I forgot to post this before the contest but, I entered the Sam & Max holiday contest this year and was a runner up! It was so fun and might do it again next year if Skunkape does it again :]]

The prompt was “If you could get Steve Purcell anything for Christmas, what would it be?” and I chose to make a crochet Max Plush!! Its also poseable!!! (I'm so proud of it!!) I'm glad the people at Skunkape liked it so much!! I hope everyone here likes it too!

So, I entered the Sam & Max holiday contest hosted by SkunkApe

I didn't win, which was incredibly sad for me, but I'm immensely proud of this drawing

It took me over a week, some wrist cramps, and I tried to shove as many Sam & Max references as I could in (go for a scavenger hunt if you'd like)

Steve Purcell (Sam & Max's creator) is supposed to replace Jesus, the human characters are dressed as the animals, and the animal characters are in the human roles

chilling on christmas

this started as an idea for the entry of the skunkape's holiday contest but i was busy those weeks and kinda forgot about making the drawing.

so i dicided to make a little animation.

i wanted to see how does gradient(???) shading looks like (idk how it's called and i am too lazy to look up) and maybe i will try to use it more often.

idk if any of the skunkape guys have tumblr buy if ya do tysm!! also thanks for the unintentional “constructive criticism” for my art bc i realized the execution was kinda confusing bc of the reactions i got and it helped me a lot to like execute my ideas better so thx for that and generally just being rad and contributing to this franchise that means so so so so soooo much to me!!!!! :]

I just wanted to let everybody know that I’m floored and so so flattered that so many of y’all wanted to send in asks and suggestions!! :D I’m absolutely drawing all of em ehehehehehe it’ll just take a bit thanks to my accursed job and whatnot blegh (and also because I’m making a 2 page full color comic for the Skunkape holiday contest which will be sapping up a lot of time but hopefully be really worth it ehehehheee!!)
