So I just finished Bioshock Infinite and

There aren't enough words (or FEELINGS.gifs for that matter) to accurately describe my emotions right now.

I have become addicted to reading Bioshock Infinite forum discussion threads asfklahsgsdfgh

a couple of my favorite ones:

the entirety of Neogaf's Official Spoiler Thread

I haven't ventured too far beyond that because I am terrified of slipping down that hole and ending up on the 957th page of a thread extensively discussing the accuracy of the portrayal of quantum physics in video games

makes me wonder though, if Ken Levine had counted on the wide presence and active involvement of the online fan community when he made B:I, because I absolutely would not have such a deep understanding and appreciation for all the concepts in this game -- hell, even just the ending -- if not for forum discussions like these. I had no problem getting Bioshock without having to seek out forums online for answers and explanations (just a support group), but for Bioshock Infinite I couldn't have done without the discussions and speculations on forums and among friends, in order to fully experience the game. 

maybe Ken Levine is actually a time lord and he's been to the future where he released the game when the conditions were not optimal and there was no active fanbase in place and he witnessed the mass confusion and the subsequent failure of this game

I managed to talk myself out of it the first time BUT

how much I'm loving the little details in Skyoshock that are parallel/similar to Bioshock, like the New Goal sound effect and how Dollar Bill sounds exactly like Circus of Values and Murder of Crows is basically Insect Swarm

for one who's having a hard time leaving Rapture in my head it really... warms my heart?? as weird as that is to say cuz Rapture should inspire anything but feelings of warmth
