine your body composition and the way it looks is your diet. I've done intermittent fasting for 6 years now, only eating one meal a day (obviously there are some days where I'll break this), and I'm pretty happy with the results! Fasting makes it really easy to decide what you'll eat for the day, and is super useful for counting calories!
But to slim your waist down you will have to 1) cut down on your caloric intake, and 2) reduce your sugar intake. Really the only way to lose weight is to eat less, it's as simple as that.
Exercise is plenty important, but it won't really alter your body much besides making you more muscular or toned. You can't like do lots of crunches and expect to lose weight around your waist, unfortunately it doesn't work like that :\ I work out 3 times a week though, mostly doing climbing at my climbing gym, but you can start small with walking or running or something else you like!
Really just find a diet and live a lifestyle that works for you! Whether it's fasting, keto, or just cooking at home and eating healthier foods, just watch what you eat and give it A LOT of time and you'll surely see results. You can do it! :3

New Routine?
So for the girlies (literally anyone tho, I just like using that word) who want to really tone their arms so there's no more jiggle and it looks all slender and petite APRIL HAN is a goddess! Her begginner friendly arms video is now on my playlist on youtube because it has literally all the exercises I had already been doing and some additional ones. I couldn't finish the complete video worth of exercises because quite frankly I have like no muscle whatsoever in my arms or shoulders. (its all flab, it disgusts me and I am working on it)
Also, she posted an inner thigh 7 day slim with her own before and after mesurements where she dropped an entire centimeter in just the 7 days of doing it????? Yes PLEASE!
Downside, all that I did only burned like 50 ish cals so it is by no means a fat burner, but toss in some cardio, strength, what have you if you want that extra increase in burn and you are golden! I intend to do some strength training here in a bit to compensate. I have cute teal 5lb dumbbells at home now and intend to use them 3x a week to build a little muscle because I want toned arms not flabby ones, also I want to be able to pick my dog up and she weighs a good bit lol.

I was hoping my bust would've shrank by now, and I complained to my mother. Taking quality photos on my own is all well and good but I’ll need to eventually schedule with a photographer if I want to get to the next level. Getting more clients and wealthier clients is going to take an investment of time and money.
I need to look at this as a normal, everyday “9-5” and realize that I need to be spending time putting value into the business. As far as the time investment goes, I need to be exercising more!
I don’t like working out at home so I’ll need to do something I actually enjoy: yoga, pole fitness, and dance classes. I need to get some abs and slim my waist. Pole fitness, yoga, and pilates would be best for that. I still do enjoy ballet classes and those will help keep my lower body fit and flexible.
For now, I can start off taking just one class per week. No need to try and do the most when I’m not doing anything at all. If I start off with small steps toward improving my physique, I’ll be sure it reach my goal. It would be unrealistic to commit to one class everyday when I already have a lot of other urgent things to deal with and I’m usually too fatigued and depressed to do anything at all.
To start off, I think I’ll schedule my first ever pilates class! I really want to return to pole but I’m kind of afraid to find out that I’ve lost strength and balance on the pole. The interesting thing is that every time I take a long break from pole, I actually return to find out that 1) I haven’t lost strength and 2) I can actually accomplish a pose I’ve never been able to do before! (I’m so ready to hit the ayesha this year! 🥳).
