Okay, so Slender speaks German, right? Is this because of his origins? Do any of his brothers speak it as well? Also can I get some HCs of when he speaks it to an s/o or his family? It's cool when the pastas can speak other languages :)

Slender is fluent in German and a multitude of other languages as well :] His brothers do not speak it, since they were not born in Germany, but they've picked up on certain words.

Slender

Slender speaks a good amount of German and other languages in his day-to-day life.

Especially to his s/o, talking the language is important because it has more meaning to him than languages he has learned.

He always calls his s/o endearing names like "Liebe",(darling/love) "Hase"(Bunny), "Mausebar"(mouse-bear), and "Schatz" (treasure).

He'll call his brothers crude names, and scold anyone in short sentences if they surprise him with something dangerous.

Toby has witnessed this so many times, he's actually starting to pick up certain words. Mostly curse words.

And many of the books in his office are in different languages, and if you ask on a day that he has time, he'll read them to you in a lulling soothing voice that could put anyone to sleep.

His brothers don't speak much German, Offender knows a bit of French and Russian, and Splendor and Trender know a variety of languages.

Slender's father was German, and often spoke it to slender when he was a child, so he practically grew up bilingual. His brothers weren't around then, so they didn't have time to learn another language or even meet him, unfortunately.

But whenever Slender speaks German, Offender will start arguing with him in French, and while Slender knows that Offender is saying, Offender has no fucking clue what he's talking about.

It's funny to watch from an outside perspective, because he just ends up making Slender laugh.
